    We had a very comfortable stay at the DoubleTree and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel felt welcoming, clean, and relaxing. One thing we especially appreciated was the large parking lot, which gave the property a more private and spacious feel compared to many other hotels. It made coming and going easy and added to the overall sense of comfort and convenience. The staff was friendly, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

    The check-in was quick and smooth after a long ride out of town. We were greeted with warm cookies and water. Our room was also upgraded due to our child needed certain amenities for a personal issue. The bar tender downstairs at the restaurant was lovely too. I’d definitely stay here again!

    this place was not clean at all , bath Tub was visibly dirt , as well the faucets had soap scum on it . The maintenance staff did not even clean the room on day 2 , we came back to uncleaned room and no clean towels to use . we paid for 3 nights and checked out after 2 nights because we could not tolerate disgusting carpets and dirty bathrooms

    The staff were great and offered lots of help with our stay. When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk offered us warm cookies and parking options. We also were taken care of with the continental breakfast in the morning. The food selection was wonderful with healthy options. The location was also perfect with great restaurants near by. I would recommend Los Compadres for authentic Mexican food.

    The hotel smelled like an animal shelter, stains were all over the floor from piss from the animals or we don’t know what else there was dog poop in the elevator. Our room smelled worse than the lobby did.

    I like the location of the hotel.     We had to get a new room because the 1st room was not clean, the restroom trash can was full and there was open juice bottle by the coffee machine. Rooms are out dated and have a musty smell. Staff was cordial and friendly they were super busy with other guests so checking in took a while but understandable

    The room was nice and the cookies were delicious. The parking was horrible as the lot was used by other businesses in the area. I was a little flabbergasted that overnight parking, WiFi and breakfast weren't included considering the cost of the room. Will do a better search for a more accommodating place on my return trip.

    My concerns were more related to the clean dripper a lot of stains on them and then they were too clean a little bit frustrating. And then attempt to use the pool because it's warm out right now the poool was not clean at all. There was a lot of bugs in the water. A lot of leaves the pool was not kept.

    I was then moved to Room 701, but unfortunately the issues continued. While the odor was improved, the room had stains on the carpet, dog hair on the couch, and a crusted substance on the floor and kitchenette area. The walls had dirt that wiped off easily, the microwave had food residue and fingerprints on the exterior, and the shower had mold on the outer door seal along with a crack in the shower floor that appears to be causing water damage. Given the Hilton reputation for cleanliness and consistency, this was disappointing. In my line of work, I am trained to notice details, but these were not minor issues—they were basic cleanliness and maintenance concerns across two separate rooms. I wanted to make you aware of these conditions so they can be addressed appropriately. I would also appreciate discussing what can be done to make this right, as the experience did not align with the rate paid.

    The staff is always excellent. "T" and Denise from the front desk are super friendly and helpful as is all the staff. I enjoy staying here because its close to the freeway along with many dining and entertainment options nearby. The beds, linens and towels are comfortable. It's also nice to get the hot chocolate chip cookies when checking in.

    We got a room right outside the gym and you could hear/feel people dropping weights on the floor at all times. Breakfast is expensive for what it is. Not to mention the servers are rude and lack customer service skills. Nothing too terrible here at this property but nothing great either. The employees all seemed to not care or like their job.

    Fire alarm went off at 10 pm and staff was clueless and assumed it was a false alarm. This staff has no training on evacuation or emergency procedures. It was up to the guests if we wanted to evacuate. Fire alarm went off for several minutes, finally got cleared when I called the fire department myself.

    The water pressure in the sink was quite low. And when I went to take a shower around 11pm the water was lukewarm. I actually had to step out and phone the front desk to ask if there was a trick to the lever to summon the hot H20, and the gentleman advised he would "reset" it, and to give it 15 mins or so. Thankfully, after 15 mins the temp began to increase and eventually reached an acceptable temperature. That being said, the staff was incredible. "T" the gentleman working graveyard was very courteous and as previously stated resolved the hot water issue. He was apologetic and solution-oriented. Friendly and warm. As was the front desk agent who checked me in, the housekeeper who promptly responded to my housekeeping request for an extra towel. The tissue box was empty, not really a big deal, and the bathroom lacked a bathmat. The super comfy bed was very well made, the sheets crisp and clean and the tuck nice & tight. For an older property it did show its age, but I've seen worse (DoubleTree Whittier) at others similar in age. If asked I'd rank this property a 6/10 for the condition, and a 9 /10 for staff/guest experience. Overall score 7.5; primarily falling just a tad short (due to aesthetics) of what I expect of a Hilton property

    I had reservations for a room with king size bed and was given a room with 2 queens. I was not informed when I checked in. I called front desk when I got to my room and was told “we don’t have king bed rooms available”. I had reservation made 4 weeks prior and even checked in early. I was there for 3 nights, not once was the room cleaned or given fresh clean towels. Other hotels I’ve stayed at go every day to clean and provide clean linens.

