Location was close to freeway. The neighborhood has gone downhill. The homeless all over the parking lot and at the liquor store was disconcerting and made me worry all night about my car. The room (220) was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. Mold in the bathroom. The shower curtain fell off when I was in the shower. The counters were dirty, and the one by the bed was dirty and sticky. I have photos of the room which would give anyone nightmares. The chair had all kinds of dog hair on it, making it impossible to use. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold and rot. There were cigarette burns on the sheet and the microwave. Awful experience.

I killed 4 roaches in the bathroom. 2 more by the sink. 2 more came out of the shower drain and knob. 2 pillows for a king bed. No comforter just a sheet like cover. Scratches and mold all over. Bathroom door water damaged. Concrete coming out of the tub Gross. Didn’t want to stay but could not drive anymore and wouldn’t give me a refund that night. Was supposed to be there two days but left as soon as I could. Still waiting for refund. Outside was scary. Literally shares lot with liquor store and an empty restaurant. Not a good neighborhood. Will never stay there again. Not good for kids. Pool was gross. Even the lobby isn’t open they want you to come to the window for thier safety, tells you everything.

There is no daily housekeeping , unless you request it. Lots of their housekeeping is performed at all hours of the night, so basically it isnt feesable to request. You will here the housekeeping staff rolling their cleaning carts past your door at all different times of the day/night because room access walkway is outside on each floor. We tried to make daily plans to minimize our time spent at hotel area for our safety and protection. We would never book here again. The travel website photos do not represent an accurate depiction of this hotel. We were dismayed upon arrival.

Room was horrible, stains on the bedding, chairs,. Smelled horrible, dead and live roaches on the floor. It was soooooo bad we checked out at 1:30 am. The A/C was not working and smelled bad in the room.

This was the most rundown disgusting hotel I’ve been to. I moved rooms 3 times until I just gave up. Luckily, I had and late night event and only spent limited time in the room.

However, I had requested a non-smoking room and found sheets on the bed that had a few cigarette burns on them. When I took a shower in the morning there were multiple long dark hairs stuck to the wall of the shower that did make me wonder if housekeeping had cleaned my room before check in. I didn't request a new room because I was staying such a short visit.

The mattress was ziptide on one end, mattress looked like picked up from trash and reapaired, it was filthy and very old. Floor was dirty and scratched. Bathroom needs repair, toilet was loose also. Not recommended at all, not even to my worse enemy. When I checkednout, I asked person in office how to file a complaint, he looked at me confused. He said maybe with the manager, i asked where is manager, he said mamager would be in next Friday... im like I dont live around here, so I cant come back next week. He had no idea how I could do so.

Cockroaches, prostitutes, man with hand down pants pounding on room window, kicked in door frame, leather straps on headboard, bulletproof glass window slot for check in, stains on every surface. Checked out after 5 minutes - survived without catching a disease or being murdered.

The room looked so beat up it reminded me of an apartment unit that had just been vacated. The literal wall patches that haven’t been painted, the extremely disgusting mold and grime in bathroom…. And the one thing that drove me out were the roaches. I didn’t bother staying more than 6 minutes. I left and stayed somewhere else

We checked into a room on the 2nd floor and the floor hadn't been swept. There were dead bugs, flies, and roaxhes all over. Live roaches too! Walla had boogers on them. There was food/drinks in the mini fridge from the previous tenant. Got a different room on the third floor and it was so much better. So we thought. My daughters feet turned black withim 20 minutes there. When we woke up there were a couple roaches around. The ONKY good thing was that they didnt have bed bugs. Im grayeful for that much. Staff was nice but not worth the stay at all. I was so disgusted. I wanted to cry. 3am people ojtside screaming wild!

