Close to UCF, easy check in/out, large clean room, comfortable beds, free breakfast. Everything was perfect

The location and the space in our suite was great. The bed was too hard! Even after adding an extra pad. The hotel tried to accommodate, but it didn't work. The pillows were too soft. The shower gel dispenser broke off the wall the minute I touched it.

Breakfast was excellent, best we've seen of the type (self-service full breakfast). Room was super comfortable and spacious, and everything just worked. Lots of amenities and kitchenware. Staff was excellent, everyone was super friendly. Pool & hot tub were clean and not too crowded. They even have autonomous beer on tap in the lobby, we didn't try their system, but it was available (certain hours) We've stayed at a lot of the hotels around UCF, and this one is our favorite. This was a family trip, so I didn't mind, but no hotel bar (or restaurant), but honestly I'm just stretching to put something down here. Breakfast was kinda crowded... but honestly no worse than anywhere else we've gone that has a good breakfast. All the amenities they said they had, they did and worked perfectly.

Hotel was clean and not crowded. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. The pool was nice and breakfast was much better than most continental breakfast options. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Room was clean and had no odors. My only complaint was that the pillows were not firm enough for my liking. King room was spacious with large fridge. Stove top and microwave are nice if someone needs them. Breakfast options were quite nice. Coffee, fruits, oatmeal and chia pudding, MYO waffles and toppings, omelette, bacon, sausage, muffins. Really nice. Good location for our events and quiet facility overall. Pool and basketball hoop plus fitness facility are available.

The room was truly perfection. It had everything you could possibly need, and it was so comfortable I could easily imagine living there long-term. Every corner was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel really stood out. The staff was incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I especially want to highlight the cleaning staff and the breakfast/buffet ladies. Their kindness truly made a difference during my stay. They were warm, caring, and always greeted me with a smile, making each day start on such a positive note. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The oatmeal was absolutely delicious, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The hotel also offers excellent coffee, which was a great way to start each day. The amenities are top-notch: a great gym, convenient parking, and a beautiful pool that really impressed me. I also loved the self-service beer and wine option—such a fun and unique touch. Overall, this hotel has everything you could want and more. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

Staff was pleasant, room was perfect for what we needed. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Would recommend if staying for a couple of nights and prefer to cook for yourself.

The customer service was top tier. Angie greeted me and checked me in. The wait staff and cleaning crew were all friendly and polite. The breakfast bar wall well stocked and had a good variety.

Breakfast was wonderful, with real plates and cups, and the pool was big enough for a good swim. The room was large and well equipped, and there was housekeeping every day! It’s the first time I’ve had this in an American hotel since COVID. All in all, a wonderful stay (except we lost the ball game.)

After having a long travel day, the receptionist was able to get me checked in hours before my 3 o’clock check in time. The room was clean and linen was fresh with plenty of towels for a family of four. Breakfast was amazing and checkout was a unbelievably smooth process. I will always look for a Hilton Homewood suite whenever I’m looking for a room to book. Please recognize this incredible team because great people are hard to come by.

Great hotel . 1 bedroom suite was so spacious for our 7 family stay. Breakfast was amazing. Good variety and delicious. Only downfall is that it is far from everything. But price, cleanliness and safety is worth it . Loved our stay.

I am impressed with this hotel, super clean, with ALL the facilities in the room, down to the smallest detail, spacious room, the only downside is that it is half an hour away from the parks, but it is worth the effort. I felt at home, rare for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every need was met promptly. Each morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast that catered to all tastes, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. In the evenings, the ambiance was relaxing, allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a memorable experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

Near venue

Location is very convenient to visit UCF and has ample parking. The hotel is very clean with a great fitness room and pool area which includes gas grills, a fire pit, and plenty of lounge chairs. The rooms are spacious, clean, and recently renovated. There is also a super convenient Walgreens next door in case you forgot anything. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting my son at UCF.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room has modern furniture and a well-spaced suite for a couple. I love that they offer breakfast daily that was pretty extensive. They even had ready made chia seed pudding. There's a convenient little shop in case you forget anything at home or need a snack. The hot tub was a major plus, especially after a long drive.

VERY CLEAN

Comfiest bed ever....and I travel a lot.

The size of our room was nice. We enjoyed having the full size fridge, dishes and silverware. The pool and hot tub were nice. They even had credit card dispensed wine and beer by the ounce. I had not stayed in a Homewood suites for a few years. I was looking forward to their excellant breakfast. However what was served was basic, ordinary hotel breakfast. So sad. I think even Hampton Inn has a better breakfast. That was the only disapointment, otherwise everything was great.

Thw room was amazing. Like having a small apartment to ourselves. Comfortable bed. Loved it.

For the price point, this property was well worth it. The facilities were beautiful and the staff was so kind! Aside from a few cosmetic failings in the room such as a dirty area of the rug or previous damage to the walls, the room was satisfactory and I would choose this hotel over and over again!

This property was a great place for me and my family to stay for Thanksgiving. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. The only thing that I didn’t care for was someone had a dog barking and it was supposed to be a no pet property. I’m not a dog hater I just like my rest but overall I would stay here again.

Property under construction. The competed floors / rooms are beautiful and super clean. The lobby was under construction so that impacted the overall look/ sound of the place. But once completed , it seems that it will look amazing.

I came back and talked to the front desk employee. He wrote down my phone number after confirming my hotel record wasn’t up to date. I then left the premises without much hope. 20 min later they found my glasses, they felt out of my pocket on my way to my room. I was able to come back and pick them up. I am so grateful! Not only they have great service, the staff really cares!

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself and the staff is beyond impressive. The manager made the biggest impression on my family and myself. He was so professional yet friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He is truly an asset to the hotel and I hope management knows what a great guy he is and rewards him as such. Definitely going back !!

The property was very well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable. We booked a 1 bedroom suite. It included 2 queen size comfortable beds, bathroom, with a pull out full size sofa bed in living room. Kitchen with full size fridge, small dining table, small kitchen, with plenty of plates, cups, and intensives. There was a little coffee machine as well. In the mornings there are free breakfast that has eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels, breads, danishes, hot oatmeal, make your own waffles, yogurts, cereals and fresh whole prices of fruits. It is very good! My family enjoyed it very much. The pool is small, there is basketball on property. Check in was fast and easy, you can check in on the app and use keyless entry to access your room. Parking was a breeze. Walgreens is next door to the hotel, so you can just walk there. Overall we loved our stay here. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay. We will definitely return. The only “con” was the rooms are definitely dated. They really should get rid of the carpet, needs new cabinets, the shower needs new caulking etc. The staff was excellent.

I reserved a king sized bed in my room & and was put in queen sized bed room with an excuse that the king sized are smaller at this hotel. My 6'5 husband and I were uncomfortable. They had no larger beds than that. So if you're looking for a true king sized bed don't stay here.

We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel and will come back again. I loved that it's 6 mins away from UCF where we dropped our daughter for college. The breakfast is good and complimentary room cleaning available upon request. I also love that walgreens is right beside it where you can walk.

Right next to a Walgreens. Major shopping mall and cinema minutes away. You don't need to leave the area. Everything is within a 3 mile radius; banks, gas station, eating places. Would stay again.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. The staff was very friendly. The check-in was very easy the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with the exception that you can make your waffles and if you have small ones, you could make a teddy bear waffle, which was a big hit.

Hotel is very close to UCF and it was quiet, even though I was on 2nd floor. Homewood Suites layout is more enjoyable with separate bedroom from living/kitchen rooms. The A/C unit was quiet in the bedroom, but noisy in the living room.
