I don’t know how this hotel got such a high rating! It is absolutely disgusting and dirty inside the rooms!!! The furniture is filthy, stained , broken/worn down . The tub and fixtures are so old. The shampoo /conditioner bottle were dirty . I would never have stayed here by choice ( especially with kids) not knowing what we were walking into but we’re on the road it was late and had no choice once we got our stuff inside . The worst part is It smelled like wet dog so badly the entire time I could barely breath and I worried about my kids getting sick from staying there being so dirty! Dust/dirt built up in bathroom and behind furniture. The sofa was stained with huge dark spots and looked like it was from the 80s. I just don’t get it. It’s not good for anyone health. They also had people hanging out in the parking lot which was nerve wracking. They need a major update, new furniture and to DEEP CLEAN!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so unprofessional and lazy. WiFi wasn’t working and I was calling to get their password and nobody was picking up. As soon as I went down stairs to complain, someone connected the phone back up. They disconnected the cord on purpose so they wouldn’t receive calls. You can tell they hate their job! Too many other things I hated from this hotel, never staying here again.

My kids and I enjoyed staying here and enjoyed the pool as well. Clean and very helpfull staff. Walking distance to Ontario mills mall and alot other restaurant options and stores.

One evening, I requested extra towels because I have long hair. It took about 25 minutes, and I was passed from Carlos to a housekeeper, then to Norma, then to Paola, with no one taking responsibility. Even when I asked for assistance in person, no one seemed interested in helping. The only friendly and helpful employees were the ladies serving breakfast. The room on the 4th floor smelled strongly of marijuana. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, which was disappointing because Radisson hotels used to be known for their quality and comfort. The bathroom has no ventilation, so it quickly fills with steam and stays that way. As someone with asthma, this made it very uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. The air conditioning unit in the room is old, dirty, and had a musty smell. It clearly needs a deep cleaning and proper maintenance. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards I expected from a Radisson property. The lack of customer service, poor room conditions, and lack of cleanliness made this a very disappointing experience. The only bright spot during my stay was the breakfast staff, who were kind, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the many issues I exper

I was there for 5 days. I got a room with a spa tub. My stay started out rocky. Since I didn't get the room direct from the hotel site my room was double booked. But the manager put my stay ahead of the single stay that was booked for my room. The next day I wanted to check out the spa tub and had a very difficult time with it. It took pushing the button multiple times to turn it on, then when I tried to turn it off it wouldn't work. Contacted maintenance and they pushed the button multiple times and said you just have to keep pushing it to turn it off. That's not normal. When I tried again later that evening it wouldn't turn off at all. So luckily my friend knew how to shut it off from the main switch. I went and talked to the night clerk and she was able to change my room to another one with a tub for the next morning. I was about to change over to the new room by 9 am, which was wonderful. Sad I didn't get to use the tub my first 2 days. But I am very happy they were able to change my room. I do hope that the GM sees the issue and has it fixed ASAP. Can't imagine having to move people around because of that. But all in all it was a great stay. Thank you Carlos and Erika for your help you were wonderful.

We didn’t use any of the amenities like the pool or the gym. The breakfast bar looked like there were a lot of options, but it was so crazy busy that we didn’t end up eating there. The beds were comfortable but there was no tv in the bedroom which was weird, there was one on the living room, but it was so old it wasn’t a smart tv. The couch, chair and other furniture were dirty and very worn. The pull out sofa was dirty so one of the kids just slept on top. It was fine for one night and with a 3rd child join us it was nice there was a living room.

Had to wait over 2 hours for my room when arriving at check in time. Key cards didn’t work and had to be switched out 3 times. Lots of ants in the bathtub.

The TV and remote were a little outdated, so it was hard to find things to watch. That's the only negative that comes to mind.

Thermostat not mounted properly and came off while adjusting a/c temp. Brought it up to the front desk to no avail and was told they’ll have someone take a look at it. Hope the next guest doesn’t have to deal with the inconvenience

Staff was helpful and friendly but the property is in need of a remodel. Our room was below average in condition. It had a broken drawer that would not shut, a chair that was really dirty on the arms, the microwave looked as it was 40 years old, down by the refrigerator looked like a beaver had been chewing on it, the ironing board broke while trying to use it and the worst part was when using the toilet, it smelled horrible like urine. The breakfast bacon was like it had been soaking in grease for the day. Went to use the fire pit by the pool and it didn't work and there were weeds growing all around by the pool too. Again, the staff was very nice and it was a quiet place but it sure can use a facelift! At least the price was right for what we got, I guess. We would not stay there again until we knew that it had been remodeled. Oh, the waffle's were fantastic. We stayed in room 206 by the way.

