Several areas of the facility had extensive wear.

Everything was great

The staff was very friendly and werr able to let us check in earlier than expected arrival time The pool was closed for maintenance and nothing was listed about that prior to arrival. Also, the room was nice but found some hairs on a towel and in the shower. Also, to no fault of the hotel, but there is a restaurant right beside the hotel that attracts a lot of motorcycles that like to rev the engines up through the night.

The room was clean. The air condition A/C was difficult to turn on and off.

My room was filthy. I called the front desk and was told by the front desk manager, she was with a customer and she’ll get back to me but never did. I had to call back to the desk. My shower had hair in it, hair was on the top of the door leading out the bathroom, the shower head was filthy and the shower floors was nasty. The air conditioner was filthy and had dirt on it. The shades didn’t open. I don’t think that room had been cleaned in months. When I finally got the manager, she told me she was booked and didn’t have another room but she could try in find me one or cancel my room, she even asked me for my personal cell number as if the hotel room phone didn’t work, I didn’t give her my number. She hung up and when she called the room back she told me to come with my things to the front desk. When I got there she told me she was loving me to another room. When I got to the new room given, it too was filthy and smell strongly like bleach, the carpet needed vacuuming, hair was in the bed and the side tables were nasty. I went back down to the front desk and told the guy that was there, they could cancel my room that I was leaving, the front desk manager came up and ask what was going on, I told her. The guy that was there was going to cancel my room but the front desk manager stopped him and said she would take care of it but charged me the room anyway. Now the manager will not face me. Give me my money back, I left, didn’t stay in those nasty rooms. I got pictures

I loved absolutely everything about the property and the friendly staff. Most definitely will stay there again as it almost felt like home.

Sink was dripping in my first room so I had to be moved. It was a huge roach in the hallway as well. I have video of everything except the sink dripping because I hurry and ran to the front desk

Sinks were backed up and the floors are dirty. The sink in the bathroom backed up and the pipe up the sink started linking all night long, then the beds are hard and I got up use the bathroom in the night, and slipped and fell from the linking pipe under the bathroom, then roaches started coming up through the water in the sink and that is just nasty. The bed was broken. A light bulb was out. Staff was notified and our concerns were ignored.

The room had a dog odor. The doors, floors and walls were completely dirty. I didn't sleep well old mattress. I would like my money back. My visited to Memphis was for the funeral of my brother. All the hotels were sold out. I complained to the front desk.

The actual hotel is not like the pictures on the website. The front desk attendant seemed very bothered to be checking us in. We had to wait at the front desk for a few minutes before they came from the back. I said, hello, how are you? They said, can I help you? I knew right then how the experience would be. I had to change rooms because the first one was not clean. The bathroom floor had not been swept etc. I will say, the 2nd room was much nicer. There were a lot of people loitering around out front and in the lobby for such a late time on a weeknight. I would not choose this location again.

Mostly a good experience. Room was not extremely clean and the floors felt dirty. I wore socks in the room just in case. The shower was hot and beds were comfortable. The staff was great!

The hotel was not well maintained. The carpet in the first floor hallway was so filthy. My bathroom was not very clean, there was dirt in the corners. The manager was having an altercation with another guest in the hall as I was going to my room. Overall, I felt like it was not up to Hilton standards at all, especially for the price I paid for one night. I would not stay there again.

Women need full length mirror when getting dressed .There was no full length mirror in our room!?????.The staff I found very nice and friendly. The front desk staff were very friendly , always smiling .and helpful. The staff is the only reason I'd even consider returning. Parking great..Breakfast really good . .

The exterior interior of this hotel was very clean always smell good. The complementary breakfast was absolutely delicious. Always had fresh hot coffee available. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean but it smells like strong dog pee and i asked to move to a nothing room and she didn't move me and i paid 177.00 for the room never again 😤😤

Staff does a good job, but the old hotel needs updating. New carpet, furniture, mattresses etc. I hope Hilton doesn't let her run down and because just another roadside sub-par hotel.

The room smelled like feet. It didn't feel clean. The shower floor was very slippery when it was dry. There was a red stain on the bathroom light fixture. The air was not cold. The elevator was broken and the agent at the front desk did not tell us this when we arrived. The covers made my husband itch. The bed was noisy.

