    VERY dirty flies as soon as you walk in. Outside looks like a crime scene. Not maintained at all. Staff was at least helpful had to move rooms due to room being extremely hot. Elevator worked and mini fridge/ microwave in room worked.

    Air conditioning was out which wasn’t bad but then it felt like had a heater on so the rooms were too warm. Parking was fine. Staff were fine. The hotel itself and the rooms were disgusting. If you’re planning a trip with little ones - DO NOT STAY HERE. It was very uncomfortable. And we weren’t able to get a refund, so we had to buy extra blankets and towels to use. We put blankets over the bed and slept on top of the blankets we purchased. Which wasn’t included in our budget but had to make work! The hotel looks completely different from the pictures, which is definitely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Nothings works. There’s no cafe. The pool is closed. Ice machine didn’t work (even though I had no desire to use it given the filth of this place). & You can tell other guests were just as disappointed as I was. This hotel should be taken off of the listings in its entirety. We will never stay there again & I recommend you not stay here either!

    Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Canceled immediately after arriving and getting into the room. When we arrived other people were cancelling too so it didn’t start off well. The whole area looks terrible all the pictures are not anywhere close to being accurate. Walked in and immediately saw hundreds of flies in the building and stains holes and cracks everywhere only one elevator was working. Just check the yelp reviews to see all you need to know. I never write reviews but it would feel inhumane to not write one.

    The photos look NOTHING like the property, they are either Ai or from 1980. From the moment we walked in there was nothing but FILTH everywhere. The carpets, the floors, the elevator, the hallways, and this is all before we even set foot in the ROOM. We did set foot in the room, then we stepped right out. It was absolutely disgusting, the sheets were covered in stains of all colours of the rainbow, the smells oh god, the walls, the bathroom, everything was just covered in absolutely filth. There’s no other way to describe it. Like an inch layer of grime all over EVERYTHING, bug droppings everywhere, rust, mold, the works!!! It was so bad I literally thought we were being punked. It was straight out of a crime scene/horror movie/ky worst nightmares combined. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS!!! As bad as I’ve described it, picture it, and make it worse x100 and you still won’t think it is as bad as it actually was. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    The entire second floor AC does NOT WORK and they won't tell u when u arrive. They will NOT accommodate with a portable AC or even fan. The six floor has working portable AC.     The front desk staff were ok but everything else was bad. House keeping didn’t come nor did we get any new tiles. Stains on the chair, dirty sticky remote and light didn’t even work kept flickering causing headache. Elevator doesn’t work also. The pictures and real life were two different things. Careful on the booking if you value a clean and well kept hotel.

    The location is convenient the beds are comfortable Property was filthy the rooms were dirty had to move to a whole different room because the linens were dirty the room smelled terrible the room was literally filthy l.     This hotel is not suppose to be on the list with any star. Our microwave does not war and the lift create loud noisy which scare us since it sounds like broken lift. No iron, no cup,no hair dryer and the pillow is very small for us. The floor and black are dirty. The next room produce loud song noise with smoke even though there is no smoking sign on the hall way.

    This place was horrific. The groumds and building are not well maintained . Upon arrival we were one elevator down. Got into the operating elevator only for that to be a bouncing loud door slamming deathtrap that at one point stopped moving and we immediately got the doors to finally open after pressing the call button and got no answer back. The rest of our stay both elevators were down ... me and my mother (both disabled) had no choice but to go up 4 flights of stairs. The railings on the stairs were broken and we almost fell. I watched the staff carry an elderly woman in a wheelchair up 5 flights of stairs to her room. What if there was a fire? That lady would have died. For a non smoking facility, the entire place smelled like a casino floor ashtray and had cigarettes butter all over the floors and black marks on walls from people putting their cigarettes out on the walls... the entire place reaked of mold and had trash on the floors... looked like the lastime someone swept or mopped, or even vacuumed was in the 70s... flies everywhere. They had fans blowing to mast the smell of the mold in the lobby... they advertised continental breakfast with thier stay... and that wasnt provided at all. This place is unsafe and I want my money back. When I told staff this place should be condemned he just laughed and said "I know"

