Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the stunning views of Niagara Falls from their rooms, but express dissatisfaction with the high cost of parking and slow or inadequate customer service. The cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the staff are also frequently mentioned, although some guests have experienced issues with room temperature, noise, and maintenance.

- 5/5
It was gorgeous! The view of the falls was spectacular! Staff were amazing. Are you kidding!!! Nothing
- 4/5
View was breathtaking ❤️
- 5/5
Clean room and sheets. Spectacular views. Close to all attractions. Highly recommended.
- 4/5
Great hotel choice since it’s close to the observation tower and the Falls Incline Railway. Make sure you choose the Fallsview option when booking your room so that you can view Niagara Falls from your window. Everything is great, just would have been nice if there was a laundry room, free breakfast, and if the spa services came with the hotel booking.
- 3/5
Didn’t get any room cleaning while there 3 nights. Alarms kept going off. No TV streaming.
- 5/5
..CLEAN and Comfort...jacuzzi tub was a nice add on too.
- 4/5
Hotel seemed really cold on occasion. Retrieving car from valet on check out is very slow. Managing the fire alarm took too long and was worrisome.
- 5/5
Clean room and great view of both the Canadian horseshoe and American falls. Good place to see fireworks as well
- 3/5
Beware when booking through any third party such as Expedia. in my case, our stay was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. it was 8 days away and we fell ill the next day after booking our stay. both the hotel and Expedia kept playing the game of “talk to the other party”. I also pleaded with them requesting them to either cancel or help reschedule it for a later date.. Interesting enough I get an email stating that I would not get a refund, but asks me for the date to which I need the stay to be rescheduled to. I provide them the date. Then there was no response from either Expedia or the hotel. Now I had no choice. I had to just go and stay there without my wife. I regret my decision to book at Marriott and booking with Expedia was a disaster.. never again!!!

Had fun at the Spa. Great View of the Falls
- 5/5
The staffs are very kind and the view is spectacle!

Rooms are clean. Location was great

BEWARE: Paid for secure valet parking- our car was broken into in the middle of the night. One of the attendants saw that it had been broken into and brought it to the hotel entrance- but didn't attempt to cover the opening. He was very kind let management know but they failed to inform us- we found out about the window and theft as we opened the vehicle to load it that moring. The hotel said this happens regularly- when I asked why they don't inform guests to make sure their car is cleaned out they simply said they "don't want to advertise" that it common for this to happen. All they offered to do was remove the valet fee and any incidentals... which we didn't have any of.
- 4/5
Heater and AC unit was not very effective. Everything else was great
- 5/5
Clean room, great view, and staff.
- 5/5
They hqve a lot variety of food. Definitely i recommend to get the breakfast less expansive and more variety.

- 5/5
Breakfast wasn’t upto the mark
- 3/5
It had a jacuzzi tub but the drain stopper did not work so you couldn’t use the tub other than to shower. The room came with no hand soap and tv needed to be repaired.
- 2/5
Valet wasn’t exactly friendly either. We were told to call or request the vehicle 15-20 mins ahead of when we would need it and we did just as we were advised. We proceeded to wait another 45 mins downstairs for our car to be brought to the front. So in total we were waiting for an hour and missed our reservations.
- 5/5
Grateful for allowing us a free early check-in. That was so appreciated in the bad weather. Loved the late opening Starbucks and the relaxed atmosphere in the Lobby. Especially enjoyed the live music by the bar!! Disappointed there was no laundry service to help with wet clothes. We used the iron and the hair dryer instead. Not enough places to hang wet clothes in the room.
- 5/5
Renovation at star bucks wasn’t convenient. Spa was okay.
- 5/5
The room is very clean, well renovated, and the view is unbelievable. Staffs are helpful and patient.
- 5/5
the view from our room was amazing, the room was spotless and the breakfast delicious, worth every penny
- 5/5

