Do not stay here under any circumstance. Room was terribly dirty and showed signs of bed bugs. We walked into our room and ran for the hills. Worst part is they are denying our refund after saying we would not be charged. Avoid!!!!!!!

The room had roaches. The managements staff did not hold up to what they said that they were going to do. The breakfast was good ms Denise was the cook. The young man Jabber had excellent customer service he went above and beyond expectations. But the next day that white lady and black lady came to room and did nothing

The breakfast was delicious, customer service was great. The room and facility was to be desired. The pull out couch was dirty. The bathroom needed renovation. The room smelled bad like old grease. The beds are not comfortable. Lighting was not great either.

Breakfast was fresh, very tasty and no waiting. Which is what we wanted because we had early appointments with no time to waste. The suite was roomy and the mattress slept wonderfully. All the staff we encountered were friendly and we felt very safe on the property.

When we arrived there was a bowl at the door for a brownish liquid leak coming from the ceiling. One elevator was broken, the pool was closed as well as the gym area. I chose this hotel due to the amenities. Probably won’t book here again.

The staff was amazing. Dawn at the check in desk went out of her way to correct an error in our room type. She was friendly and kind to our kids playing card games in the lobby! She made sure we didn’t even notice the pool being closed, which was huge for the kids. Denise at breakfast engaged with my child and helped her from the second she saw us walk in till we talked out the door. Having a staff like this makes all the difference in a hotel and if we travel back that way, I hope those ladies are there waiting for us! You don’t see this kind of staff often, so I hope their boss knows what a treasure they have in these 2 ladies!

Staff was pretty nice The microwave only works 2 days a 7 day stay. Trash was already in the trash cans. The tv was very low and wouldn't turn up. The handles on the shower were loss, and the blinds fell twice. We just put it back up or self because no one came to fix the microwave

Great, friendly staff. I arrived in a panic during the ice storm and Dominique took great care of me and got my family and I set up quickly with a smile. We have to extend our stay and we felt very welcomed and at home. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! Super handy being right next door to Kroger as well!

Great stay! Going back
- 1/5
The first room we were put in, the door was falling off the hinges and there was no latch mechanism on the door frame side of the latch. We asked to be moved and they accommodated. The second room we went to was just… dirty. Nothing felt clean. Every piece of bedding had something unsettling. One pillow even had what looked like a blood spot on it. The pullout was not something I would ever want my small kids sleeping on. A large spider had to be killed in the shower before use. Then for breakfast, they were out of over half the items and the waffle mix tasted sour. This was easily the worst hotel I’ve had to stay in in my adult life. We will never stop here again. Please select another hotel close by and do not stay here.
- 5/5
I highly recommend this hotel! They have the best customer service. The room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Jabbar accommodated us and was great, very professional and hospitable. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
- 5/5
The staff was amazing, I had my mother with me and she is in the late stages of dementia. I informed the staff at check-in about her condition and they were understanding and offered to help any way they could.
- 5/5
Staff excellent
- 4/5
Hotel is cozy and staff is very friendly and welcoming!! And kind!! Breakfast was good and plentiful. You can however tell that the building may be older. We saw some stains and wear in the rooms and the hallway. There was also lots of garbage piled up at the garbage cans. Hotel itself is not dirty or messy.
- 5/5
Super nice clean. Love staying at home 2 suites.
- 5/5
The elevator was a little shaky. Door was delayed when closing.
- 1/5
Deferred maintenance and sub par sanitation. Paint chips. Sewage smell on 4th floor. No air in hall or elevators.

We checked in and went to the room. The room was absolutely disgusting! It smelled like urine and was nasty! I asked to be moved and they told me there was no rooms. I immediately checked out and went to another hotel. Horrible!
- 2/5
The facility was nice , it just is not being kept up by staff well at all. I paid a lot for this room and was disappointed.
- 5/5
Room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom could use a ventilation fan especially if you like hot showers.

