We started off with trying to check in at an un-manned front desk in the weirdest hotel “lobby” ever. I had to call twice on the phone to get anyone to come to the desk. Then the man was extremely slow and seemed very confused through the process. Despite having a beer & wine cooler at the desk he was unable to sell us one due to not having a license….? We finally got our room key and found our way through the strangest 1988 flashback hallway tour to what we thought was our room (based on the sign saying 220-228 —-> and found a room with no knob and no key fob. Come to find out the rooms are numbered weird and 227 was next to 201 on the OTHER side. Anyway. Got in after a very rude talk on the phone with someone the clerk had to call to help us and found an old, dingy, and smoke-smelling room. Needless to say I won’t stay again. Would have been understandable for maybe a $90 stay but this stay cost nearly $200. No thanks.
- 2/5
The beds were fine but the door bolt lock was brok and there was no door chain. The bathroom door didn't latch either.
- 1/5
Parking lot was covered in grass, window air conditioner was rusted, there were clothes strewn across the front entrance, the smell was bad
- 3/5
Pool area was full of used tools and very messy. There was a depression about 1" deep in front of our bathroom which was scary
- 1/5
Very poorly maintained weeds knee high or higher everywhere the floor in the pool area is busted and sticking up my daughter tripped over it also the rooms were in terible shape i have pictures there was pubic hair in yhe beds beer bottle caps on the floor in the second room they gave us if i could have afforded a differnt hotel i would have left at checkin i witnessed 2 other familys leave at check in terrible hotel shouldnt be on hotels.com i would like my money back their contential breakfast included toast lil cups of yougirt and no juice the second day the first day they had an open bottle of great value apple juice sitting out didnt refill anything but the cerial they offered witch no doubt was stale dont waist your money they wont refund it im sure
- 1/5
We checked in an the smell in the both of our rooms was overwhelming. We switched rooms 3 times and all were the same. Curtains broken, chips on floor, poop on one of the toilets, nose ring left on bathroom counter, hair all over one over the beds, the person in the room next to us invited us in to show us how filthy it was under his mattress. We asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do for us and had to deal with Expedia our booking agent. So we left. All this within the first 45min.
- 1/5
This is absolutely horrendous, we were given our first room, and the beds were not made, and there was blood in the bathtub and walls, we were then given a second room, there was blood under the toilet seat and blood on the walls in the shower the "Continental breakfast" A COMPLETE SCAM, nothing but toast and yogurt, they claim to have a heated pool, the pool was freezing, Also they have a side door that said its locked between 11pm-5am NEVER LOCKED BIG SAFETY CONCERN
- 3/5
Room conditions not ideal nor clean, breakfast is lack options, over price for 2 stars rating.
- 1/5
The day we check-in they gave us a room that a
- 2.5/5
Location is good. Room had dirty towels on the chair & open used soap in the shower from previous occupants. The included breakfast choices were well below average.
- 0.5/5
It was probably the dirtiest hotel ever!!! Nails on the floor hairs all over bathroom dead bugs even a live spider crawling on me!!! Tried contacting corporate but did not get return call. Sheets looked used debri over carpet the list goes on…
- 3.5/5
No Juice or pastries
- 5/5
Let me borrow a phone charger I forgot to bring Comfortable beds
- 3/5
Most of the things didn't. Work. We didn't have a phone or a working vlock. We were charged extra tax after we already paid for our room months ago. I think we should get that money back.

Water pressure in the shower

Bed Literally everything else.

Great
- 1/5
There was old food in our room fridge. The bathtub was disgusting. We asked for extra towels at 3pm and we were told there is none, as house keeping just got there. We also had to ask for towels in the pool area as they were not stocked up. There was expired milk In the fridge for breakfast. I just overall am not impressed.