- 5/5
Everything was clean.
- 4/5
With the cost of the room and all the taxes parking should be free.
- 1/5
I checked in, the room they gave me , the painting above the bed shuttered with the high winds-it was noisy and dangerous. They tried to put me in the same room on a lower floor which would not have changed the problem. I want a refund please, I left the property and checked into the Marriott next door- fabulous room and service. It was 2am by this point.
- 3/5
Honestly over hyped . This property is just lucky that they have a good location near the Niagara Falls. Other than that meh .
- 5/5
This time, there were a lot of hidden fees. We were told at the door that there is a $75 charge for parking the car. So we were like, we'll park ourselves- well, they didn't give the right directions as we were driving around looking for the place where to park (why isn't there an address on the ticket?!). Then when we got there in the dead of night, there was no one supervising the lot and the lot was not salted and ICY! I almost fell but was more concerned about my SENIOR father as I am still relatively young and tolerate a fall. VERY UNSAFE AND CHEAP! Imagine our shock when we were still charged $50 despite having to self park so far away! At that rate, we should have just found our own parking! What a rip off! Then, we went to Morton's. Granted, the food was good but TOO EXPENSIVE AND NOT ONLY THAT,A RANDOM TOURIST FEE ADDED TO THE BILL. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Next time, I will REALLY have to consider whether to come here- def not by car, as its not worth it! Do
- 5/5
outstanding view and location
- 5/5
I had a great stay. Just didn’t like the price of the parking. 50 to park is robbery. When you’re already staying there. And Expedia didn’t say it in the listing. That was again misleading.
- 5/5
Abit busy but was okay and quick
- 5/5
good service
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff did an amazing job to accommodate us.
- 5/5
El hotel esta literalmente cerca de las cataratas tiene todo cerca. Me encanto la vista el cuarto tenia vista a cataratas se veia espectacular

- 5/5
Clean room. Kind staff. Nice amenities and great view to the falls. Room #2222. Parking is expensive here. You can find parking nearby for $20 a day.
- 5/5
Had a fantastic time clean rooms. We had an issue with one of our beds and they were quick to rectify the problem.
- 5/5
room was very nice, excellent view, worth the price
- 5/5
Beautiful room with gorgeous view
- 5/5
The hotel, the room and the view was amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Everything was perfect
- 2/5
Room was dirty - hairs in the tub, water marks from glasses on the bed side table now wiped off and cleaned. Book the hotel for the spa and it was fully book. Would have been nice to know at the time of booking. Disappointed with no Starbucks available.
- 5/5
Only problem was no wifi
- 5/5
Stayed for my 30th birthday, had the view, received the best massage at the spa and had the best breakfast every morning at the buffet. Would 100% stay here again! The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing time being in Niagara Falls for the first time.
- 5/5
Excellent experience from check-in to check-out.
- 2/5
Over rated for the view. Front desk staff can be more welcoming and explain the amenities better.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Every thing was perfect, from the room, restaurant, and spa. I enjoyed my little Getaway.
- 1/5
I was charged almost 2000 Usd addiditional for incidental damaghes, my reservation was also cancelled by the team there. absolutely horrible experience.
- 5/5
It was an amazing experience
- 5/5
Quiet and clean, friendly staff
- 2/5
Its a very old and outdated hotel. For example: Their only restaurant (Morton Grill) has the most expensive dish on their menu for $92, but the entire furniture of that hotel is ripped. My grandma has a better furniture than that. Just the chocolate lava cake is $35 after taxes. How do you explain these charges with ripped furniture? Lol
- 3/5
Let me start off by saying that I love the view from our room and the staff was great. The location is perfect and the hotel was cozy, although the lobby is a bit congested due to the layout and the new Starbucks they are opening. My room came with a big red wine stain on the carpet which is something I could ignore since the view as so nice. What was really disappointing are all the extra resort and amenity fees and taxes that were on the bill that were not mentioned when we booked our stay or at check-in. I expected to pay a fair resort fee, but ended up paying about $200 US dollars in additional fees for our 3 night stay that nobody mentioned upfront. And that was not including the ridiculous CAD $50 (plus taxes) self parking fee per night. Conveniently their printer was down when I checked out so I did not receive the bill until later by email. I would not stay at this hotel again and would only recommended it if you are aware that you will be paying a lot more than your actually booking. Unfortunate it ended this way.
- 4/5
It was what we expected
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and we had a lovely room