Very nice place to stay it’s like a home away from home will visit again
- 2/5
The staff was friendly, which is pretty much all I can say other than the room itself was a decent size.
- 5/5
We loved the suite with a kitchenette. It had plates, cups, silverware, a knife and even a cutting board. There was a microwave and almost full sized fridge. The only sad thing was the water heater for the pool was out and we weren't able to swim. Breakfast was delightful!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this hotel experience was awful. Filthy, smelly, no a/c in the hallways and elevators, mold on the shower ceilings, ice machines were broken, the breakfast was a joke, I was given “damp” clean towels, and I was accidentally charged a large amount of money upon checking in that I had to contact the manager after check out to handle. Do yourself a favor and do not book here unless you want to be let down when you’re craving a waffle but you go downstairs in the morning to find the waffle iron is broken.

My family of 5 stayed for two nights only because there were no other hotels available. The key card machine was down so they were unable to give us a key to our room which would not have been bad if there was someone at the desk to let us in when we needed to. I had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up to be let in my room on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was bad: squished bread wrapped in Saran Wrap, spoiled pancake batter, cold coffee, and warm milk. When we checked in there were women in the office talking loudly and saying how they were ready to go home. The room was clean but the bathroom faucet was broken and the bathtub had a chips in it. If I was able to find a different hotel for us to stay at the second night I definitely would have. I will not stay the night at this one again. The worst home 2 suites I have been too yet!
- 1/5
Outside looked very nice! Once inside, it was awful! Huge spots on carpet in halls, room and the bathroom floors were dirty! Key system did not work so someone had to escort you to your room and unlock it each time you entered/left. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!
- 1/5
The front desk did not tell me until after i checked in that the key cards did not work and a staff member would have to let us in our room everytime. The door didnt latch good enough for me and was able to be push in alittle. I decided I did not feel safe staying there with those conditions and left. They should have disclosed the key card issue before i checked in and wasted my money.

I’ve stayed in Home2Suites previously and loved them. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience for this hotel. While, they did have the amenities that Home2Suites are known for (breakfast, pool, fitness room and etc), my room was terrible. The dishwasher was not working. They did a poor job of cleaning the room prior to me even checking in. Not once did a staff member come and clean my room during my stay. I’m pretty sure that there was a plumping issue, as the bathtub and sinks had drain issues. However, the hotel was in a lovely area, with everything that one could need within a short distance. Overall, I would give this hotel 2.5 stars. Had my actual hotel been better, it would have been given at least 3.5-4 stars.
- 5/5
The stay was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly!
- 5/5
Our room didnt feel clean and sheets looked like someone had already been in the bed
- 5/5
I was especially impressed with the front desk service. Everyone was so friendly. The property was very clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
It was overall quiet stay. Shower was not working properly. Staff was friendly and polite.
- 2/5
We stayed at Home 2 this weekend for a baseball tournament. I have stayed at Home 2 several times, and never have I seen one so dirty and ran down. I paid $200 for what looked like a cheap motel. I expected much more from a brand of Hilton. The floors were absolutely disgusting, walls were dirty, paint chipping off the doors, stains on the sofa bed, broken cabinets. It just me made feel dirty. If I wanted to experience this, I would search for a more budget hotel. Very disappointed in Hilton.
- 5/5
Clean room. Stocked kitchette
- 5/5
Enjoyed it! Will stay again!!
- 3/5
This propert was awesome when it opened a few years ago but is slowly falling into disrepair. The breakfast buffet was only ever half stocked, often out of dishes. Room had dirty grout, the shower didn’t drain, and the toilet wasn’t properly seated. Felt like I had to bring my own Lysol. There for 5 days visiting family and never had room service even though we asked once. We used to love it here because it fit our family well but we will try another place next trip.
- 2/5
The shower had no pressure, was poorly lit. There was a gap in the door so it wasn't blocking the sound from outside. The wires where exposed everywhere, and even the water pipes in the bathroom where exposed.
- 2/5
Showed up and couldnt get the room we booked. Nobody cared. Sat in the lobby and watched this happen to at least 5 other parties upon arrival. Offered some points as a consolation - who knows if that ever happened. Finally got an accessible king room - made it work with our family. Place is pretty dirty - stains on carpets, trash laying around. Ran out of food for breakfast. Couldnt find anyone to replenish. Finally did, but they didn’t care. Seems like this is all standard practice for this hotel. Forgot to mention the fight(?) that supposedly happened on the lobby patio at about 10p where 3-4 police cars were summoned to the scene. Blue lights flashing into our hotel windows while we were trying to put our kids to bed. This place missed the mark on just about every level. Oh and my sister got bed bugs from staying in her room (thank God that didnt happen to us)
- 5/5
Sharon at Front Desk was simply amazing!
- 2/5
Poop was not in order. Lots of confusion at front desk with our reservation took then over 30 minutes to check us in. Didn't accomodate rooms next to eachother even though I had reserved two rooms.
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and kind. Room was clean - breakfast was excellent!!
- 5/5
Staff was awesome and the room was very large. Perfect for a family.
- 5/5
Booking this Hotel was very easy . I had no issues at the front desk and the staff was very pleasant . My room was clean , the breakfast was ok it was kind of cold and bland . The area around the hotel was convenient there were plenty of food spots , grocery stores etc. overall my stay was pleasant I would stay here again .
- 2/5
Because we just stayed at a Home2Suites in Port Canaveral and it was super nice. We were afraid to eat the breakfast since the condition of the hotel was so bad. The morning I left I went to go put our luggage in our car and came back to the elevator to find dog poop on the floor. We were happy to leave!
- 2/5
When we tried checking in the system was down and nobody could not check in. We had to go eat dinner and come back a few hours later. The room was not fully cleaned. The carpet was stained and overall the room is beat down. Would not come stay here again, not for the price.
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice and clean. However, the staff was not very kind or helpful. The breakfast choices were terrible. No hot options. When you pay that much for a hotel, you should be provided with a nice, hot breakfast.
- 4/5

