Breakfast was simple but staff were very good at keeping everything stocked up and accommodating special requests e.g. gluten free bread, hot milk for porridge. Location was brilliant as WEGO bus stops were right outside the hotel. Pool looked a bit cloudy. Eggs at breakfast always overcooked.

Kitchenette and newly modernised Plastic cutlery and breakfast set up was underwhelming. Car park should be free.

The location was not in the heart of Niagara Falls downtown which made it a nice and quiet location to stay at. There were guests there that were being very belligerent as they were in the common area(bbq area). They were drinking, swearing at people and being obnoxiously loud. Also during breakfast, these very same guests were being loud, rude and making comments to other guests about lining up for breakfast. Who did they think they were, they were not employees of this establishment and there were no signs stating "line starts here..."

It's a newer hotel. Everything is newish and clean. For the price they charge i was impressed on how good it happened to be. Parking is a separate charge.

I really liked the location, the overall cleanliness, and the large room, which was also very quiet and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, and the included breakfast was quite good. Lastly, I appreciated the large parking area right in front of my room. I really cannot find any negatives.

I am not happy with their customer service. I arrived late at night almost 10:30, despite of my booking they asked credit card for the deposit hold which was ok, but unfortunately my cc did not work, I gave them visa debit they said no , has to be cc only, then asked me give them $300 cash deposit and asked me to go to ABM if I don’t have cash,. They asked me to go back to the ABM machine it was almost 11 pm, I had to go to ABM which was again 20 min to go and come back. I did not like their cs the staff wasent trained enough. On top of that I had do not disturb tag outside my door, their staff still knocked in the morning. They really need to learn hospitality skills to run the hotel , which they lack in

My kids were left hungry and after waiting for an hour, all they could get were egg whites and potatoes. I ended up taking them to Tim Hortons for breakfast instead.

We had a great experience during our stay. The location is near the attractions. From checkin to checkout it was very smooth. Staff are all accommodating. Amenities are good enough. Breakfast was also good. But hopefully could have been more choices. Our room is very spacious. Very surprised that we have e-stove inside.We're impressed that we have everything we need. Happy to recommend this place and will definitely be back.

My inly issue was the breakfast option as ine ine morning there were only pork options and hard boiled eggs. It may work fir sime but I would have appreciated a turkey or chicken choice as we do not eat pork. Regardless, we plan in visiting again and would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and well made up when we arrived. The shower floor had a crack in the resin which had only been repaired with waterproof tape. The floor should have been repaired properly. The microwave lacked much power. The staff was attentive when we arrived and when we requested extra dishes and towels. Breakfast was great.

Only one disappointment- I had booked a room with 3 beds. Our room had 2 beds with a sofa. The sofa was not made up. We were too tired to go down a request a room change. However, the reason I chose this hotel was to have a room with 3 beds. Disappointing!!!

I was at the hotel over the weekend, and it was booked up with hockey kids and families. It was unbelievably noisy until after midnight each night, constant kids running and screaming down the halls, and garbage outside my door. Complaints to the front desk made no difference. It was certainly NOT a relaxing weekend away.

The room was great but the kitchentte with the stove, dishes, microwave and medium-sized refrigerator gave us ao much added flexibility. They gym was clean, large and provided lots of exercise options especially for me as a gym fanatic. The breakfast provided lots of options and the dining area was very clean and well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here and intend to come back soon. Keep up the high standards, team.

The staff were accommodating and very friendly and helpful. The whole establishment was very clean. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Nice shower and kitchen area with utensils and cookware you can use. The location is close to the falls but not right in the thick of all the hustle. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Niagara Falls.

The gym is nicely quipped, has everything you need for a good workout and the pool is a good size, in both it has towels that your free to use which is a nice touch. Location is good, it’s a bit off the beaten path but still close enough to Clifton Hill and the falls by about a 5mins drive - it’s in a more industrial area right across from the white water walk and Canadian border bridge. Would 1000% recommend this hotel

The bathroom was not well cleaned prior to our arrival. There was hair in the bath tub and also on the “clean” towels. There was extremely long hairs present throughout the room even in the sheets. The location is very convenient as it is right across the street from the river walk and the Green/ Blue line transportation.

Right in front of the hotel you can do the White Water walk. A short walk you can grab a bite at Hungry Moose Diner and a short 5-7 minute drive you can see a Niagara Falls, a Skylon and visit Clifton Hill.

Our room was a suite of 2 rooms that were both quiet and separated. A very nice hotel.

The staff were all super nice, they kept the space VERY clean. The only thing is I wish they offered rooms with a balcony, but beside from that it was a great place to stay. We will be back for our next trip with them!

Excellent stay at a new hotel. Especially appreciated letting us check in a little early! Right across the street from the Riverwalk attraction and bus stops for the WeGo bus is right out front. About a 10 minute drive or bus ride down to the Falls and all of the action.

It was horrible the hotel was dirty. I could smell someone smoking dope. The hall out side our room spilled food and it was cleaned until the next day when I called this was the Cleveland location

Everything was excellent! But please improve your breakfast options! Breakfast was extremely disappointing! We have been to other hotels where breakfast is included and they really do make an effort in providing their guests a good breakfast. We would like to return back but please improve your breakfast options.