- 5/5
Clean room, friendly personal, beautiful views
- 5/5
Great stay at the hotel with great view of falls
- 5/5
Nice large room and beautiful view! Thank you!
- 5/5
Top notch location for the Falls. We were celebrating and this was the right way to do it. We’d come back in a heartbeat.
- 5/5
Lovely stay at the hotel, staff were friendly during check-in and had the room available for us for 2pm which was helpful with our jetlag. I surprised my partner with a falls view room because it was her 30th and the view was incredible and the room very nice as well.
- 5/5
Definitely returning!
- 4/5
Stunning views of the falls, the staff were very friendly, and the property is close to lots of restaurants and the incline to get you down to Table Rock Centre. Only negative was the bed, basically a very lumpy mattress on plywood. That kept it from being 5-star.
- 4/5
The staff was very cooperative. Resort fee was charged extra which we didn't know about. It didn't show up on expedia. Parking is a little expensive
- 5/5
Very clean room, friendly and caring staff, spectacular view to the falls
- 4/5
The room was great and comfortable. Hotel is very nice and close to the falls. The burning springs spa stood out and i will visit again
- 5/5
The view from our room was unbelievable
- 5/5
Beautiful view!
- 5/5
Clean room and the staff were fantastic. Wonderful stay.
- 5/5
The view was breathtaking - it was a little cold and no heater working. but the staff helped us to use a mini heater. The room was not perfectly clean - we wanted to use the tub but it was dusty and hairs around. but overall my stay was a satisfaction!
- 1/5
I initially booked two rooms and one room was canceled a week ago. However when we arrived, both rooms had been canceled and we had paid for one room. Please help!!
- 4/5
room clean, staff courteous, nice hotel only con was that self parking lot is too far from hotel and too expensive for no security
- 5/5
There are restaurants in site and right next door! Just down the hill is the attractions and a rail car you can ride down to them. Loved this place! Room service was amazing and the bar has great drinks. The hot tub worked great that night from all the walking we did.
- 3/5
so so
- 5/5
The hotel offers a great view of Niagara Falls, but it’s quite far from Clifton Hill and the main Falls area—about a 30-minute walk. It’s better to take an Uber or drive to Table Rock, park there, and explore the area on foot.
- 4/5
Room was clean. View was spectacular. We had trouble with the cable television- it didn’t work for 20 minutes. Also, only one small mirror in the bathroom- which was a challenge for 4 people to share. The breakfast buffet was very good- nice selection and fresh fruit.
- 3/5
Jacuzzi tub jets did not work. This was a big disappointment for me. Room was clean and view was great.
- 5/5
Room was spotless
- 2/5
Check in took over an hour without an apology for waiting or explanation as to why we had to wait from the concierge. Room was dirty. We found food on the floor (raisins + nuts) and dirty tables and night stands with dried up drink spills. The coffee/ tea station wasn’t stocked (calling front desk was a nightmare because of the internal issues they were having). Getting ice or drinks from the vending machine was a the worst set up. We had to try multiple machines (on different floors). Was asked to go back to concierge the following day to “finish” the check in (really?). The hotel staff pick and choose who they want to patrol when it comes to smoking outside. One group was allowed to huddle and smoke cigarettes and marijuana under the parking but others were asked to leave… (protocol should be enforced on everyone not just your choice of individuals). If I didn’t prepay for the hotel I definitely wouldn’t have checked in and went somewhere else. This hotels + services are bringing the Marriott name down.
- 5/5
Excellent view and hot tub staff accommodating. Ac def above the temp applied, but vent available. Great spot at any price, yet affordable.
- 5/5
The view of the falls and fireworks is amazing
- 1/5
I was disappointed with my stay. The bathroom shower curtain had visible mold on the bottom, which was a major turn-off. The room also had an unpleasant smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. I originally planned to stay for two nights but decided to leave after one. The hotel could really use some updates, and I strongly recommend removing the carpet—it would make a big difference in cleanliness and overall comfort.
- 5/5
The breakfast options are a Starbucks in the lobby.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice size and friendly staff what more can ask.
- 2/5
Plus-points- view from the superior room was amazing- with two comfy chairs overlooking the falls - perfect!! Fairly modern and clean bathroom with a double jacuzzi bath and a large, comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast with great food. But that’s where the positives end for me I’m afraid. Check-in- queues for over 1.5hrs due to a technical failure. They knew about this when we arrived at 10am and were hastily told we couldn’t check in before we even opened our mouths to say we just wanted to drop the cases! By 4.30 the staff were manually writing down bookings on a sheet of A4 - it was all chaotic and lengthy with no-one explaining to people in the queue what was going on. We found the staff rather rude - a late lunch in the restaurant, which was empty, we asked for a table by the window and were told ‘we don’t move chairs to make a four’ - why? We were the only people in there! I can partly understand if it was packed out but we were the only ones there! The food took over an hr to arrive with no explanation. The Starbucks was being renovated the day we arrived- no notice of this given- lovely lunch listening to the grinding of saws and hammering of wood! There was a conference on whilst we there- a cannabis company conference so yes, there was an overpowering smell on entry/exit to the hotel and in the corridors. A tired looking hotel that needs updating - plenty of others to book for the views!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Beautiful view of the falls.
