We rented a non smoking room and it still smelled like weed. We found roaches in the seating area and a blood smear under the pillow on the sheets. We went into the office around 9 to check out and grab some breakfast and they had already cleaned everything up. The staff was friendly but the other small things ruined it for us.

It sucked they just kept on changing my card several times and have trouble getting the charges back i will never stay there again the area was nasty the pool was nasty I was so disappointed I didn't like non of it anyone that stays there should check there charges even if you book it on a 3rd party

The air worked fine and the hospitality was very welcoming. Of course im in the middle of our first year in business as a legit incorporated business. Right now it dont look like we are going to make it but i cant leave my partner's side sink or sail im there til the end. Its about to be war time

The location was actually a high crime area. There was mildew all around the bathtub. It was noisy as people went down the metal steps outside my room. I requested a non smoking room but the room smelled of smoke

Room wasn’t cleaned for the duration of the stay & refrigerator was non functional & ruined my food for the week. Both issues were reported to motel & nothing was done.

Did get breakfast but love the location . Cover on the bed .. the smoke detector keep making a loud peep noise all night

Hair dryer didn’t work in room and the continental breakfast didn’t exist. There was no coffee left and there was one small spoonful of eggs left for me and my husband. And we were there around 7am so not like it was almost over. And no attendant around and no one at front desk.

Great location, friendly and professional staff, clean, safe area. However, if you are not a smoker, I suggest you request a non-smoking room that is away from smoking rooms because the smoke seeps thru into my room at times. Other than that, the hotel is great for what it offers.

For one our bed sheets was dirty we didn't have no tissue they did not come and clean our room the second day they didn't bring us no clean towels we did not get no room service at all we called for new towels and they never broke them or sheets had stains all over them

Well you get what you pay for. Good for a quick overnight stay. VERY dated. Stains on walls/doors. Stains on sheets. Didn’t bother telling front desk as we were just there overnight. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very convenient to restaurants. Particularly Kpot. Pretty quiet. 2-3am construction workers leaving were pretty loud. Overall not bad.

Pool was cold, breakfast was so small they didnt have much when we went down didnt restock when most of the food was empty, still waiting on refund to come back. Room we had was nice and clean, beds comfortable, tV was good had lots of shows to choose from, mini fridge was working good.

Bed sheets had some blood stains. Room lights weren’t working all the way. They kept blinking on and off.

One staff member in particular is a problem at times. I've been here several weeks and he's just not a customer service "appreciative" type of person. If I could avoid contact with him at the front desk I would. Until then, I'll get around it. Other than that the hotel is pretty good.

Staff is courteous and professional. Hotel is nice and convenient.

Worst property in north Little Rock. They charge extra fees upon arrival and will attempt to scam you if you’re not careful. Do not go here unless you want to get a dirty room with dead roaches and then be overcharged.

Smelled amazing

The non smoking room smelled like marijuana smoke. Bed was clean though

Our room was old but clean. It was a nonsmoking room but had a veey strong pot smell. She offered to change rooms for us but we were too tired. She gave us some air freshener spray.

Clean hotel, a bit noisy with other people coming and going all night. Covers of the rooms are very dirty and need to be washed as I’m sure they never have been. Reception was locked at 9 am so couldn’t give room keys when we left. Breakfast pretty useless

The desk clerk Rash Patel is a rude, disrespectful boy. He failed to accept that my mini schnauzer is a lawfully acceptable service animal. He tried so hard to get “His Fee” as he called it. The room I attempted to check into smelled of pet urine and I asked him why he gave me a nasty room. He then canceled my stay, refused to refund money and called me names. Rude, nasty room, no thanks. Glad I didn’t stay where no one else does. Adios Little Rock!

Thank y’all. It was nice and clean. And priced right for us. Because we were staying up at the hospital with our mother.

Stayed there for 7 days while visiting family. The breakfast menu did not change. Non-smoling room had cigarette holes burned in the bedspread and sheets. The front desk was not always manned for hour at a time. If all you are looking for is a bed for the night, it is adequate.

When I got there the guy at the desk was not friendly at all. He tried to charge me an extra 35 for getting there early. It didn't say that there was a fee if you got there early.

There tub is as slippery are a hot knife in butter. I fell in the tub hurt my leg my chest and my jaw. They didn't seem to care to much I had to keep asking for a slip guard for 2 days before I got one at 4pm the second day. The staff is not very friendly at all, from the moment we walked in they were grumpy. 👎for me.

