Pleasant surprise of a property. Everything what excellent Everything was great but parking is too much for there to be an all day lot across the street for 5$, no pool, but for the price you can’t beat the experience.

I get you can't please everyone, we all have different tastes regarding the mattress but we shouldn't be able to feel the springs. They need to be replaced.

The Staff made this stay. Incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, only a short walk to the falls. The Friday night price was quite steep, but understandable with the demand.

Large room. Breakfast was brought to our room. Outside appearance not kept up well. Interior was cold and sterile, unwelcoming. No outdoor areas to sit, no hot tub or pool. The bed was hard and pillows were lumpy. Bed was not made up properly. For the nightly price of the room I expected more.

Property was well kept, parking was adequate and my car was safe. No complaints, great experience. Everything!

We had overnight stay at the end of the Festival of Lights, we were placed in room 112. The room was very large, clean and the bed comfortable. The "steam" shower did not work. The noise outside our room was excessive all night. It is adjacent to the elevator and you hear the mechanics all the time. The cleaners room is also there and you hear them in and out, plus the water running. Thin walls! And, it is under the main stairwell and lobby.

The room was spotless and the staff was courteous.

What a hidden gem. The rooms are huge, the jetted tub is out of this world and the breakfast was phenomenal! Will definitely stay here again.

Overall an extraordinary hotel. The ambiance makes you feel like you don’t want to leave the room. The free breakfast food items were premium quality.

This is the 8th or 9th time we have stayed at the Sterling, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet get away. The rooms are HUGE and with the facility meant for an older crowd you never have to worry about kids in hallways and doors slamming. This is the only place we stay if going out for a nice little get away in the Niagara Area.

You couldn't ask for more though, considering the reasonable price. The best thing was the staff. Best ever. Thanks for taking good care of me

I enjoyed the spacious clean room, your attention to detail and fresh breakfast that came to you and late check out. The jacuzzi free upgrade was a nice add on and appreciated. The location was very close to many restaurants and Clifton hill. I wish the AG restaurant was open the day we stayed (Mon) but I bet it would have been amazing food. I’ll definitley return again!

Nice to have to breakfast delivered everyday.

The room itself was amazing. The staff at the front desk, and we experienced four of them, were all very friendly and welcoming. We had a deluxe suite, the shower was amazing in the Jacuzzi tub with bath salts was just what was needed after walking by the Falls. Speaking of the fall, they are in walking distance. The only complaint I have, and I wish I did not have to say this, was the top sheet on the bed. It felt like a shower liner and made the same noise as a shower liner. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

I love staying at this hotel. The location is close to the falls, parking is cheap and right outside the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love the rooms. Things need a bit of a update though as furniture is starting to show it's age and wear.

The Continental Breakfast in bed each morning was an wonderful addition to our stay. The property was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is in the Clifton Height area so it is close to everything. This was our 2nd time in Niagara and by far our best stay. The Hilton was nice in the summer but the Sterling was intimate. We will be back.

From the moment we walked through the door to the mornjng we checked out, everything was perfect.

The service was exceptional, They upgraded me to a room with Jacuzzi, I enjoyed my stay except at checkout time I was half an hour late(It’s an inn and spa, people come to relax) and there were 6 different people knocking at my room, I couldn’t even have my breakfast in peace. The check in time is 4pm, you get room for less than 24 hrs, Hotels need to relax a bit on check out timings.

A treat having room service breakfast for free & served a delightful spread of breakfast items! French press coffee, crossiant, jellies, yogurt, oj, egg with choice of being made. The spa shower was delightful too. Fireplace, music, far enought away from mainstream, but not far from tourist fun places.

The room was spotless and we were upgraded upon to a superior room. Staff was friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!

The staff were amazing especially Ms. Juliet. She was so welcoming and even gave tips on how I can make the most out of my Niagara visit. The room was spacious and clean and I was very happy that they had free toiletries and slippers, which is not common for most Western hotels. I’m Asian and having free toiletries and slippers is a standard. So I appreciate Sterling for that. Also, the breakfast was delicious, especially the yogurt. Best yogurt I had in my life.