- 5/5
Amazing views of the Falls! Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
The property does look slightly dated, however all of that seemed to not matter when you got a beautiful view of the falls! I also noticed for some reason the showers did not get very hot, but there was a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby and you’re not very far from the walkway to get up close and personal with the falls! If you came all the way to Canada to see the fall, I would recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
Do not stay there the pritesh manager on duty was very rude instead of telling me he can do somwthing he was being smart with me by commenting restaurants are also advertised will you want that free as well? Im not happy and i want customer service manager to resolve
- 5/5
The view was amazing. The room was very comfortable.
- 5/5
The view… was just minded blowing… amazing. The wider hotel was grand and with restaurant, gift/amenities shop, Starbucks, lobby bar where they served a good range of bar snacks/small meals. On MZ level the restaurant we only use for breakfast, which was outstanding, a vest selection of hot and cold food, an omelette station. The food was lovely and it is well worth getting yourself out of bed for. We did eat in the lobby bar, and two snacks to share was enough with the grand array of drinks. Room Serivce was quick friendly and efficient, if you like a beer, we would recommend the beer bucket with a Canadian beer. The hotel also has a gym and pool included in your room cost, the Spa is an extra charge and one I would of been happy to pay but we ran out of time, the hotel is so close to the Falls that we did it all, the vernacular Railway, the under the Falls wall, Skylon tower, the boat trip into the Falls, but TBH we would of just been happy sitting in our room mesmerised by the sight of Niagara Falls for the rest of our lives! I can’t recommend this hotel enough we are without doubt coming back.
- 5/5
Grrat location
- 2/5
Dắt room, faulcet broken
- 2/5
This hotel is in a nice location! But the staff is not friendly! I stayed 3 nights! 2 bottles of water per night is complementary! Every night I have to go to lobby to get my water ! Not sure why ! The housekeeper never replace the lotion in my room ! I’m very disappointed with this Marriott’s service !
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff were cool
- 4/5
Lovely room very clean - excellent view overall a lovely stay just a shame the check in staff are not very helpful - all other staff brilliant - to be told your room isn’t ready because we had so many late check outs is not acceptable
- 5/5
This hotel was wonderful. From the room size to the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And the view was spectacular!
- 5/5
Fabulous room, worth the extra money for a high floor with a view of the falls.
- 4/5
The building is old, but I didn't care about the inside
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel. Everything was great: views, room, bed, restaurants, cleanliness.
- 3/5
One side of the mattress is broken. The bathroom door doesn't close, water is leaking out all over the floor.
- 3/5
The bathroom door wasn’t close enough the water travel out over the floor. One side of the mattress is broken.
- 4/5
Beds are hard, sofa is old, bathroom water drains slowly, and they don’t take cash anywhere at the property. Breakfast not included. Parking is $65 a day. The views are spectacular!
- 5/5
All of them are nice
- 4/5
Ice machines is on every other floor. Long walk to elevator
- 4/5
Excellent location with amazing views of the falls. General lobby area also had a view of the falls with a bar/sitting area to take in the attraction. Room was very comfortable, could use an update on some of the furnishings.
- 2/5
room was clean
- 5/5
We wanted a room with a view of the falls and that’s what we had. Nice view and was able to see the fireworks from our room. Bar could have had a better selection. Morton’s was good. All in all good place to stay
- 4/5
There are only paying breakfast options that I did not try
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, the window view of the waterfall is breath taking. Had good time staying there
- 5/5
Yhe view of the Falls werel great!!!! The hotel is centrally located and easy accessible to all the tourist attraction.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice view, and good breakfast
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Falls facing room with 2 chairs set up for viewing....ordered room service and basked in the view
- 2/5
We were told to come back later to check in When we did there was still no power and told just to find somewhere else! No help as nd we had booked this special trip to Niagara s long time in advance, No contact from the hotel since to apologise either.
- 4/5
Everything was great till the elevators couldn't stop on certain floors. Over a nice place and good view of Niagara Falls.
- 4/5
Valet's were great. Friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Rooms were fine. Hotel is nice and clean. Not a very good selection of bourbon in the bars. Other than that it is a fine place I recommend.
- 3/5
not clean, but very kind staff
- 5/5
View from our room was perfect. We spent our evening enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the view of the falls
- 4/5
The elevators never worked! Of the 5 or 6 that were there, only two truly worked - at one point, one never showed.
- 3/5
The decor of the hotel entry is very outdated. While the view of the fall is extremely amazing the room itself needs updating for all guests to have overall great experience
- 4/5
Lovely views and convenient location, however some of the furniture in the room and in lobby and restaurant appears shabby and in need of replacement.
- 1/5
