    It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms.

    Fast easy check in. Very friendly front desk staff. Great location. A full size fridge would be great. We like to refreeze our ice packs for our cooler and there was no freezer in the mini fridge. In addition, the mini fridge was not very cold so we added extra ice and kept out water and food in our cooler. That really is the only reason why we will try to stay at the next door Marriott on our next trip since they have full size fridge.

    Phone Receiver broken in the room. Carpet had a sticky kind of feel. I was upset by the whole situation and passing of the buck. I don't think I'll use Expedia OR stay at a Hilton Hotel again!!

    The parking is terrible, you have 3 hotels in one parking lot 🙄. I book a room thru Hotels. Com only to get there and not have a room. I booked it when I arrived that night. We stayed in room 426 the room had a vent in the ceiling and we heard a motor 😳 like sound all nite . Then when morning came someone on the night shift had checked me out Soooooooooooh. 3 people can into my room every hour, until I call the front desk

    The bed was SUPER comfortable. The shower was perfect. The only possible complaint I have is the smell when we first walked into the room. It didnt smell fresh. Just kind of.. stale air. The air unit was on and it felt fine, but the smell wasnt good. One more thing was the bartender. She was super super slow and chatty.

    The room was standard and acceptable. The only problem was the thermostat kept changing temps on us. We will never stay here again. The rude food and desk staff are unacceptable for any establishment, especially a better hotel like this. I wish i could could get my money back, but i know that is impossible. Worst stay at any hotel in years.

    Rooms smelled awful. Multiple other guests complained of this with a solution from the front desk that they should spray air freshener. Filthy carpets. Broken furniture. Toilet seats lifts up and moves when used. Wall panel fell off between the beds.

    We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn all the time, but this one was by far and away the best one we’ve ever experienced. The lobby was beautiful. The bar area was fantastic. The staff was great. The outdoor fire pits were lovely. And the parking area was well lit and very safe. Located just a few minutes off the freeway. It was super convenient as well.

    So i checked in and immediately the smell of pot was everywhere. The lady at check in was nice but a little confused about 3rd party reservations. I then proceeded to the bar/restaurant and i placed an order with an older women. She took my order and money and never offered me my change. When i mentioned it to her she just smiled and walked away to talk to im guessing regulars at the bar. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I saw my food come up to the window but she was to busy so it just sat there till she decided to get up and tab her friends out, and the i was the only one left. I proceeded to my room and the pot smell just got stronger. In the hallway was a toilet plunger that was also still there when i checked out the next morning. The room smelled very moldy and the sheets and bedding were very wrinkled. The bathroom was ok but the towels were wrinkled up like the sheets which im going to assume is from them being thrown in a bin and left for awhile or not properly dried also could be why it smells moldy in the room. I have never gone to a hilton like this and probably will be only staying at Marriott at this point. One last thing i paid for breakfast but decided i didnt want anymore surprises so i left

    Hotel room was dirty with leftover food in the fridge. The automatic blinds were broken and I was given a room that was different from what I reserved. No discount, but was offered a free breakfast but I was checking out early so that didn’t help. Paid $284 for the night. Definitely not worth it.

    The forth floor was terrible. It smelled so toxic coming out if the elevator and the room was worse. The entrance floor was sticky. I informed the front desk worker and was given a new room on the first floor which was so much better. I am glad I stayed for only one day. I could not get my money back if I left, so I stayed.

    We only stayed here for one night while traveling through but I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very organized and clean and we had a good night’s rest. They have a great indoor pool and common areas. The room has a big TV and everything looks newer. There isn’t free breakfast, though.

    I loved that it was literally walkable to all the eateries- chilli's, ole charley's, wendy's, krystals, etc and walmart. and less than a quater mile away was a beautiful park that had a great trail for running each morning, along with mallards and lake views.

    This hotel was absolutely dreaful! From the outside you felt as if you were walking into a warm welcoming environment. As soon as we checked in it was pure hell from there. The front desk staff were lovely and gretted and welcomed us. When we got to.our room the room smelled like roach spray! The bathroom smeeled like a sewer and the toilet was barely comnected to the floor!! It was absolutely digusting. We had a 15 hour drive ahead of us and we checked out and slept in the car because the smell of the room was unbearable. I would NEVER suggest this hotel to anyone!

    We checked in on a Thursday and checked out on the following Tuesday and not once did our room get cleaned even after requesting on several occasions. We even had one front desk person get an attitude with us after asking for towels and requesting a refund. We asked for a manager to speak with, and the manager on site was off for the entire time we were there. The employees seem stressed and understaffed. We will be calling the manager for some sort of compensation since we never got our room cleaned management myself and hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel this is warranted.

    1st room was dirty, hair on bed spread, stained walls, dirty counters. Gave us new room, dirty walls, stained counters. The 3rd room they moved us to had stained walls. Stayed in 3 other Hilton's on this trip and all were great. Very disappointed.

    I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and some of the dinner options. We would stay again if in the area.

    It was terrible from the 1st night and only got worse after that! The heat didn’t work properly, the guest service rep Summer is very F rude, housekeeping didn’t clean our room, and all we kept getting was excuse after excuse! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER! RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

    Hotel could use a little better cleaning. Breakfast wasn't best, you pay an addl charge it's all cooked to order so lots of waiting around. Chef seemed to have a attitude... Overall enjoyed our stay.
