Full of bed bugs, no proper heat and worst place.

Everything wasn’t working, no tv, lights and not cleaned after previous guest. Has to move to 3 different rooms and now still waiting for refund for the cancelled second day

Heat and it was freezing. I had a tv tv but no reception.immediatly I went to complain she said she would send someone nobody came.it was so cold I went back to see her.Besides that the room was a mess so I demanded my money back. I had booked for 3 nights...no way was I staying there. Makes me wonder why they even own a motel??

The room was not clean at all. The front desk provided us with another 3 rooms for option. Unfortunately, none of them was clean. Not acceptable. But, the staff is understandable. A young woman agreed to refund 100% immediately. We left for another hotel.

I recommand no one to ever go there. Wven price wise not that cheap.

Everything I didn't like not clean a dump

As per regulations we were not checked-in, did not full out a Registration card. There were no glasses in the Room 202. to drink some water or take medication. No hangers to hang clothes. Tv not working, cable tv cable was disconnected. AC unit dirty. on arrival put AC unit on to test it, left it running , on return to room after midnight the Ac control was disconnected, unable to turn it on. Bathroom ceiling tiles have a 6 inch hole and is dirty. Toilet paper dispenser is broken. Shower walls dirty(stained), shower curtain dirty. We returned to the motel after midnight, and there was no lights "ON" above the steps, had to use a flashlight to get upstairs. We paid for 2 nights but checked out early in the morning losing payment for one night. I told the clerk I will be reporting this matter to the City of Niagara Falls. Very unfair for International guests checking in online, the photos are misleading. To support my report I took many pictures. NEVER AGAIN.

Toilet whashroom need to repair

The mattresses were full of bedbug blood. The sheets were all stained. I instantly went down and got my money back.

We left a note , then we received a call around 5pm telling we can come. Room smell so bad. Seems not vacuum for months. Facilities were not maintained. Not recommended to stay.

I booked a king bedroom and i have gotten the dirtiest double queen bed. Washroom didnt have the lock. No curtains. Hairs on the bedroom. Worst experience in 18 years

The Airconditioning wasnt working, the shower wasnt draining. The roo was damn stuffy, very poorly ventilated and it was quite difficult to breath inside the room

SAVE YOURSELF FROM REGRET AND DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Room had no hot water but staff kept denying the issue. Sheets were missing from the beds and pillowcases were dirty. There were holes in the walls and doors. Front desk is unmanned and you can’t call from the room phone. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The blankets and towels were stained and dirty... it was full of bugs and there was some kind of rodent poop on the window in the bathroom.. plus! The toilet wouldnt flush... my kids and myself would never!!! Ever!!! Stay in a place like that again and when i let the front desk know how disgusting it was they gave me a key to a different room and it was not any better... would never recommend staying here

Looks old and dirty like nobody cleaned it . It'd cheap for a reason , the low review also tells you why. Pay extra $20 for somewhere nicer and you won't regret

This motel cannot operate like this. Beds were used, no light in bathroom, old food in fridge, door was left ajar, tiles hanging from ceiling. We could not stay and had to cancel on the spot.

Even that room has no garbage bin, dirty bed sheets (thanks god I had my own clean sheets), the worst quality of toilet papers and soup and shampoo. I dont recommend it for this price, specially if you have a kid. The man in the oofice, Mahammed, was nice and welcoming though. .

This location should consider closing. If you are not going to offer a minimum of cleanliness you not not sell on Expedia. Frankly I’m more concerned that this application allows these kinds of places to advertise on it. We arrived late , we barely slept and we left first thing in the morning. The worst experience of our life - period. Again - Expedia should not allow this to happen and shame of you for allowing it.

The property needs a lots of repairs. Room was having smell. There were ants on the table. Fridge and microwave was having bad smell.

There was no hot water in the shower and the sink is seriously plugged up where water drained too slow.

We went to check in and were given the wrong room. The hotel is in very bad repair. The pool is empty and grown over! The pictures were bait and switch. I refused to stay in those type of conditions especially for $200! Shame on them and you hotels for not verifying your hotels!

There were bed bugs on the bed. I got bitten by bed bugs on my face and on my back when I woke up and found there were two bedbugs crawling on the bed. I even made a video and showed it to the owner and she said I'm sorry might be cleaning lady didn't clean it, and the towels were so dirty, full of hairs in the bin where the place the towel was also dirty and the stairs were also dirty from where we went into a room according to the price the place was not good

I can honestly say this was the worse hotel we almost stayed in. In our room in the bedtable drawer was a "dildo" crackpipe and old food. The floor was uneven and filthy. The bed clothes were dirty. Something sticky and wet on the table. Our shoes kept sticking to the bathroom floor. It smelled like sewage. The pool wasn't filled. The property was filthy with garbage everywhere. The only positive was that they refunded our money when we said we wouldn't stay in the room. This was the worst.

