I travel weekly for work and events and I was very disappointed. The sheets were dirty, pillows were little squares not standard pillows. Pillow cases had make up and black stuff all over. Towels were all stained. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. Room smelled like mold. AC was very loud and made a whistling noise every time it would turn off. The TV didn’t work because there was no connection. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on outside. I arrived at 11pm after a 5 hour drive and left at 8am, couldn’t wait to leave. Horrible experience.

Everything. From the pleasant English owners to the reception staff, housekeeping and breakfast. All was very good. We had visited this hotel a few times and it's always been good. Our only gripe was a very slow flow from the cold sink tap (faucet). It wasn't really a problem as the shower was fine. So just a general moan, not a complaint!

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience to UCF. This is where I stay whenever I visit my son at school. I love the new coffee machine since I could get an espresso or latte or just regular coffee and the coffee was very good. Breakfast this time was just OK.

I switch from a king bed to two queen beds and they charged me $30 never heard of that before. I reserved a king bed when I got there I changed it to two queen beds and they charge me $30. Never heard of that before not even in a five star hotel. Also, the AC in the lobby was broken and anything I wanted to charge to the room I had to pay upfront.

The location was great as it was close to UCF where my son attends. We were attending his college graduation. The lady at the front desk was not friendly. She was on the phone when we approached the Desk for sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed. She continued to talk on the phone to apparently a coworker complaining that the Breakfast person called out for the next day. We stood there for quite a while until she acknowledged us. Breakfast was awful all three days! We figured the first day was because they were short staffed. It was the same food each day, no variety. The toaster was broken, the waffle mix was too thick the first day and too thin the second day. Which didn't make for good waffles. Scrambled eggs and sausage were offered each day. White bread, which we could not toast. We opted not to eat there the third day. Which was unfortunate considering the price we paid for our room! It was very expensive and I'm assuming it was because of the graduations taking place that weekend. As for the room, the bathtub was so dirty, and it was obvious that it has not been scrubbed in a long time. We had two bath towels for four people staying in the room. Which was in the reservation. No washcloths, no shampoo and one roll of toilet paper. There were not any pool towels either. When we asked the lady at the front desk if we could get some towels, she said they did not have any. We went back several hours later and we were told by a different lady that they didn't have any because the hotel was booked. It just was not a good experience at all. I also want to add the pool was not clean and full of leaves. This hotel needs some TLC!!

The air was broken in the first room and the staff told us it would only take an hour to cool off. Since it was already 8pm, I said we would rather have a different room. The staff member at the front desk was clearly annoyed, but shouldn’t a hotel room’s air work properly and the room not smell stagnant?

Very disappointed in this hotel and our stay here. Once we arrived we entered the room to a very strong MOLD smell. Noticed dirty spots on the floor all throughout the room. The towels and wash clothes had hair stuck all over them. We had to stop at target just to get Lysol disinfectant spray just to make the room smell better. All the appliances were not plugged in having us to move things around to plug in. The tv was in Spanish and could not figure out how to change it. Called the front desk and the poor girl working the front was the only one working in the hotel on a Friday !! She came up to try and figure out the tv and had to reset it but that didnt give us any channels to watch only 15 stations on antenna once it was up and running. The view was of a run down basketball court. Very dissatisfied in this hotel, we left the second we woke up! Did not want to stay a second more.

At first glance it looks clean enough but we had a roach in our room. There is also a noisy bar across the street so beware the noise with kids. For the cost vs service you can stay anywhere else.

The night I stayed there was a bar next to it blaring music and I heard it loud and clear until 12am. The staff is aware and there's not much they can do.

It was a good stay but what could really make the difference is attention to detail. The tub was not the cleanest and housekeeping was not attentive to the needs of guests. But overall it was decent experience, just needs work in those areas.

Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fine. The location is great and the price was excellent. The pool did not look clean enough to swim in and the walls, windows and doors are thin. I had a difficult time sleeping due to all of the sounds that came through the walls and outside.

On check-in, the service was efficient and beyond helpful to provide me with use of a travel item I had not packed. A+++ rating! As a frequent traveler, I rate this hotel as the best breakfast facility I have ever used. The space was adequate for the large turnout. The space was superior in layout for ease of use, with meticulous presentation of the many offerings, and each day all food was fresh and well prepared. To top it all, a special touch to the space was added by introduction of elegant flowers. If all that wasn’t enough, the hostess was most effective in keeping the room clean and adequately supplied for all with her most pleasant demeanor. This hotel is the service model for what travelers want!

