I liked pretty much everything. The room, the staff (hotel and restaurant) and especially the restaurant! The food was of great quality esp for the price. The restaurant staff was very attentive. The check out is noon, but you can have it extend to 2 pm for a reasonable charge. I was traveling for work and was viable to leave my luggage with the staff until after my appointment with my client ended. Everyone was nice and helpful. Also the breakfast was good overall. I felt the first day's breakfast was ok, but the 2nd day's was way better. They also have water and an expresso/Nespresso machine you have access to 24 hours. The room was vey clean, spacious and smelled good. There was a ton of natural light. The mini fridge was actually cold-not lukewarm like a typically mini fridge. I had a bottle of wine and it waa the perfect temperature when I was ready to drink it. The restaurant even uncorked it for me, as i forgot my opener. I would definitely stay again! I didnt like the pricing for parking, especially for hotel guest. You have to pay each time you come in over 15 mins. This can get pricey especially if you're not staying at the hotel for the rest of the day.

The room was very large. I asked for a king bed and got two Queen beds. We had to get up at 3 am. There was no hot water at that time. My husband had hot water at 4 am. There should be 24 hour hot water. They had 24 hour shuttle service and the driver helped us with our luggage. The staff was helpful and said they would report the water issue.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, the room was not only a good value, but quite nice and capacious. No one needs the number of lumens the bathroom provides, unless conducting major surgery, however. A rheostat would have made the stay even better. :)

You gotta pay for parking which was not included in original quote, breakfast is available… if you pay for it. Otherwise the room and bathroom was decent and clean.

The cost advertised on Hotels.com was not the cost at the hotel. Parking is $20 a day and Breakfast was not included..... cost went from estimated 1200 for 6 nite to 1600+parking$20 per nite +breakfast at $19 per head per day.

Clean room and hallways and lobby. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet. Great beds bathrooms and amenities all work great. Will def stay here again.

The staff is not cordial whatsoever. Even upon shift changes, the staff didn’t engage with my family. They didn’t speak, avoided eye contact and on responded if we initiate it. They seem to be respectful and more engaging with the airline staff who utilize the facility. We ordered a cot for the room and The Co that they brought us had dirty a dirty bowl and plate stuff in between the mattress and the frame. We asked for a new one. I’m not sure if they actually gave us a new one. I just took the dishes out.

We booked this property after checking out of a nightmare. It was very clean. Nice dining. Nice drinks. Nice pool.

Hotel is really nice. Clean. Everyone was kind and provided a fast service. Close to airport. Area seems safe and nice. It has security and a gate and you need your room card to access to the hotel.

They charged for parking (why when I just spent a considerable amount of money for a room), clerk told me there was a "problem" with the card used on file to book the hotel (how when I booked back in MARCH and the receipt and my bank account showed the payment cleared), clerk obviously was looking up the wrong booked account but fortunately that issue was cleared up, WIFI didn't work and I had to use my personal hotspot to use my laptop (using it to type this review right now actually), housekeeping came and knocked on my door a few minutes ago and came on in (check out time is at noon and it was only a few minutes until 10 am). 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is in a bad area...it is a good place to stay if you are flying out of Oakland airport but that is about it.

It is very close to Oakland Airport and conveniently located. It is reasonably priced for the services they offer (airport shuttle and food). Compared to other hotels in the area, I feel safest here.

It is a fast ride from the airport. Very convenient for travel time from there.

My complaint is that there is no room service if not enough people are working in restaurant. Why do you think some people choose hotels with room service? Answer: have a pot of coffee and breakfast delivered. Nothing major. Coffee in room has a Keurig but awful powdered cream and bad tasting k-cups. Nasty. Fridge and microwave helpful. Nice shower.

Clean, nice, quiet, and very inexpensive. It was so close to the airport (3 minute drive) and about 1 mile to the Oakland coliseum. My friend and I actually walked home from the coliseum after the concert. I had a nice breakfast at the restaurant. There wasn’t any other stores or restaurants close by, so I used Uber Eats for other meals.

Hotel is actually nice and updated, but the hallway reeked of smoke and the area is terrible. The hotel next door was literally boarded up. They have you put down a $150 refundable “damage deposit” and sign a separate form declaring you wont damage the room or smoke in it. That’s a first.

The front desk clerk was dealing with multiple issues during my check in but he was very apologetic to me. There clearly needed to be another person there to help him. The bathroom wasn’t swept, the tub had rust around the drain and there was hair in the sink.

We ended up having to stay for four nights and our vehicle was safe the entire time. It was very nice place with friendly staff.

The fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning for two minutes before they turned it off. Mind you I had to drive back to LA with my toddlers and we never went back to sleep! Staff was incredibly inconsiderate about trying to make it better or what they can offer me and my family for this horrible experience, kids yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs terrified!

The property was great. Kitchen closes early and the shuttle was slower than the posted 15 minutes. If you are prepared going in those are minor concessions. Service was great.

Our stay was great. From check in to check out the staff was amazing and very courteous. My sister and I was attending the Kirk Franklin concert and this hotel was near the venue. I will definitely stay here again. Very clean and overall nice.

Well when I call the front desk and ask about the tv not working they told me they check with maintenance when I didn't hear from them i went straight down to the counter and ask them one said oh yeah the maintenance went home okay so why no one call me no answer overall inconvenient move to another room. 🤔 I wonder if i didn't come down would they contact me i doubts it

Convenient to the airport. Check-in was easy, there is a shuttle for the airport. There is not much in the area but they have a restaurant bar on site, with a good Happy Hour. Friendly staff.

The area is very industrial and run down. 6 ft high fences with barbedwire divided most properties. Didn’t feel comfortable walking. Shuttle service was only to and from the Oakland airport.

This is a great place to stay if you've got an early morning flight out of OAK airport. The bed was really comfortable, and I was at the airport in less than 10 minutes the next morning.

i was on a ground floor with a window at ground level. i feel putting a single female on a ground floor with a window that opens is not safe.

There were about 20 teenagers in the room next to me parting and fighting in the room and hallways. I was unsettled I called the clerk to complain, he informed me that the security guard wasn’t in duty, it was 9:30P! I had to call twice to complain . The rowdy crowd then moved to the side of the building and proceed to yell and argue on the property, while the security guard was on site. I was afraid that a shooting wound take place. The hotel l should prioritize who is more valuable to their business! I don’t blame the security guard, I’m sure his pay to low to risk his life dealing with unruly people! would not stay here again, I fear for the level of security and rowdy crowds!

Real clean property. The folks at the restaurant were especially nice and always seemed to go the extra mile. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room for the three nights we were there. No explanation was given for that. Asked for towels and we got them but no room cleaning.

Clean, updated and modern room and hotel with convenient bar/restaurant. However, they have you choose the days for housekeeper service by filling out a paper given to you at check in and my room was never serviced during my entire 5 day stay. I had to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk twice during my stay.

There were miner inconveniences like the bathroom sink being clogged, low water pressure, slow toilet flushing,, and the fridge was not cooling until 18 hours into our first day. Once these things were bright to the attention of the staff they were willing to remedy the issues. 5⭐ to staff hospitality and care

All in all it was a good place to rest your head, our only issue was hen we went to take a shower there was very little water pressure.
