Nice, clean hotel. However, the chef didn't show up for work, so breakfast items were not available othet then the buffet. I'm assuming that was just one unfortunate case that will be promptly addressed. That said, the staff was helpful.

The lobby was clean, staff friendly. The first room smelled of disgusting mold odor. Got another room assigned and still had a slight stench. The sheets had an odor too. Rooms need to definetly have the carpeting pulled out and ac ventilation updated. Will not stay again.

Upon arriving the Lobby and grounds were clean and maintained. The lobby staff greeted us amd were very friendly and accommodating. The first room we were assigned unfortunately had a super bad mold odor and we refused to accept the room. The lobby staff apologized and gave us another room. The hotel is clean but they need a new ac ventilation system and to rip out the carpets. There is still a bad odor in the rooms. The sheets also had a slight odor as well. If your in a pinch its fine for a night, but I wont be staying again.

The hotel was clean but worn. The carpet in our room was frayed, the bathroom door does not close properly, it hits the floor forcing you to push the door closes and the one thing I did not like was the water has a dunky smell and taste.

Staff was amazing. They were friendly, accommodating, and quick to help. Air conditioning was terrible. Since it's not central air, the unit where the air comes from, does not reach the bathroom. I couldn't use the bathroom to do my hair and put make-up on because it was too hot. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Eggs and bacon were cold. Our server was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Due to the air conditioning issue, I will not be returning to this hotel.

When we reported the door to the bathroom was not closing, it was seen to promptly. Both servers at dinner and breakfast were very attentive and friendly. It was UCF homecoming and was decorated with university colors. Very welcoming!

It was meh. Check in was fast and easy. The hallways are kind of industrially lit (as was the bathroom) - it felt like walking through the basement of a department store. My room smelled funny. Like they were trying to cover something up with industrial air freshener. The shower fixtures were rusty. The ac was struggling. And it wasn’t quiet. You can clearly hear the cars going by on Alafaya. I didn’t hate it but I wouldnt go back on purpose either.

Great location but TV was not working. Had to wait the following day to fix the problem. IAsked for rubber mat for the bathtub/shower. But was told the management doesn’t provide rubber mat due to insurance issues. Thought that not providing rubber mat and someone slips while taking a shower is even more dangerous and is more of an insurance issue. Bathroom doesn’t have towel racks.

The location was okay. The AC didn’t work and I had to call the repairman by 2am. They couldn’t fix the issue and gave me a big fan which was making noises when turned on. My stay was terrible.

I made a reservation online for a two queen bedroom for $179 for one night and paid in full at the time of the booking upon checking in. I was told that that room was no longer available and I was given another room which did not suit the needs of me and my traveling companion, and we had a very unpleasant unrestful night.

WIFI VERY SLOW. Staff was always very courteous. Landscaping horrendous pool furniture horrible. Many missing and or dead Landscaping throughout the pool area and entrance. Pool furniture was a mix match and did not mirror the Beautiful entrance/ lobby area. You almost thought you were in two different hotels because of the differences.

Prostitutes soliciting at the front lobby door, one got a drink from the bar while I was checking in, got a drink, sat in the lounge playing music and singing loudly. If I had been traveling by myself, which is normal, I would have left and gone to a different hotel. With my husband with me we went quickly to our room. The night manager had no control over the hookers. It was disgusting and I love my Hilton Garden Inns, was just really appalled.

The rooms were clean and cleaning staff was very nice. Did not have breakfast since on the site used to book room did not show it was extra $. There was no complimentary coffee or anything in hotel. Room did not have working coffee machine and the beds were hard. The area outside my room at night was ridiculously loud like there was music blasting from the parking lot. Had to go searching floor by floor for a luggage cart and being a disabled person this was not fun since front desk had no idea where they were and told us to look ourselves.

Dear Hilton Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your [Hotel Name, Location] property. Unfortunately, the condition of this hotel falls far below the standards one expects from the Hilton brand. From the moment I arrived, there was a pervasive smell of mold and mildew in the guest rooms. I was moved once in an attempt to resolve the issue, but the second room was only marginally better. The air-conditioning units were extremely loud—at times sounding like an airplane taking off when the compressor engaged. Additionally, the hot tub—which was one of the reasons I chose this property—has apparently been out of service for months and resembles an oversized drain rather than a functional amenity. While I want to acknowledge that the staff were attentive and the location was convenient, the overall experience was unacceptable. After four nights, I left with swollen eyes and a nosebleed, symptoms I believe were caused by the mold and mildew present throughout the rooms. The carpets and furniture appear severely dated and in need of deep cleaning or replacement, and even the bathroom sink was missing a functional stopper. I have been a loyal hotel guest for many years. Although I was encouraged to switch from Marriott to Hilton Honors, this experience has left me seriously reconsidering that choice. The door had a chunk out of it across the bottom. You could stick like four fingers under it and wiggle them to whoever was standing outside the door. Thankfully it’s inside so it wasn’t as big of a deal like a motel door facing outside would have been, but still it was weird. We put a washcloth there during the night. Not that it was a big deal and they weren’t “rude” but you can definitely tell a difference if you aren’t a Hilton member but it was fine. One night and no issues.

Hotel was convenient location to stay while visiting my daughter at UCF. I like that it is easy to find a parking spot, close to lots of great restaurants and the staff is always friendly. Because it’s by the university though it is occasionally noisy from the cars and students.

The only complaint I have is there were bugs in the bathroom that came out in the middle of the night when I was using the bathroom. I told the front desk person and she told me they would have someone take care of it. It was fine the next night, but the bugs were back the night after that one. Front desk agent was sweet on check-in however thermostat wasn't working in room. Called front desk and they advised they would send someone to fix while we were out or have us ready to move. We got back late & when checked with the night front desk person she had no idea- then called maintenance guy who said he fixed it. We finally went to our room and we were there for about an hour when it kept getting hotter and hotter. AC was not fixed. We had to move rooms at 4am to 2 queens vs the king size we paid for. The bed and pillows were awful and the room was cooler but still not a working thermostat for continuous ac flow. Don't book here unless you don't care about comfort or proper maintenance.

We arrived and my is disabled and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor and elevator was not functioning correctly and i was required to walk up to 2nd floor to retrieve elevator so my wife could get up to 2nd floor. Staff should have retrieve the elevator

The water pressure when showering was almost nonexistent, my wife could not wash the shampoo out of her hair, elevators were broken the entire stay. All the furniture in the hotel was old. there was no maid to clean the room. spent approximately with taxes $500 for two nights, this should’ve been around $200 for two nights based on the amenities and service received. This should be a lesson not to stray from the Hampton Inn around the corner. Overall, very disappointing will not be returning.

The room was clean but I would have preferred the shower be cleaner. The water was hot but there was no pressure! When we turned on the heat the unit sparked and banged, and then never produced any heat. Even when set at 80° it only blew cool air.