From the time we entered the hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is pristine and the rooms are amazing. We loved the shower! The restaurant food is delicious. We will stay again.

We absolutely love this place! They just need to put a foam topper on top of all of their mattresses and it would be a perfect sleep. We will be back!

The room was excellent! But the complimentary breakfast was disappointing in which ot consisted of 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 croissants, 2 yogurts and side dish of granola. Scrambled eggs and toast would have been a better choice with the yogurts and granola. Also could do away with the apples. The coffee was weak.

Better lighting for reading.

The rooms are very large with lots of natural light. The room darkening blinds were perfect and the kitchette is nice with a sink, mini fridge with a freezer. A microwave would have been a nice extra to have. The un room coffee maker is nit ideal but the libby offers fresh ice lemon water and a great coffee/tea/espresso station with flavour pumps. The spa was nice - we booked the arm/leg/foot massage - I would recommend that after a day of walking! The breakfast was sooo mice - delivered on a tray on time, fresh and much nicer than lobby style breakfasts. They even met dietary needs! Our only two issues - 1. There are not a lot of channel options on the TV and the remote was a bit complex. 2. We tried to order room service during room service hours - we had to leave a message and they never called us back! So we had to door dash a pizza. That was disappointing when we were hoping to try the restaurant food. Overall we would stay here again , the staff are really friendly and helpful, the wifi works well and the beds were comfortable! zi also liked a hotel without a pool - you didn't have to smell chlorine in the hallways!

Aside from a communication failure on check in time that was resolved, this is without a doubt a 4+ star hotel. Excellent value for level of hotel. Walkable to nearly everything including the falls.

I love Sterling Inn!

Our stay was very nice, it was clean, the staff was pleasant, enjoyed the coffee bar at all hours as well as the lemon water. Breakfast was very satisfying. The only thing that could be improved is the noise level on the main floor off of the lobby where our room was. The room doors need a sweep on the bottom of them that seals the doors from outside hallway noise. The staff pushing carts with jingling dishes and glassware, vacuming the hallway, felt like they were in our room with us. We would stay again, however maybe on an upper level.

Although the staff is lovely and the location is convenient, you may not get the room you booked. Make sure you doublecheck the type of room you are getting when you check in: we were "upgraded" to a room with jacuzzi tub without being told, and ended up with a larger room (which we didn't ask for nor needed) that lacked the steam shower we so dearly wanted to try. By the time we found out about the issue, it was too late. We booked this place specifically for the novelty of a steam shower, and not only did not get it but were met with near indifference when we raised the issue with a lady at reception.

I definitely would come back again in the future.

Everything was great except that the bed was so hard that we both woke up with sore backs. I am surprised that it was a high end hotel/spa. Maybe it was just our room. The toilet also ran off and on during the night which was annoying.

I was so impressed with every aspect of the sterling inn and spa. The room was very clean as well as a big suite that was very spacious. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. We also love the breakfast in bed option such a special treat. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

My husband and I arrived and were greeted and checked in by Julia. She was great and provided us with an upgrade to a beautiful room with a steam shower. Everything was excellent: the service, the shower, the spa, the breakfast. It is in walking distance to Clifton Hill and some good restaurants. They also have a farm to table restaurant on site.

A few things that needed attention: why do they charge for parking even when the room rate is already high, and toilet paper is very cheap, one-ply, for a facility like this they should have much, much better toilet paper.

This was an amazing stay from check in to check out. The in room breakfast was top notch. Rooms were cozy and the overall environment was fantastic.

Room was absolutely beautiful.. the only downside was the auto-lights by the stairs in the room would not turn off, and it was very bright a ll night which made it tough to sleep.

Celebrated a milestone anniversary, couldn’t have picked a better boutique hotel than Sterling. Suite & Staff are top notch as well as there romantic 5 star restaurant .

