This was a nice play stay for one night, easy to get to, close to anything and everything and staff was helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn’t that great. Otherwise it was okay.

Hotel was also very clean and kept well inside and out. Nice breakfast area and good food selection. Stacy checked us out in the morning and she was very pleasant!! Location was great, within walking distance of restaurants and stores.

If breakfast is not main preference then this hotel has everything. Breakfast is very minimal when compared with other similar hotels.

The location was great, next to a mall and plenty of restaurants around to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable. Stacy checked us in a little early, she was friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. We went to a concert on our trip. Went to bed around midnight about an hour later there was banging and heavy walking above our room. Maybe staff working during the night. This lasted about an hour. We had breakfast the next morning before we checked out. Everything was good just wished there was more to choose from. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a good addition and easy to make.

Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit of a pain to operate but picture quality was excellent. Biggest complaint was the ridiculous operating system for the shower. Just when you think you've experienced all the US faucet systems known to mankind, a new one pops up. This one requires a call to reception. There was a small instruction left in the room on the back of the property general info. A must read document. Easy walk to fast food, shops etc.

Overall the hotel was fine. Typical of what i would expect from most places of similar type. My only complaint was the ad on hotels.com stated that the facility included a bar and restaurant on-site which it did not. There were dining options "close by" but not at the facility itself. I made the decision to stay here based on the fact that listing included those options.

The breakfast was decent. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once during our stay. There was nothing that we did not like.

Everything else was 5 star. Breakfasts were fabulous, never ran out of stuff and clean. We enjoyed the amenities: cookies, oranges, bananas, but apples were over ripe. Will stay here again. Next time, I will insist on a soft bed. Sandi baker 520.279.0763

The hotel was nice and clean! There were a few small things that needed some attention in the room but mostly cosmetic from what I seen. The one and only complaint I have is the door that you close to the bathroom and the door to the closet are the same door. It’s a sliding door and it’s on the heavier side. I think a regular door would be better in these rooms. I normally skip out on using hotel soaps, shampoos etc but theirs were amazing!! They weren’t the basic hotel items they were so much better! They all smelt so great too!! The property itself was great. The breakfast was really good both days we were there and it was fully stocked the whole time. A big bonus was that they have 24 hr coffee bar! The swimming pool was a decent size but even though the pool room was warm, the pool was still a little bit cold for my liking. The hotel is surrounded with plenty of places to eat and a very large mall. Overall this hotel was wonderful and I would stay here anytime! 10/10 recommendation!

This is a hotel maintained with excellence. The room was spotless, fresh and bright. The gym was clean and had great equipment. The breakfast was REALLY good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be our go to. Highly recommended.

The staff was great, the room was okay, but unfortunately, you could hear EVERYTHING - from loud hotel guests to roaring motorcycles. We got very little sleep - we gave up and left a little after 4 AM.

Hotel was clean, the indoor pool open, quiet, and in a good area with a lot of things to do. The only negatives were the scratchy linens and the beds were on the smaller side and VERY hard and uncomfortable.

Definitely recommend! This place is nice, clean, good breakfast, and the room was so spacious! We had the King with Sofa-bed option and there was so much vacant space even with the sofa-bed pulled out. This would be great for a family with multiple kids or a pack and play crib, air mattress, etc. Everything feels new and there are so many outlets and whatnot! Also, our check-in staff member was so hospitable! I believe his name was James. Excellent!

Arrived after midnight, and James was wonderful! He must have seen on my face how tired I was. He made the check in seamless, was kind to my pups, and even offered to clean up a mess one of them left. I couldn’t let him clean up after my pet, but he was so very kind.

The facility was modernistic and close to shopping and dining. We walked locally and utilized ride share for more distant venues.

Check in was great. They was nice and polite. The beds was hard, the shower was dirty and clogged. They did come right up to fix it.

I arrived at 10 am. The staff allowed me an early check in. The room is comfortable for me. I’m a solo traveler. It’s in walking distance to the mall and endless shops and restaurants. Breakfast is available on site as well. Staff is cleaning everywhere none stop. I like that a lot.

We got a room with a lot of space in the middle and it was great for my 2 year old. The water pressure and shower head were great. There's a nice big breakfast and an area where you can buy some much needed allergy medicine. Highly recommend

As for the hotel my stay was perfect. As for the rude family who let their kids run back and forth jumping on furniture causing noise to wake me up at 11:30om...well, who does that? Any responsible parent wouldn't allow this! I complained to the front desk and they had them control right away! If you are one of those parents that let your kids "get their energy out" at a hotel - please THINK of the other guest and take your kids outside in the parking lot...or just plain be a parent!

The tub was broken and had to use a washcloth to stop the drain. There was no in between of the water it was either hot or cold. The bathroom door is a heavy sliding door not safe for kids. My 6 year old caught her hand in it and it almost ended in an ER trip.

Recently, I have travelled quite a bit. Every hotel I have stayed except this hotel, I had to contact the credit card company to get the deposit money back. This hotel promptly refunded the deposit. Additionally, the breakfast selection had more variety, and all of the staff were courteous and friendly. Even more important to me, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding.

This was one of a few hotels we stayed in our road trip & the last, but was the comfiest and biggest. The area was full of dining options and easy access to the 40. Was near neighborhoods on one side but in the area of the main shopping center but was still quiet and worth the money. We left before breakfast so can’t rate that but room and bathroom was perfect for my family. WiFi was free and incidental charge was only $20, they had a small snack shop which was very convenient. Parking was great and they lock the door from the inside in the lobby at night which made me feel even safer staying there. The beds were kinda soft but extremely comfortable. Would stay here again.

Check in with Stacee was great! She was friendly and cheerful for whole time! Gave us information about breakfast, hours, etc. She offered us free water bottles. Quick, kind, efficient check-in. Room was a handicapped room but it worked. Comfortable, lots of room. Outlets on both bedside tables. Hotel is located in the McCain mall. Follow the small signs to the parking lot. There are a lot of food options nearby, as well as plenty of shopping options. Hallways are clean and well-lit. Breakfast had many options; fruit, yogurt, waffles, potatoes, eggs, rolls, bagels. Very good free breakfast!

We were a large family group and we gathered/had our meals in the lobby/dining area. The staff was so sweet and very accepting of our toddlers running around. We always stay at this hotel when we travel to North Little Rock, we will continue to stay here for future trips.