I have stayed at this particular Super 8 several times because usually it is a decent hotel for a good price, especially when compared to other hotels in this price range. I will mention however, that I was extremely offended and disappointed once when I was having my air conditioner repaired and was about to check in at this Super 8, I handed them my Driver's License and immediately after inputting my information in the computer, I was accused of having people in and out of my hotel room during my previous stay (incidentally only a couple of days earlier) and told I was not welcome. I was incensed and outraged by the very accusation and any other time would refuse to stay at a place that was so disrespectful, but I had already paid, neglected to get trip insurance, and if I left I wouldn't be reimbursed so I stayed, but only after I spoke to the manager who ended up apologizing for the whole thing, though they didn't do much else. They didn't offer compensation like a free night, or a room upgrade to make amends, which I felt was the least they could do, but I didn't make a big deal out of it, though I probably should have... and this last time I stayed there, I got the room with the jacuzzi tub in the suite and unfortunately the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work. Sadly, when I informed them of this, I was not reimbursed for that either. Basically, it's a decent hotel as long as you don’t encounter any issues. If you do, good luck.

Horrible hotel! First it took us over a hour to check in because there wasnt anyone there to help. Then the room was beyond dirty! Dirty sheets! Air did not work and we literally only slept with a sheet. Remote was missing the back and the bathroom was dirty and gross. Bugs every where. Next time I'll pay more and stay at a nicer place. Pool is fine but not worth being hot all night and worried about bugs. Plus the freeway noise is bad.

This is a decent place to stay close to stores and restaurants I recommend new beddings and paint ,but over all the stay was nice

Employees were rude, and did not want to switch to another room since my room was disgusting. The room had mold all over the walls, there was blood on the back of the bathroom door, you could physically see huge stains and scuffs all over the walls and ceilings. And the AC unit kept shutting off

Poor conditions and hardly any breakfast. There were on two sausage links at 7 am and barely any eggs, no waffle station.

I needed a room for 2 people and was refused a second person for the night. I had to pay, but then didn't need the room if it is only for 1. I will never go back to this hotel.

Most everything was fine, couldnt get the direct tv to work correctly but we didnt tell anybody until we checked out.

Air conditioner was broken. Kept just running. Room 210 Pool was cold. Like cold cold. Front desk tried to not give me my deposit back.

Hair was on top of the commode seat. The table was too small for my laptop and monitors. The bedspread had holes in it. The batteries to the remote were taped in & you had to stand very close to the Tv in order for it to work.

I needed a place to Stay during these snow days so I choose this one & Enjoyed the stay it was closer for me to get to work.

Outdated, dirty, fan in bathroom so loud, could not plug tub, hairdryer did not work! Holes in bedspread from cigarettes. We booked it, with no help from staff, I have to re-book the suite he told us the TV didn’t work. He said he could put us in a different room that the TV works, but that would be an extra charge! Very disappointed!

Toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall, tub and floor was dirty, needs a lot of touch-up paint.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Super 8. There were no clean towels for us and the housekeeper guy was so rude. Everytime we left out the room we had to go back and get our key reactivated. By the way, they looking right at you on the camera and then they ask you what room are you in and no your name isn't on that room. We will never stay here again.

Horrible I bought a room online and went in to check in and he said that in could not check on until three it was 12 at night I bought the soonest time available online and he could not give me a room and let me check out at 11am

This was the worst experience of my life. Gave a negative complaint to Wyndham because owner was forcefully trying to enter my room to check for smoking at 10:30pm, which he didn't find, after I said my 9 year old daughter could be in there changing because I told her get ready for bed. Wouldn't let me check first and was very invasive. Then this morning, came to my room very upset and yelling because I did the complaint and didn't give back my $60 deposit because of the negative complaint, calling me names and threatening to call police on me even though I was trying to leave. Then as I was packing my stuff, I noticed the bed bugs were so severe they could be seen crawling on the pillow. I don't know how I didn't see them before but I've been very stressed out as a homeless single mom whose car broke down. Even more so now I'm out $60. Don't ever ever ever stay here. They need to be shut down. I'm likely calling code enforcement or the health department or whoever I need to about the infestation. Every interaction I had with a member of staff from when I checked in, they made sure to talk about reasons they keep the deposits. Obviously that's their little extra money on top. Disgusting rooms and invested with bed bugs and the staff couldn't be any less hospitable. I actually ended up making my broke car worse off by driving it because I couldn't imagine staying at this place any longer.

