    Just a 10 minute walk from the incline railway, right across from a few places to eat, 5 minute walk from the Wyndam grand blue wego stop. The place is neat and tidy on the outside and clean and comfortable on the inside. It is a budget stay so don't expect 4 star facilities but for us it was perfect.

    No breakfast included. You got what you paid for. The beds were honestly very comfy but the rooms were just okay. Great if you just need a place to stay. It was clean but there was definitely were and tear all over the room. They had a small coffee area by the front desk but the coffee wasn't great. It wasn't super clean. Bathroom felt cramped, out dated, and small.

    Room was not well cleaned. It was very dusty in some areas, and there was hair on the floor behind the toilet. At three in the morning, other guests were banging doors and fighting. It lasted at least an hour. They should have been removed promptly.

    Front desk lady was extremely rude; she was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge us at all until she was forced to, and when she did her tone of voice was condescending and she just stared at us without giving any instruction until blurting out “photo id?!??”. She sighed a lot and it felt like we we were bothering her by just trying to check in. Other than that, reception desk is kinda far from most of the rooms, it’s not the most disability friendly property. The room itself is kinda dingy but you get what you pay for. A microwave would be great in each room but instead you get people crowding the reception area every morning to take turns using the microwave there. Wish parking wasn’t so expensive. House keeping is friendly and there’s a front desk guy that’s pretty cool. The first front desk lady did throw off the whole experience tho, won’t book again and I hope this inn hires someone less weird.

    The parking is $30 per night per car. We had two cars for 3 nights. We had partyers in the room next to us that woke us up at 1:45-2:30 am. We had to go to the front desk to file a noise complaint. Then in the next afternoon, I sent the kids to nap from 2-4 and the housekeeping was not propping the doors open of the rooms they were cleaning. They would literally let the door bang closed. There had to be about 50 door bangs in the two hours while my kids were sleeping. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Horrible stay would never go back.

    Pool was closed so no comment on it. Doors were slamming all through the night and sometimes once every hour until around 4am. The bang was very loud in our room and kept us up for our entire length of stay. Every metal surface in the room had rust on it. Room was clean overall and front staff was friendly in all interactions.

    On the description of the rooms there is no of mention that the rooms we rented are located in the basement. The floors were dirty and needed deep mopping which seems to be long over due. There was no daily cleaning and taking the trash out. Only one bottle of water per person was provided for our almost three day stay in two rooms. Thanks for asking for our feedback.

    The room was nice. My issue is why we have pay for paying ad guest. And secondly why they have to charge $250 for security deposit after paying forn your regular bills. I paid for $250 security deposit and after checking out in the morning the money has still not reflected in my account. How am I going to get money to buy food and other expenses..let the guest know there will be additional money to be paid at the check in so preparationcan be done.

    Booked this property months ago (5+) due to location. The week of our vacation we received a call that our reservation was being transferred to the Hilton across from the casino. We would have a falls view room. Nope! View of the water fountains and walkway to the steakhouse. Really disappointed. And, the fire alarm went off twice after midnight.

    With no warning, the hotel informed us they didnt have a room for us when we arrived. They “upgraded” us to the Hilton but no notice at all. If we were told this in advance, we would have chosen another hotel. The upgraded hotel was not for us. We don’t like staying at large hotels due to anxiety.     We walked into the room and it smelled of fried food plus the room was super hot so it made the smell even worse. The room was dirty with dust everywhere. The coffee machine didn’t work in the room. Plus the size of the room was tiny, we could not pass side by side in front of the beds we literally had to wait for one person to pass then the other could pass. The walls are paper thin, we would hear the people in the room across screaming constantly. I received an SMS by the hotel asking how everything was and if we needed anything, I answered, explained why I wasn’t happy and never even got a response.

    Nice hotel didn’t like the “ only get a discount on breakfast at the place down the road” instead of the usual free breakfast your chain is known to have.threw off budget for the whole trip

    I had the worst experience here. I prepaid for everything through Expedia and even completed online check-in, yet the staff still held the full amount again for both rooms — nearly $1,200. This was completely unnecessary and caused a lot of stress. I’ve never had this issue at other hotels. I will never stay at this location again and do not recommend it to others.

    Stayed at this location a few times and it’s always been a reliable and convenient option . Great pricing , amazing staff and it’s close enough to get to most the tourist attractions in Niagara !