Breakfast was totally different to other hotels and brought right to your room.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in in 20 years. The room was beautiful, with a spa, fireplace, lots of room and a great king sized bed. It also had a wonderful shower. The service was world class. The front desk was wonderful. Anna, who took care of our room was unbelievably wonderful, adding special touches to make our stay memorable. And the breakfast delivered to our room was first class too. Anyone going to Niagara Falls should book this hotel over any other in the area.

I liked the uniqueness of the hotel, not the stereotypical look of the chain hotels. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. That being said, there were not enough outlets and they were hard to get to. The sink in the bathroom, while beautiful, the faucet did not extend far enough to get your hands or washcloth under easily. Minor problems, but we had a great stay.

Overall great experience! The room was spotless and service was exceptional. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the jacuzzi tub, which I normally wouldn’t care much about, but this one was HUGE and the jets were awesome. They also provided a bath bomb and robes which really elevated the experience. All the little details were what makes this place above others! I felt like I was at an upscale hotel. Not to mention the prices were so reasonable. Parking is an additional fee, but for convenience it’s worth it! Very close to attractions and easy to navigate. Would highly recommend!!!

Staff was welcoming and the room was very large. A 15 min walk to the falls and lots of eating options close by including very affordable meals and drinks at Chucks Roadhouse a 5 minute walk away.

We love staying at Sterling Inn everytime we're in Niagara. The rooms are really spacious and clean, the breakfast is good (and brought right to your room), and the location is very convenient. The staff is also very friendly.

Great atmosphere

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is on the edge of a touristy area, restaurants, etc. We walked to a restaurant, and to a casino, returning after dark, and felt safe. We would stay there again.

We had a large king suite room and it was VERY spacious. The bathroom was large and had all the amenities you could want. There was a large sitting area with a couch and the king size bed was up two steps on a raised area in the room. We were on the bottom floor and the view was out to the parking lot. Perhaps a room on an upper floor would be better. The only "negative" was that the room lacked ambiance. There were no carpets on the floors - no pillows on the couch or chairs - the room lacked a warm feeling. It was all clean, but we felt the decor has room for improvement. Having the bedroom area up two steps is okay - and there were small lights that came on if you got up at night - but for some people I would imagine this could be a little tricky. You had to be careful. The location of the hotel is off the main road a few blocks from all of the big hotels that look onto the falls. For us this was fine and we appreciated still being within walking distance, but not in the middle of all the "glitter and lights." We felt this was a nice hotel, but it did not fully meet our expectation.

Amazing property. Everything was perfect. My only criticism is the lack of emphasis and appreciation for our wedding anniversary celebration. I messaged ahead of time so they know I would appreciate something complimentary to surprise my wife. But nothing. They just gave us a room with a balcony, which we could not even use due to the cold and rainy weather. ALL the other hotels we’ve stayed with in the past have surprised us with a room upgrade or even as simple as a free snack. Little things like that really add to the memories and make our celebration a little bit more special, especially for my wife. But nothing, even as I mentioned it again during check in. Other than that, everything else was great.

This hotel was wonderful! Close to all attractions but set back a block away from the noise. Nice & quiet! The rooms were comfortable, clean & fabulous bathrooms. The daily “Breakfast in Bed” was amazing. What a way to start your day!! We had massages at the spa & they were one of the best we’ve had. Would book here again in a minute.

Sterling was great. This is the third time we have stayed there. Rooms are very nice. The spa and dining is amazing. Breakfast in bed included which was really nice and fresh. Also close to the strip so easy to walk to most attractions. This is an amazing boutique type of hotel. We really enjoy staying there.

The staff were very nice and informative. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Not a far walk from restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay but did hear some noisy vehicles throughout the night. Not hotel’s fault. Was a bit surprising as the street is not a high traffic street.

