Clean and affordable , good location for our trip. Michelle at the front desk was a darling. Looks like they are remodeling the first floor but the other floors are already done. We got a remodeled room and it was great. The other front desk staff was very uncommunicative and rude.

The young African American female manager that served us was so helpful. Transportation, laundry and helpful ideas to our Family. Staff support front desk and maintenance and housekeep was kind and helpful.

Mine stay at this property was perfect. The front desk service was excellent. There’s one lady I would love to compliment. I forgot her name that she was there the she doesn’t agreeThursday evening that I checked the extra extraordinarily helpful very pleasant very nice personality. I think the gentleman told me on Sunday when I checked out she wasn’t there. She was off. He said she’s known as the good fish, I would agree with that 100% she has a wonderful personality and once again I would like to say thanks to the staff at the La Quinta.

The beds were not comfortable. The second full day there, no hot water for our room. The double beds were literally full size beds. It also smelled like weed on the 3rd floor. On the 3rd floor on our last night there was a full on semi nude photo shoot going on in the hall. I feel like this should not be allowed. The hotel looks ok on the outside however it needs a lot of love and wor. Its not great.

The rooms were clean and more updated but the building itself was very worn and many details unclean. My desk associate was very helpful when checking in but later couldn't find many people to help me after the phone to front desk was inoperable. Great low rate with free breakfast and clean room overall.

Overall is okay

Room was very clean. Staff very friendly, but this is the second time I stayed here in two years. The gyms was still under reconstruction and the carpet on the hallways still with stains. The hallway walls and doors appear to be dirty. Perhaps a coat of paint may help. I am not sure I want to stay here again.

This is the first time I've been charged more money and given no receipt? The king suite has the sink & bathroom at the door when you walk in. The king bed was comfortable. And there was a microwave & refrigerator available as well. Now the fire alarm was beeping all night in need of a battery and it had my dog on edge all night. It was never fix while I was there. The breakfast was lacking. All the juice machines are out of order. 1 coffee pot. The tiniest muffins. They did offer biscuits and link sausages with gravy on the side. And of course waffles. However no yogurt or fruit. I turned my key in looking to receive my receipt for the room and check out. (Since that is what I was instructed by the previous night desk clerk) Not 1 person could be found at 8am at the front desk or the dining area. So where the room was fine,

Room did not sleep 7 as advertised. Hotel needs updating as things are worn out. Strong smell from a diffuser or something in the lobby. Bathroom door lock didn’t work right. Smoke alarm chirping all night in the hallway even after we pointed it out to the staff.

Staff was busy playing on his phone, seemed to be a problem when I asked for things that should have already been in the room. Room had a mildew odor, but it was slight. There was hair in the bathroom floor. Bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, and we would stay again.

The property was poorly maintained. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew what I know now. The tub was peeling the pull out couch was stained and it stunk. If it wasn’t a resting area for a long drive I would’ve left. The hotel clerk was rude and had an attitude as if I was bothering him. Oh and top it off the towels were dirty and old looking.

1/2 of the towels in the bathroom Were wet and very stained. The tub surface was peeling away and it looked like the tub had not been cleaned. This was the saddest La Quinta I remember staying in the woman who checked us in Michelle was excellent.

Didn't care for this hotel . I have stayed at LaQuinta before in other states and never had this issue.

The carpet was dirty in and outside, the tub had paint chipping off. It was two of us in the room they gave us one hand towel. The elevator was raggedy and there was a man that didn’t work there, went into the kitchen net and poured water in the milk and put it back in the frigerator and everyone thought you guys did that disgusting thing. I wouldn’t dare stay there again

The continental breakfast banana was half black. An out of order sign was on the orange juice and a cereal dispenser. The white gravy was viscous like water. Overall, if they raise prices, they might be able to afford the service to remedy the above problems. The big question is do you really get what you pay? I paid for the cheap hotel and tolerated the conditions.

Breakfast is served from 6-9 and was good. However, it would have been nice to have more qty like the yogurt, boiled eggs and resh fruit. So, that for those that came down at eight am to eat, it wasn't depleted or all gone. I stayed a total of five nights in one of their suites in their off-season. I felt for the amenities, it was well priced and locally competitive. I could see that the hotel was renovating ay least 1/4-1/3 of the hotel, which may have accounted for the inadequate hot water issue. Other than that, my stay was nice. My room was quiet and comfortable. I left feeling rested. The hotel is also conveniently located to restaurants, entertainment and easy on/off the fwy.

I’ve stayed here before and have never had an issue. I got in after traveling for 12 hours and get in the shower, I go to use the shampoo they give you and it’s an empty bottle so I get out to get mine out of my bag and get back in and realize there is soap and curly hair all over one of the shower walls that I didn’t initially see and then u get out and there is a dirt towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

The room was spotless. The hotel smells good and look clean. Lobby and dining area is nice too!

