They didn’t clean the room not even one day

My stay was not even near satisfactory. The room had a wierd smell. Toilet papers were poor quality. Not enough toiletries provided. Too basic room with not properly maintained outdoors. Not even an iron in the room or anywhere else.

It was an okay stay, did the job had a bed, bathroom, ac, fridge & good parking all around. Nothing too special. Good for on budget.

There was only 1 TV in the 2 bedroom suite. The ac didn't work in either rooms. The beds were comfortable enough but made a lot of noise when moved around. Someone had wrote on the wall of the closet. No windows except for one of the bedrooms

I’ve stayed here before with no problem and everything was great, but this time was horrible. They had bed bugs that bite my fiancé and daughter all over. From head to toe. I will never stay at this place again because of it. And I hope nobody else has to experience what they went through. 0 out of 10 The bed bugs that bite my family.

They do not treat their customer right I have to do everything by myself even mopping and sweeping they don't change your I will never go back there again I was there for 5 days Every time I try to get my room clean they will hang up the phone they asked me to come down to the office and grab if I need something and also I saw cockroaches in the room

Great spot to stay at with family

Was given the wrong room to begin with. Room appears to be remodeled in the last 5 or so years. Room had a frig and microwave other than that there are no amenities not even ice. The outside is very outdated and is more of a long-term stay location vs a hotel/suite. Area around is questionable at best. I would not recommend.

It had Cockroaches!

This was the most ghetto room I’ve ever stayed in. The walls were all tagged on, the sheets and towels were all stained with mold and black stains, the walls were so thin we could hear the people doing the thing super loud and even talking was clear. This place is completely run down. The staff is hard to understand as well because they don’t speak english much.

It was okay, definitely a lower-end property. Front office is very dated. A broken-down car was parked outside the room I stayed in. iMy main complaint is that the tub/shower wasn’t clean - there was hair on the walls of the shower when we checked in. There were also a couple of sticky spots on the tile in the bedrooms.

The room was filthy, bed had dirty sheets and the floor was beyond dirty and sticky. The towels provided were stained. Bathroom door was literally coming off the hinges. Found eyelashes in the pillow cases.Water pressure of sink was horrible. Just a small stream would come out. Had to stay for a second night, when i paid for the second night's stay, i requested to be switched rooms and was assured that i would be relocated. Hours passed by and I went to front desk to inquire about new room evening staff (older woman) was extremely rude and she shouted that there were no vacancies. I explained that floor wasso dirty that it left my children's feet dirty even with socks on. She rolled her eyes and walked away. This location is very hit and miss when getting a decent clean room or a run down busted room.

There was a little shop in there by and parking was safe.

Was able to check in late. Still had to check out at 11am. It was dirty! Liens were dirty also.

Location is close to my grandchildren. Good price point. Plenty of parking. Nearby restaurants, movies and shopping. Checked in at 2pm of Sat. We booked a ground floor courtyard view but were given a 2nd floor room. Hubby had a medical emergency. While in so, the lock on the door buzzed & someone was trying to get in. Saved by the security lock. I opened the door thinking it was my son I called. Two strangers standing there with valid room keys. Told them this was already my room, sorry & good bye. My son arrived, we're waiting on 911. Someone else is trying to get in using key card and knocking. They lady who checked me in is asking how did I get the room or how did I get into the room. My hubby is laying on the bed having what I think is a stroke and I have to remind her she checked us in. I come back from ER at around 3 pm on Sunday. I pass out, wake up at 10 pm. Walked next door for food. I can't get into my room at 10:45 at night by myself. I go to the office very upset. I yelled at her for my card not working, for strangers and her coming in while we were waiting on 911. And I needed another night because he was still in ER. She apologized and gave me a deep discount on the 3rd night. While I was eating someone else tried getting into my room. Just when I was ready to call 911, someone said...oh, wrong room number! I appreciate the apology and the room discount. But that added stress when we were already going through something so scary was unnecessary! Being on the 2nd floor made it harder to my hubby the help he needed. Make sure you always use the security lock on the door!

I lie the fact that they had smoking rooms availiable tbh that is hard to find U can hear noises through the walls but it is all good

Super sketchy rooms dont get deep cleaned. Sheets looked dirty. Towels looked used. And you’ll have the employees knocking on your door at 11am to ask you to check out.

The quietness

Not comfortable at all. Feels and looks like a cold, empty room with a couple of pieces of furniture. The two chairs that were in the room were foldable chairs, like the kind you buy at Walmart or something.

Big rooms and bathroom. No amenities. Simple, but effective.

Affordable but than again it wasn't a good stay Water took forever to get hot. Bed was uncomfortable. Floors were dirty and AC went out . People next door were making a lot of noise .

No communication from staff about fire system test until alarms went off at 9am until 12pm. Would have stayed longer if TV had a much better selection of channels (need, sports, cartoons) an.channel guide

The price, the location. You can pretty much walk or even Uber wherever you want to go for cheap. Plenty of facilities. Guests smoked around the vents of my ac unit and near outside my door. Wifi is kinda spotty but those are mostly nitpicks.

Homeless person sleeping near stairs to the room we stayed in, room smelled like cigarettes, Weird stains all over the walls, foot prints on toilet seat, dirty walls, yellow bed stains and pet hair, beds very uncomfortable.

I did not like the customer service she was very rude. The room had house roaches and the tub and sink was dirty. I was uncomfortable and did not sleep well because I don't like bugs.

Exterior had some graffiti. Broken furniture in a pile in one parking space. Graffiti etched in the mirror in the room. The room was clean and very inexpensive.

It is along a busy street so getting in and out can be a bit unsafe. There are 3 entrances so keep that in mind when driving in. The property is fairly quiet. There is plenty of shopping and dinning nearby. Target and Walmart are less than a mile away.

