    I loved every bit of my visit there from the beautiful view to the guy Stefon who checked us in very nice guy to the attractions near the hotel which made everything very convenient. thank you canada for the beautiful visit. nothing to dislike everything was perfect.

    Good location and could walk through connecting paths without going outside to find food or entertainment. At 5am I had two men open my hotel room door. Thankfully I had the latch on so they weren’t able to fully enter my room. I informed hotel management and they looked into it but claim there is no findings of entry making me feel like a liar. My children were in the room with me, it was all very unsettling.

    The tub was large enough for 2 people so that was nice. The bed was horrible, we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed because it was so slanted. The whole time we were there, it smelt like damp chlorine. The tub bubble/jet produced gross white creamy bubbles which was super disturbing. Also, we are not tourists but they would not remove the tourist tax of 11% from our room which was very unsatisfactory.

    The first room i got had rain water leaking from the top frame of the window, they quickly accommodate me with another room , but both rooms had issues with the tv losing signal, but overall it is a clean hotel walking distance to the casino and restaurants and excellent service.

    I would definitely suggest much better lighting in the rooms. It was rather dimly lit. The overhead light in the bathroom of 1109 A actually fell down from the ceiling. It needs to be secured in there . Overall it definitely needs better lighting Thank you, Sharon Borbill

    Food ptices at the restaurants within the hotel are ridiculously high. At one of the steak houses we unknowingly paid a 128.00 dollar seating charge. Best to go outside of area to eat at normal prices. In all the hotel and views were spectacular.

    We had a great time at the hotel. It was very comfortable and the staff was so kind and welcoming, from the valet to the front desk. My family loved the pool, one of the reasons for booking and the close proximity to food, casino, falls and kids fun place. Perfect place to stay especially during the colder months!

    Room was spotless and staff friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is the main room door is not easy to open once inside. We had an incident in the past when we had to call maintenance and we could not get out of the room. It’s panic provoking when you feel trapped inside. It was quickly rectified at the time but we still found the door uneasy to open.

    Was a nice place to relax. Loved the (2) hot tubs. Only bad thing was I pd for a king bed and was given a queen bed. Explained to the front desk the next day and they said there are no queens on the property. (Which is a lie)! Because I know when I reserved it was an option. Bed was 6” shorter( width) I was very pissed

    Room felt old and not well kept, the couch had few stains and carpet did seem very clean. The window was permanently slightly open which let in cold air. I had to remind the staff multiple time that i require a crib even though i called ahead to let them know.

    We came back tired fell asleep.. got up early morning it was shivering.. the heater wasn’t working and it’s blowing -5c outside air inside.. even after I unplugged the heater cold air was blasting throw a hole from the unit.. we put extra blanket and slept through rather than calling someone very early in the morning to deal with this thing.. did mention to the staffs when we checked.. not a pleasant night

    The room was very spacious, very clean and luxurious! Staff were very helpful, letting us check in early (We were in the midst of really bad weather and had left home early to drive carefully) Very friendly, also. We were so thankful for the walkways between the hotels. We were there to see a concert and it would have been gross and messy without the convenience of staying indoors. I know winter in Niagara can be dicey, but this time we lucked out!

    Tv did not work, not able to connect your own device, no internet on tv for netflix or other streaming. Staff attempted to fix but did not work. Also received a hold on credit card for more than their deposit because during check in staff made a mistake. Had to spend 1 hour of my stay to address issue.     When I requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that these features are used strictly for marketing purposes and that the only guaranteed element of the booking is the bed size. This explanation is misleading. Customers are clearly being sold on the expectation that paying a higher rate secures a premium room experience, which in this case was not delivered. This constitutes false advertising and reflects a poor business model that undermines customer trust and damages brand credibility. The picture shows what was booked, and the hotel shows what we were given.

    Staff at front desk should be more educated/informative regarding transportation ( i.e. WEGO schedule/ pick up location ) and things to do around Niagara Falls since they are in the tourìsm business. I found IHOP greeter not at all sociable and informed the manager who suggested the young man is typical of todays youth.