    Nothing likes 1/10 – Extremely Unsafe and Unsanitary Experience This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The property is not in acceptable condition to be operating as a hotel, especially for families. From the moment we arrived, the lobby was full of flies. The carpets throughout the hotel were damp, dirty, and smelled terrible, which only made the insect problem worse. The elevators barely worked, the air conditioning did not function properly, and the hallways leading to the rooms were filthy — covered with dirt and trash. There were even homeless people sleeping in the hallways. Inside the rooms, the conditions were completely unacceptable. There were flies inside the room, mold in the bathroom, and a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the entire property. The air felt contaminated and uncomfortable to breathe, making it impossible for my family to feel safe or relaxed. The hotel appeared to have only one staff member handling everything, and the service was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. This is not a hotel that deserves any star rating. Honestly, the environment felt more like a place where illegal activity takes place rather than a legitimate family hotel. I would absolutely NOT recommend this property to anyone traveling with children or anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay. The moment we saw the room conditions, we canceled our stay immediately and left to book another hotel, even though it cost us more money. Our family’s comfort, cleanliness, and most importantly, safety were far more important. Avoid this place.

    The room and property were not in good shape. The “bistro” was locked up and looks like it’s been abandoned for a while. Our room smelled like smoke and had a burn hole in the curtain on top of the main bathroom light being at a constant flicker. Vending machine did not work and still charged 3$ . Overheard another guest saying housekeeping just barged into their room with no reason no towels just entered the room. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go downstairs to ask main desk for more, then the elevator stopped working so you have to climb the graffiti and smoke smelling stairwell to get back to your room with the flickering lights and terrible air conditioning. It really felt like it did nothing. There were almost no amenities, no extra towels no coffee machine and most importantly flies in the lobby as soon as you walk in! No one was there to check us in as they had one person working and they were on a 15 minute break and even then once she came back it felt like we were inconveniencing her by needing to check in. Looks much better in the pictures than it actually was would absolutely not stay here again, no open bistro just a padlocked gate on top of flies welcoming you in to the building since there was genuinely no one there when we first got there. Elevator is SO loud when it did work I did get stuck twice so it’s just very run down and not well maintained.

    Wasn’t to far out of the way The hotel is old and ran down dirty carpet ripped chairs . Staff complained about given more towels there was 1 face towel for two people towels came after 4pm .The phone didn’t work needed maintenance no coffee, broken cups pool closed for maintenance ,toilet seat broken 1 working elevator and no shuttle service to airport .     Para en la mañana me prestaba a bañar, no había agua en el hotel, ni para lavarse la cara ni para cagar menos para bañar cuando llamé a Fontes, me dijeron de qué tenía en las tuberías en reparación, pero en ningún momento hicieron notificación alguna de qué de qué hora a qué hora van a hacer la reparación para uno tomar, precaución y bañarse y hacer el resto de cosas que se usa con agua el todo que yo le dije, voy a bañar con aire además, quise hacer la llamada al lobby del teléfono que se encuentra en la habitación. Y resulta que era de juguete porque no funcionaba cuando encendí la televisión. Resulta que no tenían cable peor antena, entonces me tocó ver la pantalla negra además cuando uno toma el elevador suena como que está en una guerra mundial la verdad está pésimo el lugar

    It was not as advertised online. The grounds were unkept, there was trash on the sidewalks entering the building. The check in girl was friendly. There were sketchy looking vehicles and people in the front parking. It was very quickly obvious that it was not somewhere that we wanted to stay. It did not feel safe or clean. Again, falsely advertised. After checking in, we drove away without even entering the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The only that I noticed was that the online pictures of the lobby and the rooms were not current. Carpeting throughout was in need of either replacement or a deep cleaning. But other then that the rooms were clean, had plenty of towels and most importantly for me was the shower, toilets, and bathroom floor were very clean as was the bedding.

    • Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM — no room was available when I arrived at 3:30 PM • Waited over an hour and wasn't given a room until 4:20 PM • The room had NO bed sheets and NO pillows — completely unprepared • Asked to cancel and was told by the receptionist they could do nothing • I had already been charged and received nothing close to what was promised Zero accountability, zero effort. Would not recommend.

    The rooms were clean. The outside not so much, but you get what you pay for. I knew we were coming into Oakland super late and didn’t want to spend much for a few hours until we picked up our car so it was a place to wash up and lay your head for a few hours. Staff and hot shower was the best part of the stay.

    There was no breakfast. The location was conveniently located near the airport. We liked absolutely everything about our stay except for the crackheads, the broken elevators, the rooms that have never been cleaned or wiped down, and the ever-present stench of tobacco in a non-smoking room.

    This hotel is not what is pictured when you look at the pictures online they show a nice clean, bright hotel that has new furnishings and equipment and that is not when you get when you walk in this hotel is not cool. It seemed dangerous. There were people vagrant lurking outside and it just didn’t feel safe. We immediately checked out and went across the street to a better hotel. Also when we got into the room, it smelled weird like cigarette smoke and animal, and also had broken furnishings.

    Since I was not able to check in early, I waited out by the pool. The pool was filthy and the pool surroundings were unkept and filthy. The entire hotel just seemed to be grimy and grungy, although the room itself wasn’t too bad. A couple of the outlets in the room did not work, there was only one towel, the shower curtain would not stay closed, so the floor kept getting wet. They use couch-sized pillows, instead of full-size pillows and then had no extra pillows available. There was no coffee, no coffee pot, no hairdryer and no hangers available in the closet area. There was only one chair at the table and the rolling chair that was at the desk was in really bad shape. All told, it served my purpose but it was not a pleasant experience.

    Arrived early before check in and was told to wait till 3pm. We waited. 3 came and went. Jose a handyman they left was confused and could not check in any of the upset customers. Lobby was full of spiders and flies, rooms were FULL of flies! AC and heater doesn’t work in the room. There was a new Gatorade in the fridge when I arrived. We did not drink it though.

    Hotel is absolutely horrible. The pictures online are either super old or AI edited. Everything is falling apart. No AC or heating. 1/2 elevators work, but the one that did work expired in 2023.Homeless everywhere. If I wouldn't have been charged for cancellation, we wouldn't have stayed there. 0/10 recommemd.

    The property, lobby, elevator were so dirty and run down it was scary. It is also in a sketchy area. We were, however, pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and had nice beds. The AC wasn’t working so window needed to be opened which meant smelling smoke from other tenants smoking out their windows.

    NOTHING.......This place is a DUMP...I am a Travel agent and was there last minute for the Superbowl. Rate was too good to be true. This place is housing homeless. That is a good thing, but keep the place up. Dirty carpet, dirty halls, dirty elevator, floors, walls, and overall property... dirty.NO heating in rooms or in the entired building had no heat. its the bay and it gets cold at night. OHHH and the elevators were not working 1 for the whole building. No maid service until you check out. I stayed here about 3 yrs ago, and it was just fine for the price. It should cost free-99 per night, or just be a safe place for homeless!! A DUMP!!! You had to beg for towels, maid cart had no towels. she said give me your dirty towels I will wash and a return... really! but Okay. We did.Came back and she left 1 body towel SMH... for 2 people. Walmart here we come! We had to go to Walmart to get sets of towels to last 3 nights. Reported to Booking to see if we could be relocated, they put $11 in my booking wallet... WOW!! Read above.... DUMP DUMPDUMP DUMP DUMP... don't walk RUNNNNNNN from this place. oh and hoodlums of all kinds around the place. Mentally challenged, young adult hangout, homeless families ... looks like a place cheap enough to get a room to hang out in for young adults. if you need a place that is cheap and don't mind all of the above... then HEY... book it! But there are better hotels I'm sure. Oh I forgot, there was a couple that someone entered their room and stole their bags. Shame I had to take my belonging out with me when I left. Now you decide!!!!!

