Our stay here was terrible. The rooms are outdated. Walls were dirty. We left to Manhattan for the day, came back and there was ants everywhere. Not to mention when we checked in it was after midnight and the nightclaire did not know what he was doing and clicked on a random person's room. Change the name to mine so the next day we were bothered saying we were in someone else's room also that we were not supposed to be there. We were never checked in the first place so we left and went to a better hotel

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. Location wise its good ( walmart nearby and dining options nearby ) but the place itself is very very bad and poortly maintianed. Not clean it at all. Completely outdated and not clean at all . The beds were not comfortable ..limited breakfast that was mentioned was not available at all..coffee machine never worked..absolutely terrible place to stay

Its location is great for food within walking distance The property wasn’t very clean with hair everywhere and dirty coffee machines. There were drug addict all over the property. There were cops and arguments. Kid of chaotic.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Check in was easy. Room are outdated. Needs an upgrade. Seems as though they do long term rentals here so there's a lot of people just hanging around all hours of the day & night. Dog barking most of the night. Full kitchen with no utensils. No cups, forks, knives or spoons unless you ask the front desk for them. No ice in the facility whatsoever. Will not be returning

Enjoyed my stay. Dog friendly hotel. With a full size refrigerator and kitchen with dishwasher. Was able to cook my breakfast as I wanted to do so . Close to Walmart which is highly convenient. Will stay again !

The only item was the shower . Wish I had been advised that getting the shower started took extra work. Then the shower leaked all night even I double checked that the water was turned off as much as possible.

Its location was exactly where we needed, which is why we chose it. However, we had to change rooms, a lamp fell off the wall. People asleep all day on the sofas in reception. We decided to check out a day earlier, we was promised a refund of one night. But we are still waiting, all contact has been ignored.

This hotel is a perfect option for a non pretentious business traveler. The room is clean, spacious, and functional. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge and an electric cooktop, with dishes and pans provided. High speed WiFi is available for a small fee, and the gym and the pool are available, too. The downsides would be: the breakfast is very basic, and the housekeeping happens once in 10 days. This is NOT a fancy hotel. But the bus to Port Authority stops 30 ft from the door.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Transportation is tight there. The pull out bed is horrible needs new mattress signs were on the door informing us water would be off May 5 luckily we checked out on the 3rd. I’m not sure how a hotel is supposed to run with no running water but hey. There’s no pool

They say breakfast is included, only Nutrigrain bar, muffin and oatmeal. This is not breakfast. Had a lot of ants in the room and reception didn't look surprised when we told them. Scary noise in the elevator when going up and next days it was out of order. No ice machine

Convenient location for food choices and for laundry on hotel property. Room was big with sofa and full kitchen (coffee maker and utensils upon request). Bedroom had nice California king with nicely mounted tv and nice closet space. Would definitely stay again

That hotel is out dated and has an old smell. The bathroom tub is falling apart. The tub also had ants in it. One night was one stay too long.

Very good friendly staff very helpful but hallway very dirty, rooms are ok in my opinion they shouldn’t say breakfast because coffee was cold no milk or sugar around.

like a mini studio apartment, it was just what i needed for my situation. had a small leak from fhe rain storm and the front desk immediately offered to change my room, super accomodating!

Staff was excellent. However, the quality of the room was not good. The sheets of the room smelled old. The shower took forever to get working, it’s not consistent and you have to continue to play with it to keep the temperature. The condition of the room was not well. Cabins were old. Maybe this is just the condition of the building.

This was in the top five worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was filthy. The hallway was filthy the room was in terrible condition the mattresses were not fit to sleep on

Fire alarm went off in my room and they couldn't shut it off so they moved me to a room with no heat on the coldest night of the year in January, they did nothing to compensate. Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

The room was very spacious, perfect for three women traveling together. It was very convenient to have a full kitchen, as we usually had leftovers from dinners that we bought in the City.