We showed up and the entire building had no power. We had to scramble to find availability on a moments notice with 200 other people.
- 3/5
they lost power for one day and night...not a good experience
- 3/5
Excellent evening dining. Breakfast buffet not so much.
- 5/5
Clean room the staff was super nice love the view.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing time at this hotel. Beautiful views, great staff. Beautiful clean hotel. We enjoyed the dining experience at Morton’s. Our room was great. Had so many views from room of the Niagara Falls, Sunsets, sunrises. We will be back. Thank you.
- 4/5
Place was okay overall, breakfast buffet is just fine, food was blend.
- 5/5
Big window to the falls, comfortable
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Everyone and everything was wonderful
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Room cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels
- 5/5
It was a perfect location to see the falls from your room and dinner at Morton's was fantastic would definitely stay there again
- 5/5
Dinner place didn't have any halal options, and sea food items had bacon in it. However, the hotel overall was great with amazing Falls view.
- 5/5
The Hotel has a wonderful view to the Niagara Falls is clean the staff is professional. The rooms are clean a little old maybe need be upgraded. I had a only complaint and is the long line and waiting time yo be seated to take breakfast, the same host had to check and go in to seat each party of customers.
- 5/5
Massage was great spa ambiance lacking
- 5/5
We had an excellent view of the falls from our room. We had a good time.
- 5/5
It was magical to stay on the 10th floor and view Horseshoe Falls all afternoon and evening. We took full advantage of the comfortable easy chairs and table aligned for that purpose. And we woke up to a gorgeous sunrise. Tip: our room 25 was behind a portion of the falls - perhaps a lower number room would allow for a more complete view. We were disappointed that the only food options in the hotel were Starbucks and Morton’s steakhouse. It seems breakfast and lunch are served at the sister restaurant across the street. Table Rock restaurant was just a short walk and funicular ride away - again a great view from there. Massages on our final day were excellent.
- 5/5
Staff very attentive
- 5/5
The room was amazing, the staff was friendly and we would definitely return again!
- 1/5
The AC does not work, staff is unhelpful and rude (everythings seems to be someone elses problem), the hotel lacks the necessary resources (helpful staff, luggage carts, etc) to properly support all of the guests that they have from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave. The hallways smell damp and are hot most of the time. The windows are so dirty that the view is not worth the money you're spending. Elevators are kept smelling "fresh" with what appears to be urinal cakes above the lighting fixture. The elavators are also an inconvenience. Given that not all 5 elevators go to all floors youre stuck waiting for long periods of time just to get to your room or back down to the lobby. The hotel brekfast is disgusting and feels like its been sitting for days. The parking lot is also an extremely far walk from the hotel. Since they wont allow you to park outside the hotel for more than 5 minutes and cant provide enough luggage carts, youre forced to carry bags across multiple parking lots to get to you car in the designated parking lot for guests. They also charge an additional tourist tax similar to many businesses in the area. As a Marriott Bonvoy member i would not recommend staying here. You would be better off at the Embassy next door or the Sheraton down the road.
- 5/5
Property is nice and every staff member was very friendly. I’ll definitely stay at this property again. Only complaint is the king bed mattress was very uncomfortable; a lot of sagging had to sleep in the middle of the bed.
- 5/5
Our room was spacious and comfortable, but did appear a little dated, with lots of dark brown furnishings, but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment, as it was very clean. Self-parking was also offered by the hotel, for $34 per night, which we did use. The car park was a short, five minute walk from the hotel, so it was pretty convenient. We didn’t use any of the facilities at the hotel, as we were only staying for one night. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Fallsview Hotel and Spa, and would certainly stay here again.
- 5/5
The lady who checked us in was extremely courteous and kind. Made us feel at home. It was an all around awesome experience! Thank you.
- 5/5
Excellent Experience!
- 5/5
Everything was amazing. Will definitely be visiting again and staying at this exact location with friends & family.
- 5/5
Best view of the Falls. Great location. Comfortable room.
- 4/5
Decline
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
We had a fallsview room. A little older inside but clean. Staff were great and food was fantastic. Close to everything
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The executive room and view were amazing. Close to everything.
- 5/5
This is a favourite spot in the Niagara area. Great accommodations and reasonably priced.
- 4/5
Almost everything was great. There were two small items that needed attention, a slow tub drain and an odor in the air ventilation. The view from the room was amazing, however, the windows were not ideal as there were water drop ditrt covering them. We received a letter saying the hotel was a dressing the dirty windows starting this week. It is a good hotel.
- 5/5
Another great stay!!!!
- 5/5
Overall, the place was excellent and I would recommend. We paid for premium fallsview rooms and the view was really great, but the downside was that the windows were so dirty (outside, not inside) that it was hard to see and pictures were pretty well impossible. I'm not blaming the hotel; they can't wash the outsides constantly, but it was a shame. Staff was excellent, especially the folks at valet.