Small gym and a decent pool for those of us who want to stay in shape and workout. I was there for a week and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The night attendant who checked me in was polite. The lobby was outdated and the room was outdated, but the bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor.

We have visited this facility numerous time over the past 20 years. It is certainly showing it's age. Also, they stopped providing ceramic plates and coffee cup. Also, the locals walking around at night don't make us feel safe.

The rooms had a very loud type of generator or very strong air conditioning units on the 3rd floor that rumbled my room, one night I had to close the door of the room from the living area bc it was such a strong sound that it was hard to go to sleep, Saturday I stayed in most of the day and the whole day this AC unit or compressor sound was so loud off and on I had a hard time relaxing on my day off. I talked to the night clerk about it and he came to my room and kept saying he didn’t hear anything, then after a while he left to go check and he seemed very bothered about me asking what that sound was and loudness was my experience from that stay , a machinery AC unit /Compressor? Made the room shake a little .

Decent property for business travelers and close to a gigantic mall and restaurants. The included breakfast was good with many options. Roxie was handling the breakfast area and was beyond welcoming and friendly. I would stay again just for that reason.

My room had issues with not being very clean. There was hair on the restroom floor and the fire alarm was activated. A little bit after midnight which woken up my baby. My family was scared.Maybe there was a fire

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The only reason I’m rating my experience a 3 is because me and my boyfriend were woken out of a dead sleep sometime after midnight to the fire alarm system going off. I was able to call the front desk and get confirmation that nothing of emergency was going on and evacuation was not necessary, but it took a while for that unexpected adrenaline to wean off and get back to sleep. It seemed like the alarm system got set off by someone smoking in the building (?) despite the excessively NUMEROUS amounts of signage saying not to smoke in the building……a textbook example of people being entitled and not thinking the rules include them. This caused the alarm to go off multiple times. Again, this is not something I’m faulting the hotel or staff for, I do think the room was nice for what i paid, and the hotel was in good shape and felt homey. I still would return here in the future. I just want to be honest about how unsettling and scary that was. That being said, I am glad to know their fire alarm system works so well and is sensitive!!

The room was dated, the wallpaper in the bathroom was pealing, the window blind was broken, the furniture was dirty and worn. I slipped in the shower and fell on the floor due ro worn skid dots that were useless. I hurt my shoulder so we left a day early. The staff did the best they could i have no complaints against them. They were very helpful.

I was very impressed at the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of it's staff. The room that I reserved was immaculate, and I don't have any complaints. The free breakfasts had a variety of foods that were very tasty. If I am ever in the Ontario area in the future and need a place to stay, Colonial Inn and Suites will be my first choice.

The breakfast was amazing! We stayed over Christmas and everything was truly great. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The young lady cooking breakfast was so attentive and kept asking if there was anything we needed. Some problems we had: the keys randomly wouldn't work, there was an overwhelming Marijuana smell on our entire floor the first day of our stay, and the dryer on the 2nd floor didn't heat. Aside from those things, it was a fantastic stay.

Staff support was great. Room - not so good. Sofa bed mattress was so thin that you could feel the wires on your back. It also had a huge stain on the back of it. Cleanliness was fair.

Lamps were unplugged in the room when we walked in. Outside lighting was very poor. Clean, but a stale smell when you first enter the hotel. As expected, the included buffet breakfast was your standard buffet breakfast with the main staples like eggs, sausage, potatoes, various cereals, juice, etc. Friendly staff. Five minute drive to the Outlet and restaurants.

The rooms are way out dated.

I have stayed here 1-2 nights a week for the 3 months. Have had one room Coffee and TV broken. 2 have had windows that wont close all the way so it is a little load. Worst was I was locked out of my room 335 for an hour. The door hardware and door were not working properly.

Lots of trash in basement garage. We had some guys going up in elevator asking us about are Jeep made us really nervous! For the price you charged us it wasn’t worth it

On 11/7/25, the hotel failed to clean my room after they specifically told me they would. On 11/8, the 4th floor elevator was out of order without notice so I took the stairway which was very isolated, dim, and confusing back to the lobby. on 11/9, the front desk was very rude and hostile when I request a copy of my checkout bill and said they were not allowed to show me anything. I reached out to the Hotel General Manager (Jennifer) for a resolution to these issues and she quickly dismissed the front desk behavior as standard policy.