My shower water never heated up. Plus there was hair on my sheets. It's a 2 star hotel at a reasonable price, so I still can't complain much. Beats sleeping in the airport for sure.

The room was disgusting, dirty infested with cockroaches. Really terrible I am not sure if my clothes got infected with roaches.

Most of the staff here are not the friendliest, but they will help you with getting your room. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and there is a Walmart and Target very close by.

Bed was pretty comfy. Room was large. Comes with microwave & fridge. No iron. Very ghetto. Strange smell. Chair had stains on it, which they tried covering with a white bath towel. Bath towels are too small. Attracts bad crowds. Was approached by someone asking for drugs. No shampoo/Conditioner

This was the second time I wanted to stay here becausr the first time was good. This time however, the room stank like smoke when it was a NoN smoking room requested!! There were roaches so I just grabbed my stuff and left…. It was not a pleasant stay this time around but the gentleman at the window was friendly..

The room was clean good size. The neighbors were very loud at night heard a baby or toddler crying 2 hours straight on and off and the parent was yelling at baby! I tried calling the front desk from my phone no one answered. It was at 2am. Rooms don’t have phones. I almost called 911 thinking baby was in danger. Then suddenly no more baby crying this was very weird. Also heard lots of banging on the wall next door where baby was crying!

I always enjoy my stays here. It is quiet, safe, convenient and clean. Highly recommended.

The suite we had actually had 3 King Beds in it. First time I've ever seen such a thing but really made our stay extremely comfortable.

the first room the we got REEKED of cigarettes after claiming they are “smoke free” rooms second room that we got had water near the tub and I just put a towel over it and moved it over. Minutes later the bathroom floor was covered with water then we noticed that the water was coming from the bottom of the toilet after being flushed. They fixed it. We left for about 7 hours came back at midnight to more water on the floor, not coming from the toilet anymore. Went to get the midnight staff and said there was nothing he could do. We wake up at 8 in the morning to water dripping from the ceiling at the entry door & bathroom. THERE WAS URINE & FESCES coming out of the bathtub and the floor was covered in water. I went to go speak with the front desk & expressed my frustration to which she called her “manager” & they offered me a 20$ discount. 4 people woke up in the morning and couldn’t shower or use the restroom and had the bathroom flooded 3 times and all we got was a 20$ discount. Not even an APOLOGY. The rooms also have the smoke alarms ripped out, so good luck if there ever is a fire. This is unacceptable especially for a hotel charging 140$ for a night. It seems like the same has happened in that room before because the bathtub was stained about halfway with a blue tint and the ceiling had obvious water damage.

They wouldn’t refund my cash deposit of $40 cash… and told me to come back 12 hours later for a maybe refund, just because they messed up and don’t know what they’re doing and start yelling at you and threaten the cops

this place is too pricy for what we got , it was old and run down , the air coming from the air conditioner in stunk like pee. We even found 2 roaches.

Simple yet big. 2 king beds with 2 LARGE rooms, 2 TVs, kitchenette available with table and 2 chairs. reasonably priced. The negative, No couch or other sitting furniture. Good enough for one night. I would go there again with a couple of camp chairs.

You get what you pay for. We went inexpensive and that is what we got. It was clean but also felt not clean. The beds were fine and we got what we wanted a place to lay our heads for the night. The neighborhood did not feel safe. The motel rooms felt run down but clean. They rent rooms by the hour which did not give me reassurance. Our stay was okay but I would not book again.

The front desk staff morning people are pretty cool nice try to go above and beyond to create a good welcome but the staff that is there at night or overnight has the worst and nastiest attitude ever I requested at times toilet paper or towels and they will not give it to me or they will walk all the way to the room to make sure that I am staying there I've had issues where I've called the front desk to let them know that someone in the room next to us was screaming to be let out and was fighting with someone else and that lady just still quiet and said well what do you want me to do so for that reason amongst others I have decided to stop going to Norwalk in

I stayed at this hotel because it had 3 king size beds, so no one in my group would have to sleep in a pull out couch. Having said that, i wish I would have taken the couch. This place is absolutely so dirty and gross, we went and got cleaning/disinfecting wipes so we wouldn't feel like we could catch something. No privacy, bathroom door doesn't lock, the lady at the front office walk in on me while I was sitting in the toilet, I wish this was a joke but it isn't! My husband went to check out while we were quickly using the bathroom before getting in the car and she just walked in to check in the room as we were all still in there, she told my kids to get out and wait outside while I was in the toilet, so they couldn't use the bathroom we had to go to a gas station. Also, no fire alarms in this hotel, this can't be legal. Lots of people hanging out outside smoking weed. I wouldn't bring my family here again nor would I recommend anyone with a family to stay here.

This is the worst I have reserved, nothing to do with the pictures. Paid about $150 Dlls per night for 2 nights. They just reimbursed one night because I late check in. I arrived around 2am from a 8 hours driving trip to attend a Conference. Had to sleep in my car due to the infected place and find a new hotel around 6am (my event was 8am). Asiatic person in the lobby was very rude and didn’t want to listen, just angry since the first time we called to the hotel to request late check in. Very unprofessional, the worst in the world. I contacted Expedia and didn’t reimburse my money for the first night, their reason was because the lady in the hotel told them they won’t reimburse 😓. Can’t believe Expedia didn’t help in this situation, I explained them everything and look like the most important is what the hotel said, not what the customer said. Very very negative experience. Please don’t book your reservation there.

The pictures on the website made it seem like it was a luxury hotel.. but when we go there, it was half ass remodeled. There was water leaking from the tub. The arm of a chair was broken and the other was old and dirty. I liked the Chinese bed accent.