Was in town for a funeral and this property was what I was hoping and expecting free Wi-Fi ice machine, breakfast and plenty of eateries around this made my visit to Olive branch a safe and comfortable one

The room was cozy. Needed to be dusted and wiped down in the bathroom. But overall, a good sleep. The ice maker near our room did not work, had to go to another floor.

The rooms were clean, and quiet. The staff was nice and welcoming. Which made my stay very comfortable. The updated room was nice, but could still use some minor tweaking in the bathroom. It was the reasoning I gave a 4 instead of a 5. But overall a great stay.

The property wasn't bad. I just didnt like how the light fixture was hanging open, floor had a stain, and look as if it hadn't been swept or cleaned by the closet. I had the room with the sofa couch and ottomans. It was very spacious. My biggest disdain was the fact that for the bathroom light shines bright in your face and their light was conjoined for the inside of the bathroom and where you come out to wash your hands. They should have been separated. However overall stay wasn't bad just need some little things to tidy up. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I would suggest housekeeping do a thorough cleaning for the rooms but other than that it was fine. Pillows could be firmer also, just a suggestion as well.

It looked like the room had been updated but very poor maintenance and cleaning. Mildew around the kitchen area sink, floors were filthy, no hot water, loud in hallway and the bed felt like we were laying on a concrete slab with stones poking up.

Property was accessibility to a lot of shopping and eating. Quiet. Cleanliness

They had a nice breakfast

Room had broken AC unit. Had to wait 36 hrs for maintenance to fix, because they would not switch room. Had to wait around and then actually assist maintenance person in removing old unit. The room’s floors were mucked up afterward. A lovely view on a three day stay, marked up floors with old, dirt and dust from the AC replacement. Lastly, housekeeping was incredibly rude and condescending when asked politely for a towel. Told mgmt, they said they’d speak to the individual.Whether they did or didn’t is unknown.

Enjoyed my stay

Room 212 has/had a very musky smell. I sprayed Lysol and plugged in an air freshener. The door does close but have to lean in to it. Hard to open (stuck) when first opening it.

Asked housekeeper to exchange towels only, no need to clean room. I was told to leave towels outside the door, which we did. When we returned to room, there were no towels in room. Had to go to front desk to get towels.

The stay was very good.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was dirty, and unkempt. Checking in was a breeze, but the room stunk of urine. We were put into a second room, but it was occupied when we came in. We were put into a third room which was acceptable. I would suggest a deep clean to all rooms and only allow pets on the first floor. We are dog owners and the pet smell was very apparent even on the upper floors.

Need to new furniture, it’s old and worn out.

Loved that it was so close to family I was visiting. The only down side was that I couldn't get the curtains closed to fully darken the room.

Pubic hair on toilet dirty rag in shower cover had been spilt on counter and not wiped up we ended up having to switch rooms they wanted to refund some of our money 50.00 but couldn't do it since we booked thru third party id like a partial refund

Attention to detail in regards to cleanliness of bathroom was not present. Sliding door on shower would not stay closed.

Property location and surrounding area was fine.

Dirty. 1st room, smelled so bad of urine. No top sheets on the bed. 2 nd room no hot water, smelled moldy. 3rd room, no functioning water at the sink, hair in shower, and in sink. They refunded me thank goodness and I moved hotels.

Room was very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Only negative was that the shower had some mold or mildew around the drain and ceiling from a previous leak. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. My only problem was the $75 pet deposit. Other hotel chains similar to Hampton Inn charge $25 - $40.

This is one of my favorite hotels when I need a quick get away. It is always clean and the service is always great.

The blinds in our room were broken… then got put into another room that was not cleaned fully. Then finally got a room that worked. Staff worked with us well though.

Room 123 was horrible! The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were very worn out and not soft. No extra pillows for pull out bed. The room was very cluttered. The shower door wouldn't close. There was a hole in the ceiling. The indoor pool is not heated. Its freezing. The fridge is in a super tight cabinet and extremely hard to open. Won't stay here again. Room looks nothing like the picture.

The stay was perfect for the time I was there but the only thing I didn't like was to me the air unit was just really loud in the room to me and maybe it was just me being sensitive to the noise. Other than that the stay was great and friendly people at the desk.