    I’m requesting a refund for my recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles – Norwalk on October 18, 2025, which I booked through Hotels.com. Upon checking in, I discovered that the room was extremely dirty and not up to the standards advertised. There were visible stains on the bed and floor, grime around the toilet, and other unsanitary conditions. I’ve attached photos as evidence. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but the issue was not resolved, and the room remained in unacceptable condition. Given the poor and unsanitary state of the accommodation, I’m requesting a full refund for my stay. Please confirm receipt of this message and let me know if you need additional details or photos.     This place is dirty. Bathroom had a strong odor and carpets felt dirty. Our feet were literally black from walking around the room. Beds were uncomfortable. Service was decent but they looked at us strange as if we didn’t belong there. Area is sketchy it’s by the freeway so the smells outside the building are not pleasant. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again!

    The Doubletree has always been a pleasant day. People are friendly. I really enjoyed the neighborhood things to do freeway access a great day. Their breakfast was amazing.

    We had three issues though. First, the sink smelled like sewer but only when we first turned the water on. Second, the light for the hallway and bathroom did not work. There was not enough light from the room or the window to use for those areas so we had to call for support. When maintenance came down, he came back and forth to the room after trying to fix the issue but it was not working. We ended up requesting a different room. The maintenance guy confirmed we would need to. The third issue was in our second room, the comforter had a red paw print in what looked like hot Cheetos dust. We requested another blanket and it was provided although tiny. Even with these issues though, we had a great hotel stay and will be returning.

    This hotel has a nice restaurant as well as a large bar with plenty of seating. The hotel was clean and the staff was veey friendly. This hotel is a very good value for the price. I would happily stay here again next time I'm in town.

    Staff was wonderful, professional and helpful. Bed was comfy, bed sheets were clean, bathroom was clean. There is an AMC theatre that is very close- just across the parking lot. There are a few restaurants close by as well. The only complaint I had was the 2 carpet stains in our room and also one stain on one of the lamps. The remote control was very filthy and had some unknown brown crust. We thankfully brought our own disinfectant wipes and sprays so we wiped everything down. Parking is $15 a day which is reasonable.

    Very disappointed with the check in service representative. No welcome, no smile, very blah, not what we are use to at the Doubletree. The air conditioner was very noisy, could not sleep. Tried trying it off, but then it got hot. Ended up with the noise all night, did not get much sleep for court the next day. The shower sliding door had no tension on it, and slammed when opened to the side. We felt bad for our next door Neighbors, because we had to leave early and I’m sue the noise of hitting the wall woke them up.

    My biggest issue is that the photos are deceiving. Rooms look way more updated than they are once you arrive. I docked it 2 stars because of the bathroom. There was no exhaust fan. When taking showers, both the ceiling and floor drew moisture. You could visually see the condensation on them. The floor was slick and we ended up having to put towels on the floor to avoid slipping. There were also spots on the ceiling where you could tell water/moisture got underneath it. Since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel, I can’t give an opinion on the amenities. Check in/out was fast and easy. One other thing to note, this hotel is by the highway and you may hear cars at night if you’re a light sleeper. Overall decent stay for the price.

    I have never been so disappointed in a double tree the way I was with this one. The Air conditioner made so much noise as well as the toilet (seemed like we were flushing all night) before we got to the elevator to go to the 6th floor up to when we got to our room it smelled like smoke and not exactly cigarette. The room also had a funny smell to it. My spouse and I really didn’t get much sleep.

    When you have a customer who is trying to check in at 3pm for a 4 day stay and you have the nerve to continuously label it as an “early check in,” then saying you have the room available but because it’s 3pm and check in is 4pm it will be a $25 fee, that is ludicrous and horrible customer service. So you have the room, it’s not being used, I not only paid for 3 nights but also paid for another room for 3 nights, I’m a diamond member, and you’re telling me I have to pay to check in at THREE O’CLOCK?! Get your act together Hilton. Money isn’t everything, have some integrity.

    There was no blackout curtain, never seen this before. The shower design was such that you have to get in, turn it on while it sprays freezing cold water on you. The head is too high & cannot be adjusted & only one side of the door slides open. If you want dry hair forget it. Poor design. Also the ice maker on the 6th floor doesn’t work. Our hot cookies weren’t hot but still delicious.

    good location in Norwalk, CA. there were some rusted accessories in the bathroom. the sink was too close to the toilet. and a hair ball was found stuck on the shower curtain by the rail. parking @ 15$ per day plus tax was too much. over priced in terms of the amenities offered. overall stay was way to expensive.

    Staff is always welcoming, property is kept and those hot cookies are always a treat. Unfortunately our room was not as clean as the last time we were there. The curtains were a bit tattered, the carpet has stains, the room seemed like it had not been updated in a while but even with all that, the towels were clean and bed was very comfortable.
