Every staff member was attentive, pleasant, and accommodating. Everyone had a smile and made our stay flawless. I realize the cost reflects the seasonal nature of the stay and the location but it would have been better if it cost less.

The location was great and the staff was fabulous! Ice machines weren't working on our floor or the next one above us. We basically went to all the floors to find one that worked. The pool towels needed to be restocked. Thankfully another guest was able to ask the front desk for more towels, since we were already in the pool.

Exceptional service and breathtaking views! We had an amazing stay here. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the staff made it truly special by giving us a room with a spectacular view of Niagara Falls. Waking up to that view was magical! The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is clean, well-located, and highly recommended for special occasions. We will definitely be back!

We trusted this hotel to provide a safe place to stay and park, but clearly guest security is not important here. Very disappointing customer service and a horrible way to treat paying guests. Stay away from this hotel.

We paid extra for the falls view room, when we checked in the window was completely frozen and had zero view. Overall very nice hotel, beds were decent and across the street from IHOP with a fabulous view. Very convenient for exploring around the falls.

We specifically booked fallsview room but they gave us a room on the 5th floor which didn’t had a good view of the falls, The windows in the room were dirty and terrible so the view of the falls was not clear. I asked them if they could move us to an upper floor but they bluntly denied saying everything is booked.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel was a little outdated (hence the reno), best of all, pet friendly...nice grass areas in the front of the hotel for pets. I would stay here again. I would have liked complimentary coffee in the lobby, I'm not sure why the local hotels don't do this. The coffee in the room is not sufficient for 2 guests plus no creamer, etc. I spent more on coffee at the local Starbucks than necessary!

I paid extra for a room with a view of the fall,, but the exterior of the windows were so dirty that it wasn't a pleasant experience looking through them at all.also the heating system was so noisy that my wife had trouble sleeping because the noise was so disturbing.

Staff was kind, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the view was amazing! My only complaint is that there was a large dent/hole in the middle of our mattress which was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Luckily we had a King sized mattress so I could avoid it as much as possible.

Travelled with older children. Felt safe which was very important! They also had local recommendations which was also very helpful! They made us aware of things we were able to get from within the hotel itself that I had no idea came with the room! Will definitely come again! Highly recommended! Thank you

There was a restaurant next door where I had breakfast staff very attentive and the food was good with unlimited coffee. Overall a lovely stay I was recommended this hotel from a friend, I was a little reluctant as it's not a chain hotel, I had a great experience. I would certainly recommend to others.

For the amount of money we paid for 3 nights, the carpet was ripped, there was a yellow stain on my comforter. It was dingy, you couldn’t see out the windows for the falls view with the dew build up. There was paint fill in all on the walls. The laminate was coming off the end stands. It felt like I was at a 1980s frat house at the beach, not an expensive Canadian hotel! Second time staying. First time it I was so happy! I don’t know what happened in two years!!

I stayed on the 15th floor and the view of the falls was breathtaking. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints absolutely at all.

The staff were great, but we ran out of Kleenex and no spare, the door to the bathroom squeaked and for $350 per night there should two bottles of water in the room.

Buying on Expedia i got a room in the old tower, which had a distinct and foul odour. My colleague booked at the hotel site and got a nice room in the tower secrion.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Room smelled very strongly of some type of type of sickly sweet smell. The tub needed to be bleached as well.

Was not impressed with the condition of the rooms i booked.

- Room was clean, slightly dated but not in poor shape at all. Lots of charging ports and included mini fridge, microwave, iron/board. Bathroom was very clean and beds were comfy. Whirlpool tub features a drain function which clears lines to maintain good hygiene - Pool was clean, not busy and plenty of towels available. There is a shallow toddler area of the pool which was also great for just sitting. There is an attached "hot tub" area which takes a while to heat up but has seating and jets - Having Turtle Jacks on site was convenient but wish our stay came with a voucher for breakfast. Easy walk to many places such as Starbucks, TGIFridays, Morton's, Outback and Zappi's - The hotel gift shop had a lot of great items at reasonable prices with a few basic amenities like paper plates and toiletries as well as the usual snacks, drinks, little toys, clothing, souvenirs and bags but also dog collar/leash - Parking on-site was $45/day and off-site was $30 which was an easy 5 min walk away on Dunn St, West of Stanley - If staying with pets, there is a fee on top of your stay but not per night like other hotels. There are some grassy areas around and a field just Southwest of the hotel - TV was basic but had HDMI if you bring a Chromecast or other device. Wifi was good and no connectivity issues - Ice/Drink machine is available on every other floor

It's in a good location, not far from the falls, restaurants, etc. The place needs a paint job, but otherwise it's pretty nice.

Every person I ran into at this hotel was friendly, professional and helpful. Even helped a friend who was staying at a different hotel that was not a good experience, get a room here the next night. Convenient to everything we wanted to see. Nice bonus having the restaurant attached. Good food with friendly service. Great experience.

The property is well maintained and clean. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the falls.

The view was amazing. We all were taken back when we walked in. Can’t believe how beautiful view was. Parking is expensive $45. Walking distance to everything. Could not see fireworks from room. Staff was very friendly! Just needs a little updating, but we were on the go a lot.

The room was clean, and the view was lovely. The service at front desk was great. Parking options not convenient and the main thing that brought my rating down was the smell of smoke in the hallway and room. All my clothes had the stench left upon returning home.