    Spacious and clean rooms. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. Convenience of on the sight restaurants etc. Parking was expensive ($70) for indoor & outdoor across the street was $35 per night. Front desk staff experience was not great, I found that staff was not very helpful and not so pleasant as well.

    The room AC/Heater somewhat noisy. Otherwise our stay was good. Check-in/out was efficient and prompt. Had minor issue getting elevator C going down to open in level L. Had to go up again to another floor then transferred to another elevator in order to get out at level L as we are trying to beat the 11am checkout time. Reported the issue to the desk staff who acknowledged that someone had been tasked to repair the elevator. Thank you for providing one night of pleasant stay in this hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

    Room was very clean! Most staff were wonderful and accommodating.... Except the one who checked us in. When we arrived at our room the layout was quite strange and different than what we saw online. We realized it's because on the other side of our room were the elevators. So our room was like cut in half almost and very narrow. We went to the front desk and asked nicely if there was any chance we could move rooms as we were worried the elevators would be noisy during the night. The front desk woman immediately cut us off saying "we're booked its Sunday" without even checking. Mind you it was Saturday. Then we tried to ask her again nicely, if she could check. She rudely said "i can't help you we are very busy". and we walked away after because we figured there was no point. and she proceeded to yell out "Im not lying" in a rude tone. We took the room we were given and of course it was fine, but there was noise from the elevators as we predicted. We made the most of the experience though. However, if placed near an elevator and given a portion of the room we thought we would have gotten, we would have expected like a discount or at least a notice of our room being basically part elevator.

    This was so awful the worst experience ever we were at a Jujitsu huge competition. Our whole gym was booked in this hotel so that all the children are in the same place. This is over 60 people check-in was at 4 PM. I checked in online and told them that I will be doing a late check-in because we are at the tournaments still and at 5:30 PM. I got a notification saying that they move my reservation to another hotel although they honour the same price, which I had an issue with as well cause they charge me in US dollars instead of Canadian dollars, even though I specifically picked Canadian currency, but overlooking that, even though they honoured the price our family was the only ones moved from that hotel so our children were the only ones not together with her team and anything I said her dad couldn’t change their minds. I don’t understand how you can cancel my reservation after I check then they said due to maintenance manager was great Marie or Maria. She tried to give me a bunch of tokens for the hotel that we were originally supposed to be in For the kids to use, but the fact that we had to sit in a different hotel away from our group that we had scheduled this group from three months ago, was very disappointing, and the fact that we were the only ones moved was even more disappointing very unprofessional

    The pictures online are very misleading. We paid extra for a high floor with Falls view. What we got was a view of a parking garage. Very disappointed. The exterior of the hotel is very rundown. Feels like an old warehouse. Not what we expected. Also parking is way overpriced. It was $90 per night or you can park across the street for 35. But you have to walk back to the hotel get a pass to hang onto your – they don’t have the option of giving them your plate and putting it into the system.

    Horrible service had such a bad experience at this hotel. The room was stinking of bleach. They overcharged me and used up $600 worth of credit on my credit card. The refund and the extent that I had to go to file a complaint was absolutely ridiculous. Will never stay here again. Maria Should not be in customer service. She was a supervisor and disconnected my call because she didn’t like the fact that I said my day was absolutely disgusting. No customer service. Horrible room. Horrible experience.

    One of the best hotels in Niagara. Make sure you get Fallsview room to have a amazing view of Niagara Falls and the sky-wheel. Room was super clean with Nespresso coffee machine. The hotel is connected to Casino and the other nearby hotels so that you can walk inside and go for food and restaurants. This is the one of the best feature I find specially in winter season. Must visit place.

    Staff were rude and disrespectful. Room was broken into and people left TV on and used bed as bed was rumpled. They moved us into a room where the door and tub were scratched and damaged. They did not give us new key to use pool and threatened us when we complained. Worst experience of our lives. Our 4 and 9 year old children were very afraid of the staff and the place knowing that someone was using our room when we were not there. We wanted to give them something better to remember by taking them to the pool before we left, but the staff and manager refused to give us a key to the pool area. We don't even want to go back to Niagara Falls again because this experience has ruined it for us. When we think of Niagara Falls, we think of this! NEVER NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL REGRET IT. WORST PLACE AND WORST PEOPLE WORKING THERE.

