Room was clean but a bit out dated. Breakfast only included toast, coffee, and maybe juice. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price I would of expected a little more. They charge a $100 deposit which I am still waiting to see that refunded.

Cleaning was done every day, free parking was available, and the location was very convenient. A neighbour staying in the next room was occasionally knocking on our door and shouting, which made us feel a bit unsafe.

Good value for money. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stop after a long drive, with everything needed for a restful stay. The hotel is also conveniently located for visiting Manhattan, and there is a shuttle service available. On the downside, the proximity to the highway makes it a bit noisy. Breakfast was quite basic, consisting mainly of coffee, toast, and jam.

The redeeming feature is the bus which takes you straight to Times Square Worst thing was breakfast. Literally white bread and coffee. A line of tourists standing around the toaster. I felt so embarrassed for them. At the price they should have a full buffet. Would not stay here again. Sketchy internet, shower broken, gaps under door. Not in good repair.

Great find close to new york times square. They offer shuttle service at 4$ a person 15 min to times square. If we are coming back to new york, we will stay again

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. The price for the location was great, and I didn't mind the bare bones breakfast. The breakfast was embarrassing. It was literally Aldi white bread (and a toaster), coffee, and juice. But like I told my daughter, it could be nothing at all, so she was more disappointed than I was.

The parking was secure and the shuttle was very nice !

The hotel is in a very good location, about a 10–15 minute drive from the Times Square area. The rooms are not large, but the beds are very comfortable. The staff were very nice and courteous, and they took care of every request and handled every issue we had immediately, without us needing to ask twice. There is adjacent parking, and right across from the hotel entrance there is a sort of shuttle to Port Authority for $4 per person each way (children are supposed to pay half of that, but it depends on the specific driver…). Breakfast was simple and a bit disappointing, but other than that, the hotel met and even exceeded our expectations.

The only issue was the door.

This was the loudest stay I've ever experienced in a hotel/motel. I could barely sleep due to voices and commotion outside my door.

Conveniently located in the proximity of Manhattan. Good value for money The road from the hotel up to Aldi, gym is extremely dirty. Nothing to do with the hotel but it is indeed an unpleasant experience to walk there

Door/window needs better insulation though. There were visible gaps that allowed noise and smell (cigarette from neighbors smoking outside) to enter the room. Room needs more hooks. There is a sign that encourages the reuse of towels but nowhere can we hang them to dry properly. We requested at front desk that no one comes to clean the room, since there was no sign for "do not disturb" that we could leave at the door. First floor has convenient parking access right at the door and 4$ (cash only) express shuttle bus passes right in front for NYC (a bloc or so away for the return though, must advise drive so they dont miss the stop)

Stayed for 5 nights, the rooms are clean, but they are outdated and the doors have to be shut hard to make sure they latch and stay closed. We stayed in the second building and it was quiet. Overall it was a good stay for the price. There’s a shuttle that takes you to Times Square and it’s only about 10-15 min depending on traffic

The bus to NYC was very helpful and quick. Barely never had to wait.

Nothing about this property or facility was too crazy, amazing, or out of this world by any means. There are for sure more fancy or newer looking or refined hotels out there. But with that said, this one got the job done. Everything was clean and tidy, daily fresh towels and bed make, light breakfast options every morning. Considering our travel was mostly for out of room time we just needed somewhere to sleep and this hit that with ease. The shuttle bus that comes right infront of the hotel entryway was incredible for a quick one shot transport directly into Times Square and back for $4USD each way. No complaints from us whatsoever, especially for that price and the fact we were staying so close to Christmas/new years (Dec 26-30)

The staff were helpful and friendly, our room was clean and even smelled of bleach upon arrival, the $4 (cash) bus to take you into NYC picked you up right alongside the building and the location was near not only a bridge to get you right into Manhattan but also near a shopping center containing Starbuck, etc.

Convenient location, terrible property

The women who checked us in was friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. We parked right out side our room. Our room was very clean. I’d stay here again.