Hotel was wonderful as far as location to the falls. Had a small view of the waterfalls from my city view room so that was a surprise! Very close to the incline and all in all the area is very walkable. Parked the car and didn’t touch it for 3 days. Upon checking in and entering the room dust was noticeable in the air vents and in the air conditioning in the room. I didn’t see a safe for safe storage for our passports and the bathroom needs a little TLC in regards to the crack in the tub and no panel on the buttons to work the jets (didn’t turn them on anyway). The pool was clean, the staff was friendly, and turtlejacks was great for breakfast.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Every thing is nearby. Rooms are super clean. Great views of Niagara Falls. They also allowed us to do late checkout. It had everything . I wish they had a complimentary breakfast and atleast 2 water bottles in the room.

The view they say is offered from the hotel is not true. There is not breakfast included. There are massive parking fees that they hit you with on checking in.

The room is good and clean, the only complaint is the shampoo, conditioner, soap is not a good quality and very small and no complimentary bottled water served especially if you're making coffee in your room and they are charging too much in their parking fee. My husband said rip off .

I was so happy with my stay here. Staff were some of the most friendly and welcoming I have encountered in years! When is the last time the front desk called you to ask if you liked your room and view, which were amazing by the way. The room was comfortable and clean. The falls view was spectacular. Parking was easy and location great. Would highly recommend.

I feel if I have reservation at the hotel and I have to pay for parking , especially if you’re there for over three nights. You should get a discount and don’t have to pay $45.00 dollars a day for parking on the property and to get a $30 parking you have to walk like three blocks over to park your car at your own risk and to buy Breakfast which was pricey at the restaurant at the hotel.

View of Niagara Falls was exaggerated. Room had heaps of dust in the corners and under the bed. There was a pronounced floral air freshener smell that was overwhelming in the room and caused nausea. The extra duvet requested came without a cover. The lobby reeked of chlorine. Overall a very unpleasant experience

We had to pay $45 a night to park in the hotel parking lot. They also didn’t provide any breakfast. It also wasn’t a great location. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was pleased my room was even better than anticipated, lots of close places to walk to for good and coffee. But what really stood out is the amazing ladies at the front desk, so sweet and kind and do everything with a smile! This is top notch for me!

Everything was very nice, just a little disappointed the hot tub was just part of the pool and was cold - the jets were nice. The bar was wonderful, great staff, good drinks and food.

I booked a fallsview room we get our room we only see the Canadian falls and building. When u advertise fallsview room usually it’s the whole falls not just the Canadian side. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Jetted tub the jets didn’t even work. The rooms are out dated smell the bathroom door didn’t even shut. People were smoking in there rooms there wasnt enough towels or face cloths or soaps I asked if we could get our money back so we could go to an actual fallsview hotel they refused. Will never stay here again. Parking said $10 off site $20 onsite it was $30 off site $45 onsite.

Booked an impulse trip and happened to find this hotel on expedia and all i can say is WOW

This is an old hotel, when i stepped into the room very strong body odour maybe from the last traveller I don't know. I want to leave but last last-minute booking can not get a refund, I talked with the front desk she changed the other room for me, it still smells but not like the first room. I booked the hotel by mistake, next time i should be more careful when i book a hotel on expedia

This was a wonderful stay! We loved that this hotel was dog friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a quick walk down to the falls too which was perfect. The price was very low too!

Pictures of this hotel is very deceiving! Standard rooms are shown as 1 king bed and very clean and new when in fact standard could also be 2 queens. Which having a weekend away with my husband for the first time in a while did not want to sleep in seperate beds. When asked to move to a room with a king the standard rooms were sold out with a king and was forced to get a suite for an extra $140 plus tax to get the suite which the only nice new thing there was, was the shower and bathroom floors. Unfortunately we paid in full before getting there which there are no refunds. For that kind of money I would have rather stayed at the Sterling Inn and had breakfast in bed and the rooms are massive and stunning! You live and learn I guess

We were very comfortable at the Niagara Fallsview Hotel and Suites. We were given a room with a great view of the hotels across the street. The room itself could use some updating, although the bathroom was new and very nice. The mattress was a little soft for my liking, but we still got a good night's sleep. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times. Near the hotel, we ate at an Italian restaurant called Zappis; Their pizzas were very good. The following morning we had breakfast at IHOP, right across from the hotel, with a beautiful view of the Falls. The location was perfect for getting around town; we used the WEGO bus and also walked to most of our destinations.It was a good option to stay.

We immediately went to the front desk. The manager was really good about it and refunded us. I would recommend checking beds and sheets. As we didn’t notice any marking on the actually mattress which makes me to believe this was brought in and recent.

Booked by accident. Realized mistake right away and tried to cancel. Refused to refund or cancel less than 5 min after booking. Showed up, old, small, outdated, just overall way below our usual and we will NEVER be going back. I should have thrown the reservation away and gone somewhere else. After staying I realize why they wouldn’t cancel or refund, I don’t know if anyone would choose this place otherwise.

We booked a king room (and paid extra), but when we got to the room they gave us 2 queens. I called the front desk and they said the reservation doesnt specifiy, so they gave us what they had available. I dont understand why Expedia charges more for the room, but they dont specify when sending the reservation to the hotel.

The location was everything, but my actual room was worn, old, outdated and just not up to par. It was unacceptable. I was only there for three nights which is why I didn’t change hotels, but I will never stay here again. I will pay the money for the Marriott which is right next door and across the street.

Dirty bathrooms, very uncomfortable overused mattresses. Dirty and smelly carpets. Parking was way overpriced when you can park for half of the price around the corner. Next time i will find better hotel with more amenities.