I would absolutely recommend the view, at least once in your life. It was breathtaking.
- 4/5
The view from the room was stunning! The room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Everyone was so friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable except for one side of the bed was broken There was a visible dip in the bed and when I pushed on it it collapsed. Luckily it was a king bed so I could scoot over and sleep in the middle and it was so comfortable. The view was amazing.
- 5/5
It’s clean inside, nice, the view was so amazing but it needs to be cleaner outside the building.
- 4/5
Love our stay. Check in was not good. Called and messaged hotel two days prior and day of arrival to tell them we would like to be able to check in early. Due to our all day travel and 1300 arrival we requested to check in early, sat in the lobby for three hours while doubling checking and at 4 pm they let us check in because that was “check in time”. Wasn’t treated like a member even though I am because I used Expedia

Very nice hotel and wonderful view!
- 5/5
Walking distance to restaurants and rail system taking you down to all the Falls activities.
- 3/5
The view was wonderful and amenities not any better than any other three star hotel. It was nice but not awesome.
- 4/5
Parking charge was expensive then the area.
- 4/5
Wonderful view
- 5/5
Our room had a fantastic view of the Falls and was quiet. The staff at the hotel and the spa were extremely helpful and friendly. The spa was amazing!

I booked through Expedia and paid for a “falls view” room. The hotel staff put us in a lower level river view room. View was blocked by a tree line and when I asked the staff about it the staff insisted that’s what I booked when I know for a fact that I didn’t. When I checked my receipt my receipt said that a city view room was booked. I don’t know what is going on with Expedia or the hotel but I don’t think that’s something that should be mixed up. ALSO, I felt like I was getting bit by something and after further inspection I noticed the room was infested with ants. I wish I could post the video I had recorded on here because when I tell you the ants were all throughout the carpet and chair. I mean it was a lot. Pillow cases had these giant disgusting stains on the underside it’s like the staff didn’t even bother changing them they just turned them over. Some of the staff were rude, as well. The manager that moved us to another room was kind but other than that the staff didnt seem very hospitable. Hotel is in a decent spot. That’s really the only good thing about it.