- 4/5
The large room was clean and included several items needed during my stay. I enjoyed the clothes hangers & a place to hang clothes, iron w/ironing board but the bed was uncomfortable. Staff is extremely helpful & friendly. Parking lot is well lit
- 1/5
Horrible! The staff was extremely rude and bathroom was disgusting. People hanging around check-in counter when I checked in. No power all night due to storm which is understandable but at 10:30 am someone was knocking at my door saying it was time to check out(check out was at 11)
- 5/5
💯
- 2/5
We arrived late and the first room we were given was not turned over. We booked a room that said it was two queen beds, but what we got was two doubles. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the public areas were clean.
- 1/5
I had the worst experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude. The pool was ice cold. The first room she gave us was dirty. Beds unmade and all. Second room smelled like mold. Third room appeared clean. Once I pulled back the sheets, there was black hair all throughout them, on both beds. One comforter had blood on it. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for new bedding and remake our beds. The TV didn’t work. There was no conditioner in the shower. The list goes on and on. I should have not had to pay a dime for this stay. So disappointing.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Floors through out were dirty and grimy, no pool towels even though we were told they had them. We had 4 people on our booking and they only gave us 3 towels total. The room might not have even been cleaned. The fridge has old drinks in it. The bathroom is falling apart and the door is very hard to open since it scrapes the floor of the bathroom. For $126 it was pitiful. I would t pay more than $60 and that’s pushing it.
- 1/5
Pool was decently clean. Bed sheets have stains as well as the towels. There was a dirty wash rag left in our room. Rooms are worn down in bad shape. No extra towls or wash clothes, no pool towls and was told they didnt have any they were booked out for the night. Maybe late teens early 20s i wouldnt of cared but i will not return and i dont recommend any else to either. Had to share 2 towls between 4 people.
- 5/5
Room was spotless
- 1/5
Horrible horrible horrible. The motel 6 down the road was better than this place. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The place was run down. I could not recommend you look for a different place when traveling to normal
- 2/5
Definitely a hotel that has seen some neglect. The beds were comfortable and the TV was a nice size and in good condition. However the room was missing lightbulbs, had outlets that did not work and wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve stayed in.
- 2/5
It was 43 degrees in the room when i arrived and it toom 5 hours to get it up to 77!!! Also felt like antartica when you first come I n the building. Only option for breakfast was apple juice or water. Stale cereal. No fruit at all no honey or nutella.luke picture showed. Just a waffle toast yogurt or stale cereal. Pool didnt even work was under maintenance. Hibem the frgid temps inside the building i can guess it was frozen.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
dirty room, they made it an issue for an room switch. deleting expedia. marriott for the win.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful! It's an older hotel, but our room was clean, the heat worked well, hot water and good water pressure. It was also very quiet overnight. We were towing an RV travel trailer and appreciated the large parking lot across the street.
- 0.5/5
Nothing. Everything was horrible. My car was involved in a hit and run in the parking lot and the staff was not helpful. The cameras “don’t” record and now I am out of my deductible of $1,000.
- 3/5
Outdated hotel, bed was comfortable, linens fine, needs painting and new carpet, staff nice.
- 1/5
The hotel is falling apart. Absolutely disgusting, stained sheets and towels, rickety wooden stairs, carpet that’s coming up, nothing had been cleaned properly ahead of our stay. The pool was gross and wet towels were there for 24 hours - didn’t go near, just saw from walking by. Hotel staff was no where to be found when checking in, we had to call to get someone to come to the desk. Slept on a sleeping bag on top of the bed. Everything smelled gross. For $150 a night you’d expect SOMETHING to have gone better.
- 2/5
Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Bathroom not the cleanest. Towels looked dirty. There was mold on the shower curtain. First night key machine was broke. So no keys given for room. Hotel personnel had to open your room every time you left. Shampoo and conditioner not filled.
- 1/5
Upon arrival they informed me their key card system was down and guests to go escorted to their rooms by staff. The batt vanity was dusty, the white towels had black stains on them, the toilet was disgusting and the bathtub clearly had not been cleaned.
- 1/5
No keys for room. Lady at desk literally had to unlock door for everyone at hotel. Sheets and towels stained. Too many other issues to list. I think you get the idea. I did not see any bed bugs. So Kudos for that ai guess.