The room was filthy. As soon as I walked in there was a big ball of hair on the floor, the counter top was visibly dirty. I started cleaning and the rags were full of dirt. The bed spreads had stains and as I lifted the blankets there were big stains on the mattress. I would never go back there. When I told the staff I am leaving, she said “oh that’s one of our raggedy rooms” like it’s normal to have them. 0 stars

I am here now and I want to leave but I am exhausted yet I can’t sleep because this room is not even clean and this is the 2nd room that I have been in here. This is absolutely ridiculous disgusting and unacceptable. This place should not exist in this capacity. The first room was so emotionally traumatizing- wierd carvings in the mirrors scratches on the floor and the ceiling was covered in dust and webs. I am so freaking scared right now but I don’t wanna leave my room until the morning. This place should not be available for people or they need to fix it! How do you own something and leave its condition in a disgusting mess. My spirit is sooo unsettled. I’m not sure if I will make it through the night here. My God this is ridiculous and just down right crazy to rent out rooms like this.

The bed was filthy, the maids didn’t sweep the floors . There were crumbs all over it was disgusting. No grab bars in the shower. The bed would sink in. Front desk is unprofessional and not there during normal business hours. Smelled like marijuana all the time. House keeping never came to clean. I wouldn’t come back.

The stay was horrible there was roaches in the room and there was a drug addict staying next door and he would get out his room yelling at people outside walking and he kept yelling that he was from the cartel my family was scared to leave or even to go up to the room when they seen the guy was outside

The room was beyond filthy, there was mold and bad odors. There were cigarette burns in the furniture. There were cockroaches all over the room. We left the room before we were even there an hour and chose to sleep in our car because we couldn’t stand to be in that disgusting room any longer. I can’t believe Hotels.com was part of soliciting this horrible hotel.

The area had many vagrants, and the restaurant next door was vacated although many options are within a short drive. The TV was never able to receive cable channels. The “manager” was nice and apologetic but the issue was not resolved during my stay. As a whole, I was dissapointed when compared to the images provided and don’t think it is up to Wyndham standards.

The Lobby was locked when we arrived and the room they booked for us was a smoking room.. Also the clerks service wasn't that Great...

My kids were barefoot for not even 30 minutes and their feet got black from how dirty the carpet was. Room smelled like cigarettes and it was a “non smoking room” on top of that. I ended up leaving because I wasn’t going to sleep in filth and they didn’t want to refund the deposit

The lobby was closed and we had to deal with the guy standing in 95* heat. The pool was empty which is why we booked that hotel. Urine smells everywhere and something horrible in the elevator. We stood in our room with the suitcases outside as we looked online for another hotel inside the room since we couldn’t use the lobby..he wouldn’t refund our money because we “used” the room. Wyndam would be wise to sell this property. The attached liquor store added to the sketchy people who were wandering around the hotel

There was no lobby, and I had to communicate with staff through a window. The property was surrounded by aggressive individuals who made me feel uncomfortable. The elevator was broken and my room was on the third floor. The pool was closed, and the hotel offered no food or even coffee service. The saving grace was the very understanding staff member who both understood and helped me cancel my reservation. She is a gem!!!

Well, it was gross... for 126 plus a 50 dollar deposit. Cash because the machine was not working! Not o.k

One thing i liked about this property is that it is close to dinning areas. What i dont like about it is that the rooms are not in good condition. I can barely shut the door to the bathroom.

This Hotel was a Okay check in I had a little delay. Room could of been more cleaned. Housekeeping was not available nor cleaned each day on my stay as stated on website. If you need a room to say for a day or two it’s average but not a place for vacation to stay in.

I reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. When I changed rooms I inadvertently left 2 items in the room( my beanie and a pair of sicks. I asked at the front desk about the items. I was informed no items had been returned to the office by housecleaning. They were stolen by whoever cleaned the room (306). This room had not been rented out while I was there. The room was dirty also. The bathroom toilet seat and base was not clean. Also, the room appeared not have been swept for several days. I cleaned the bathroom toilet seat so I could use it. This site location does not have an office for customers to wait for service and/or nake inquires. There are no hotel telephones in the rooms. Customers have to walk-up to a window for service 24 hours a day. There us an atm machine outside next to walk-up window on the right side. To the left of the window is a liquor store.