    I would say that this hotel is one step above.The type that rents rooms by the hour. I was supposed to be totally in a non-smoking room. It definitely was not a non-smoking room. The front desk staff was nice, but when I walk down the hall to use the vending machine to buy a small bottle of water that was almost $3. And the machine ate my money. I went downstairs to talk to the person at the front desk. They did not offer to give me my money back. They did not do anything but point across the lobby to another vending machine, which cost almost four dollars for a small bottle of water. So I ended up spending almost seven dollars for a small bottle of water. There was black mold in the ceiling of the shower in room 504. My sinuses are still congested and lungs are still coughing from being in a smoker's room. I hope I do not get aspergellosis of the lung. At one point during the weekend, we went in the elevator to go up to our room and there was literally a partially eaten whole tomato in the corner of the elevator. I must say that we traveled in the same elevator shortly thereafter, and the staff must have removed the partially eaten tomato really?

    The hotel is extremely ran down and not in the greatest part of town. Half the lights in the room did not work. It is extremely dirty. The lobby looks ran down. The vending machines don't work. The fire detector in my room looked like it was ripped out and it looked like there was some severe water damage in the restroom. I was literally there just to sleep for a few hours, but felt extremely unsafe. I think the only plus side was that because I was there for a short amount of hours, the clerk did not charge me the $100 deposit.

    a remodel is much needed. My kids wake me up and there is a FAT roach crawling on the wall. So far not good at all. The toilet is constantly making noises all throughout the night and when it is time to take a shower they dont even have towels until way later in the afternoon. Bugs in the bathroom and downstairs in the lobby everything in general was just very dirty.

    There is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasn’t been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but I’m not sure why it still says there’s a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but it’s fine for the price.

    The housekeeper walked in on me naked way before checkout (we weren’t even checking out) to ask if we’re checking out. I felt violated. What made it worse was when I went to the front desk(11:30am), the employee was so rude..blamed me? She stated checkout was at 11..and I explained that my reservation, the employee last night said checkout is at 12… every time I’ve been to this hotel, checkout at 12..but when I’m violated, it’s at 11? Ok.

    Upon arrival, we found the room to be filthy and unsanitary. There was trash throughout the hotel, dirty walls, blood stains on the floor, and a strong, unpleasant odor. The toilet seat had yellow stains, the curtains were dirty and had holes in them, and the overall condition of the room was extremely disturbing. Additionally, there was no air conditioning available. When I raised this concern with the front desk, I was simply directed to a sign stating that there was no A/C and was told to contact the third-party booking provider. This response was unhelpful and did not address the seriousness of the situation. I have taken photographs documenting the condition of the room as evidence. Given the state of the property, I strongly suggest that you review your listing on Expedia, as the current representation does not reflect the reality of the accommodations. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue. Filthy disgusting place!

    The price should give you an indication of the facility. My room was clean if a bit rough around the edges. You can tell it was a higher end hotel at one point. Across the street are newer hotels. But if you are on a tight budget, it is a reasonable option. Unfortunately, the heaters were not working. I just happened to stay on a week when the temperature dropped into the 30s in Oakland. I had to get under the covers to stay warm. Otherwise, the price was right. However, if I were on an expense account, I would choose a different hotel.

    I will start off by saying my room was okay. It seemed clean. It needed a bit of maintenance. The shower head needed new Teflon tape. But overall it was fine. The first impression coming into the lobby is that the place is a little sketchy. The xerox signs on the check in window, and the smell and being a bit rough around the edges gave a poor impression. But for the price, it was not horrible. And the room was fine.

    Unfortunately, I checked in and it was freezing, got to around 48 degrees outside. I realized the heat and AC for the whole building were out but they said to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia told me to drive back and make a request at the front desk. They told me to call Expedia back. Expedia kept telling me to deal with the hotel directly. Then, Expedia told me that it was perfectly acceptable not to have heat or AC, and that they couldn’t help me get the refund or rebook me at a comparable nearby hotel. So, I ended up driving back home, 200 miles away because it was 9pm and I didn’t have accommodations. It was a really, really bad experience and I was not able to make the funeral I came for because of this.