- 2/5
Your staff is rude and they was rude to this young lady who was working for them they are classless
- 1/5
Location ok an staff was friendly. Pool was broke that was the main reason we booked this hotel. Also shower in first room broken, second room no hear only ac finally got third room was OK. Breakfast not much variety only cereal an toast. We were looking forward to swim in use pool but it was broken.
- 0.5/5
Nothing!!! Just about everything! Stayed Friday night through Sunday morning had no hot water at all Front desk staff was rude except for the late night shift did not clean the room until we were ready to leave, had to leave our trash out in the hallway for two days. Very unprofessional worst hotel experience in my life would never book there again!
- 4/5
The stay was good overall. The members of the hotel staff were nice and helpful, and the room that I stayed in was clean. All basically seemed to be good throughout the hotel. There seemed to be no smoke detector in my room. It was also hard to get wifi service from my room.
- 3/5
The staff were very nice and helpful. I thought the pool area was dark..I was traveling alone and I was not comfortable going to the pool by myself. I know the signs on the door say no smoking but I could smell Marijuana in the hall to the rooms...I know it is legal in Illinois but no smoking means no smoking.
- 2.5/5
Vomit was in the garbage can when we got in the room
- 5/5
The employees were all friendly and very helpful
- 2.5/5
Pool wasn’t clean
- 2/5
Won’t be back
- 4/5
CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS BEDS WERE A LITTLE HARDER THAN I PREFER
- 3/5
Room was clean but simple, staff was very personable. The fire alarms being tested at 3 am wasn't cool.
- 5/5
I was late to use facility and they made accomodations
- 3/5
Staff was nice, room was ok. They forgot to stock up on toilet paper && shampoo.
- 3/5
The staff were friendly. The hotel and room were dilapidated. At least there were no bed bugs!
- 1/5
It was a horrible experience.
- 3/5
Clean, no frills, and simple breakfast options. Perfect for a quick stay on the road.
- 5/5
Clean room,friendly staff
- 2/5
Room was dirty, all staff did to resolve was bring new sheets (still dirty/stained)
- 3/5
The room was very clean. The owners were very kind. The beakfasr was very limited. The property was very aged.
- 3.5/5
Beds comfy and clean just the bathroom was rough and tub and shower area was pretty bad! The breakfast was very cheap and wasn’t even things most people could really want to eat.
- 4/5
The people running it was very nice. They were very helpful.
- 2/5
No elevator, poor breakfast selection, not really clean, towels were very dingy, room had a odor,
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
Rooms was clean, property is nice!, just had minor problems with shower and there was no protein for the complimentary breakfast.
- 1/5
First, I had to sign something that was explained as "You will not smoke, bring in pets, steal or break anything...". The room smelled horrid of mold, the paint was chipping off the walls, there were numerous holes drilled in the frame of the door of the room (just looked creepy), the pool had a 3" spider floating in it, stains on the bedding (large),
- 2/5
Good
- 4/5
We needed a place to sleep on our way to our destination and our needs were met. As someone who is sensitive to scents, the positive was that the room was scent free.
- 0.5/5
Ok The whole entire hotel
- 3/5
Checked in at 4pm. It took a while. The maintenance man was assisting at the front desk. He was very nice, but took him a while to get checked in. The room we walked into had not been cleaned. We then came back downstairs and were given a clean room.
- 2/5
When we arrived I was informed that the room I had booked, almost 2 months in advance, was actually overbooked and someone was staying in the room I was supposed to have. This put me and my kids in a single king room versus the double queen so we did not have the number of beds we needed. The place as dirty and falling apart. Nothing like the pictures at all. Very dingy and gross.
- 4/5
Clean room. Great staff. Only concern is outside doors on the back of the hotel do not lock.
- 3/5
Drapes had blood stains in room. Room not very clean and bathroom door would not shut
- 5/5
Fine but bathroom was kinda dirty, toilet didn’t flush well. Owners are nice. Beds comfy
- 2/5
Very dingy hotel (or maybe considered motel).
- 2/5
Not clean. Front desk lady was nice.