The air conditioning throughout the property was not on for some odd reason and when serving breakfast it was extremely hot and uncomfortable as if we were in the kitchen my wife and I decided to go elsewhere for for breakfast
- 5/5
Best view of the Falls anywhere on the Canadian side. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Thanks for giving us the best time for us to celebrate our 55th Wedding Anniversary. Returning again after many times in all these years, you never fail us. Again, thank you for all you have done for us
- 4/5
We had a wonderful stay with a couple of minor exceptions. The room and view was fabulous. We called for our car from Valet parking. We waited in the lobby, expecting to be notified when the car arrived. that never happened. The other issue was on our departure day we wanted to get on the road early and there is no bell service available before 8 AM.
- 4/5
The hotel is in a great location and the view of the falls amazing! Breakfast was good as well! The valet was a bit disappointing as we are 2 senior ladies and we weren’t properly addressed! We gave the valet $5 US AND he didn’t even acknowledge us or help us with our bags. He just walked away! We also tried to calli for our car and had to wait once we came down to the entrance! Obviously, they were busy, however we weren’t treated very well!

This property is overpriced, as it is dated, and the room amenities were subpar. The Morton restaurant was a total ripoff. The food was below average, both taste-wise and quantity-wise, and for what we got, the price was so expensive it was insulting.
- 5/5
The view from the room was amazing, we got the superior room. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Parking is not included.
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly
- 5/5
Since it was near Niagara Falls, it was a bit humid, but the view was amazing. Having a spa inside the room made me so happy.
- 4/5
Older but nice. Beds very comfortable.
- 5/5
The view of the falls was excellent. The room was perfect. The staff were so helpful and kind.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The view was amazing but wipers on the windows would be a good idea when the mist from the falls makes it tough to see! Breakfast was delish the buffet was excellent! The only negative thing was checking in- the front of the building was not large enough to accommodate the traffic checking in. Self-Parking is $45. Wifi is not included which I'm not accustomed to paying. The concierge was helpful and staff was friendly.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the view from the room absolutely breathtaking. However, the pool and hot tub were a disgrace. The hot tub was extremely dirty and gross. The tiles had mold, dirt and green scum in it. For the price of the hotel, i expected a clean, well kept pool and hot tub.
- 5/5
A hotel with a greatful falls view.
- 5/5
Very nice and well located. $65 for valet is quite a rate, but we were there for a night only.
- 5/5
We stayed in a suite over-looking the falls. The sofa right in front of the large windows was my favorite spot to sit and just look out at the falls! Bathroom was big and very clean. Only issue we had was our bathroom ceiling did leak from the room above us. Not sure what that was about.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
However, there are areas where the property could improve. The guest rooms appear somewhat dated and would benefit from modernization. The in-room refrigerator was not functioning, which was inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor, making it difficult to stay connected. Despite these challenges, the location and view remain exceptional. With some updates to amenities and improved connectivity, this hotel has the potential to offer an outstanding experience.

I'm sure this was top-notch in the '90s. Everything felt like a hassle, especially the valet. If they say 10 minutes, they mean 30. We ordered pizza one night because my wife said she wasn't dealing with the car situation. I had to go meet the driver outside because she couldn't find a place to park. I had to fix the toilet every other flush. The shower leaked everywhere. The towel in front of it was completely soaked after a short shower. The room temp was hard to control with settings of warmer..cooler. You can see the falls through the dirty windows. The blackout curtains do work. We were able to sleep late. The bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Very nice view of Niagara Falls, convenient and everything you need is in the hotel. Starbucks, restaurant.

Nice location

My view was fabulous 👌

Couldn’t get ahold of anyone prior to set up the room with decorations. Tried many times before arrival and was unsuccessful. Valet was reckless and untimely with our brand new truck Pathway to spa has sewage smell and Massages were shortened and not full duration Unwarranted charges to card Front desk was unfriendly and brushed us off when we were trying to understand where the charges came from and why. Dishes, left over food and cutlery all left in the hallway for entire stay Ordered towels to the room for them to be left outside our door on the dirty hotel floor Should choose the Hilton instead.