The room has a fold out couch for a third bed with a filthy uncomfortable mattress. Throughout the course of our stay we killed a few roaches and more got away. We stayed 10 nights and the room was never cleaned or serviced even though they say that stays over 7 day will be serviced. There was no cutlery, plates or cups when we arrived. You have to go to reception to pick them up. No toiletries, just one bar of soap. One of the days our keys were locked out, luckily we came home earlier that night. The breakfast is a coffee when it’s available and a cheap breakfast bar or a small packaged muffin. No fruit, cereal or even hot water for a cup of tea. The good parts to the property are that it felt safe with nice places to eat within walking distance. A bus stop just outside the front door takes you into the Port Authority Bus Terminal in around 20 minutes depending on traffic. Cost for a one way ticket to New York is 4.95 per person.You can buy tickets directly from the driver. In conclusion only consider this accommodation if you are on a strict budget and you get a great deal. The money we saved here as a family of four, we spent on bus fares to and from New York so it wasn’t really worth it.

Room was definitely dated , first room had a door busted in at the bottom however front desk staff was wonderful and gave us another room. We went with intention of going into NY for the day and the bus stoped right across the street from the entrance and took us to port authority which was a 10 min walk to Times Square . Great location !

King mattress was new. Sleeper sofa totally worn out and mattress was unusable. Room was somewhat clean. Very noisy from outside activity.

It wasn’t good. The room looked like it wasn’t taken care of at all, handles missing on the cabinets, tilted and broken drawers and cabinets. Computer rolling chairs in the kitchenette, the pull out sofa and the bed were positioned in a way that not one of us would be able to see the tv at the same time. My son slept in the bed and I slept on the pull out. The mattress inside the couch was so thin that I had a horizontal metal bar digging into my back all night. I booked at a different hotel initially and I really should have kept it and gone there. Mid tier hotels are usually affordable and you get a good room for the price, this just seemed disrespectful honestly.

There were cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen and I have videos. We cancelled the rest of our stay and went to the Hilton not too far and had a much better and cleaner experience there.

The room was fine, although the lack of access to ice at a hotel was a little bit weird. The real problem was they kept insisting that I had multiple reservations, and even though I went round and round with expedia, and the hotel, and I could find no such second reservation, they were insisting that I was going to be charged even though I told them repeatedly I didn't know where they were talking about. Not sure why they dug their heels in. It put a damper on the whole thing.

BAD, more so a concern and an inconvenience 4 ½ days no housekeeping service accomplished or even see in the facility. AMENITIES Unlike the cross town Stay America, the amenities were very basic; 2 bars of soap and a mini bottle of shampoo, towels, facecloths 2 plastic cups and a roll of TP *1 Advertised as a kitchenette to our surprise; there were no in room pot/pans/cups/dishes/utensils/coffee maker/tasters/dish rack or dish soap! The only inconvenience was going to the front desk to obtain the above then wait for the clerk to assemble the desired item into a broken/shattered properly not sanitized plastic tub. Went to Walmart to buy detergent. Microwave was a potential

They have charged $1000 more from the usual charge of the property. The staffs are not friendly enough and they won't provide guest wifi and incase if you don't have your own connection to make any changes that's not possible

Rugs looked like they were not vacuum

Staff is non responsive and irresponsible and will not help. Smelly rooms with old, breaking furniture and appliances. They pass the smallest sofa as a make-shift bed, that can barely fit a 5 yr old.

Saving grace for the hotel, its staff was good, accommodating and understanding, and the proximity to NYC NJ Transit was optimal, and low cost to transit to NY. If you have a choice, recommended paying a bit more and staying at the 15 different hotels nearby. This hotel is cheap, and the accommodations in room are reflective of the price paid.

Get another around as the location is convenient for Manhattan but do not go there.

Cold breakfast, out of coffee , only some wrapped muffins and granola bars.

When I checked IN, the front staff said, my reservation was cancelled since I did not show up at 3 pm. After 45 minutes her browsing the system gave a room with 2 queen bed and said I have to come by 7 am to speak to the manager since I am a walk in. At around 4 am in the morning continuous calls to my room to vacate immediately since the room that she provided was already reserved by someone. A crap systm they have that doe not evn show up the vaccant and booked rooms. This time one more horrible indecent staff joined together in the front office and was yelling. This time they found out my original room and allotted the old, reserved king room. But I ended up paying twice for the same room. One thru Hotels, Com and the other at the front desk. The rooms were uncleaned; towels and bedsheets are dirty to the core with stains. Please don't ever go to this Extended Stat please.