- 2/5
The condition of the hotel has declined and I would not stay here again. I booked a connecting room for my family and I. The hallway smelled like garbage and fish. The rooms had not been cleaned properly, and had dirty socks and trash under the mattress of the pull-out sofa. The sink in the kitchenette area had a leak, and rolling tables leg was broken (all of which I reported to the front desk staff). The sofa and chair cushions had questionable stains. I reported all these issues, and waited for the GM to come that day, but no one has responded. I was very disappointed with this stay and the response from management.

Hotels.com stated that their pet policy was for cats and dogs and $50/pet /day. The hotel said when we got here (and after
- 2/5
Front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Pool amenities said 6:00am-12:00am. Front desk came to the pool at 10:15 and told us to get out the pool it closes at 10 (without any signs saying It close at 10 or telling us prior) and then turned the lights off on my 3, 14 year old brothers while getting out the pool which could have been extremely dangerous. I will definitely be pushing the issue to get her fired and will not be returning.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 3/5
Carpets need replacing or a deep cleaning
- 1/5
Check in and check out was horrible, I was given the wrong room key and wrong room number at check in and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to front desk at check out
- 2/5
Fridge leaked water into the room, wasn't any towels and the ac kept making a weird noise through the night
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. They are pet friendly and we would return again if in area.
- 5/5
Great stay, nice large room with 2 queen beds and a sofabed for our family of 5 to stay while passing through for the night. Great area, and lots of options for food. Great Breakfast!
- 4/5
Kevin at check in was amazing! He was kind, funny, and welcoming. He was just what I needed and very welcoming after a long day of driving
- 2/5
My daughter and I was really excited about our vacation which was back home in Mississippi. We recently suffered the unexpected death of my husband and my daughters father. So we get there and it’s loud, noisy and the male at the front desk wasn’t interested in anything but moving us along. So I’ll try to make it short. This hotel bumped me into a king room rather than a 2 queen room because there were baseball tournaments happening. Then they billed me after I paid upfront with Expedia. When I checked in the male staff member said he seen nothing that said I prepaid. I booked this room a month ahead. It looked beautiful online I took my time trying to pick a hotel that was beautiful outside too with the lights and fires going like I seen on line well I’m never seen it. What I did experience was the baseball family’s took over the hotel always in the pool running screaming unsupervised and when they had a cook out in the barbecue area there was so much trash . I was very disappointed my daughter too. The only good thing I can say is there was a male staff member that was more than happy to sort out that I was billed twice and he took $75 off our stay which was the pet fee because we didn’t get the room we booked a month ahead on Expedia. I will never stay at on of these hotels again.
- 4/5
Overall a really great stay with the family. Some things could’ve been cleaner. My one year old got black stains on her legs from crawling on the carpet so not sure the last time that was cleaned. Dust all in the bathroom but no big deal. Dishwasher was hard to open so someone may want to check that out. Employees were super nice!
- 5/5
Great hotel. Perfect for families.
- 3/5
It was overall fine. And the breakfast was very good! We had an outlet that didn’t work , a missing latch plate and the kitchen was poorly stocked and didn’t even have cups/glasses besides the disposable coffee ones. We also had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed as there weren’t any in the cabinets. The biggest complaint I had was that the staff member who was on duty the morning of our stay was dismissive and curt when I called to a confirm that we had a pack n play reserved. The staff member (Frank?) I talked to prior though was very helpful.
- 2/5
The room was not cleaned as a hotel room should be clean. There were small curly hairs in the sink and shower. You could see where a coke had been spilt as the lower part of the wall and baseboard and tons of small sticky brown dots on it. The couch had a large stain on it. It looked like gum? The faucet was very wobbly and needs maintenance to tighten it up. I reported it to the front desk and they just said, Ok sorry we will let housekeeping know.
- 1/5