Room was clean and ready for early checkin at 1200 for an extra $15 fee. Breakfast had very minimal options, mostly just carbs (muffins/cereal). The biggest issue I had was with how loud the AC unit was - kept me from being able to sleep as it was constantly turning on/off during the night and unable to hold a steady temperature. Not fancy by any means, but doable for a short stay. Conveniently located near major highways.

And it's a close tie for my primary concern. One is the second floor door in the stairwell had no handle so you were unable to enter the second floor from the stairwell. The next day there was a handle on the door though it was not functionable. I'm pretty sure this may be fire code related. And the other close to primary concern is that someone entered my room while my do not disturb tag was hung. While emergency entrance is acceptable... it is not acceptable if you don't notify the guest that you did so. The built in receptacles for each light fixture over the two bedside tables struggled to maintain contact with my three prong cord so that charging was "on" and "off". Coffee maker didn't work. Don't think I'll be returning to this one.

While we were there, for the first few days, we had an excellent woman preparing everything and keeping everything clean. When the person did not show up, the breakfast was not prepared until the BW staff team tried to prepare breakfast for the customers. The last two days we were there, a man was preparing everything and he was excellent and caring for the guests for breakfast. I am very dissatisfied with Best Western for their cleanliness. The towels were worn and torn. The floors in our room turned our socks black. The staff at the desk were very accommodating and helpful. The pool was not kept clean and mold was present at the pool. Would not go into pool. I have been to many Best Westerns and probably not rent from you again.

The hotel rooms were in a deplorable state. The air conditioning unit was non-functional, and the bed was covered in stains. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived. There was old milk in the fridge and blood on the bathroom floor. The staff switched us to another room which had dirty bathroom floors and stains on the bedding. The tv remote didn’t work so we asked for more batteries. The batteries weren’t the issue and both remotes were bad and never turned the tv on.

I would recommend this place to friends going to that area in Orlando. Room is very spacious and everywhere seems very clean as well.

Had to ask for staff to clean room after 2 days not cleaned. I didn't know that you had to ask. Every hotel I have been to has just cleaned every day. Also, towels were disgusting. Almost every bath towel I saw had stains on them. Room was recently updated and was nice furniture and look. TV had some connectivity issues, no drink coasters to protect all wood furniture, stain on couch cushion, stain on drapes, earwig bugs in bathroom on floor on 3rd floor, Most of this did not bother me much. But helps for them to know.

The front office lady was nice, and the hotel was a pretty standard best western experience.

I booked this stay two weeks prior to event to be paid upon arrival. I received a call from the front desk stating that I had to secure first night payment or the reservation would be cancelled because they were sold out. I was driving from GA for the race and they cancelled my reservation to I’m assuming someone standing there demanding a room. I was advised once I got there that the front desk host accepted a large kickback for canceling my reservation to someone else! Very disappointed and will never book with another Best Western ever👎

Nothing Awful! The breakfast food was old. Rock hard bagels, dry hash browns and sausages that was very clearly reheated from early in the week. Mustard packets that were so old the mustard was brown. The lobby was dirty, clearly not vacuumed recently, trash on the floor and debris on counter tops. The room wasn't better hair all over the bathroom floor. Stained duvet covers and possible blood on the lamp shade

The hotel was excellent but in the middle of the night right outside the hotel were people screaming and drag racing up and down the road.

The hotel smelled like mildew throughout our experience. There was a lack of towels available, and the ones that we had were dirty. We requested more towels and was told that there were no more towels in the entire hotel due to the hotel being sold out. Then we were given a couple of towels a few hours later. We were staying at the hotel for 3 nights, and had to ask that the room be cleaned, it was not automatically cleaned. Unfortunately I will not stay at this hotel ever again and will not recommend.

I was there for 5 nights and not once was there a maid in my room. I wasn’t notified at check in that there wasn’t maid service. Very loud bar across the street the played music until very late. Ubers used the hotel to pick people up all night long.

