The shower was horrible. The back home was nasty. It was water all on the floor after we took a shower on the TV didn’t work terrible stay

The room was spacious and clean . Parking was a walk but everything else was great .

N/A Would have been okay if it was rebuilt

Rooms needed upgrade. Not full renovation but the basics. Beds were outdated. AC wasn’t fully working. The toilets had cracks and dirty from over the years. Was not safe at all. Homeless live in front. They stare at you when you go inside your room. We got woken up at 3 am due to fighting upstairs and when we looked outside, people were fighting and playing loud music! And the property owner lives there also!! We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get any replacement towels. We had to almost beg for 4 more towels and he said he can only give me 2. Our car got hit so now we need a new bumper but no one saw anything. Stay away!!

The wifi didn't work

Other guests made us feel uncomfortable, cockroaches were all over the place & little bugs crawling all over walls. Also had shower leaking all over bathroom floor

There were roaches in the room and shady people outside looking in peoples cars parked. I didn’t even check in here

it was so hot in there. the air conditioning did not work. there was holes in the sheets. couldn’t sleep at all and had to leave an hour after getting there

You get what you pay for. For $62 it was good!

The person didn’t speak English at the main desk and I was forced to go to a hotel several miles away. I feel like I should be refunded.

They were able to check me in 2 hours than expected. Employees spoke Spanish and were very polite and flexible with check in times.

Not enough parking , only got one towel the whole time , no wifi , no ac or heating , only a good place to stay if you had no where else to go

I had paid for the room for 5 days when we checked in the person at the window said this not acceptable we need to get paid more and we had to be out Wednesday before noon and I was not given the change back not only that they added like 50 dollars more

I appreciate the refund and hope they make the needed improvements

We arrived with the cops arresting someone in hotel, there was trash everywhere. The bed sheets were not even cleaned, the bathroom shower HAD PUBES FROM THE GUESTS BEFORE, the bathroom door was superglued together, HOLES ON THE WALLS, the TV did not work, and only one dirty towel to clean off. Not worth stay here, try finding another location not worth your money.

The gentleman that checked me in, Gashay? He was excellent and provided great customer care and service. The area isn’t the best. It’s a fair place to stay when you need a spot to go to conveniently. Was a good weekend booking.

Booked and paid for. As soon as I got there, lady said she wanted cash. I said I have reservations and it's paid for. They denied it. I double check and it was paid for. Even called Hotels.com and they confirmed it. Hotel claims they're sold out. Then seen another person come and they let them get a room for more than what I paid. Drug infested hotel with tons of drug addicts walking around with cop lights around.

Friendly Staff Clean Rooms are clean, quiet and a little hidden as well so you don’t have random homeless showing up

I stayed for one night, and i was by myself, I didn't mind. But if you have family, definitely book somewhere else.

I didn't like the fact that I pay that much for a room it has roaches no f****** TV and no towels you have to beg them for towels Everything I said in the first paragraph it was nothing I liked about the red carpet

Small shabby motel. The smell of spiced cooking was prevalent at reception.the nonsmoking room smelled 9f cigarettes on entry. And there cockroaches all over. the bed was hard as concretever the room. There wasnt any toilet paper in the room and no trash bins. The next door guests were loud. Standing around outside talking loudly. One man was on the phone at our door talking at full voice for an hour. Then after we were funally asleep someone was playimg music right out side the door. I thought it was in the room at first.

Place was ghetto, a lot of crackheads around. Small area. Staff was rude and weird. Room was infested with roaches!!! Disgusting, will never come back !!!

Room had roaches and it was ghetto, people up all night looks like a hangout for homeless people. A lady asked me if I smoked meth while I was there. Also the room had no soap or towels and when I asked for some I only got handed one towel when a couple was staying there.

From the time we got there, there was drug addicts hanging outside. People running up and downstairs at 1 apartment like they were buying drugs. And we asked for tiles because there were none in the room and no one never brought them. There were bugs in the room. The TV didn't work. And when we got up to next morning we took the pillow cases off the pillows there were nasty stains and when we went tell about it. No one came to the window. And still no tiles, im pretty sure they would have been nasty too.

There was no ac and the manager refused to help. We had no towels or toiletries

Disgusting to say the least. Bugs in the shower and on the walls, but I guess that's what I paid for at $60 for the night

The Motel needs to be shut down. The room was Roach infested. Absolutely no service was provided. The room was filthy, no soap or Towels provided. TV was not working.

I did not sleep very well, drug addicts outside my door, no towels, no television remote not even sure if the sheets were clean, mattress was stained, never again

Please do not stay at the hotel it's it's not clean it has the wrong people living there and you can find a better place somewhere else I do not recommend

I'm glad I made it out safe with all of my things. Cockroaches of all kinds and sizes everywhere. Filthy and unsafe.