I checked in to the hotel and within an hour and a half of me checking in, there were 8 Ontario Police cruisers detaining a suspect. There was a fight between the officers and the suspect and I checked out immediately! I also requested a refund of my money since I felt unsafe and they advise to contact Travelocity.

There was no WiFi but it’s advertised, I couldn’t connect nor could my coworker. The towel situation was ridiculous, the floors were not clean, electrical outlets did not work. Lastly, at check out I had to wait for the front desk to”inspect” my room to get my $50 deposit back. I’ve never experienced someone having to go to my room to inspect it. First and last time you literally get what you pay for. Trash….

This is the Absolute Worst Motel I have ever seen. I would never recommend staying here.

Wrong decision. I felt bad that I chose this hotel. He was not able to sleep because of the loud noises and screaming. Will never return and I don’t recommend.

This is the second time I stay here. First time was about 5 years ago and it was a decent stay, clean, no issues. Nothing like this weekends experience. Checking in was easy. They take cash or debit deposit and receptionist was nice. They gave us room 217, first impression was “what’s that smell”. We start bringing in our stuff when we notice the chair still has crumbs from previous stay, fridge has a coffee spill and there’s ice cream in the freezer, used bar soap in the tub, and what seems to be pubes and unflushed remains in the toilet bowl. Big ew. I go downstairs and let the receptionist know and she is apologetic and offers to switch me rooms. We get 219, even worse. This room is even more outdated and worst of all the door wouldn’t lock. No key card needed, anyone could’ve come in at any time. Luckily I’m very thorough and caught this. Went back and asked to just get moved to the first room because I was just over it. It was ridiculous. All furniture in the room is outdated, microwave is the same, and just overall really dirty and unacceptable. Surrounding neighborhood is not bad and having the gas station, liquor store and Denny’s right outside is perfect but the sketchy gangsters hanging out in the parking lot past 2 am and the dirty room is a hell nah never again for me. Would definitely not recommend, will never be staying at this hotel or sister hotels ever again and honestly wish I could’ve canceled and got a refund.

Horrible. Room was discusting. Dirty towwels, dirty shower curtain, sticky floor. Roaches scattered when lights turned on. I reserved because of the "Wyndham" in the name and being close to the airport, boy was i fooled. Drove 3 blocks north and noticed a lot nicer area. To late to reserve another hotel. Drug use during the night hours. DON'T STAY HERE!! Loud all night long, drug use all over and right outside my door.

It was a convenient place to stay for our reason being in California. The room we stayed in didn't have drawers for your clothes. The clerk was very helpful.though and brought us hangers. Just need to fix rooms and pool. I think it was an on going process.

Lucky for me, I only needed a one night stay. There is a liquor store and a Dennys that share the parking lot. I highly recommend that this property be removed from your booking site. I had always respected the Wyndham hotel name. This place is a disgrace.

There is nothing great about this property. The room was dirty, no amenities, patches in the walls with no paint, filthy carpet and bed spread. A coffee maker with no coffee, cups, etc. the office is used for maintenance repairs. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere nice.

Not a good motel, the staff are ruled, threaten, if you are not out by 11 am. Dirty rooms, no room services, no breakfast as stated on the brouchure.

The hotel was not as what it was said on your site. There is no continental breakfast since it is under construction, pool is closed for good, there are alot of prostitute staying in the hotel asking for your business.The pimp of the prostitute was sleeping with manager in the office the first night we got there we walked past them as it was very see able to see it. I asked for a bottom floor since my husband is disabled and got told that is only for smoking however there is an elevator you can take to your room. We got stuck in the elevator waiting for it to open.

We planned to be here a week and checked out immediately. The carpets were dirty, the lights did it work, the mirror was broken and the clientele there was rough.