We enjoyed the amenities at this hotel- the room had a king bed and a pull-out mattress, there was a microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee machine, and a real door on the bathroom, as opposed to newer hotels. The staff was helpful. The hot breakfast was very good as well as the 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby. We will stay there in the future.

Manager refused any refund, yet all our things are damp and no sleep. Very rude and refused even speak with me and made front desk worker do everything Floors sticky on carpet, numerous black long hairs on bedding, yet we are all blonde. Breakfast not good and only til 9 week days. Do not waste your money. Very rude and unprofessional manager. I will be contacting their main office!

Things to note more on the unpleasant side- It was a king bed and there were only four small pillows that were thin and did not take up the width of the bed. I came for a quick overnight trip. The room was impressive upon walking in. Clean and spacious. Here's what didn't work: the TV a wall of outlets the inner motorized blind, and most importantly the phone did not work either. That is a safety issue. Overall with all the electronics not working I was very disappointed. That shows tremendous lack of attention to detail. Of course the staff offered to move me to another room but I had already bathed and unpacked Etc and moving would have been a huge hassle.

Could have walked to a couple of night clubs and would have felt safe. It was well lit. Toilet was very low...don't think I had ever used one that small. Was woken up about 2:30 am by a couple of women talking an laughing for quite awhile out in the hallway. Seemed like it was right outside the room. The breakfast was tasty and there was a nice selection but there should have been more than one person working it, replenishing food and supplies. Very easy to check out!

Do not have a good breakfast options

Thought the room could have beemn cleaner. We chose to only get the essentials for the next 2 days. They were very nice at the desks and very helpful. The lady doing the breakfast was very polite and nice. The pool was also clean and nice.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past couple of years and have always had a good experience. It is conveniently located near UCF and the place our child lives. The rates are good, always clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast is good.

Room had bugs and roaches crawling, had to change the room.. Also did not feel safe as strange people who did not appear to be guests hanging around. Night Club next door was loud into early hours of the morning. We will not be back

Left within a few hours after I checked in due to sheets having a huge stain in the bed

First water stain running from the roof by shower. Evidence been there for a while already getting Moldy. Bathtub spout loose from the wall and poor water stream. But I was very upset that someone went into my room and ignored my Do Not Disturb sign on door.

We booked a room for three adults sofa bed had no sheets when ask the front desk I WAAas told they had them in the front desk that you had to request towel and bed covering what they gave me was a soil cover that didn’t fit on the sofa bed and a blanket.when I asked about that she told me put the soil cover.sleep on that and cover yourself with the blanket I will never stay here again it’s a disgrace to have a dump like this in the UCF area.

There were pubic hairs in my shower, and the pillows were absolutely tiny and not comfortable in the slightest. The hallways were constantly noisy

Clean, comfortable and nicely priced property. Room was spacious, and had nice decor. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was the noise from a nearby club, and the people on our floor going in and out slamming the doors until 2 am. Price was great compared to other places in the area.

There was a club across the street and there were about 50 teenagers hanging around outside, cops and tow trucks taking cars from the hotel and the hotel parking lot was full. Not a good experience

The shower pressure was low. They didn’t provide much bathroom toiletries. Overall, just ok. Not that impressive

Nice stay. Only one thing that could be improved: to have more chairs, tables and more food for breakfast. We came down at 9:00am on Sunday for breakfast and everything was empty. The breakfast should last to 10:00am for the weekend.

The Hotel itself was fine. It was not the newest around, but it was clean and looked nice. However, directly across from the hotel is a lounge and bar. The music was so loud that I could not sleep. We were on the third floor and the windows seemed to rattle. The bar was open until 3 AM. That is when it finally stopped. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel.

Totally fine and convenient if your child likes to hang out at Bounce.

Very poor and smelly

We stayed here for three nights, and it was a horrible experience. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was filthy, and everything—from the room to the hotel itself—was DUSTY. I requested a different room immediately upon check-in due to the smell, but they claimed none were available. They promised to move us the next day, but that never happened. The towels were stained, and the elevator smelled like raw onions and sewage. We didn’t even bother trying the breakfast—who would want to eat at such a dirty hotel? Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to stay somewhere better. Zero stars!

Two nights stay with my daughter and room was never made no new or fresh towels. Breakfast was very limited and not that good.