- 5/5
A great deal of work has been done over the past few years and conditions have improved significantly. I enjoyed my stay, close to ISU with very good rate. As a senior I Would like to see grab bar installed in shower.
- 2/5
Definitely a tier 2 hotel
- 4/5
Allows pets

- 5/5
The inside of the building and the building itself were tapped up very well. The rooms were beautiful, clean and seemingly newly remodeled. However, the ground the parking lot had humongous, potholes, overgrown, weeds, garbage laying all over the parking lot. That being said, the staff was great.
- 4/5
Nice room comfy bed ice cold pool and great staff breakfast was weak but what can ya expect
- 4/5
Hotel was ok for the price. No frills, very limited breakfast options with no protein. Shower was luke warm, but had great pressure.
- 4/5
The hotel managers are great people. Very kind and overworked. They did their best to be accomodating to us. Place is in the middle of renovating. Room was clean but smelled moldy. Overall, we survived and it is because of the managers, dynamic duo.
- 4/5
There didn't seem to be any hot water in the shower. Older facilities, but very clean. No elevator. Had to use the stairs, which was fine.
- 1/5
Look elsewhere. Read all the other reviews.
- 3/5
The staff is friendly and is doing the best they can. Can’t recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
Loved pet friendly
- 2/5
When arriving at room it was not clean, things on end table and soap, rag and other things in shower (not cleaned)
- 5/5
amazing!
- 5/5
Staff is great. Really nice for the price
- 3/5
The bed wasn't comfortable, the shower was warm not hot. No matter how high you turned it. Air worked great. Breakfast had make your own waffles, which we always love.
- 4/5
Im retired military and have stayed all over the world. I don't know how but I slept better here than just about any other hotel. Incredibly quiet, pet friendly, breakfast was impressive for what I'm used to, and location was perfect! I'm going to be returning here and this is my go to budget spot for Bloomington/Normal.
- 2/5
This hotel needs a good cleaning, new ceiling tiles (Moldy), carpet replacement (wet), and better breakfast service. The staff were very kind, but the hotel is in disrepair.
- 2/5
Inexpensive, I accidentally stayed there twice. First time was notable because staff member walked into the room while I was nude and tub would not hold water - busted stopper. Second time busted tub stopper again, door had safety locks missing, graffiti on walls inside room, and Mexicans playing loud music in parking lot until midnight. But over all it was clean and friendly. Worth the price? Debatable.
- 2/5
The nicest thing about this hotel was the parking. I was checked in by maintenance because the front desk clerk was outside smoking on her phone. The room was gross. Multiple broken things around the room, beer bottles next to the bed, paint literally coming off the walls. Breakfast was non-existent. How they could even say they served breakfast is a joke. Will never stay here again that's for sure.
- 2/5
The hotel is in pretty bad disrepair
- 4/5
Good price
- 2/5
The door from the back parking lot was unlocked and able to be opened without a key. My guest room did not have a deadbolt. I did not feel safe at this property.
- 3/5
My stay here was okay. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Towels and shower curtains were stained. The door seemed outdated. There were very limited breakfast options. No elevator, but a case of stairs. The A/C and microwave were amazing. Ideal for anyone booking a last-minute trip at a fairly reasonable cost.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. The staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Hotel does need alot of updates. Pool wasn't working for our stay.
- 4/5
Didn't try the breakfast, bed comfort very nice
- 2/5
Bathrooms had mold and no items for shampoo and air unit had ants crawling around it with ants on floor, glass doors entering broken not working. Pillow cases and sheets off white yellow stained and bed hard as rock. Scary spot
- 5/5
I needed a few days away to decompress and I'm so glad I choose this location. The man who greeted me and checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. He has an amazing professionalism and quite the sense of humor. It was so very apprecited especially since I was just trying to escape for a few days. The room was nice and clean. A great value also! The lady the next day was super friendly. I felt very welcome by both of them. I will definitely stay here again when i need a break from life.
- 4/5
Good location, less than 10 minute drive from campus. Decent amount of parking. Good air conditioning. Bed quite comfortable if you like firm mattress.