    Hotel itself is old and looks unmaintained. Sign upon check-in read: “No heat in the building”. I had to double the bedspread over to stay warm while sleeping. Elevator floors were off so easily to trip. Second elevator was not functioning. Expedia on website lists this property as having complimentary shuttle service to airport. They do not offer and I had to pay for an Uber at $18 +tip. Stains and holes in carpet and furniture fabrics. No plastic or glass cup for use in bathroom. I went to front desk to ask if they had something to use for drinking water and was told no, they did not.

    It had been a couple years since I last stayed there and I will say it wasn’t the same. However I will say that I know that when I need to travel or in this case I was attending the concert that was close by… If I need a clean safe room to stay this is where I would go. Cosmetically, it really needs major updating The room was clean but severely outdated the carpet is worn in the hallways and when I checked in we had a taped up sign on some old copy paper that Red the rooms have no heat. Additionally I was advised about a step coming out of the elevator. Why is that not fixed? That is a lawsuit waiting to happen for you guys. The place really needs a little TLC but if you were traveling you need a safe and clean place to stay that is affordable or rather I should say inexpensive than this is the place just expect old carpets and outdated decor.

    Staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. This is an older facility, so it may not meet the expectations of everyone, but it works for me. The rooms are very clean. I was displaced by a fire and am staying here whilst I search for another studio closer to downtown. Uber Eats and Doordash can easily pull up to the lobby entrance for deliveries.

    This is not a 3-star hotel. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The water was not working, and I was not informed at check-in. The light in the room was blinking all night. The elevator was very old and smelled, and when it stopped, it did not align with the floor. The lights outside the building were also blinking all night, and the emergency doors were all open with no security present. Additionally, the vending machine was not working.

    Rooms were dirtiest possible. Horrible. Gave us a room in Level 6 and elevators were not working. When we asked if they mentioned the rooms were out of service, we were told they weren’t. The rooms were incredibly dirty and unpleasant. We were given a room on the sixth floor, but the elevators weren’t working. When we asked about it, they just said they were out of service.

    Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s been freezing in the Bay Area. Our heater was not fixed, even after numerous complaints. After speaking with other customers, nobody’s heater was working. And the elevator was broken. An older lady was stuck on the 4th floor. If there’s an emergency, it will be a disaster.

    When I pulled up, the place did not look like the photos at all. I went in and it smelled of week very strong in the lobby. It was late and dark so I was a bit scared. There were questionable guys lingering in the lobby and coming in and out. I completed my check in (because I was afraid and taken aback at this clear drug hotel) that I had booked with my 2 sons. When I left the lobby, I immediately got into my truck and left the property, going to a reputable hotel, and checked in there. I paid for the reservation I made at this awful hotel and because I felt like I and my sons would be in danger if we stayed there, left and paid for another hotel to stay in. This was the worse experience of my life at any hotel I have ever booked.

    Imma be honest this place is, dirty, decrepit, elevator has an expired permit, and it says no smoking yet the floors smell like cigarettes. BUT for how cheap it is, it’s honestly worth staying one night before your flight. At least the sheets looked and smelled clean.

    Someone bought it inside, the windows didn't open, I have asthma and was suffocating, I went to the administration, they said that they would kick me out if I knocked on the room (which I found where people were smoking) they said that they wouldn't do anything. The hotel itself is beautiful if you like nicotine toxins and you are homeless. There are a lot of people like that there.

    I had a very disappointing experience. The AC/heater didn’t work at all, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the place. The surroundings felt unsafe, with an abandoned car nearby, and the overall ambience was extremely poor — almost like an abandoned or neglected property. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

    No AC or heater in any units. Don’t offer extra blankets. The maids act as if they don’t like their jobs take 10hrs to get towels back then they don’t even give you all the towels back. You complain and so do they. All around its the maid service that ruins the overall vibe energy and enjoyment of the hotel.