The card reader closest to the room was damaged and after parking nearby, I wasn't able to enter. I had to park near the front. The thermostat was not secured to the wall. Generally speaking, it wasn't a bad stay.

Our room was extremely hot when we arrived. It was in the upper 70s because they forgot to turn the air on. We requested a crib and they couldn’t locate it for the longest time. It seemed very unorganized and mismanaged. I will say the staff member working breakfast was so kind and attentive. I wish I could give her 6 stars!!

We came here before as always Alexis took good care of us! Not sure about other st a ff, they seem to be bored or just havibg fun on their phone. Anyway, we came back and we were so hapoy that Alexis was their to greet us again and she kept apologizing for ladt time but she did t had too. We ca.e back because we felt comfortable being at a place where you feel like home, well almost if others were like Alexis.

I loved everything about this place except the smell of the room. It was heavily sprayed with a very strong deodorizer or something, that it made breathing in it hard. If I had asthma, the smell would have been a problem. Otherwise I loved it there very much!

While check-in was easy and staff was friendly, I would never stay here again based on the rooms. Immediate smell of animal urine when we walked in. Very small room and very dated. My son was going to sleep on the pull pit sofa but the amount of staining on the cushions, and the dust, dirt and hair under the cushions was an immediate no. 3 of us crammed into the king bed instead. I only stayed because we were leaving in a matter of hours (3am) to continue travels. Otherwise, we would have walked out.

READ all the negative reviews. They are true. Who ever is writing great reviews must have been in an updated room or fake reviews!! This hotel is run-down. Signs posted that it's a smoke-free hotel, but you walk onto the room floor and it smells like cigarettes. The room was so dated and stains on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Dirty wet towel rag left on top of the toilet with stains nearby. No bath towels or soap in the room. Bed made my back hurt and room smells/feels stuffy even with AC on. Basic hotel that beats Motel 6.

Our first room had no conditioner or body wash. The thermostat was not working. It was either freezing or hot in the room. The tub was not draining. There was no paper towel holder. The freeway noise kept us awake.

Rooms were clean, bed was okay. Only issue was outdated room door key card readers. Kept having to go to front desk to re program keys.

Hotel is starting to show it’s age, room need remodel.

The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help out if needed. The only serious issue I have is the keycard. I have issues with it every time I go. It’ll just stop working and they tell you to “keep it away from electronics like cellphones and keys” but even if I do it stops working. Regardless it’s a nice area and close to the mall so I think it’s worth the trouble. Hopefully they'll fix that in the future.

We got a room with a jetted tub and it was the prefect relaxation my boyfriend and we looking for.

I was on a business trip and booked this location for 4-days ! Let’s start with the bathroom - both the shower and tub were old , leaking faucet, showerhead and covered in white hard water residue. Hair in the tub and on the towels . The upholstery on the lounge chair was peeling and stained. The carpet was old and smelled so bad . Remote for the tv didn’t work . The drawers on the tv stand wouldnt stay closed and no phone charging outlets . Iron was broken . I will never book here again .

The room and the breakfast were ok. I had to check out 5 days early for a medical appointment for my wife. I was not refunded for those 5 pre-paid days nor was my $100 room deposit returned to me. I called Hotels.com and also informed the front desk 2 days in advance. I spoke with Jennifer at the front desk and she assured me it will be taken care of by her and Hotels.com. I checked out on the 28th of August and today is the 1st of September. I have still not received my refund or my deposit. I will be contacting my credit card company by Wednesday if no action has been taken. I’ve already spoken to them and they are prepared to assist me. This is not a very professional way to conduct business.

I chose this hotel because of the price and review. I did not realise it would take me 2 hours to get here in the LA traffic from the LAX airport. Although the cleanliness is acceptable but everything else is old and tatty. This hotel just needs a complete refurbishment urgently! I wouldn't come here again in this condition, not for any price.

Unfortunately I was not pleased with my stay. The room was dirty. The carpet was dirty, the furniture is outdated. The chair in the room was very dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on top of the toilet. The lock on top of the door was loose, so we didn't feel that secure. We didn't have any towels, we had to call the front desk. Overall very dissapointing! I wish I hadn't believe other people's reviews on this hotel!

The only draw back or bad thing about the property was the very strong smell of Marijuana and smoke.