The room floor was wet. No ashtray in the smoking room.

Took 30mins to check in, they charged 172 for two ten week old kittens. Dirty sheets and floor, dried food at top of wall and ceiling, gave us two towels for THREE nights, peep hole was see through from outside, outside trash containers were full and smelled like death. The only good thing was the restaurants within walking distance. Went to three places and they were all great.

When we arrived after a very long drive, I was told there was a $60 fee (which was not explained anywhere on hotels.com at my time of booking. I specifically looked for a place that wouldn’t charge a fee at check in). The man who checked us in said it wouldn’t charge us the fee if we used any other card besides Chime and Venmo. I bank with Chime, so this was unfortunate. Once again, this was not anywhere when I booked. I offered to use my Discover to put on file and then he said “Oh well, I actually do have to charge a fee for that too.” Which one is it? You just told me moments before you would only charge a fee if I used my Chime or Venmo card. We were driving back home from Nashville and stopped in Little Rock to see a concert of one of our favorite bands. We ended up having to drive the rest of the way home and miss the show because we had our dog with us and didn’t have a place for her to stay while we went to the concert, so we ended up losing our money in multiple ways due to this. It was disheartening. I guess I should’ve known that you get the service you pay for.

dryer didn't work properly, the front desk clerk did add time on the dryer so I could dry my clothes. I ended up taking them into the room and hanging them to dry. room was clean. did not get breakfast here.

Electricity went out after a storm and 17 hours later the lights were still not on in sweltering heat so I cut my stay short.

You get your money's worth. It's nothing fancy. The customer service was good. We always get a non smoking room when we go. But the room usually has some sort of tell tell signs that some had been smoking in that room prior to our stay. It either smells like smoke or the bed comforter has burn holes in it. But other than that it was a good stay.

Kinda meh. I wouldn’t recommend it, but if you need to stay here it will be fine. Breakfast was microwave burritos.

Extremely clean. Coffee, and juice in the morning was nice. Walking distance to restaurants, right out the front door they’re that close. Right by the MCCAIN mall too. I highly recommend to stay here. Friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any motel.

It had alot of sketchy attendance

Well, I don't like to give a bad review, but this one, I guess, was bad. The sheets on the bed were really stained, and it was no hot water in my room and notified the office clerk, who said he would check it out, but nothing happened; Also, last thing, my room key worked for the first day, and the second day it did not, and they told me because my time there was already up, but I rented the room for couple days. Hopefully, they will get better.

The jacuzzi and the bed are honestly the only good things about the hotel. The pool area was pretty grimey looking, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, swam in it and was fine, and had a fantastic evening. The morning, I showered in a COLD shower. Went to get breakfast and they had a rotten and moldy apple, I'm talking half rotted to mush, in the fruit bowl with all of the other fruits. There was sausage laid out under a heat lamp that wasn't even on, so it was all very cold. There were ants all around. The coffee tasted SOUR. What a way to end my stay. That is the NASTIEST hotel I've ever been in.

Not enough parking by your room. Also, even tho the room was clean and a no smoking room, ot had that musty smell of old cigarettes.

I requested a non-smoking room however upon entering the room it had the smell of a room that someone had been smoking in. The Duve cover had small cigarette burns in it. Clerk had to spray a fragrance that lasted for a couple of hours before the smell of cigarette smell returned. Also the room did not have a clock.

I would not recommend. Booked through Expedia. Canceled at the hotel. Rebooked after driving nearly 5 hours. Paid 2x as much. Miss understand on number of guest. Felt stalked. The second we got into our room they called and question the amount of people in our room after resolving it the night before. Booger on the bathroom wall, blood looking stains on the bedroom wall, sink wall, other stains or dirt on the wall. Will not stay here or recommend anyone stay here. Worst experience I have ever had traveling.

Nice area, the only issue was staff and cost.

Hotel is surrounded by plenty of options to dine at as well as the local mall about a 100 feet away. Check in was smooth, the concierge was pleasant. I had a non smoking king bed room and it smelled pleasant. The sheets where clean. You can tell they have been putting some work back into their property because some parts of the room looked new and some parts like the bathroom looked old. This location was pleasantly quiet. It also has a indoor pool that the little ones throughly enjoyed. Overall for the money spent, it was a pleasant stay!

My stay was okay but for the past 2 times I have been there I wake up with bumps on me and that usually doesn't happen to me.