I WILL NOT pay for anything like this ,coming from out of town.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Very clean. Rooms are very roomy.
- 5/5
The hotel staff was polite and fast. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The indoor pool was cold (the heater was broken), but it was still great fun.
- 5/5
Great clean room. Nice
- 5/5
Kind and good service and good tea/coffee.
- 3/5
My family stayed here during a recent ice storm, since our power was out at home. While I was thankful to have a warm place to stay, the property shows wear and tear and general lack of upkeep. The sofa sleeper was disgusting and the room was not clean in general. I would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Shower had lots of mold/mildew and two feet of rust stains from the hand bar.
- 3/5
I was disappointed in this Home2. I always chose Hilton properties for their cleanliness. This hotel, although it looked new on the outside, is clearly a remodel of an older hotel. The carpets in the hallway and in the room had numerous large stains. The bathroom had mold and mildew in the caulk of the sink and shower. There were no bath towels in the bathroom. The lobby smelled of smoke. The pool area was very dirty and not taken care of. There was broken glass on the pool deck, a dirty diaper on a chair, and trash laying around in the pool area and pool restroom. This location needs more attention to cleanliness!
- 5/5
I loved the digital check in and the digital key for my room. I didn't have to talk to anyone my whole stay. I went in and went straight to my room. And checkout was the same.
- 5/5
Quiet, friendly
- 5/5
Bathroom sink completely clogged in room 305, partially clogged in kitchen.
- 5/5
Good experience. We have 3 small children and they especially loved the pool and breakfast.
- 3/5
Guest that were obviously having an extended stay had garbage piled up outside the door, very loud until 4:00 am. Child crying and man and woman yelling. We were frightened to call anyone for fear of the child being hurt. The walls were very thin. We heard everything they were saying. Terrible night. Will never chose this hotel again.
- 1/5
For the rest of the hotel, it was not clean. We encountered many overfilled trash cans, litter and messes in all of the common areas we went. Additionally, we had an issue with some people congregating on our floor near the elevators, drinking beer and talking loudly after 9pm. Our room was directly across from the elevators, which didn’t help. After asking the individuals to move, and getting no response, I called the front desk with the room phone. 3 calls to the front desk went unanswered. Then I called from my cell phone and was immediately greeted by the front desk clerk, who said he would be up to resolve the issue. We heard someone get off the elevator and tell them to leave or quiet down, but the issue persisted. After another few minutes, we yelled at the noisy people to get out of there as the police would be called in a few minutes. Finally the issue was resolved. When I spoke to the front desk, the clerks didn’t apologize, and said they weren’t on shift at that time. In fact, one said it had happened the previous night as well. Another clerk mentioned that they knew of the issue, and inferred that those causing it may not even have been hotel guests. Extremely frustrating that the front desk staff knew about the issue and didn’t resolve
- 2/5
The auto shades are a nice touch, and the rooms are very spacious. Bed was fairly comfortable. Cons: Booked a room with 2 queen beds for my family with 3 small kids, but they apparently didn’t hold that type for me as the only rooms they had when we arrived were king beds and we were informed this hotel chain doesn’t do rollaway beds. The front desk seemed unsympathetic. The walls of this hotel are incredibly thin and somehow the air ducts transfer conversations from other rooms as if they were standing in the room with you. Starting around 5 am we started to hear conversations and tvs from several rooms around enough that it woke all 5 of us up. The room seemed cleaned to adequate standards at best. Will probably look for another hotel just for the noise alone.
- 3/5
There was an awful smell, possibly urine, on the floor and room I stayed in during my stay. The front desk attendants were pleasant and informative. However, the elevator floors were dirty and it looked as if it hasn’t been mopped in a while. The room was cleaned but the smell wasn’t pleasant at all. There was only one lamp that worked. I probably won’t stay at that particular hotel again and it wasn’t worth the money I paid. This is my first bad experience with a Hilton property but this experience will not make me change my hotel preference. I will read more of the reviews.

