Nothing Allowed smoking right outside the rooms. You could smell smoke in your room. No breakfast and even though I booked a room with two double beds I was required to pay an additional $20 dollars because the booking only showed 1 person. I explained I could not correct the number once I saw the discrepancy. No towels in the room , had to request them and wash cloths. No one was available at checkout. It was a very uncomfortable stay from beginning to end.

The heart shaped tub was fun The bed and pillows were the worst I have ever slept on.. especially for a honeymoon suite Parking lot not cleared of snow for a long time.. some rooms rented to long term tenants Not much parking
- 5/5
I stayed in the jacuzzi room and the jets and water temperature was absolutely perfect. Staff was very friendly. I will be returning everytime i need a night away . Everything is nice and close only a short drive to casino but far enough away to avoid hustle and bustle of the big city .
- 3.5/5
all was good wasn't told if there was breakfast
- 2/5
There was always someone available in the office Little run down, pool does not actually have any water in it and people were walking around our room banging at all times of the night
- 4.5/5
The pool and the private hot tub was really nice and it felt very private. There just weren’t a ton of towels

When I booked it was 60 dollars a night when I checked out in line 200 DOLLAR SEVERISE AND FEE WAS CHARGED When I checked in I asked what the charge was for was told parking pool very vague
- 3/5
If you are looking to spend just a night or two for a decent price, the Villager Lodge definitely works just fine. Very basic room set-up but has everything needed and was clean (not an updated look that’s for sure). Bring your own pillows!
- 3/5
Property is fine for the price. It’s what you expect for the price. However, they didn’t have the room my friends reserved. They can see it on Expedia but in their system it wasn’t on it. And they didn’t give us a solution. They said oh well!!! No consideration from the management. Thank goodness the other people in the party got rooms and we just doubled up.
- 1/5
They claimed they didn’t have my reservation. However they could see it on your site. There was no room available for me. I had no place to go since it is the long weekend in August!!!
- 5/5
Low price, good motel.

Found parking near room
- 3/5
Je n'ai pas aimé l'attitude a la réception.
- 5/5
Kids loved the family room, we celebrated a bithday there. It had everything to cook with, plates, cups, silverware. Will consider this place again
- 4/5
We liked that there was no bed bugs, it was clean on the surface/at first glance, and optimal space.
- 4/5
Parking lot was covered in dangerous ice. I blame the snowstorm but it was scary walking from my car to the entrance. The room itself was also very cold inside. Staff were able to provide an extra blanket which helped. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed inside. Very friendly customer service
- 4/5
Nothing fancy, but as good as you can expect at the price range.
- 5/5
It is a good place to stay in general
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
I saw few centipede in our room.
- 1/5
a wheelchair and upon arrival to check-in I was advised by the front desk staff that the room was in a second floor because they didnt know what an accessibility room was even though it was promoted that way. Furthermore, the rooms were very dirty. The bathtub and sink had hard stains on them for poor upkeep.
- 5/5
Hotel room was great!! No complaints. The only issue I had was the check in process was extremely slow.
- 5/5
I didn't like the way the charges were presented during on line resrevation, very confusing, referring for instance to additional $200 deposit charges that luckily me, never happened.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
Rooms need updating
- 2/5
Property was sketchy at best, and the staff charged an extra fee at check out.
- 2/5
Toilet was leaking. Not enough towels and the tv didn’t work. Brought a laptop but couldn’t change channels. Wanted to charge $1.50 for two more towels. I live local so I ended up going home to grab some more towels. Property was clean. Pool was good and there was a nice sitting area with a bbq. Went to a bakery next door that was good. The sign says free breakfast but there is no free breakfast. They “forgot to change the sign” for months.
- 2/5
Plus ... advertised shuttle service and breakfast amenity were non-existent, even though advertised through your ad and at the location as well. Upon check-in, requested a ground level room for mobility issues - told it would be 4pm before a room was available. Smoke detector filthy. Not at all worth the money that was paid.
- 4/5
Easy check in, pool was a great add. Quiet and close enough to downtown by car. No turndown service but overall a good stay for the weekend.
- 5/5
This hotel was everything we needed for or quick stay in Niagra Falls
- 4/5
The room was clean and inviting. I was only in town for the evening. Excellent for the value.
- 3/5
Not liked: found a wet used towel hanging in the bathroom. Air conditioner was too noisy. Really loud. The front desk was not friendly. Otherwise, not a bad place to sleep.