Everything was good the only bad thing was sometimes the hot water would take about 5-10 minutes of running until hot

There was a bus to take us to New York through the Lincoln Tunnel and bring us back, 8.00 for 2 adults both ways. Breakfast wasn't well thought out area, standing room for grab and go, was crowed with inconsiderate people. Not hotels fault. Just got coffee and left. Rooms was clean, but door when closed you could see daylight...curious when it snows and gets cold. Overall it was in the area we wanted to be to get to New York.

The positive point is the proximity. There is a bus at the the hotel to take you in time square. And this is excellent. Otherwise, the hotel was noisy at night, people talking and cars..

Urine on toilet seat…. What appeared to be blood on wall beside vanity…tv didn’t work until guy came with another .remote, tried to hide the fact that he switched it with the original… looked at us like we were 5 years old and left. Very ignorant. I don’t expect perfection for the price… but never again super8!!

Staff is warm and helpful. Closest location to Lincoln tunnel and one of the stop of express shuttle bus towards time square. Breakfast option is very limited juice, coffee, sliced bread and oatmeal bar for every day which can be considered to invest more by owner.

Location is good if you prefer bus to go for newyork but if u are driving yourself its little nit hectic to drive to newyork especially if you are first time.

Super noisy, parking lot is horribly too tight don’t go there with a big vehicle because there is barely any room to get out of your spot.

I have booked this property twice for NYC trips. I love that this property offers a convenient, affordable, shuttle service to Times Square! The property is also well kept, and our rooms were clean both times. The only issue we had with this property is that they advertise breakfast being included, but they only serve super small bagels and butter. They are extremely cheap with the breakfast they include, and they, literally, have nothing else. They don’t even have other condiments to go on the bagels. The “breakfast included” is very misleading.

Breakfast was only toast with jam, no other option and they were very pushy for us to leave at 11am. Also very noisy due to bad insulated rooms and location.

Negatives. Very outdated, not everything was working well. Mattress was not comfortable and needs to be replaced, as it has dint after overuse. For this price I expected a little bit better condition.

Hotel was very convenient to get to NYC, they have a bus that picks up at the hotel and drops off in Times Square. Breakfast was sad, coffee, juice, granola bar, and toast. The hotel room was never swept, not even when we arrived or any other day during house keeping. No bags for the trash cans. Pillows were super flat.

I reslize that this a Super8 motel so did not expect much. The good, room was clean, bed comfy, and ac powergul. the bad- People stand outside ur room and smoke so it can be . The only food vending machine was broken. The free breakfast was toast, just toast. If you only pay around $100 i guess it is ok. but i paid $230 due to a soccer game at metlife. Doubt i would stay there again.

The stay was not bad. The bed was comfortable. The shower was really nice. The TV cable wasn’t working properly so the tv was really fuzzy and the cards to get in the room were tricky. Not easy to use

The air conditioner was leaking all over the floor, the room was dirty and there are “day rates”, which appear to be for less than legal reasons.

Location was great, close to NYC and many dining options. The room smelled musty and the sink was leaking. One side of the parking lot was being worked on so there wasn't enough parking, so they told us to park at a different hotel a block away. When we got to the other hotel to park our SUV we couldn't get into the parking garage and the front desk staff had no idea about us parking there. We finally got that issue resolved but it took a while. They advertise free breakfast but all they had both mornings we were there was coffee, nothing else. There is a shuttle bus that picks you up right in front and takes you in to Manhattan. The shuttle is convenient and affordable, only $3.50 per person each way.

I liked nothing. The hosts were rude upon checking in and out. There were bugs in the room, the hosts refused to clean them up.

The motel employees and owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this motel.

