Breakfast was fine for us. Really good location between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. We couldn't get the ball game on our TV.

The hotel is dated and a little tired but it was quiet and the spa tub was excellent! Some renovations should be looked at in the future (for example removing the dated non-functioning fireplace). For the price it was a good stay and was a little distance from the Niagra-vegas strio :)

Near a GO bus stop. Walkable distance to the Whirlpool Aero Car n White Water Walk, Maple Leaf Place (where The Hungry Moose food court is) n close to the border at Whirlpool Bridge. We stumbled upon the Great Wolf Lodge opposite the bus stop one night while looking for a dining place n it looks like a great place for a family vacay. Location is ok but property needs a revamp.

Breakfast option is not that great and really limited. Is mostly some off-brand cereal and bread. If breakfast option is important, don't pick this hotel for it.

I think they should have arrangement for the filtered water for drinking. We had to choose between bottled or tap. Overall, if you are not expecting too much from a hotel then it is a perfect choice for your earned money.

It was an excellent place. Just hope they’ll double check the room before they let guests stay in the rooms. We rented two rooms, one has a broken fridge and the other has a broken night lamp. there’s also no microwave in the rooms, i hope there was but other than than that the room was nice, clean. Housekeeping was excellent!!! Checking in was easy.

A good hotel for the price

The room need need deep cleaning the carpetvfloor and the walls needcto ne vleanvthere was to many spiders 🕷 and ants 🐜 my daughter and I bitten. The tolilot sit need to change. Uet the sataf are very polite and welcoming. The location is very nice and i like the view it is wakling distance to riverside. And it is cheaper price and free parking.

In addition to the unjustified price difference, the room had a strange odor, there were insects crawling on the ceiling, and the bathtub in the bathroom had orange stains, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I believe this price difference is unfair and unjustified. Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast did not meet our expectations as it only included cereal, juice, bread and coffee

There is a short walk from the Super8 hotel to the Whirlpool Aero Car. At the Whirlpool Aero Car there is a food vendor and a WeGO green line bus stop. The lamps and lampshades need to be replaced. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located. I don’t like how the breakfast stops at 9am. It should continue till 10am. The breakfast offerings are cereal, juice, and toast only.

My wife and I had a very nice experience at the super 8 Niagara Falls close to everything but just far enough away to enjoy the quietness I would recommend it to my family and friends thank you super 8 for having us

The breakfast was good. There were bus services nearby. You can experience the aero car, it is very close at walking distance. The price was quite good. The staff was very helpful and respectful.

Upon entering the room, although the decore was alittle dated like the bedding, curtains etc overall the room was clean. The one issue is that the room was very humid and the carpet felt damp like it has been steam cleaned and not dried yet. During the night I almost broke my neck because i got up to go pee and the tile floor in the bathroom was damp (not from water but like a sweat from the humidity. Definitely a dehumidifier in the room. The complementary breakfast leaves much to be desired as its extremely basic. Toast was the only "hot" part of breakfast with butter, peanut butter and jam packets if desired. The "cold" part of breakfast was only 2 kinds of cereal (fruit loops or raisin brain). There was no other choices. No eggs, meat, yogurt or even simple fruit. There was a juice machine there but neither was filled with anything other then air. Coffee was available but tea was limited. I think most people would still need to go eat elsewhere to be full and not really choices for little ones. Staff were okay. Friendly enough but no "extra" just did my job vibes. I probably would look elsewhere for a different hotel next time over staying here. Its kinda far out. The price was reasonable but if i paid just alittle more for a different hotel i could have stayed on clifton hill for only slightly more, had a nicer hotel, better breakfast and to be honest staff that would be alittle more happier to see us check in and check out.

Stayed for a soccer tournament. Kind friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms were quiet. Great place to stay that’s not too busy. Pool was a big hit with the kids.

Beds were comfortable, good internet, breakfast was basic but free so no complaints, helpful guy at check in realised I had a stick so swapped us for a downstairs room with no issues, swimming pool an added bonus. Good location for Niagara. Generally a little dated, but good value for money, a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms and pool area were clean. The rooms are dated and could use a refresh, which is reflected in the price. (Bonus) - It is located right next to a WeGo transportation hub.

There is basically no breakfast. The options are coffee (regular only, no decaf), two types of juice from a machine - orange and apple; milk, three types of the cheapest sliced bread with the option of butter and/or jam, and two types of cereal. That’s it. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, but the furniture and carpets are old, dirty and stained. The place needs to be renovated ASAP. The place was full and many people were disappointed as it did not adhere to the expectations and the price paid. It takes about 40 minutes to an hour walking to get to the attractions.

The staff was great. The rooms were nice. The pool is no private its located next to a main road.

In our room plugs covers were off the walls in 2 places with wires exposed. In the bathroom the corking joining the floor tiles to the wall in front of the toilet.

The room was dirty. We found insects inside the room. The AC was not working properly. The breakfast was really poor (sliced bread and cereal only). Not even a piece of fruit.

They just give you bread breakfast and last time they are busy and it is out of bread and I asked him can you get new pack of bread then the guy gave attitude. He said it is 8:55am and they close 9 .

1. Too many insects. got bitten by a few. insects crawling in washroom. 2. Rooms- dusty and not clean 3. Hair dryer did not work 4. Door chain lock was falling off the wall- concerns with security. Other residents were loud at night and smoking at the balcony 5. Towel rack was hanging. also tissue holder kept flopping open 6. I did not attend breakfast- only muffin, coffee/tea and cereals are offered- the space did not appear well maintained or welcoming. 7. Air conditioner operates without thermostat and have to operate manually 8. Refrigerator was good although did not have light inside. 9. For toiletries- they carry Dove brand - just bar soap and shampoo. Letting people know if you are travelling through airport- you many need to bring your own body wash and conditioner. 10. There are not enough electrical outlets. no USB charging port. Overall, it is a motel without much maintenance.

Reception and Breakfast areas need improvement. Additional to that, dressing code for personnel needs to improve as well.

I called to ask for a refund do to not knowing the hotel was in Canada and i could not go over the border and then being told that i could not get a full refund. It blew me away that after ezplaining i was told it would cost me $100. I will not ever use Expedia again. And will suggest to anyone that asks not to as well.

Flower baskets were nice. Wallpaper in the room was peeling and looked a bit bad but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk and they accommodated 1st Floor and let us check in1/2 hour early.

We stay here every year for our yearly dart tournament. The owner is great for accomodating our group who all come in from east of Toronto. Rhe rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable.accomm

I like that the accommodation is not very far from the center of the Niagara. We like the staff as well. However, there should at least be basic toiletries, or welcome drink like water. The place should at least be renovated. And the breakfast, please please improve the choices of your food. Nonetheless, don't make it look cheap just coz we pay less because its not cheap. But we are thankful amidst all that for a good night sleep.

I had an awful stay at this hotel. The rooms were filthy—the carpet was full of dust and dirt, making it clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bed sheets were disgusting and unclean. Breakfast was a joke—stale bread and cereal stored in what looked like a 90-year-old canister. It was completely unsanitary. But the worst part? The parking lot wasn’t cleared of snow, and my car got stuck. I asked the reception about clearing the snow, and they just handed me a showel without offering any help. To top it all off, the washroom was just as filthy as the rest of the place—completely unhygienic. If you care about cleanliness, service, or even basic decency, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I've stayed here before. It's convenient (for me). This time when I went to check out the breakfast wasn't available and the office was locked. Never had a problem before.
