Easy check in, amazing staff, clean, comfortable, great location

Rooms were large and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Definitely will stay there again.

It was well cleaned, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great every day. It's in a great area, safe. Would stay here again. The only downfall was there weren't any carts to pack up our car on the day we left. There was remodeling going on &the workers were using the carts to move the pieces of furniture. My husband had to go back to our room 4 times & on the 3rd time, he had to use the stairs because he was told the elevator wasn't working. We know technically it isn't the hotels fault but the workers/movers were using the carts to move the new/old furniture. We have a baby so I couldn't of helped him bring down our stuff without leaving our baby alone. This caused for us to check out a little bit after the assigned time but the staff apologized & understood.

Everything in the buliding was good

I was given a supposedly upgraded suite. The problem with the room it was outdated. No plugs for cellphones. The bathroom was not ventilated for warm showers. The shower water would back up when taking a shower. No one wants to be stepping in the dirty water that comes off your body. The rooms need an upgrade. And I will not be staying here again until thst happens. Very disappointed

We met A’Dreana at the front desk. She was wonderful. Giving us sooo much needed information. She even gave praise to the owners on how they keep the hotel looking good. Who does that!! We got their card and will be back later this month

There are times when there is no management, maintenance, or housekeeping onsite. So, if there are any issues, nothing can be resolved. There are a lot of options in the area that ensure rooms are properly inspected and ready to receive guests.

Just okay. Mediocre breakfast, body wash not replenish, room not cleaned after the first night, stayed two nights, didn’t realize until later that that I had to request. Rooms was clean, but seem dated to me. Spider in the closet, I’m terrified of spiders. Would not stay here again.

This is generally my go-to property when visiting town. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

I also loved that they have coffee available all day in the lobby — such a nice touch. However, I had a credit for drinks and snacks that I didn’t get to use. When I asked about it the next morning, I was told that I could only get the voucher at check-in, but the front desk attendant never mentioned it when I arrived. That was disappointing and felt like a missed perk. Breakfast was okay — nothing fancy, but enough to get you started for the day. They had a waffle maker, juices, cheese omelettes, sausage links, potatoes, plus a cereal and yogurt station. The only downside was that the potatoes were a bit undercooked & there was no option of eggs with no cheese. Overall, it was a decent stay with comfortable accommodations and friendly service, but the lack of communication about the voucher was frustrating.

Excellent hotel, breakfast which is free was more than adequate to keep you going. Room was comfortable and clean. Could ask for anything more.

Mostly a good experience. There was a sticky spot on the carpet in the room and there were clothes behind one of the chairs. Both of these give you a bit of an "ick" factor. It made us wonder just how thorough the cleaning crew works on actually cleaning the rooms.

Excellent hotel taken care of by a fabulous staff. Breakfast was hot and full all the time. Check in was a breeze facilitated by a wonderful friendly young lady. Lots to do in the area .will definitely make this our stop on future buisness trips to the area.

Not real happy about Best Western wanting to charge me $10 to check in 45 minutes early, which I immediately declined on the basis of “principle”. Clearly they had rooms clean and available. I feel as though customer service goes beyond just having a clean room- it’s being a bit flexible and accommodating your customer. After all, if it wasn’t for the customer, they wouldn’t be in business. It’s not like I was trying to check in two hours early. It seems as though after Covid, everyone’s trying to screw the customer.

The hotel should install more hangers for used towels in the bathroom. There is only one hanger by the bathroom door and the second guest doesn't have the place to hang his/her used towel.

Do not go here if you expect to sleep. I finally called the front desk to do something about the room next door about 235am. The tv had been on all night and the later it got, the louder it was. Slept late since we couldn't get to sleep and missed breakfast.

The laundry room - the washer looks like no one has cleaned it since they were installed. The software used requires you to fund your "account" and your choices are $10, $25, $50 - each wash or dryer use is $4 so you'll likely leave an unused balance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish their hospitality reflected in their rooms and property overall

This was my second stay which the first was excellent or else I'd have not returned. The only thing they could improve on was the shower water pressure. It was a little low for my liking. Also, my neighbor had some loud music playing after 9 pm but after a call to the front desk it was handled.

It's fine, but the lack of an airport shuttle for morning flights is a huge weakness. ONT is just beyond walking distance, guests should not have to shell out $20 for Uber/Lyft to get there when the hotel has a van just sitting there.

The property is old and is need of an update: carpeting, electricity that reflexes the needs of modern technology, and lighting.

My stay was extremely relaxing. Check-in was a breeze and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

What I didn’t like was the breakfast. We got over there to it and there was no eggs, sausage or potatoes. So I decided to get cereal and there was no milk. Then went to get coffee and after a half cup it ran out. We won’t come back.

I attended an event at the toyota arena and just needed a place to spend the night , this place was super close and economical. The room was clean , the staff was nice and the included breakfast was the basic....the coffee was good... parking was a bit full when i arrived back to the room but it was almost midnight. Overall not bad for the price , i would book again..

I planned our trip with 7 hours of driving, overnight and then 7 more hours to our destination. I was expecting a working hot tub to relax my back after 7 hours of driving. I booked BW expecting a hot tub per hotels.com amenities listing. Not one of the 3 hotels I booked via Hotels.com had a working hot tub despite listing such on their website.

It was very clean. Staff were very nice and greeted us each time. Free breakfast in the morning was a plus.

Only issue was hard to contact driver for shuttle late at night when landed. Call went to loop.

The room was clean on arrival but it was impossible to get someone to clean it during our stay, even after requesting. We dumped our own trash and called for towels and toilet paper several times, they dropped it off without a problem. Hot tub was great the first time, second time were branches and two feet of foam with no pool towels. We were there for 5 days.

It was a good stay, the place was close to the mall and it was nice and clean. The only thing was a homeless guy being aggressive towards me for no reason no fault of the hotel but would like to share.

Where do I start. When checking in, they were not very welcoming. The bed was very uncomfortable. They cleaned carpets in the hallway and maybe the rooms (the door was open and they had a blower going into the room). The blower went all night and it was very loud. They should never have given out the rooms on the first floor with all this going on. Will not stay here again.

Overall my stay was as expected for this price range. The room had a nice elegant touch but the bathroom was pretty basic. Tub felt like it was not secured. All in all i would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Clean, quiet and close to the airport

An excellent choice for a stay close to Ontario Airport, and easy walkable distance from the enormous Ontario Mills Mall and surrounding businesses and eateries. Hotel staff and facility were fine. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and included hot food. The only singular complaint we had was that in room 103, the base of the plastic bathtub felt unstable and made a popping sound when one stepped around on it. There is a well-maintained pool and large Jacuzzi out back in a secure enclosed patio area. Both pool and Jacuzzi were very clean and inviting.

Great stay

The hotel was just okay. It’s what I would expect from a 2-3 star hotel. Room was a bit noisy, amenities were very basic. While the location was great for a quick stopover on our road trip, I would not stay here again.

Husband and I went to a concert at the Ontario Arena it was so close!

The facility is locked at all times. You need to get buzzed in at the front door until you have a key.