On arrival, there were people loitering around the parking lot (mind you, I arrived during a road trip in the middle of the night). Then, the room itself was dirty (the pillows had yellowed marks, there was mold looking stuff in the bathroom, and the door itself wouldn't close all the way. We were so tired that we ended up just using the swing lock to hold the door shut for the night, but otherwise, it didn't feel very safe). Overall, we weren't very thrilled about staying here and would find other accomodations in the future. The one plus however is that it's close to the NY cruise terminal (about 15 mins away). You'll just have to cross the bridge (which includes a toll) and you're just about there. Times Square is also a very brief drive. So, if you want to save from the high NY prices on the other side of the bridge, this is an option.

Convenient location outside of the city and good price. Very basic and breakfast not really breakfast , juice, coffee, toast, granola bar. No cold water would come out of our sink but very very hot would. Then 5am wake up by a firetruck on 1st official day. All made for okay.

The room itself wasnt bad, it was the surrounding area. The parking lot was terrible, you had to pull out of your spot and go all the way down to the end of the prorperty to turn around to then pass where you were just parked leave. This place offers "breakfast". This included white bread and a toaster with coffee that was rancid. Prisoners in lock-up eat better then this. How they can honestly call this breakfast without laughing at you to your face, this traveler will never know. I would never stay ay this place again of you paid me, if it was free!

Room is clean. The breakfast is not that great. It’s just bread butter jam coffee and juice and granola bar. The location is good. Easy access to New Jersey destinations.

The first morning we were awakened by an employee setting up the breakfast station by room 222. She was setting up but arguing with a little boy as her and a male were yelling at the little boy. It was loud enough to wake me up and I went to look at what was happening at 6am. The third night the fire alarm went off at 5 am and we had to exit the building. No explanation on what happened or any type of compensation. Terrible Continental breakfast and awakened two out of three mornings. I will never use Super 8 again.

The service was great, the workers are nice. The rooms were clean. The bus to the city is convenient. The toliet was super loud. The water pressure was great. They offer a free breakfast which is just toast and coffee. But there is a starbucks in walking distance as well as an aldis.

*The city shuttle is not specific to the hotel.* The hotel is simply a stop on the route. The shuttle is a lifesaver for getting to manhattan. DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Very clean room, but small. First time I've ever had a commercial style toilet in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly.They were very helpful when I called for help both before and during my stay. Breakfast is a joke. Toast and coffee and I'm pretty sure that one of the men was there to keep you from taking too much. Hovering near the toaster every morning. I gave up and went to Aldis for granola bars and juice to keep in my room. Do not expect to be able to walk nearby for quick food. You have to either uber there or have it delivered. The staff was amazing but the hotel had very little to offer.

“Free breakfast” meant toast and… beverages? Unclear. I left before thoroughly investigating. The room greeted us with a strange, lingering smell—hard to place, but memorable in all the wrong ways. Bathroom looked clean, but the odor made us rethink being in there too long. One curtain had dried food. The other? Dried blood. Yes, really. Ants were busy living their best lives to be bothered by us. I could go on, but I’ll keep it short—this stay was enough of a story already.

I came for a concert and when I saw the outside I was like ehhh.. but soon as I opened the door the inside was so nice and clean.. very comfortable for a quick trip and close to met life stadium if your going to an event.

It was excellent stay at super 8 for 4 days. Property was very clean n nit. Very safe n peacefull. Breakfast also good. 24 hours coffee n tea available is very good. I suggest u to provide water bottle in room or breakfast table. Otherwise all ok.

The property needs to change their bath towels. I can hear all of the noises from all of the vehicles from the road, even the room next to my room when they flush. You can wake someone up with the flush. Etc.

The room was nice, the staff helpful, location is not the best, if you have to walk, safe area but kinda poor urban zone. Stores close early. The commute to New York is extraordinary, the mini van is a quick service to be in time square and NJ transit has also a bunch of 24hrs options.

The room doesn't match the picture shown during the booking. The room provided to me is very close main traffic and there is a lot of noise even window is closed. No slippers are provided and you have to bring or buy your own slippers. They will ask for 100$ deposit when you check in. The breakfast only contains toast, coffe and juice, that's all, which is not silimiar to Super 8 in other places. But generally the room is clean and well equipped.