    We were able to check in well and put our belongings in our room. The staff at the front desk were wonderful! We went to the Casino, then dinner, then back to the Casino. We were at the Casino quite long and late. Afterward, we went back to the room and I wanted to shower before going to bed but I found the bathtub was not clean and it also had a lot of someone’s hair in it 😩 We packed up our belongings and went down to the front desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do except cancel the tax we were suppose to pay there that wasn’t paid during the booking, As it was booked via Expedia there wasn’t anything else they could do. We left and drove the 2 hrs home while tired at 4:30 in the morning. We didn’t even use the bed and were barely in the room yet we paid 😩

    Terrible management and service. I received a noise warning when my TV volume was set to 15, which you can barely hear from the end of the bed in a single-bed room. We weren’t even talking — it was an exhausting day, and we just wanted to relax and watch some TV. When I spoke with the Manager on Duty, he told me that 30 is the “not acceptable” level, which makes it even more confusing why I was given a warning at 15. They didn’t investigate the situation at all and immediately jumped to the conclusion that we were being loud. It was just me and my partner quietly watching TV around 11 PM. The managers were also no help — they didn’t look into anything and simply blamed the issue on “new staff.” Absolutely disappointing experience.

    I will only say the best part of the room was the water pressure and temperature. Perfection. Staff wasn’t prompt- but they were kind and understanding when we asked to check out the same day we checked in. It wasn’t a place I felt comfortable sleeping in, and our 25 year anniversary getaway was very much ruined. I loved having a Starbucks in the building and Ruth’s Chris just downstairs was a bonus.

    When I booked on line I had a falls view room . I checked in it was a room on the second floor right under a commercial garbage bin . To add to this the room was freezing they had the air conditioner on . I turned it off went to dinner came back in the evening and the entire room stank of a chemical it was burning my throat. Reception told me to come down and they will give me the keys for the room next door . They could not explain the chemical smell . I changed my room to the room next door at 11 pm but this rooms heater did not work at this point I just gave up I slept with my coat on and left as soon as I could in the morning. Upon check out the front desk apologized and credit my 16 resort fee.

    The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff are helpful and kind. There is an Ihop located inside the hotel, however, it closes by 2 or 3pm daily. The hotel is located on a main tourist strip so it gets very expensive to eat out and all the shops overcharge in the surrounding area if they know you are a tourist. This is not the fault of the hotel. Overall I had a nice stay but be prepared to spend a lot of money. Theres a Wego bus station that stops outside the hotel and circles around the main tourist areas, which was convenient.

    The room itself was clean and nice, I can’t complain about that. However I paid for late checkout at 1 pm, got the confirmation for 1 pm. The key card I had shut off at 12, and after 3 tries they told us maintenance would have to let us in. Luckily the maintenance lady named Olga was very kind and helpful.

    We booked a fall side room. That was cancelled as all of a sudden they were remodeling those rooms. Room we got had black hairs in the tub, mold on the caulk in the shower. No coffee maker just Expresso machine. No microwave. Costs anywhere from $35-75 dollars a day to park your car there. Just bad experience, not what we're accustomed too.

    Check in don’t go very smooth, I completed online check in, and still when we arrived the process to get the room keys was long, the associate next to us had checked in three families in the amount of time it took for us to just get our keys. No information was given about parking so I had no idea I was charged $100 for valet, as this was not mentioned at all. Room was “surface clean” but there were stains and the carpet felt gross… “crispy” from old residue.

    The room was nice and the bed was super comfy. As a nice bonus, the soaker tub made for a relaxing stay. I was a little disappointed at the check-in experience (the pre-check-in online was a waste of time, as I was asked to repeat everything again at the desk, and we were informed that our room may not be available until 5). The walls were also very thin between rooms. However, it was a great spot for a one-night stay.