The location was great, everything is near, you don’t have to go far for anything. Whether it be food, Walmart etc. When we checked in the gentlemen was really really nice and attentive. He made small talk, and was able to get us checked in early, which was GREAT! So, this review has nothing to do with him, because he had great customer service! To start, the hotel is DATED! There needs to be a renovation ASAP! But the thing that I really wanted to say about this stay which wasn’t horrible, but I feel that the hotel staff could have been more accommodating. We had ants! Thank GOD it wasn’t roaches or bed bugs, but geesh! My son that was on the pull out noticed them crawling on the pull out. Then my other son that was sleeping in the bed beside my husband and I saw them too. They were on his bed. Called to front desk and was told there was NOTHING they could do about it, and that they could not change the room. Which, I wasn’t asking for that. Basically all I wanted was a, “I’m so sorry, let’s see what we can do.” Or maybe, “whatever the cost for bug spray that you spend, we can reimburse!” I got neither response. I was left to deal with the any problem myself. Went to Walmart got ant spray. Just an inconvenience. I’d never stay there again!

At check in one of the elevators was out of service and the following morning the only two elevators were out of service.

Our room was very outdated. Shower ceiling cracked, base of tub caulking was nasty. Window shades with many cracks, holes in them. Room carpet very worn. One elevator was out of order. They did accommodate an early check in but we tried being out of the room as much as possible.

When I checked in I got a room that was not clean, not a clean place and not safe to bring kids in here.

Ok to stay.

The people on the front desk do not want to great and they don't want to answer questions. They see you standing there to ask questions they just glance and do nothing. They make you feel uncomfortable. When we checked out i am glad we met Joshua at least he knows what customer service is he warmly talked to us

In this hotel chain you don't eat, there's only a breakfast of bars, plum cake and coffee... but what I find uncomfortable is the fact that the rooms aren't cleaned every day and you have to take care of it yourself, furthermore the furniture isn't well maintained, for example in the room where they are staying the kitchen cabinets are about to fall, and also a danger for those staying in these rooms, I had chosen this one in this location because I thought it was better than the others, but it's the same story here too.

The courtyard area was dirty, and it seemed that the hotel does not clean the outdoor furniture regularly. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited and consisted mostly of snack food. My family and I will never stary there again.

My wife got a lot of bites on her body. Not sure what exactly it was but we didn’t want to stay long enough to investigate if it was bed bugs or not. The area is good for someone that wants to go to MetLife stadium or the exposition center

No housekeeping services included which makes no sense. We stayed 3 nights, 3 guests. That is the whole point of choosing a hotel over Airbnb. Pull out mattress that was the only option as the 2nd bed was dirty and old. Their selling point of “breakfast included” was watered down coffee and packaged muffins. Just save yourself the hassle and give people housekeeping instead of a sad, gross “amenity”. Literally ruined the vibe staying here.

This is the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced in 25 years. Smelly room, sloppy alcoholic hanging out by the front desk at checkin, filthy lobby, cabinets in lobby falling off their hinges, creepy booted 50-year-old nasty trailer seemingly permanently parked in their lot hooked up to a jeep for power, outdoor walkways smelled like pee, pet hair and bits of trash all over the hallways, elevator broke down, loud dog barking at night that woke us up, trashy parents yelling at their poor kids, false fire alarm went off at 10pm … will never stay again and am considering requesting a refund after paying over $250/night for this nonsense for two nights.

Room was spacious, fridge temp was awesome but nothing was clean. The carpets are full of hair and smelly. Overall, meh.

The sheets were obviously not changed, there was hair and small brown stains in the bed and there was a sleep mask still in the bed. The rug felt sticky and there was a large rip. The elevators were broken multiple times throughout our stay, so we had to take the stairs with our suitcases. When we requested new sheets and blankets, they said we had to come back down after 11pm to get them because that's when they did laundry. The pullout is actually a twin size, so the room that advertised that it could sleep 4 could only actually sleep 3. The fire alarms would randomly start going off at night when we were sleeping. The shower handle was very loose, so you could only choose very cold or very hot, since it would just slip downwards when you tried to place it in the middle. We weren't aware that there was construction happening when we booked, but discovered that the pool was under construction, so no pool to use. The only positive was how polite the front desk staff was when we checked in.