All furniture including tv, mini refrigerator and microwave totally old and outdated. The remote control for tv is slow as molasses. The curtain in bedroom was not working. You can hear through the walls. Having said all this Cynthia the receptionist was great and they give you a delicious cookie when checking in. lol.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is older and desperately in need of updates. Bathroom shower sprayed the floor, leaving puddles. Grout in tile cracked and missing in areas. Dripping noise in the bathroom vent, though the vent doesn’t work. Lighting in bath was dim. Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. Time for a renovation, for sure.

Great staff except for the housekeepers and cook( lady). I requested for housek5sercices and never received it. The housekeeper looked at me if I had something written on my face.

Booked the jetted tub room to relax and celebrate my guys 50th birthday. The reviews were all over the place so i wasnt sure what to expect. However upon arrival, the staff at the desk were very friendly, greeted us warmly and check in was quick and painless. The room was clean upon arrival and I could see in the hallway that rooms were being remodeled. We had plenty of towels for use of the jetted tub and shower, and dodnt have to request additional towels. Breakfast is typical hotel food, nothing exciting but was as expected. Underground parking as well as plenty at ground level too. No hot tub outside, justa pool. I would return to this location.

I had read the note on the desk that housekeeping service would be provided every third day of my stay, but the team refreshed my room every day (and I was only there 4 days), so I felt very well taken care of. Very responsive, kind front desk, team, too. The only notice I would provide is that THERE IS NO ICE MACHINE ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THIS HOTEL, which, of course, the floor that my room was on. I was exhausted and was a little frustrated to be told that I had to either take the elevator to the lobby or to THE THIRD FLOOR in order to get ice. I am a senior, and I think Radisson should revisit this issue for this particular hotel. Other than that, my stay was fine, met expectations.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my recent 4-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond — they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made me feel right at home. The entire property was spotless; everything was immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. What I appreciated most was how peaceful and quiet it was — it provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

The room we had was right above the pool. It seemed like the window was open but it wasn't and very noisy!

We stay here all the time like 4 times a year, with that being said, the hotel is getting more run down each time we go there. Today’s breakfast they were out of yogurt and hot chocolate the orange juice was watered down. Our room door was loose, the shower was leaking the whole time. Everywhere we walked in the hallways was the smell of weed.

The hotel itself was clean and quaint but there was just enough neglect that it wasn’t the comfort that we had hoped for. It’s strange too because a lot of what bothered us were easy fixes. Like no towel racks in the bathroom even though there was plenty of wall space. The toilet handle was cracked and we had to manually pull up on it so the water wouldn’t continuously run, and the toilet lid was cracked. The pull down shade was torn. The floor lamp bulb fixture was almost falling off. There were no plugs by the bed for my cpap. We booked our stay for 7 days but ran out of shampoo and body wash on the 2nd day. I’m not sure why they didn’t make sure the room was ready for an extended stay patron. I felt like we were always calling the desk for something. Also, the beds were way too soft. Like they hadn’t been upgraded in a long time. The letters on the emergency signs by the elevators were stickers and half gone. Again, an easy fix. The breakfast was average with waffles, eggs, and such but I couldn’t help but notice that they still had their cardboard Easter decorations up and this was in June! Everything was freshly painted and very clean, so I know they care about appearances; I just didn’t understand their lack of attention to the comfort details. Also, the underground parking was not secure due to the exit side needing repair. The price was comparable to the nice hotels in the area that we’ve stayed at, so we expected the same. We just wanted to try something different.

I switched to Country Inn and Suites from La Quinta. Country in was much more friendly, clean and had a solid breakfast. Confortable and easy to deal with

The bathroom floor was completely wet and the room smelled of mildew when I went in. The bathing drain was clogged so it didn’t drain properly and the water barely got hot. I got in late and was already unpacked when I noticed the bathroom. I didn’t feel like packing back up and moving to another room so I just let it be. I did let the front staff know on my way out and she was nice and apologized.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. Everything was great overall. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the water pressure in the bathtub and the quality of the shower head it could definitely be stronger for a better shower experience. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The people there were very nice. It was very clean. They had to pull the continental breakfast. It was a very, very good state that we have there. I would recommend it to anybody with children pets. It was very nice.

Great hotel and room! Breakfast was great, however, when the eggs or potatoes are gone, the cook refill process was on the slow side. Customer Service was great and friendly! Room was nice, however, bathroom's wall has a big crack on it (patched with tape), and bathroom's floor tiles are an-even, causing sharp edges to hit on bare feet. Not safe! Otherwise, great hotel!