    This was genuinely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to in my LIFE. There was blood on the carpet in the room, I plugged my girls straightener in the wall just to get spark coming out with a burnt socket prior. Plugs didn’t work it smelled like someone had left dogs in that room. So disgusting there were even homeless people checking in. Not to mention the service desk girl wasn’t even nice! I would never come here again.

    It’s a true ghetto experience. We called for the shuttle after picking up our bags as directed and when the phone was finally answered told “no shuttle “. Then on arrival we were greeted by a security guard who knew nothing and a sign on window reading “on a 30 minute break “. Turns out the area has completely deteriorated there’s no restaurant in the area everything is dirty and full of trash. Real rough neighborhood.

    When I entered the lobby everything was old and worn and there was no breakfast. I decided it would be okay for the 2 days I reserved because the staff was attentive. When I got to my room I was very pleased. Everything was so clean. I couldn't believe it was that clean so I did the "white glove" inspection and it passed!

I booked this hotel because there was supposed to be a shuttle to the airport, and there was none, so I had to buy yet another uber.     My husband‘s room,was fine thank you very much, in the past he’s had trouble with the air conditioning not working. This time he has not mentioned it, but he stays there one to two days a week for the last I believe year in a half. He says the people that are very friendly and helpful. But as I said he is a regular he is there once a week maybe twice a week for the last year and a half to two years.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel itself, however, is in pretty poor condition, and the surrounding area didnt feel the most safe. I could tell my room was cleaned and turned over well, but the common areas were in pretty rough shape, with one elevator out of order and an operational, but empty, vending machine on the floor i was on. Very few amenities as well, but the price was right for my budget.

    The carpet was disgusting, 5 spots where I'm believe someone's dog went. When you walk into the room, it was like getting punched in the face by carpet fresh. They only put one set of towels in the room. So.eone stuck gum on the headboard and the cleaning staff missed it. Air conditioning didn't cool the room. The phone in the room didn't work. I requested room service and to have the phone repaired, neither happened. Also there's no shuttle service.

    Don't let the nice pics fool you! This place is a dump. We had to go down to the lobby when we needed toilet paper, towels, etc and there was no maid service. The elevator was out of order and the air conditioner wasnt working. We were told to "just open the window and it will cool off". The worst part was the shady dealings going on constantly in the parking lot, day and night...prostitution and drugs. We left early and will NEVER go back.

    This hotel was not as advertised on Hotels.com. The profile said there was a restaurant, lounge, and room service. That was not available. The rooms were clean and comfortable however the phone in the room did not work, the iron was missing, and the heat did not work. When I asked about the heat I was told that the heat was broken in the whole hotel.

    Where do I start. Airport shuttle was down, you have to call the front desk to get into the parking lot but they never answer the phone and half the time you can even find the front desk person. The place was dirty. Carpets were barely hanging on by a thread. Pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Mosquitoes everywhere around pool. Heard multiple people ask for refunds for roaches. We didn’t see any but I did wake up bitten up by bedbugs in the morning. They advertised that they have a restaurant on site but it is not open and looks like it hasn’t been in a while. The picture on descriptions of this place online are not correct at all. The place is barely functional. Oh and they sent out a notice about no air conditioning in the building but they did have a portable air conditioning in the room we got so that was the only plus. I will never stay here again and I advise others to not stay there as well. Unless they want to go home covered in bug bites and worried about bringing home bed bugs

    The room was in an atrocious state. Each wall had streaks from shoes or something that made them dirty, there were gaps in the ceilings and we could see exposed electrical wires. The A/C vent had a giant hole and was broken. The dresser in the room was broken. The beds and pillows smelled like fermented sweat. The “comforters” had burn holes and would definitely glow under a black light. The curtains were filthy and had moth holes in them. We can still smell the stench of the room on our items and clothes after leaving the room and being at the airport for hours. Will NEVER stay here again even if it was free or if I was paid too. I’d pay to never step foot on the property again. I’d pay $100 to warn someone not to stay here.