Overpriced and disappointing. We booked a suite with two beds and were given two separate rooms instead. The place was outdated, dirty, and lacked basics — no utensils, glasses, or plates in the kitchen. Elevators broke down with no signs, we had to beg for towels and pillows, and our fire alarm went off twice at 4am. Staff even called accusing us of smoking — we were asleep and don’t smoke. For nearly $1,000 for three nights, this was a huge letdown. Would not stay again

There were bed bugs in one room. The next room had a broken door to the bathroom. The entire room smelled of pet urine or mold.

The parking is included which was great. Break fast was not a breakfast but just a snack: coffee, tea, packaged muffin and a snackbar.

We liked that the parking was free and there was a bus stop right outside the front door which was a 20 minute ride into Lower Manhattan. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge. The place is very rundown though and not clean. I refused to walk on the carpet in our room without socks or shoes on as there were multiple stains on it.

I loved the location for shopping and dining. I was very displeased with the alarm system going off twice while we were staying one in the afternoon and the other at 7:00 am. The bathtub water didn't go out and we had to take wash up. I put in a report and they will have it fixed before anyone else stay. I did get one night reimburse back to me for the inconvenience. Overall, the staff was very nice.

This is supposed to be more of a value hotel if you need a kitchenette and space but the problem is it was not clean - there was dust lining the hallways, stains on our linens, grime on walls, gunk stuck to the blow-dryer on the wall. We booked a room with a pull out couch for the kids and it was not something anyone should be expected to sleep on (very stained with no mattress cover, broken springs) so we left. The front desk staff were kind but the management is terrible. We found a phenomenal hotel (pristine, modern, clean, comfortable beds) 2 minutes down the road for the same price.

Love the configuration of the king size room; it fit our needs. Its perfect for work from remote scenarios too as the dining table dubs as a table. Love the two TVs too. Very clean! My family and I will be making this our go-to place versus the other location.

The facility is not very old, but is quickly showing deterioration. Elevators are barely working, slow and groaning. Two visits in two months and there is still no hot water.

The stay its self was good but some things felt like they needed to be updated especially the shower head which had no pressure. The air conditioner was fantastic. If you are a light sleeper it can get noisy due to a highway being close by depending on the location of the room. There was a lot of dining options in the area. A quick trip into NYC with the #320 bus conveniently located right outside the hotel. Overall, it was pleasant and I would stay again for a quick trip

Hotel had a smell of sewage. Also room wasn’t clean, I found hair in the bed and also in the shower. The surrounding area was nice with great places to eat and transport was easy from New Jerseys to New York. But the hotel…. not great.

Family of 4 on vacation, I like the convenience of having the bus stop by the hotel. Other than that I would not return to this hotel. The room was dirty. Carpets were stained, crumbs under the bed and the pull out sofa bed was disgusting. I understand it’s a budget hotel but I think there’s room for improvement.

At check was told they didnt have my reserved room available, which was 2 double beds and a pull out couch(3 adults staying in the room). Put us in a room with 1 double bed and a pull out couch, gave 50% off and told to come back down next day and they'd get us an additional room. Went back next day and was told since they gave me a full refund(which they did not) that I'd need to pay the difference for my original room. The lady was rude and kept calling me mama. I left very upset and frustrated. Went back down that evening and dealt with Jason(same person as at check in) and he got us right into our original reserved room and at no extra charge. He was very kind and helpful. Other front desk employee, not so much.

Room has everything you need. Plenty of dining, necessities, and a movie theatre nearby. Bus stop is also close by. The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast was pretty bad.

I went to enquire and I was told: "We do not provide those. You have to get them yourself." I went up that night to inform my wife. We woke up in the morning for breakfast but to our surprise, the coffee containers were empty. When I asked how do we get coffee to drink whiles the containers were empty, I was told to go to the nearest Dunkun donut shop near by. I took 2 muffins and waited for the coffee to be brewed after I insisted on getting some from them. There was construction work going on beneath my room. We were not informed about it. It was like mining was going on beneath and our room. We couldn't rest. My wife had headaches. It was not fun. I went there to complain to the front desk executive and he said he could do nothing about it until the team leader comes. When I met her, I informed her about notifying the guests about the construction. She wrote the note and attached to each door. It was then our room was changed later in the afternoon. The bed in the new room was not great and one tv was not working. The bed was bumpy. We woke up the next day with body and waist pain. We were supposed to be resting but this couldn't be rest.