The Sterling Inn was the perfect choice for us. Our room included an in-room jacuzzi which filled up quickly and had a self cleaning feature after draining. Robes, slippers, and plenty of towels were included in the room. The heating/cooling system was quiet and responsive. The room also included a beautiful gas fireplace. Our king bed and pillows were very comfortable. We really liked having "Breakfast in Bed" delivered at the exact time we requested and included in the room rate. There was plenty of breakfast items for us and we expecially enjoyed the yogurt and granola, large croissant, and french pressed coffee. All the employees were friendly and courteous. We would stay at The Sterling Inn again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls.

Amazing hotel..felt like home away from home

This was a very nice and quiet hotel, I enjoyed everything,the staff friendly and available if need them, the room are huge and although you pay for parking, but unlike some hotels it was not overcrowded.

Beautiful, spacious room with a fireplace and separate eating area. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and had both a whirlpool and a "rain" shower. But the best part was a gourmet delicious breakfast delivered to our room every morning.

I took my girlfriend to Sterling Inn and Spa for her birthday, the room was spacious, theataff was Super friendly and jovial, and the Steam shower was awesome. We will Definitely be staying here again

It was a wonderful property in a great location. Lots of restaurants and things to do in walking distance. We were upgraded to a suite with a wonderful jacuzzi and shower with four jets. I want to take the bathroom home with me. The breakfast delivered to our room was delicious.

The whole experience was wonderful!! Everyone there was so helpful and nice. Our room was a standard room and it was amazing!! The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The location was perfect!!

Perfect location to walk the falls and vicinity. Our room was nice and very spacious but there was an aroma in the room that we didn't particularly like; perhaps the floor was washed with a dirty mop. Other than the odor not being pleasant, it was a nice stay.

This was an excellent property. The rooms are and elegant. The fireplace was very nice as the nights got chilly. The breakfast in room was good quality and tasty. It was a short walk to falls. My only suggestion would be for de af coffe in lobby machine. Also decaf tea or herbal tea for those of us who can’t do caffeine. Would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast in bed was a true highlight — the croissants were honestly the best I’ve ever had, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were professional, warm, and accommodating, making us feel truly cared for from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was amazing. Being an adults-only property made it peaceful and relaxing, and the location was perfect — within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The onsite restaurant was a fantastic 4-star dining experience, and the price point felt very reasonable for the level of comfort and service we received. My only critique is that the TV was not a smart TV and had limited channels, but I refuse to let that take away from my rating — everything else far exceeded expectations. What speaks volumes is this: I absolutely love having a view of the Falls, and Sterling Inn doesn’t offer one. Yet despite that, it has become our new favorite stay when visiting Niagara Falls. That alone should tell you how special this place is. I highly recommend Sterling Inn & Spa — it’s a gem we’re already looking forward to returning to!

If you don't go here when you stay in Niagara falls, you are missing out. The receptionist was absolutely kind and so helpful. Ill be coming back most definitely because of her lovely energy.

Loved the spacious outdoor area for relaxing, the large tent offered shade from the sun. Their coffee is excellent and available early to take to your room. The breakfast had a wide selection, not just muffins and bagels but eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, cereal etc. Near the mall for shopping and plenty of restaurants a short drive away.

Very nice hotel. Well kept up for its age. If you like a quiet place with mature clientele this would be a recommendation 100%. I will return again here for sure! 5 star all the way!!

Outstanding. They provide a lot of free amenities, and the free breakfast delivered to our room was great. The suite was spotless, had excellent lighting and was spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the jacuzzi tub was excellent. We had a great experience there at a reasonable price.

The room and amenities were amazing, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and a really wonderful personal touch. The in room jacuzzi tub and shower with massage jets were fabulous. The room was spacious and super clean. Our only true complaint was the bed was a little too hard for our liking but other than that one of the most pleasant places we have stayed in years.