It was convenient to the highway and a good place to stay for one night. The Fitness Center was closed due to the remodeling of the hotel. I would stay again if I ever pass through AR again.

While the staff was courteous, they were far from friendly. I was unable to stay for breakfast, but I was there while it was being set up, so I tried to get some fruit and a packaged pastry, which they didn’t have, no did they have waters available” for the road, unless you wanted to pay another $2 for one. As far as a hotel, it was fine for staying the night while traveling, but certainly not for any length of time.

Room clean. Heater makes a lot of moise. Elevator very noisy. Breakfast 3rd rate- turkey cold, biscuits hard like concrete, and gravy cold. Cleaning staff very warm and friendly. Some front desk staff very cold. I won't stay here again. 3rd rate hotel

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. De loin le pire La Quinta que j’ai pu trouver. La chambre sentait mauvais et la douche ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons changé de chambre et ça sentait toujours mauvais. Pas de beurre ni de confiture au petit déjeuner. Réceptionniste pas très agréable. La clim dans la salle de bain fait autant de bruit qu’un hélicoptère alors nous ne pouvons pas allumer la lumière la nuit de peur de réveiller toute la chambre !

Bathroom shower tub and surrounding area of the tub was peeling or had whole sections without any layering. Felt like it was coming apart. Staff was nice and was good for the money spent.

The CC machine was messed up, and i had to push red instead of green for some reason after it wouldnt work, weird...first room was not ready yet, no ice machine except 3rd floor, smelled everywhere almost like pee, breakfast was just biscuits n gravy or cereal, gravy was basically opaque water, fitness center not open and the pool still has stagnant water in it, cheapest tp possible

The room was an average hotel room, extremely cramped but it was clean. Not one of the best la quintas.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. We were there with a group for a sport tournament, and she yelled at the kids for everything. They couldn't talk in the common area or play outside. The pool and weight room are under permanent construction. My sheets were dirty, the fridge didn't work, the TV had black lines down the middle, so couldn't see anything... just not a pleasant stay.

This was an ok stay but the room had no air on when we checked in. We had made the reservation probably 4 hours ahead of time. It was so hot in the room and then it took a minimum of 4 or 5 hours to cool down. Couldn't sleep comfortable because of the temp. Bed was ok. Bathroom smelled like mildew but I think it was overall clean.

I usually stay at this La Quinta when I visit North Little Rock, Arkansas. It’s has clean rooms, friendly staff and it’s economical.

It was average, pictures were very misleading.

The cons: I had a pet, and we were placed in the “smoking hall”. I was taken back they actually still offer smoking rooms. The entire hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana no matter the time of day. The room was ok, but the bathroom needed some tlc. I would think since this is a Wyndham property, they would at least raise the bar a bit. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham properties and know what they’re capable of in terms of quality, cleanliness, and overall property standards.

The property was in good condition, the employee was helpful and courteous. Although they insisted on running my credit card for a safety deposit even though I paid for the reservation in advance through Expedia.

We stayed while in the limbo period of moving out of our house and closing on our new home. The property was extremely run down, especially in the common areas, and not well cleaned anywhere, including the room itself.

The check in process was great. I had a bad experience earlier in the evening at a different hotel, so this was a great thing. I would definitely stay again.

Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed, but I was disappointed. The mattress on the pull out couch was a wreck, there was hair clinging to the bath tub and the mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in (so not cold) upon our arrival to our room. The plug for the micro-fridge and tv was also so janky. The halls smelled of stale smoke weed. The rest of the room was acceptable and the breakfast was decent.

Toilet in 214 sounded like a bomb going off every time you flushed

The halls were not vacuumed. Trash cans full in commons area. Pot smoking so much in our hall that we left a day early.. Clerks didn’t put a stop to it even though we complained 2 different days. We lost our $106 for our extra night since they wouldn’t deal with it. Hotel just very neglected as far as cleanliness. Had to ask for shower curtain to be put up to use, 2 out of 3 bar lights burnt out. Just a very poor stay. Beds were comfy. This pic is of chairs in breakfast area. Hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime.

Been at this property for two weeks with no issue. U til the washer becomes torn. Also my 12 yr old son wasted a bottle of water in the bed on accident. They then tell me. I wasn’t charged the 100$ deposit. When I didn’t get the 100$ back from the first checkout

Our stay here measured 8 out of 10. Cleanliness and no odors top rated. The AM breakfast fell short on not serving eggs, poor choice of cereals and no offer of fresh fruit. Otherwise our stay was quiet, staff efficient and plenty of parking.

The smell of the room had a STRONG pet order. I could tell the carpet had not been shampooed at all. I was sick to my stomach. I had to purchase air freshener.