    The staff at the reception and parking were not very friendly. The room was fine and we had a great view of the city. The restaurants at hotel are ok, but the ones across the street in the casino seemed like a better option. The location is great, very close to the falls & activities. For kids, the Clifton Hill area hotels would be a better choice and they have a lot of entertainment for the young ones in that area.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, definitely not a 4 star hotel!! When checking in, I was given an upgrade…which was a complete down grade. I booked a king room and was given a two bed room with a “city” view which was the back of a building and the loading zone for the hotel. Starting early in the morning, you clearly hear the back-up sounds of trucks into the loading zone. The AC unit is so loud you can barely hear people talking in the room. When you turn off the AC unit, you can clearly hear all conversations in both the hallway and the attached room. The shower was completely clogged and filled up the tub while I was showering, could barely lift the valve to turn the shower on, and only 30 seconds of Luke warm water per shower. I asked the front desk to fix, which they fixed the valve and the clog, but not the water temperature - leaving me to take cold showers for 5 days. When they came into the room to fix, they clearly wore their dirty shoes as there were track marks all the way through the entry and bathroom. The TV would not function through a guide, but rather gave an error code. There was hair all through the bathroom from someone with long hair when I checked in and was still there when I checked out. The carpet in the bed area had dirt throughout and sticky parts for the duration of my stay. I had a vehicle for someone who joined me after I arrived, they booked the parking and they charged a mix of close lot and far lot when only parking in the far

    Rooms were dirty, toilet did not work, there was sticky something on the floor all through the room, phone did not work, missing robes, the store was horribly priced and sells popcorn to you to pop in your room that has no microwave, asked for bedding to be changed, and they actually just moved the pillows from one bed to the other and told us that the beds had been changed. Expect to pay 70 dollars a night for parking and a third of the room night price for taxes and fees.

    All the staff were very friendly and the hotel was quite quiet. Parking with in and out privileges was $35/night (Sept 2025) which was in a parking lot just across Stanley Ave (2 min walk) otherwise it was $70/night to park by the hotel entrance. You could unload/load your car by the entrance and then park in the less expensive lot. We did have an issue with our room with regards to the state of the floor/carpet which was handled by the office manager who was very nice. Otherwise the room was clean. The beds were comfortable, heat/air conditioning worked fine, the blinds kept the room very dark. The bathrooms were small but clean. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk down a steep hill to get to the falls. There is a trolley that can bring you back up the hill for $3.75. The hotel has an indoor walkway to the Fallsview Casino and also has an I-hop, Starbucks and The Keg within it.

    We didn't stay at the Wyndham. They called about a week before our trip and notified they're moving all of their guests to a nearby hotel (Embassy Suites) with "same room/price", due to Canadian wildfires. This was fine, but upon arrival, we were not provided an equivalent room - I had to upgrade my room to match what I would have had at the Wyndham. Embassy Suites was nice though, and great location. Only issue is that the elevator was very busy, and sometimes at checkout people waited 20+ minutes to go down.

    I originally booked a room here for 1 night flying into Toronto. I was really looking forward to staying here for the amenities and proximity to the casino and the falls. A week before my stay, I was contacted saying I was rebooked at the Embassy Suites due to wildfire evacuees. Embassy provided similar amenities and was right next door, so I was OK with the upgrade. I was told there would be no issues at check-in. After traveling all day, I showed up to the Embassy and they didn't have my reservation. After 30 minutes, I was told I was rebooked again at the Doubletree. While a fine hotel, it was a mile away - far enough to not be close to anything. I was told I should have received another call, but I didn't, so it was chaotic and I traveled a very long away to be left without direction. While this hotel looks nice, their communication is horrible and you may show up not being able to stay.

    Room was nice. Breakfast was ok. Elevators were very slow. Some waits were 15 + minutes. You had to plan you day around elevators.

    Great views and well worth the upgrade. The four bedroom suites would be comfy for a family of 4 or more. Highly recommended. STK restaurant was also excellent Maybe improve the quality of breakfast items

    unable to accommodate our reservation at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel as all rooms are now being used to support those affected by the emergency. However, we have arranged to relocate to booking to our sister property, the Embassy Suites Hotel. We are so lucky got Embassy suites with the same price and same amenities.