Great place to stay

Looks good, very big comfortable rooms, good breakfast on bed included, the restaurant is really good as well. Shower even at the coldest is very hot and water was escaping making a puddle outside the shower. Some rooms have a "smell", mattress was hard and in need of change., the middle was higher than the sides, pillows were big and not my first choice but that's personal preference. Could also feel the wind / cold from the window. Baseboards etc are beat up. The place needs a face-lift. Also the surroundings are sketchy, but that's Niagara nowadays.

Staff at receptoon were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Rooms are oversized and well appointed. Very clean. Short walk to Clifton Hill attractions. 15 to 20 minute walk to eaither casino. Our favourite hotel in Niagara Falls. Dont miss booking a dinner reservation at the attached AG restaurant.

Sterling Inn was awesome a definite 5 star hotel

Sterling Inn was a beautiful hotel and lived up to all of our expectations. If we ever travel back to Niagara Falls we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Breakfast served to your room was the only option which would be great for couples but as a family of 5 was not that convenient as there was not space for us to sit. Ok for the 1 night stay.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and went above and beyond for me and my son. The hotel was amazing as well and perfect for walking to Clifton hill without being in a sketchy area. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Also the steam shower is a 10/10

The fireplace in the room was so nice too. Loved the huge shower and separate closet washroom was nice. The AG Cuisine restaurant downstairs was amazing or should I say PHENOMENAL. Rated 2nd in Canada! The ambiance and food was stunning and delicious. Keep up the great work Sterling Inn and Spa. We’ll be back :)

The hotel was amazing, very clean, very friendly staff, check in was a breeze!! The surrounding area was a bit shabby, but that was kind of expected for a tourist area. Over all the experience was amazing and we would 100% stay here again!

It's our second stay at the Sterling Inn. It was great. It's on a quiet side street but near all the Niagara Falls attractions.

Hotel was amazing. Giant rooms vaulted wood ceilings and separate living sleeping areas. Boutique hotel in a renovated milk factory. Decor was modern and clean. Breakfast was served to your room daily. The best croissants I've ever had! Easy 8 minute walk to the falls and plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby

Second time staying here, absolutely ADORE this place. Everything is perfect. We had the jacuzzi room this time and it was amazing, the breakfast in bed is phenomenal. Best yogurt and croissants ever! The restaurant was also so good, farm to table, everything is made local including basil infused vodka and homemade basil sugar. Also it’s a 5 minute walk from the main strip and less than 1km from the falls! Will be back for sure 😍

My husband is a picky eater so I wish the breakfast options had a wider range of selections. I enjoyed it but I’m not fussy. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower.

The Sterling did so many things right. Wonderful staff. Great in room breakfast. Very accommodating. The room we stayed in was terribly outdated. The king bed was collapsing to one side…had to be careful not to roll off the side! The shower was a weird round shape with a leaky curtain and finicky valve. The room was dark with no decor. Old school tv with no access to streaming services. We did have a cd player bedside. Interesting, The area around the hotel seemed a bit questionable. The Sterling needs a few serious upgrades but don’t fault the staff! They were lovely!

beds had the hardest sheets as well as 1 pillow case on both sides, the other pillows were normal. towels were minimal and we had to ask for more. Our suite had a step down from the bed area to the bathroom. somebody is going to get hurt at night but it was not me. room was expensive and had no view which we knew but the scratchy sheets and pillow were an issue. wish we had time to try the restaurant as it looked amazing but we did not. Also had to pay to park in their lot which did not make a lot of sense to me, just include it. Best part was breakfast in bed every am, croissants were amazing!!

More extensive and less exotic , bed was very comfortable and the room was excellent and I would highly advise staying here

this hotel was incredible. While the location seems slightly sketchy based on its proximity to downtown Niagara Falls, the hotel itself felt like you are completely plucked out of the hustle and bustle and put in a spa in Mexico. Our room was jaw, dropping the pictures on the website, didn’t do it justice. There was so much space. The bathroom was stunning. The bed was comfortable, and the noise was nonexistent! I will definitely be returning for another stay.