Need better Air Conditioning in the room.
- 2/5
First I’d like to start off with the manager being completely disrespectful when checking in.. Sir had the audacity to imply that we are illiterate because it was not noted when booking that a room that “accommodates 4” doesn’t actually mean your paying for a room to accommodate four but two instead. Additional 2 guests are $40 extra (not stated when booking). Second, they also frightened us saying that we (1) don’t have a booking, and (2) have booked for 2 nights when it was only one night… Which also we did not stay the night because the room cleanliness did not meet expectations. There were so many small spiders coming down from the ceiling on our bed!! And there was no one available at reception to help accommodate. Overall, our experience this time around was terrible! Please do better and be more respectful to your customers.
- 5/5
Good wifi and air conditioning. My room was not ready at 4pm, the man at the front desk was quite unfriendly and acted like I was trying to check in early.
- 5/5
I like all things
- 4/5
Very nice and comfortable. Large size rooms, friendly staff, safe-feeling atmosphere, facilities provided very attractive for family as well as singles.
- 3/5
Too expensive for the place itself.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet . Front desk was nice and check in was quick and easy .
- 4/5
Great location
- 1/5
As I entered in the office it was smelled weird and manger was telling totaly different policies than described online. Room was not that good.
- 5/5
Price wise good
- 5/5
Very nice spacious room and pleasant stay for a very affordable rate.. would definitely book again. Highly recommended for family stays.
- 4/5
Very nice and helpful staff. This is a no frills place so don't expect luxury. If you want a simple clean place for a night, this place is good.
- 3/5
The mattress was terrible, so hard and uncomfortable, got a sore back. And noise throughout the night from old heater kept me up the whole night. The tub was nice to have, but the jets were not strong at all , like bubbles. The smell in the room was old smell .
- 4/5
Comfy cozy, no frills, everything you need for a good nights rest in Niagara Falls. Second time staying here, and it is just fine! Would stay again.
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
Nothing. Deceiving
- 3/5
Advertised as accessible - not. talked to owner and he said it means 1st floor - I said no as he should say 1st level and 2nd level - our wheelchair did not fit through washroom door
- 3/5
Not what I expected
- 1/5
No towels or toilet paper. Staff knows nothing about things to do or tips on our stay.
- 4/5
Everything was overall good ….soo clean n peaceful environment
- 5/5
Good place for a quick stay
- 1/5
Front desk asked $40 extra for 2 people in 2 queen bedroom. It should be enough for 4 people. I told him it’s 2 queen beds, why would I book for one person but he don’t care and after negotiating I paid $20. That’s very unfair
- 3/5
Rooms were clean. Staff at the front desk was friendly. AC worked well and the fridge was cold! It would have been helpful to have a little more informaton about location of ice machine, hours of pool and check out time as none of that was shared at the time of check in. The pillows were not comfortable at all. I would encourage you to get some new ones as these ones seemed rather worn down. Overall our stay was ok.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was friendly. It advertised breakfast and there wasn’t any on the property, but there was a diner right across the road so not a big deal. Would stay here again.
- 1/5
Do NOOOOOT GO THERE SLEEP IN YOUR CAR
- 4/5
I always stay at this place now second time. However I still am feeling a bit down about the $20 service fee every time. If you can remove the service fee the stay would be so much better especially for repeat clients. Niagara Falls, closer to the strip, parking is already $20 depending on the holiday. With having to spend $20 service fee for a motel that's far away from the strip and then adding another $20 for parking closer to the strip it can get quite expensive.
- 5/5
Owners-management, please get some dissent coffee, for a few extra cents, the experience could be perfect!
- 5/5
it was a super clean place and the staff was good to deal with and close enough to all the key attractions that niagara offers
- 5/5
I liked the room
- 1/5
Didnt feel safe. We r 2 single women and the place looked sketchy. The front entrance was locked and had to call a number to contact someone to let u in. Horrible experience. Definately will nt recommend. Had to fid another hotel to stay at.
- 4/5
Staff friendly, quiet and nice rooms
- 4/5
parking Clenliness
- 3/5
It was ok. Phone didn’t work in the room. Toiletries seemed cheap. The room was cleaned and had everything needed for the stay.
- 5/5
it was pleasant room was clean and well maintained
- 5/5
First time discovery - a large, well maintained room and bathroom - clean, fresh and updated - with amenities like coffee, ironing capability and lots of hangers that you don't always find these days!! Great desk/work space and the beds were really comfortable - lots of pillows. As a senior I also appreciated the easy walk-in access with car at the door, the extra vanity sink, softer room lighting and non-slip bathtub! Definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Great stay very convenient & comfortable enjoyed everything about this hotel will definitely stay on my next trip back to the falls .
- 2/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Great stay and excellent value. The staff were nice, room was clean and spacious. Walking distance to several restaurants and grocery store. If you're staying on Lundy's Lane this is a good choice.
- 2/5
Not clean, even the chair was broken. The charged 20 dollar more for service fee. Overall I do not recommend it.
- 4/5
The pillows were too flat and rather small. Not all television stations worked properly.
- 5/5
Nothing to complain! Everything was very good 😊
- 5/5
The room was huge and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfy.
- 3/5
Everything was fone except the hidden 30 dollar fee that wasnt mentioned at all
- 5/5
Staff was really friendly and helpful. There wern't many towels in the room but I made do. The owner said I could have asked for more towels. The pool was great and very refreshing.
- 4/5