There is also a liquor store at the entrance to the hotel parking lot. Fortunately we did not feel unsafe except for that first night, and were not bothered by outside noise, thankfully. We spent very little time in the room, so it sufficed, but I would not go there again.

The location is very close to the highway and it’s very noisy please look somewhere else. I believe windows are not properly sealed so you hear everything when vehicles are driving by.

overall it was not the Ritz,but good enough. Next to freeway and Dennys and gas station. Close to mall and airport. The front desk was very helpful when asking for more towels,extra blanket and exchanging the tv remote control.

The property is disgusting, from check in to the room ,bedding wasn't clean spots on covering like droplet of blood no ice buckets or cups ,no information pamphlets of the area's or anything else,building paintings peeling inside and outside ! ? What happened to the advertised pictures of this place .I will have reservations of booking at Wyndham properties and inform other's also.

The exterior of the motel looked fine, except for the sign, however, the room had a loose faucet and a few very worn spots in the carpet and the curtains. The room was as clean as could be, and the beds were comfortable.

All the staff were very nice and professional however the area wasn’t great and there were a lot of tweakers staying there and in the parking lot . Inside the room was a chair that had stained paint all over it and someone’s phone was sitting on the table and there was a bandaid covering the peephole and there were burn marks on the bed and on the toilet seat. Also the tv wasnt working properly and it was purple and green and was showing double.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 days, asked for adjoining rooms don’t have them it got rooms next to each other. Room 1 microwave had rust in it, bathroom floor was disgusting, shower knobs fall off, vanity drawers were either missing or broken. Room 2 the light fixture in bathroom was coming down, had an office chair instead of a regular chair that was filthy, was afraid to use it because of how stained and dirty it was, microwave didn’t work just would spin, bathroom floor was disgusting. No vouchers for breakfast like website said. Didn’t need the pool but it is no bigger than a large jacuzzi and dirty. Walls need a good cleaning, buggers on the wall. Only decent thing about this place was the beds were somewhat comfortable.

Everything was broken, bathroom door was messed up, tiles, frames coming off the wall, no iron, no coffee in the rooms. Drawers was broken and missing.

Overflowing trash cans in the halls were a glaringly obvious problem, but the location suffers from other issues. Full length mirror in room had graffiti on it. Bathroom mirror cracked. Refrigerator unclean. Holes in bedspreads. Mildew in shower. On my way to my room, when I went outside the room, and when I checked out, the hallways reeked like marijuana, there was always at least one rude person out there smoking a blunt. There are so many other locations near the airport, I cannot see any reason to choose this location for a stay. Unless you need a place where you can smoke weed with impunity, with a liquor store literally attached to the building.

gross! and Scarry, so we stayed here because we had guest come over and our house was crowded, well we wish we hadn't it was a wait of money, dirty old sheets, cockroaches everywhere! and to top it off some random guy trying opening our door 4 times! we left after an hour of checking in, when asked why i told her to check the cameras someone was trying to open our door, she said well i have to check the room. so she did and said she couldn't give us a refund because the room was used for what we came for. my husband and i are married that was uncalled for. but she did not give us our deposit or our refund back

What I didn't like about this property were two things: the window was missing the safety lock that properly secures the window, the second being the microwave in the room didn't work at all, so I had to throw away my Hot Pockets😡

The floor was falling in by the bathroom ,if you walked on the carpet barefoot your feet turned black, there were hookers everywhere, it took forever to get towels , there was no coffee pot in the room

Understand it was cheap for a reason but still did not have to be dirty and make me feel as if I was getting robbed of my money. Their was buttons missing from the telephone, a broke jour, a missing jour, a hole in the ceiling of the shower, and a dirty white towel that seemed to try to be blended in with the rest for whatever reason. Only went there to stay for a day with my girlfriend. We were coming back from a business meeting and wanted to take a rest for the day, so we booked that one for the day.

Booked my hotel room that afternoon for a last minute overnight stay. They allowed me to push back my checkout with a very minimal extra fee. Pictures are outdated but still an overall nice place to stay.