The hotel is newly but somewhat poorly renovated. The bathroom and floors needed re-cleaned when we first checked in. The staff was more than happy to help and were friendly. The biggest concerns were loose wires under the AC unit in the room and water leaking inside the window when it rained. I notified the front desk and they were going to take care of it right away, but we still decided to check out.

Very friendly staff from the Front Desk very helpful to the Breakfast staff and the food being served was really freshly cooked. The chef came out to check the food and even greet the guest. The Housekeeping staff very attentive to the guest needs. We were a party of five and I booked two Queen bedrooms. All of my groups agreed were empress. We all like the Fitness room as they have the Equipment just what we only need. Also the pool is okay. What we like the most was the Sitting area outside the Pool. It was really great for hangout with friends. They have tables and chairs. We said "WoW!!!

The complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of good food for any taste, juice bar. The hotel is echo friendly, each floor is equipped with filtered water stations. Great atmosphere, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Across the street from white water walk. Buddhist temple next door as a museum. Bus stop right by the hotel would take you to Niagara Falls. Overall amazing hotel, would visit again.

It's a new facility and everything is still in good shape. The kitchen facility was good and the bathroom though small was functional and neat. I am not too happy with the $15 charge per day for parking. Many hotels around have free parking. In addition, I had to pay extra charges ($43.40) for destination fees plus sales tax. I thought Expedia had included all these extras. There was no Senior's discount for me.

Clean room, nice hotel. I had reserved a room with a queen and a pull out couch bed and marked for two guests. When we arrived at check in they had given away all the rooms with two beds or a bed and pull out bed. They told me if I would’ve put that there were three people in the room they would have been sure to keep one of the rooms. We did not want to share a bed. This is the first time this has ever happened. For the guest services to tell me it was my fault was insulting. We moved to embassy suites the next day and preferred that hotel.

breakfast was greasy bacon not cooked potatoes tots. Needs more toasters and the bacon was not refilled only bits not enough food for the amount of people who were there for breakfast. No muffins every thing except the powdered eggs was no fully available. FAST FOOD IN REFIDGERATOR for use in the rooms not healthy at all.

Courteous staff

Good size for big family. There's an option to prepare food at the kitchen area and nice living room space. Breakfast was also good. We had experienced good customer service with Alec, staff at the reception. Overall experiance at this hotel was fantastic! Kids loved it.

I thought the parking was free. I filterd free parking when I do the search in your web site. When I arrived in the hotel I was asked to pay parking $15 per day. It was a pretty bad experience.

Large room with well equipped kitchenette with big fridge freezer. Inc breakfast which was more than adequate something hot (bacon one day sausage the next with eggs ) cereal variety and bread muffins etc. great location for exploring niagora on the Canada side but far enough away from the tacky centre. You can bus from here but we choose to drive and parked by journey behind the falls

Nice & clean hotel

The room is wonderful. We love that it’s away from the noise of the main strip but that there is shopping at the little mall down the road. And the Buddhist Twmple next door is beautiful.

We stayed for 4 days and it was nice. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and nice. Breakfast was decent.

A shuttle to the falls would be great as it is about 4km to the falls. Breakfast was simple. Maybe some muffins or sweets would be nice. Eggs (over easy or scrambled) would have been nice rather than egg&cheese on English muffin. Already had English muffins on the area with toast. Really friendly staff. We would return again.

Breakfast should have more simple bacon/sausage and eggs instead of quiche or omelette. Price is good for what you get. Area was very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely return.

It's a nice clean hotel in the quiet part of town. The suites are modern and contemporary. Big windows and light. Top floors are the best, away from traffic and noisy tourists from across the street. I spent a good weekend here with my family.

Great breakfast, these young ladies work hard to keep the breakfast area well stocked and tidy. Really disappointed that only after checkout, upon checking my email, i noticed a charge for daily parking. $15 a day is ridiculous, I'm already paying to stay there, just have a tag for customers if parking is a problem. I was never told this at checkin. Very distasteful!!

The staffs are so friendly especially breakfast area. But not walkable to niagara. And requesting that the mirror inside the washroom make it lower position its better for those smaller guests like me. But everything is excellent!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The one issue I had was how low the toilet was in the bathroom.

The front desk were very welcoming, professional and very kind. They were always ready to help you and provide you with excellent customer service. The rooms were amazing and clean, and also the bathrooms were clean. Every interaction I had with the staff and front desk were top notch and they treat you like royalty. There was a power outage issue when we arrived and because of the issue they gave our family a 20% off discount! The staff here really knows how to take care of their customers. I will be staying at this location whenever I come to Niagara Falls. Also a wonderful and delicious breakfast from 7am-10am which was amazing! Thank you to the front desk and staff for an amazing experience!!! Will be returning back. 10/10

Everything was very clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the kitchenette so we didnt have to go.out for every meal. The breakfast was hit and miss. Some items were great ( bacon, breakfast sandwiches), but other items were terrible (dried out sausage, scrambled eggs that appeared to have been baked). It seems like they're still trying to get the hang of how to do breakfast.

The room in itself is good but the staff is horrible. They really need to train the people they hire because this has been my worst experience in Mariott Canada so far. They did not provide housekeeping even after specifically asking for it, we were 4 people staying in one room and they provided only 3 towels, I had to ask multiple times for one extra towel. They charged me falsely on my credit card (parking) and even after calling twice they haven’t refunded the amount. I would strongly advise against this property.