- 5/5
Just two *BUT*s in the whole staying: 1st - the ICE MACHINE were VERY PHILFY DIRT to even think put in our drinks, as the washing machine as well. 2nd - I know we arrived with couple in advance than is on the rules of the hotel to check in, HOWEVER, the "fee" charged on us ($30 !!!) it was more than half of we paid for a night on the rooms. I won't say if we arrived with 12h in advance and request early check-in and do not pay anything, but hey, the hotel already had a room empty and clear.
- 3/5
The bedroom wasn’t bad, but the bathroom was filthy and the property was in bad condition. I would not recommend staying here.
- 3/5
The check in clerk was very friendly. The room was very basic. Towels and sheets were dingy.
- 3/5
Easy check on,
- 3/5
The overall stay was good but the breakfast options went not great at all went and they only had waffles, cereals, oatmeal, toast, no protein very disappointed with the breakfast
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted an inexpensive hotel for a good nights sleep. That’s what we got. Could smell pot outside and it lingered in on those who were smoking it.
- 4/5
Worked fine for a night of traveling. The breakfast that was included was enough to get your day started the room ac was ice cold almost to cold! But throughout the bulidng had to be in the high 70s. Fine people who work there but if i was staying 2 or more nights i would find a more inclusive stay.
- 1/5
Towels had stains on them
- 3/5
Good place to stay for the price. Stayed for events in Bloomington.
- 4/5
Pool was freezing cold, nice location, I would stay again for 1 night
- 5/5
Great budget hotel
- 4/5
Kudos to them! As far as the hotel itself, it could use some up grades, maybe an elevator for guests & a bigger parking lot. My room was clean, beds comfy, but one of the curtain drapes were missing some hooks, at least 4-5. If it wasnt for Tim & Jamy and their patience & kindness
- 3/5
Front desk always pleasant. Shower no matter time cold or luke warm at best.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly pool was cold but it was very refreshing I’ll definitely be back to visit again
- 1/5
My room was dirty, towels had stains, bathroom walls had feces smears, no hot water, room smelled very bad. Curtains and lampshade had stains on it. Lock on door didn't work well. I did not sleep well cause of it I checked out a day early. They wouldn't give me any kind of refund or apology. Expedia should be ashamed for suggesting this room to me next time I'll try Orbitz or trivago
- 2/5
Hotel was not completely terrible but would not stay again.
- 1/5
Property description was totally misleading and should be fined for false information. Property was run down. It smelled. Property stated 5 min WALK to ISU. FALSE. It also stated room service. FALSE. Not even a vending machine. Did not stay at this property felt unsafe. Area was gloomy and so was the reception area. The receptionist was the maintenance man.
- 3/5
The staff were very kind and accommodating. The exterior could use some sprucing up. The pool area was dirty and water was cold for a heated pool.
- 3/5
Service was awful. Our room did not get cleaned once during our 5 night stay, we had to go to the front desk to ask for new towels and even when we did go down there they didn’t have any cleaned. Anytime one of us went to take a shower the water the ice cold. The back of the bathroom door was stapled together.
- 4/5
Está bien en una sona tranquila
- 5/5
It was a good stay. The check in was pleasant and the room was clean & beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was nice & clean. The only con was the breakfast was pretty lame. Only coffee, cereal & waffles & bread. No fruit or juice or yogurt. But it’s free so it wont stop me from staying again as everything else was great.
- 3/5
Service was excellent at check in and check out. Door to backroom falling apart it had been stapled to try to fix it but didnt work. Base boards fallin off just laying on ground. Some lights didnt work, and saftey lock on door was broke. Alot of drywall needs repair .
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Was a smooth easy expensive
- 3/5
I was glad that they had a room available last minute and the room overall was clean however the bathroom and shower need work and attention.
- 4/5
Disappointed that we didn't get our room cleaned the 2nd day no towels
- 4/5
For the money it was oki, the breakfast was really pitiful.
- 3/5
The parking lot was full of potholes. The staff was amazing
- 4/5
It was good for what I needed.