    I was like standing a motel and a mission district in the tenderloin district in San Francisco it had no amenities said he posted the staff was rude just service was horrible there was no restaurant in whatsoever the vending machines didn't even work the ice machines didn't work, there was nothing in the posting that I rented that was even available at the place it was filthy outside and in and very disgusting, I rented it as a last get away from me and my wife before I die on stage 4 cancer and I told them that. The answer was I can't do anything about it complaining to Expedia or somebody else.

    There was no restaurant, the Bistro closed and moved down. The street. The Hotel had ONE, A SINGLE functioning elevator for 6 floors. Nothing in the place has been redone or even touched up in over a decade, maybe 2 decades. My Partner and I shared a room and there was only a single towel. I went to the front desk and inquired about another towel. The Hotel was Out of towels and didn't have enough for guests. The whole place reaked of smoke, wallpaper pealing. The whole Shebang. Save yourself the $60 and just got to a motel 6.

    Horrible, dilapidated conditions in hotel. i have pictures. Missing light bulb in room, I almost put my finger in the socket looking for the switch because the shade hid the missing bulb. The air conditioner was ridiculously noisy, it would wake me up at night. No coffee in room, not even glasses! No plastic bag for the ice bucket, (a health code violation), only 1 working ice machine in the hotel, (& no notice, so you had to check them out floor by floor). The pics on website look nothing like the hotel. Gym and Restaurant are permanently closed, although website advertises both. No hangers in the closet even! Cracked bathroom tub. They had a wedding downstairs with loud music playing until 1:00 am.

    DO NOT believe the good reviews or great pictures about this hotel. I stayed here for one day for the later check out time. The hotel is very dirty and not in a good neighborhood. there are homeless living in cars on the street right outside the hotel. I work graveyard and needed the late checkout to sleep longer. I got to hotel at 6:00 am and found two females sleeping or passed out in one chair in the lobby. There is a constant weed smell throughout the hotel. DO NOT stay here with family or wife.

    Was told about the human trafficking that goes on. No A/C in rooms. Had to switch to room with portable A/C. Guy outside of pool yelling and cussing. Kids had to get out of pool for it being unsafe. Then we had someone banging on our door pretending to be security trying to bust in our room. Had to call security my kids got scared so we just checked out after being there for 2 hours. Lobby was full of biker gang. Entire experience was scary and dangerous! DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE! rooms are nasty and dirty looks nothing like pictures online

    The worse hotel ever no soap or hygiene in the empty bottles in bathroom. Only provide one towel, one toilet paper when ask for more staff said they are not allowed to give. Three nights of my stay the electricity was out throughout the night it was hot. No generator until last day of my stay. Elevator broken, pool filthy, gym not working. Was horrible experience. They have not returned my 100.00 they held on my card as a deposit I will contact my bank and contest two nights plus assure my 100.00 comes through it’s been past the 3 to 5 business days.

    You get what you pay for at the Oakland Airport Executive Hotel. My room had a distinctive smell of an unshowered individual which seems to have permeated into some of the furniture. The electrical system of the hotel was in a precarious state, and I could not turn more than one light on at a time or experience unusable flickering. The power in fact cut out entirely while I was asleep, and I woke up to a complete outage with the exit lights on in the hallway. The bathroom walls were covered in wallpaper that was not water-resistant and thus was peeling and bubbling in many places. Even the hotel shuttle, the main amenity for a hotel near the airport, was out of service, leading me to take the nearby 73 bus. The main positive aspect of the stay was the staff, who were prompt, cordial, and gave good advice about the local area.

    when i checked in the power was off i checked in at 4 the power didn’t come on until 9:30 the beds were stained and the shower was painted over mildew it was horrible i had to use the flash light on my phone the elevator was out of service and i was on the 4th floor