Absolutely run down, neglected property. The room was dirty, bathroom even worse. Bedsheet had hair on them and sheets were stained. Absolutely not recommended, stay away!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I spent just one night here and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was infested with insects, including spiders crawling around, and dust and filth covered every corner. The bathroom was disgusting – the commode was full of waste when we arrived! Totally unacceptable. The curtains had fallen down, the bedsheets were dirty, and worst of all – they had used, unwashed comforters just lying there. No housekeeping service, no sense of hygiene or professionalism. It felt like we were being charged to stay in a dump full of bugs. If I could post pictures here, you would be shocked! Please, for your own health and safety, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

This place should be condemned nothing works the foom is not the same as the plcture the jacuzzi tub was broke and it let sewer gas back in to the room the AC did not work the pool was broke and the guy hong this laundry on the fence there where no clean towels in the room no wifi the bed was a king mattress on a queen box spring the carpet was ripped no microwave or coffee maker verey up set

We pulled up to Caravan Inn and instantly felt like we'd stumbled onto the set of a low-budget thriller—complete with dilapidated units, knee-high uncut grass, and garbage strewn about like set dressing for a post-apocalyptic scene. The office was... fine—nothing fancy, just enough to lull you into a false sense of hope before the rest of the property kicks you in the gut. As we climbed the creaking stairs, surrounded by narrow hallways and chipped railings that probably haven’t seen a maintenance man since Y2K, the atmosphere quickly shifted from “rustic” to “we may not make it out alive.” By the time we reached the main hallway, it was full-on Walking Dead mode—dimly lit at 3PM (yes, afternoon), with the scent of rotting wood and a general sense that hygiene took a permanent vacation. I half expected Negan to swing around the corner with Lucille. And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, we reached the room. The moment we opened the door, a wave of musty air greeted us—thick with mildew and nostalgia for the last time anyone cleaned it, which, judging by the smell, was sometime before Wi-Fi was invented. The floor creaked with every step, like it was whispering “turn back,” but we pressed on… and met The Beds. Very terrible experience

Worst experienced ever in my life. The hotel was ridiculousy dirty and unsafe. You can get a disease after staying there. We check in and left immediately the premises. They even have fresh sperm in the linen, blood stain in their bed linen, has not even vaccuum the room, the mirror has not even wipe, a buggers was there for probably a long time already. And so many more. We get our money back but not fully which is not a promising. They should give us a fully refund. The picture in their premises that can be seen in the expedia.ca site was deceiving. It was a totally opposite and disaster. It was falls advertisement. Last minute that day when we arrived, we spent a ton of money to book somewhere else instead because of that motel. I would recommend that expedia will definitely take down their advertisement as it was not as it is in the site. If you need to speak to me personally, please dont hesitant to contact me.

Honestly this motel is not ready for public. I understand they are renovating. But they were not ready for guests at all. Im not even sure if the linens were clean. I slept on top as there were so many stains. Luckily i had my own blanket in my car. The bed was decent for comfort.

Let me start this by saying, ALWAYS look at google reviews before going ahead and booking a spot to stay. I booked this for my family (3 kids and 3 adults). We are not from the area but the photos online looked decent and it had a pool, so I thought the kids would love it. We arrived and the pool had ZERO water in it and looked like it needed to be fixed. The front desk area was okay, the people at the front desk were okay. Nothing fancy, but whatever. We originally got a set of keys for a room that was for sure for a couple on a romantic retreat. Went back to front office and got a different room key (We had booked a room with 3 beds and the first room only had a bed and a heart tub in it). Unsure why they didn't check our booking to confirm what room we needed? Anywho, we enter the new 3 bed room. It was a decent size, but there was cobwebs everywhere and it smelt like an out house. There was a ton of open room doors with people who were hanging out in their beds with their doors open. Fairly weird overall. And apparently we parked in "someone's spot" who didn't have a car, but had his door open. That man then came outside and started screaming to move our car that it was HIS SPOT. He was also swearing and making weird noises while doing so. We went back into the front desk and requested to get our money back because this clearly wasn't a safe space for kids at all. They denied a full refund & only gave me $100 out of the $175 we spent. I will NEVER go back or recommend it.

The jacuzzi only had cold water and the air conditioner did not work. My girlfriend and I spent the evening at a bar within walking distance. When we returned the room was too warm and we could not get any channels on the TV and no remote. We called the front desk, and what started as a lousy experience, improved sugnificantly because despite it being after 2 am the owner of the motel came to the room with a screwdriver and was able to fix the air conditioner. He also went to the front office and came back with a TV remote and he was able to restore the TV cable. So because of the owner's capable actions, my rating for the motel improved from 1 star to 3 stars, though it would have been better if the air conditioner and TV worked from the time we arrived.