Everything was Awesome... Clean and extremely quiet!!! Love it 😀😍
- 4/5
Excellent location lots of options, but very disappointing breakfast menu and others amenities
- 4/5
The carpet was dirty and the entrance had a strong aroma of cannabis
- 5/5
Dog friendly, good area, clean, staff was efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay ☺️. We celebrated our 12th Legacy Reunion here for our family and as always we enjoyed our Washington Reunion.
- 3/5
The floors in the hallway and our room were really dirty. The kids all had black feet when we left. Also, there was a bunch of crumbs and food under the pullout bed. We always stay at Home2 because usually the service and rooms are great. Unfortunately this location missed the mark. Deep clean some floors and make sure to clean under pullout beds are vacuumed. Thank you.
- 2/5
The hotel wasn’t great. The bathroom had rust in the shower. Three empty liquor bottles were left in the drawer with the extra pillows and blankets. The shampoo dispenser was broken and flew off when you tried to get shampoo out of it. So disappointing.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
The hotel was easy to access, clean, and very comfortable.
- 2/5
* Unrepaired hole in bathroom wall * Body wash dispenser in shower didn’t work * signs at all entrances require face masks, but nobody, including staff, was wearing masks. * Room doors have residue from a discontinued program indicating the room was sanitized. * Travelocity forwarded a message from the hotel to use the Hilton App to bypass check-in, but Hilton App doesn’t work with 3rd party reservations * Room was prepaid through Travelocity, but hotel insisted they weren’t paid and billed me again. * Pet area outside is very nice. * bed was comfortable * shower was hot and sufficient flow
- 2/5
The staff was very friendly, but the room was not clean. There was food on the floor in the kitchen area and blood on the bedclothes.
- 4/5
It was a good experience. Room was spacious and clean. The woman at the front desk was extremely polite and didn't mind checking us in early since our room was ready. Breakfast was just okay with not many options. They still had some Covid rules in place so we had to wear gloves when serving ourselves. The pool was also restricted to 5 people at a time and had to be from the same room. Again Covid but the restaurant across the parking lot had no rules (mask, etc.). Should have called ahead to ask about covid restrictions.
- 3/5
However, we stayed here twice in the last month, and we were disappointed with the cleanliness during these visits. The dressers had items left behind from previous guests, the bathtub did not appear to be cleaned, and there were hairs in the the shower and the bed. The hallway carpets were significantly stained compared to last year, and it gave the overall impression of the facility being dirty.
- 5/5
Very clean property and the staff was more than happy to answer any questions that we had.
- 3/5
Out if date. Constant smell in hotel and elevator. Caroets dirty and stained. Felt used and abused.
- 1/5
The hotel was sold out for the weekend we were there. There was one person at the front desk. She was definitely over worked! The carpet had more stains than not in our room and the hallway. It was disgusting!! The shower had hair in it. There was a plastic fingernail under the edge of one our beds.... made me wonder if the room had even been vacuumed. The bedding for the pull out was missing pieces. We tried to address all of this, but the poor lady at the front desk was being screamed at by other guests because there were problems with their rooms. She was so sweet and understanding, but there was nothing she could do. We paid almost $200 for a TERRIBLE room and no one to help with any problems. We have stayed at several Home 2 hotels in the last few months. This one doesn’t even compare to those!
- 5/5
Had an excellent stay.