- 5/5
wonderful friendly attentive people
- 4/5
It was just a stop over and served our need.
- 1/5
Ran out of hot water …. Not using this app again… too hard to make changes
- 5/5
It was very comfortable, clean, everything worked as it should in the room. Front desk help was outstanding! Close to eating places for dinner. Breakfast was decent.
- 3/5
There was no elevator. The breakfast was not great just cereal, yogurts, bread/cereal, and waffle machine. The said they remodeled the room was fine but the bathroom was not clean and there was spray paint all over the door. The hallways were iffy and there were weird smells in the hallways at all times.
- 1/5
It is a very very old building no elevator, the smell of weed when we walked in I think I got high just checking in. No parking spots available. For the price of a night it should of been maybe 80.00
- 1/5
The hotel has a odor, towels were dirty, some of the amenities did not work properly, and overall the hotel just looked nasty
- 3/5
I think the building looked run down, cracked glass on the door, not all doors were working to get in and out of the hotel. It didn’t look too appealing for the price we paid. Yes it was close to where we had to go, but the price was ridiculous for that one night stay.
- 2/5
Let me start with the positives. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She seems to be working three peoples jobs. We checked in at 9 PM and she told us that she only had two rooms left and one was on the second floor, and the other was on the first floor. This seemed odd because we made the reservation several months ago and thought that we had requested the room to be close together. She also told us that they were still cleaning rooms from the night before which also seemed odd being that it was 9 PM. The room was in serious need of an update. It looks like they were in the middle of a remodeling project that was being done by a friend of theirs. There was spackle all over the tub. The door would not close to the bathroom all the way. There was painters tape on the door. There were stains on the walls. There was fabric missing from the chairs. The room itself was in a word noisy. The fridge made terrible noise all night. The air conditioner is extremely loud and keeps you up with the entire night. The windows do not help insulate from all the parking lot sounds. The door does not help insulate from the hallway sounds. In a nutshell, we barely slept. This went for both rooms on the first floor and on the second floor. In the morning we had breakfast which was bagels muffins and two waffle makers. The waffle makers were very nice but the entire room for everyone to work in was maybe 150 sq ft. Not a good hotel.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
The staff was so kind and truly helped eith everything. We had our 1 year old with us and they were so great to him. Even heated the pool so my boyfriend could take him swimming while I was doing stuff for my job. We extended our stay by a day and they were so accommodating. The room was clean and updated and staff was quick to help. Already booked again.
- 5/5
The staff have been extremely positive and a pleasure to meet !
- 1/5
Dead bugs in window pane. Loud. Poorly kept.
- 2/5
The faciltiy interior was run down.
- 2/5
Room wasn't even vacuumed
- 5/5
Nice.
- 5/5
This place was nice. The staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend staying here when you're in this area. My son attends ISU which is down the street. This place is great.
- 4/5
Great location. Good value for the price.
- 5/5
Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Great pillows and bed . Carpet was not vacuumed. Towels were clean but looked dirty.
- 4/5
Staff was great.
- 5/5
The room was nice. It fit my needs and then some.
- 4/5
When I checked in, I tried to do the first thing I always do in a hotel, turn on the tv. It didn’t work and no one answered when I called. I left the hotel for a meeting and when I came back, the front desk was unmanned and still no tv. Didn’t work the entire stay and without option to tell anyone. I forgot to mention when I checked out due to the power outage and being more concerned about that and accompanying issues.
- 3/5
Breakfast they just opened the door at 6:30 am to an unstocked and disgusting breakfast buffet. No individual milk cartons for cereal. Yuck. No hand sanitizer around either before people touch and retouch the caps to the gallon milk jugs. Shower was cold. I get its 2 stars. I wasn’t expecting pretty but that’s just nasty. The bed was comfortable and no bugs noted.
- 4/5
Conveniently close to ISU campus But ran out of pancake batter and took a while to be refilled, but Will stay here again
- 4/5
Very good breakfast place close by
- 2/5
I would do it again to save $200/night but this hotel is barely worth it. From the check-in to the departure was sub par at best and I’m a business traveler that doesn’t have high end taste that typically stays at Hampton Inn style/level locations.