The phone in our room 218 had the cord cut so there was no phone service in our room luckily we had ourselves. They charged us $100 extra for incidentals because of two rooms being booked and two different cards being used to pay for it! And they were rude about it! There was no well maybe we can do this for you, there was if policy and you don't get around policy. There is no hospitality there was no humility there was no bedside manner and no hospitality

This is probably an older building of the La Quinta franchise. The rooms smelled old and with urine. I was really too exhausted from my trip to change rooms. Staff was friendly. But, the hotel smelled like wet dog. I don’t know why. This place was next to a big mall and a few restaurants to walk to so that was nice. I overall felt okay to stay there but I can tell it’s a risky area next to a freeway, I brought in all my stuff and parked next to my window. Great for one night stay, not a week.

Location was easy to find. Cockroach in room coming out of electric outlet and non-emptied trash bin.

First room smelled like dirty pets soon as we opened the door, the second room was cleaner but the tub was very aged in appearance & the hotel show it age inside & out.

Easy to get to.

It was a great option for us during the weekend when there was no power. The room was plenty big for me, the family, and the dogs. The staff was very helpful when we needed some additional supplies, and the breakfast options were filling.

I did not enjoy my stay here. The room I booked, I thought would be two queen beds, turned out to be full-sized beds. The room was not as clean, there was hair/dirt left in the shower, old gum stuck to the lamp. In the middle of the night the smoke detector kept going off with no rhyme/reason. They did move the room because of that but not it not being cleaned to my liking. I would not stay here again and it was not worth the price. This facility should not be allowed to be under the Laquinta umbrella.

Needs upkeep. Breakfast was all carbohydrate and a sausage link. Horrible compared to many other nice LaQuinta's I have stayed at. Never again.

Take your time and read my review, I will tell you exactly how this hotel is, if I could rate it negative 5 I would, to begin with the hotel was dirty, the worst hotel we ever stayed at, upon arrival to the room it had a foul odor, the towels looked that they had never been washed the toiletries they provided where open and used, the toilet had dry feces, me and my family started to feel sick not sure what they be doing in those rooms, we felt dizzy and disoriented, we was really tired from our trip we decided to just sleep in the car in a rest stop, it felt much safer than this hotel a million times, Don’t take your chances and expose your family or your self to God knows what. I feel bad for exposing my family to this experience, in my part was my fault for not reading reviews before booking, I saw reviews about there being bed bugs and cockroaches!!!!! My advice is if this was your only option which it’s not, I would say you better off saying in your car. Just a thought of how bad it was we all tossed our clothes in the dumpster and shoes we didn’t want to bring back home what ever was in that room BE CAREFUL

Our bed was covered in dog fur and covered in a big stain. We requested a new room, where we found another stain on the bed and hair on the toilet seat.

The stay was a little below average. They sent me a text message stating to text that number if i needed anything. I asked for more towels because it was 4 of us but only enough towels for 2 people. No one ever responded to the text. So I called down to guest services and requested towels. 30 minutes still no towels so I went downstairs and got it myself. The beds are very firm. Actually uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain every morning. We stayed 4 nights. The tub paint was chipping. Speaking of the tub something was going on with the plumbing because the water didnt drain and we took showers in a puddle of water. Housekeeping did not clean the tub. Whenever the heat came on it made weird noises the entire time it was on. So throughout the night we were woken up by the rattling sounds from the heater. positive note they do serve breakfast and staff overall was friendly. The location is excellent.

The stay at this hotel was just ok. The property is dated and facilities were limited. The fitness room was under construction so unusable. The breakfast was not great as when we went to eat (a bit after 8 am) there wasn't much in the way of choice. And we were told that nothing was being replenished. It's an ok place to stay if you don't expect much.

Place is very outdated, dusty, gross. We found stains and hair in the bed - it's like they just fixed the covers after the last person stayed. I never once saw anyone cleaning. I'd book elsewhere. Probably get cleaner/newer for same price.

I woke before breakfast with an email or text about my stay was ending, did I want to extend it. This was outrageous! I stopped for the night during my travels and the website woke me up from Very Comfy and Very Precious sleep to choose my departure time. Why shouldn’t departure times be- 1: standardized at 10am 2: displayed at every check in counter in 144pica sized type with the words, “Warning: This Hotel May Use Your Phone Or Email or Both to wake you up before checkout time. Please state your preferred departure time and haggle with the website as to the costs for overstaying or Refunds for UnderStaying or let’s be honest- we offer hourly rates.” Whoever at Wyndham invented the idea of waking people with a text should be removed from their position of influence and be sent to a hotel in Kamchatka near a rumbling but harmless volcano in a village that has an extremely loud “hey the volcano is rumbling alarm - we just wanted to let you to know”, which automatically wakes everyone in the village and several villages away several times an hour because the alarm broadcasts from atop the volcano. Please undo this immediately or my comedy act will feature this story I WILL check