Counter staff not helpful in locating room for handicap person. Rooms not cleaned 😕 daily. Not adequate parking for handicap. Front door parking for preferred guest though.

We were very surprised how run down the property was from room decor, carpets through building, elevators, floor boards and bathroom. The entire stay we smell strong odor of Marijuana use. We made our reservation and paid for hotel in advanced, had we notcwe definitely would notchad stayed past check in. Staff seemed unfriendly and lazy about wanting to assit you! Do not recommend you stay at this hotel! Pick another one!

Breakfast was good

It was fine, except there was blood on the blanket and phone did not work so we could call the front desk and ask for a new one. Made it work with the extra blanket in the closet

Property is updated in the rooms. Employees were friendly. The rooms don’t have bathtubs so you are out of luck if you travel with kids. We had double sized room with king bed and it was really clustered with all the furniture.

This property was very unsatisfactory! Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the facility! The carpet was terribly stained and sofa was stained!!

The hotel is in a great location to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The service from the front desk is always good. The hotel itself could use a little TLC.

I consider this a very dangerous situation with the potential of very serious injures or possible death. 48 hours after the staff was notified of the situation by multiple people, nothing had been done and the pool was still open with NO warning sign posted.

This location is not up to par with other Hamptons- Im curious if it was a former Motel 6. The room was dusty and there was mold in the shower tracks- the shower door fell off the track and there is no housekeeping for until day 4- which was not disclosed despite my being told 'theres a sign in the room'- there isnt.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. However, the hotel was dirty, the laundry room particularly bad. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Room was super clean and comfortable

The bathroom light lit up half the room and the shower door would not stay closed. The a/c unit was loud and the mattress was lumpy.

The fact I couldn’t cancel my stay. And get my refund. I booked the wrong hotel. I didn’t even stay in this hotel. So therefore because I couldn’t get my money back for something I didn’t use. It’s a terrible rating

The room was filthy. Something like milk or whipped cream was on most of the furniture—some was so gross we put it out in the hall. We did not use the shower because it was too gross. The only reason we stayed is that is was so late and we had car issues so no choice. The staff was rude and the maid cursed at us as we were having a late checkout which they did not approve of. Do not stay here.

Went there on a 5 day business trip the wifi would not let me log in i went to the desk and they were able to give me a guest log in. All was good. The next day I went to use the businesses center and there were boxes in the room and a unplugged printer. I walked out and a lady that worked at the front desk walked around the corner questioning how i hot in that room I told her my room key like every other time i use the business center. She replies to me we do not have a business center really rude. I asked her to read the sign nest to the door that says business center.

I had two rooms and everything was outstanding.

The ladies checking us in at the front desk were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Every single staff member you passed would greet you with a smile and kind word. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional!

Travel to the area a lot, but this is my first time staying at this hotel. I was very impressed with the staff, cleanliness, and location. Will for sure stay again.

The stay was a little under average. The first room we got assigned to stay the night…. The floors were dirty…. So dirty that it stained my wife’s feet. When she washed them off on the bathtub. The water was almost close to black. We went downstairs to put a complain and the guy working was relaxed and super friendly. He assigned us to another room and it was better. Unfortunately there was a seat at the corner of the room that looked like it had a brown stain on it…. The reception was kind but unfortunately the cleanliness was unacceptable. The housekeepers are not doing their job…..

The floor under the ac unit had popcorn cornels under it. The trash can by elevator was over flowing and had odor coming from it. The laundry room looked as if it had not been clean in over a week. The lady at front name Jennifer has the worst attitude. She asked if we were checking out and we explained to her that we reserved the same room for an additional day but she claimed she did not see our reservation. I gave her code and magically it appeared on her screen. I had already confirmed with the night clerk at front desk. She proceeded to tell me how to book rooms in the future at any hotel. I will never come back here at this hotel even though its 5 minutes from my family when I come in town. She has the worst customer service skills. Her attitude is stank.

We stayed here twice, a week apart. While the room was decently cleaned, I noticed that the inside of the fridge was dirty. My kids also used the pool, and there was about 6 dead flies all around the pool. It definitely wasn’t the worst experience.

Hotel owners hear me good if your hotel is not up to par like this one then your losing,this will be my stay everytime i come to town