While we did not experience any danger or unsafe interactions, we did have issues with our room. It had garbage from the previous tenants inside of it, half of the lighting did not work, the tub inside did not work or get hot water going to it, the television did not work, only one set of towels was provided (and not restocked), and we discovered after the fact that there were bed bugs as well. We would not have stayed if we knew this from the initial check in.

I wish I can give it 0. Pictures are a lie. Dirty biohazard place, everything in disrepair. Should be closed down. After seeing their bedsheets full of dead bugs and hair, we had to immediately check out and stay elsewhere. Never pay before you see the room, they refuse to return money.

I don't know how they can sleep at night taking money for this property. First the bathroom light didn't work. They promised to send someone up, they didn't. When we returned and complained they said take the table lamb and put it in the bathroom. No water in the pool. Double beds, not queens. Supposed to be a sofa bed, but not room to pull it out. Bedding was so dirty, we didn't want to sleep in it, so we ended up going to another hotel at midnight. Any self respecting motel would give us our money back. Do not go to this motel.

Room was not ready on time. Staff said they need to clean the room first so we needed to wait (not an issue) BUT we waited for nothing. Room was so dirty(food crumbs allover the floor, smells like rotten food, and the AC unit blows dirt(you can see it clearly). We got it for cheap price but we didn't expect that to be that worse. We had to booked to another hotel to enjoy our stay.

We didn’t stay there. The moment we pulled up there were drunk homeless people sitting outside the hotel and around the rooms. The pool was empty and dirty and the room was musty. I asked to see the room before we made the decision to look for another place.

Pool was closed, live in residents fighting over money and booze. In room jacuzzi was gross, no clean and would not drain so the manager “fixed it” by bringing in a vacuum to suck out the water. Carpets on floor were coming up and exposing rusted nails. We actually checked out early and found a better motel down the street.

Highly discourage anyone who is considering staying at this inn. In extremely poor condition and felt very unsafe. We didn’t even end up sleeping there because when we heard there were bedbugs, there was no way we were stepping foot inside.

I have tried my best to find out which part of the hotel room is clean and not damaged. I tried it hard to give a credit to something that I should appreciate it ,sorry to tell you ...nothing... No photos to prove because it there were too much to show.

I spent 1 minute inside and ran away. There was dirt on the floor, smoke smell and blankets with hole from the cigarette ashes. Place looks like a abended place with huge concern of safety. I've got my refund, and had to overpay to stay in another hotel. Don't even think to come there.

Price requested upon arrival is higher than shown at reservation.I booked a non-smoking room, but I was provided with a smoking room which smells so bad. When I checked out, the front staff admitted and made apology on offering different a smoking room. How this dishonest motel could be advertised on Expedia?

A horror movie set up , inside the unit looks abandoned , Broken mini fridge, no microwave, no cable, the rotting smell was so horrendous that we could not fall asleep. No toilet paper, bathtub is stained with layers of dirt and the bottom is covered in dirt and hair. Heart shaped tub and surrounding area were covered in dried up bodily fluids and sticky massage oil. Bed cover was so stained that I almost threw up when I saw it. We used our bedding and yet I was still disguisted to sleep on that bed. Thick layers of spider webs are hanging low from the ceiling . Everything in the unit is either broken or dirty. One star is too high for this joint.

I only booked this low priced Motel because i only needed a clean bed and shower for a short period of time and it was offered by Expedia...who i thought was reputable....big mistake....they quickly took my money then in the room, bed bugs crawling everywhere...no air conditioning....no toilet paper or any bathroom utilities....the bed hadn't even ben made......and they looked at me in shock that this hasn't happened before...liars and thiefs....i walked across the stree to Howard and Johnson.....15 more and immaculate room, continental breakfast....on and on........everyone should rethink Expedia and thathell hole motel

Not clean

The place is so dirty, there is some hair on the tub, ants everywhere, floor is so untidy, the air conditioner has cigarettes butts and smells. Very very terrible place to stay.

It seemed to be a shelter, more than a hotel. We didnt get out of out car and found a different motel.

The room we stayed in was really dirty. The floors were nasty and the beds had crumbs and hair in them. There was no towels in our room and the lights barely worked. Upon check out, I had to ask for my deposit back because they had no intention of giving it back. When she gave me the money back, it was short $5 because “thats all they had.”

Overall good

My stay here was a nightmare! The sheets were filthy, the bathroom was a cesspool, and the room reeked like a garbage dump. To top it off, there were uncleaned liquid stains under the sofa. The refrigerator was useless, and reception was MIA all night, refusing to change rooms. I’ll never set foot in this dump again and will make sure everyone knows to steer clear!