Great property.
- 2/5
Location is good but the quality of staff service was disappointing. Booked a room with a view and all we saw was dirty windows.
- 5/5
Love this hotel primarily for it's wonderful view. In addition, staff is always friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Great view. Overall the staff were kind, efficient, friendly, and made our stay most enjoyable.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful
- 5/5
The room is clean and the view is beautiful
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and view just incredible.
- 5/5
Felt like home can’t wait to come back again. The love is unmatched!
- 5/5
Amazing view! Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
The people who work there were wonderful. However, everything was extra extra extra. Parking was $50 a night, which we didn’t find out until we arrive. Wi-Fi was an extra 20 bucks a night, which we didn’t realize until we checked in. The Starbucks was a complete rip off where are 2 cups of coffee cost $17. Stay away from the amenities at the hotel at all cost if possible. Go down the street to Tim Hortons
- 3/5
Property looks good. Check in was clunky.
- 5/5
Magnificent views, very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff
- 4/5
I felt that the restaurant prices were ridiculously expensive.
- 5/5
Serenity
- 4/5
But I am not happy when I receive my electric card with only 47 KM autonomie. I ask charge the card when we arrived at the hotel.
- 5/5
We had a great stay overall! One issue at check-in due to a new employee not being clear on how to process our check-in. But the manager stepped in although she was not able to correct the mistake she did compensate us very well. The food and drinks at the hotel bar were top notch. The view of the falls was beautiful. We could even see the nightly fireworks. I have to mention the huge jetted tub was a plus! It was positioned to where you could see the falls! Overall get trip!
- 5/5
For a bucket-list trip, the hotel is fantastic with amazing views of the Falls. Would definitely recommend a falls view room. Rooms are so big and comfortable, and the bathroom is perfect.
- 5/5
Nice but rooms need newer devices
- 3/5
Did not smell good
- 3/5
Air conditioning not good, pillows so uncontrollable and old mattress with zero support. Water cold and takes forever to warm up, ice machine broken, toilet position behind the door, no safe in the room, no extra blankets. On top of all this paid daily parking charge and WiFi charge. Omg this place is made to milk people.
- 5/5
Great view of Niagara falls from 16th floor was worth the price. Convenient to many attractions.
- 5/5
This trip to Niagara Falls was to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was an awesome experience that made my wife very happy. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. Our room met expectations. It was clean, modern, and the shower water was hot. We loved our view of the three waterfalls from the Marriott. Highly recommended.
- 3/5
Room and washroom too small
- 2/5
Paid so much for parking and someone broke into my car and the hotel doesn’t care about you. Try to talk to the manager and he didn’t show his face horrible management. The general manager didn’t have the courtesy to come out and talk to us don’t recommend this hotel at all. They don’t care about there customers they care about the money that’s all!!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

Friendly efficient staff. Very good breakfast. Wonderful hotel

Very walkable to almost everything. Safe. Clean.
- 4/5
Everything was good except I asked for an accommodation to a minor closer room. They refused they were none compliant.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay and excellent view of Niagara Falls.
- 5/5
Was very good
- 4/5
Nice place to stay and convenient to stay. Great view of the falls. But very pricey and lots of extra taxes.
- 5/5
Great stay. We booked the day of for a last minute trip. We chose a Falls View room but there was a glitch and we were alerted while driving. I called immediately and was assured that everything would be fine when we arrived but unfortunately it wasn't - our room had been canceled. The hotel handled it beautifully. We had a partial view the first night but they gave us a credit and moved us into an amazing suite the second night. I am absolutely fine with mistakes if you own it which is exactly what they did. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was beautiful. Incredibly clean. Staff was pleasant. Would absolutely stay there again.
- 4/5
This hotel has amazing and fantastic view, looking down to Niagara Falls and Fireworks at night. This hotel is a little bit old-fashion and self-parking location is quite far away the hotel
- 5/5
Great location and walkable to many of the attractions and restaurants in the area!
- 4/5
Nice stay with a breathtaking view of the falls. Room was spacious and clean. Located across from ice maker which was noisy. Staff was friendly. Would recommend if you’re looking for an amazing view close to the falls attractions.