Great stay !!! The hotel has a very convenient location and it's quiet.
- 5/5
The landscape in the yard is nice
- 3/5
I was annoyed at having to pay a 10 dollar fee for pool and wifi. Didn’t use pool, too many people in and around, didn't use wifi. It was so slow i switched to my data...therefore waste of money.
- 4/5
Nice and clean - no issues.
- 5/5
rooms are so species and properly maintainer.I really enjoyed my stay here.
- 5/5
I have the say diamond in the ruff...a friend this place last minute! We were a spectacle about it. But the place turned out to be nice and clean. And the heart shaped jacuzzi as tacky as it looks in the picture was actually super fun😉. They had a nice outdoor pool which was very clean which we are looking to try out next time we go!
- 4/5
Very clean and great service from management
- 1/5
The tub had dust on it
- 3/5
Okay hotel. Was near a lot of excellent restaurants and close to Niagara Falls. The biggest issue was that internet service was advertised, but it did not work at all. I asked for help to get the internet to work, but receiced no help. Also, there was only one outlet in the room, so trying to charge two phones, a laptop, watch tv and use the microwave was impossible.
- 5/5
The presentation of the room hit me and my fiancé just right. It's beautiful the way the floors, ceiling and hot tub combine in character. But the stain on one of the towels, the moldy trim in the bathroom and the duct tape - heavy window air conditioner installation contribute to a less than satisfied feeling when reviewing how much I paid. Ultimately, this place has a feature that some people want. So we have to pay for it. But the rest of the experience takes away from the hot tub's appeal.
- 5/5
Nice Motel and welcoming staff !!

Room was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Your nice staff, very quiet & they have a small park perfect for my little daughter. We stayed here a handful of times while waiting to move into our apartment and never a bad time
- 5/5

- 4/5
Nice, clean, good sized room, easy parking, quick check in
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
Cute little place. It was very clean and cozy and the staff were amazing and accommodating. Only downside is that there are not that many lights and the light they have does not brighten up the entire room, other than that its amazing! Definitely recommend!
- 2/5
The room and entrance to the room were really unacceptable. Old food in the microwave, old coffee bag in the coffee maker. A very large full ashtray outside the door. A floor that was scary to walk on. On and on. Really filthy. No working internet or tv until we managed to finally work it out. We paid $190 for the night and it wasn’t worth more than $70 at the most. We really felt like the room was unhygienic. The best thing about the stay was the new garbage bag in the bin.
- 5/5
It was nice

Room not ready to check I had to wait 30 mins for room to be clean