- 1/5
This was by far the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. While checking in the lady at the service counter was beyond rude. She didnt give us any info about the hotel pool, breakfast, laundry etc. told me my dog wasn't allowed. I'd never get a room where pets aren't allowed. She finally caved 15 mins later and said i guess I'll put you in a room pets are allowed. Wow wouldnt it have been easier to do when i showed you my reservation that included my pet. Refused to give us more than one key. We got to the room did pur typical check for bugs there weren't any but there was dry wall dust, painters tape, pet powder all over the floor, mold under the sink, holes in the wall. Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral and all hotels were booked or $500 a night. We decided to stick it out since it was 30 degrees or we would have slept in the car. We wake up and took ice cold showers when we go to the front desk the lady tells me there is nothing she can do. I tried the water several times it never even got warm. Next morning I take my son to get breakfast there isnt anything out or i should say bare minimum. I ask the lady about more waffle mix she came was like haha its empty and waloed away. We stood around with 10 others waiting for her to come back. Never did get food. Upon arriving back to our room our key wouldnt work. Dad fell back asleep we go back to the service desk wait 20 mins for an employee. I say our key doesnt work apparently it deactivates at 8am and check out isnt un

The hotel is being renovated but no where near ready for guests. They brought a fold up bed that had bugs so the guests in the second room left - didn’t trust the rest of the room cleanliness. The manager called and offered comfort points - needless to say - no thank you. Won’t be staying at Comfort chain again. Their corporate offices need to make visits to properties

Room 123 was filthy! Clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in very long time. Crumbs, dust, etc, a penny on the floor?? Cobwebs hanging from ceiling in multiple places. Killed 2 spiders. Toiletries not filled in bathroom. Lamp shades stained and broken. Lint scattered across sheets. Freezing cold in room. Person not at desk at check-in or check-out. Breakfast is abysmal. Only included waffle maker, toast or bagel, oatmeal packet or cereal. Only protein was cream cheese or milk!? No peanut butter or yogurt, despite sign. Staff had limited speaking english, difficult to communicate. Staff acknowledged nothing about cleanliness when voiced at checkout. Bad!!!

The shower head needs to be replaced, the water barely came out and bathroom walls were a bit dirty. The pool was supposed to be heated but was so cold, it was not usable.

The hotel was just ok. There were spots on the bathroom floor that I was told was paint that was never removed. We weren't offered another room. My daughter's room had a heater that didn't work. And the act that they say they offer breakfast is laughable! Waffles, and cereal...

I visited this room for a cheer competition and the room was dirty when I arrived the floor had not been swept or mopped the bath tub was not cleaned properly and the toilet seat looked like it’s been there 20 years the sink was dirty when calling the third party to see if I can get a refund I was told the hotel said no it’s their policy when asking for another room I was told that they would have someone clean it there was still stuff on the floor which means they mopped over a dirty floor the toilet seat was not changed as promised it was all together a terrible stay most definitely will not recommend or stay EVER again

Motel has pool and exercise room. Bed very comfortable. WiFi is good. TV has many options. Says you can get broadcast ABC. But there is a disconnect between the "Guide" and what you actually get. Could not get ABC, NBC, or CBS national news. Check-in and check-out were very efficient.

There was an abundance of sketchy activity going on at the hotel after dark. Several people screaming in the parking lot, police activity next to one of our reserved rooms. We were forced to abandon that room for the night, and when asking for a refund, management "needed to check in with the police to see why we couldn't stay in the room." Domestic altercation between two mentally unwell people. Large UHaul truck in the parking lot where a man was most likely running drugs. I would not stay here again. The room was updated but done so with haste. Bathroom had spackle splotched and bathroom door was badly damaged. One of our reserved rooms' front doors would not shut without force. Privacy latches' screws were loose. We had children and did not feel safe staying here.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast is quite limited. Had bread and toaster but nothing to put on it ( peanut butter, jelly, etc.)