    This is a 100% true review of my recent stay. Started out bumpy due to shuttle service being down. I arrived Friday @ 11:30pm Thankfully front desk employee "Eric" picked me up. Check-in with him was great. I was given a room on 5th floor. The room was great! From bed to bath to balcony everything was great. There were NO insects! The microwave, fridge, lights and TV worked. All good right? Yes and no! On Saturday all was good! Woke up early and went to my event on Sunday all still good! But then... I returned around 11pm to find brown out conditions w the elevator not in service. Ummm, I had a 50 lb suitcase and needed to get to the 5th floor. Thankfully the security officer carried my bag up the steps. I was out of breath when I arrived (2x cancer survivor w recent heart issues). The room had partial power. During the night the power went out completely. I was stranded on 5th floor unable to reach anyone via phone. I HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH AT 8:13AM on Monday! I called 911 & Fire Dept they were no help but said they'd send help if I fell down the dark stairwell trying to get out. I braved the steps and got out but ended up late to return rental car and catch my flight home. Thankfully Spirit Airlines was able to get me on another flight . As of Tuesday morning the power was still out. Had I waited, I would have been stuck. So the stay was a combination stay... Good until it wasn't. I hope to be compensated for the huge inconvenience.

    Hotel was dirty and stained everywhere. My room was 81 degrees when I got in there at 9pm and only down to 80 when I left at 6am, with the “a/c” running all night. Tried to use the phone to call front desk, didn’t work.

    Their website advertises a free shuttle, but this is a lie. It's perfectly fair to call the place run down. I did not see any executives staying there. You will smell Marijuana. The vending machine on the third floor will steal your money. If you're streetside, expect train and truck noise all night.

    Clearly has seen better days. Airport shuttle is NOT available and has not been for some time. Desk clerk says owner has been repeatedly asked to take that amenity off the website. Room was clean but rug very stained. Whole property in disrepair.

    Friendly staff, yes — but they’re working in a building that should be condemned, not booked. Website photos? Total fiction. The real property is falling apart: Fitness center: closed & unusable. Pool door: locked — had to get a handyman to let me in. One elevator broken. Parking: unmarked & confusing. Airport shuttle: not running at all. My room was a nightmare: broken lights, no AC or fan, sticky surfaces, dirty floors/walls/bedding, fridge that either froze food solid or didn’t cool at all, half a roll of toilet paper, and no hair dryer — just a hole in the wall where it should’ve been. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and misleading. Other than the kind staff, there is nothing here worth your money or your health. Travelers beware — stay anywhere else.

    My room was ok.the carpet not too clean, a lot out of order machines and equipment, too many people smoking weed and it smell a lot in the hotel lobby and walk ways to the room even in the elevator. I slept well but having to smell smoke and other smells not good. The lobby bathroom really stank bad I want d to cancel reservations but I gave the room a chance to see if it was better than the lobby.

    I didn’t like the fact I had to update my key everyday till my stay. Also I had leaking from my restroom which they did fix it but it was just a bad experience. Also elevator and hallway smells bad. Staff was nice btw.

    The back parking lot looks like a junkyard with multiple vehicles broken down, busted out windows I mean kind of ghetto. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling above the shower, the whole place smelt like weed. But, it's Oakland what do you expect

    A great choice for a budget hotel. Fairly priced, includes a fridge and microwave, spacious with no bugs but the cleanliness could have been better. Also the elevator was a bit slow. Overall a good experience and I will choose this hotel again.

    This is by far the worse property I’ve ever stayed. I check in and 2 hours later had to leave the carpet is nasty it smells horrible. Bathroom looks like it was use for drugs and at the elevator someone on drugs started screaming at me.

    My first suggestion is to NOT STAY at this place. Pictures of the property are not accurate to what the property looks like. For starters, the area is dirty. The hotel grounds are unkept and dirty with overflowing garbage and trash on the floor. The lobby is unkept and dirty; the upholstery of the lobby’s chair are ripped, dirty and stained. The carpet is ripped, dirty and stained including in the elevator. The property smells of marihuana from the moment to enter and in the room. Room is in worse conditions; furniture is scratched, corner of wall looks like is has mold, vents are dirty, walls are stained (I have pictures for all of this) This is an unsafe property to stay at specially with children; please do not!
