This place is one of our go-to favorites! Love the quaint feel and the simpler atmosphere with free water sports and a beautiful lake view from the pool. Love the size of the accommodations, and the vicinity to Disney and Universal. The water pressure was very low, but other than that no complaints.

The room with cockroaches and Jonathan from Customer Service had a very bad attitude.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, rooms are clean, big for a group of friends/family, AC works pretty well. I didn't have time to go into the pool but it look pretth right infront of the lake. Overall this was a great experience, I would stay in this hotel again.

We did have to ask for the condo to be re cleaned as hubby's feet were black after 10 mins walking around barefoot. Had a problem with some tiny little ants over the kitchen counter which staff came 3 times to spray before they went (only to return on the day we checked out) but I can't praise the reception staff enough, so very helpful. Great place for the price.

We’ve been going to Spanish Cove for many years. This trip we arrived early (it was a Saturday) and asked for an early check-in. They passive-aggressively didn’t let us check in until 30 minutes after normal check-in time (4:00). We also noticed little bugs all over the kitchen the day we checked out and informed them - they weren’t too concerned.

Great location; close to the parks! Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were surprisingly large with full kitchen and living and dining areas. def recommend.

I love this place it's close to everything and feels like a small little community.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We did the parks all day but so enjoyed coming back to our room after a hot day at the park. We plan to come back and spend more time just relaxing at the pool next time!

Location and room size and facilities in the room were great the only thing that let my stay down was the dirt of the floors and we were told we had the cleaners in one day during our stay but they never changed the sheets or cleaned the floors.

The room (mini-apartment really) was large, updated, and clean. There was even a screened-in patio off the master bedroom. The pool overlooks a dock on the lake - very scenic and relaxing in the middle of Orlando. Staff were friendly, professional, and proactive. When I first arrived, I thought my stay would be great. Then came trying to sleep, which is why my overall rating is low. It was so loud (6-lane road less than 50 yards away, single-pane glass in all the windows and the patio doors in the bedroom) that I wasn't able to sleep. Every minute or so, the moderate (and ignorable) drone of traffic would be punctuated by a loud truck banging through the intersection or a car that sounded tuned for the racetrack rather than the road (many backfiring the whole way). This wasn't on a weekend - this was a Monday night. After wrapping towels & pillows around my head to unsuccessfully try to muffle the noise, I finally gave up around midnight and went out to get earplugs - the big foam ones used for construction sites, aircraft maintenance, and gun ranges. The staff asked about my stay the next morning, and I told them about the noise - they apologized and offered to provide a white noise maker, ear plugs, or to move me to a quieter room (I was assigned a room in the building closest to the highway). The staff were honestly great - everything about this place was great, and I was really looking forward to my stay, but the noise ruined it.

Having a full kitchen made it very convenient to be able to cook, the washer and dryer was also a nice added bonus, we couldn't have been more happy with our stay, the staff went out of their way to check on us during our stay. I would highly recommend, and stay here again.

There were a lot of roaches. We told them they just removed one, didnt clean after. Then we saw where they are coming from the main door entrance there is a hole that seems to not have been plugged. They didnt seem to care at all about. We wont return

Parking was easy. Room was stocked with everything. Beds comfortable great hot water pressure Lots of room. Older property but kept nice. My favorite part was when we checked in met Jahmari. Very friendly, professional and gave me Great advice about universal rides not to miss.

Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a small stacked washer and dryer which was so convenient to be able to wash when we needed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They offer shuffleboard, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats. There is also a small pool. Guests are welcome to visit the sister resort next door which has more to offer but we didn’t have a chance to do so. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to the theme parks but quiet. We enjoyed staying here and would again when visiting Orlando.

Nothing fancy but a solid resort stay for the family at their cheerleading competition.....clean and we'll run.

I was so happy to stumble upon this gem! Everything about it was wonderful. Overall grounds are well kept, clean and fresh looking. Our unit was perfect for us. Clean, no concerns. Pool and pool area was great! Docks on the lake were safe and well maintained. Staff were so friendly and helpful. My favorite part was the text message updates from the mgmt team!

It was the perfect space for a family like mine. Two bedrooms and a kitchen to cook and store food in a full size fridge. It was clean. It had a washer and dryer. You can tell it is an old property so things aren’t just brand spanking new and up to par, but it was clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. We were content for the 5 days of our stay. No complaints!

Rooms were spacious, updated & the washer/dryer allowed us to pack lighter & swim multiple times per day because we could dry our swimsuits! This was an amazing place to stay! The pool and hot tub were great, the staff were very nice and helpful. My husband lived that he could borrow fishing poles and the kayaks to go fishing and boating. And it was 10-15 minutes away from all the theme parks! Will definitely stay here again!

The resort Amenities were great. Heated pool, paddle boats, & fishing.

We booked a balcony room but when we arrived was lied to and told nun were available even though we saw a bunch of empty balcony rooms. When we complained all they did was move us to a 1st floor room with a porch where all we heard until 6am was kids running above us and luggage rolling from everyone that was arriving to their room. Room looked nothing like what we booked on the website. Definitely won’t be booking with them ever again one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had they need to do better.

Realize this is not a big fancy resort with a huge property however it was low cost, high value and well worth it. Nice pool, clean well kept older property and close to everything you would want to be close to. We will definitely go back.

We are family of 5. The room is clean and lots of space for us. Washing machine, dryer, utensils, stove, fridge , coffee machine , tea and coffee are available. Perfect for holidays, wake up in ten morning Just coffee and tea are there to enjoy to start the day. Highly recommended

Oh, the "apartment" (because that what it looked like) we had looked soo nice and it's in a good area. There are canoes out by the lake and we did fish. We didn't catch any, but it was still a relaxing environment. 10/10 i would definitely book here again. And be careful not to go past the light, you'll miss the entrance.

The hotel was spectacular — everything was clean, and the staff were very efficient, making my stay something truly special.

This place is nearly perfect…a little mini paradise. The rooms were spacious, modern, and open and appointed with all of the necessities…the balcony was perfect…we had breakfast every morning on the lanai…the pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature for an evening swim. We will stay here every time we come back to the Orlando area as it was situated only 10 minutes from the Disney Parks. It was so quiet…we never heard another guest throughout our stay, so we slept like the dead! My only suggestions to make things better in the future would be to have a commissary rather than only a drink vending machine, better quality balcony furniture (plastic), and ensure the tvs are equipped with app access rather than just live tv. Other than that, I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Very clean well maintained quiet property in a great location. Very nice pool and hot tub on the lake. They have fishing tackle that we used. Also kayaks, paddle boats and pool toys. Was nice and quiet compared to the large larger resorts that charge for these activities but also have a ton of people. Highly recommend this place.

This place was definitely better than what I expected! Every hotel I looked up had bugs, bad staff, gross rooms, mold or bad humidity smell until we found this villa. Everyone is very friendly. It’s extremely quiet. They have activities there for the guests to do. The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. They have pots, pans, cups, plates, dish soap & laundry detergent ready for you to use. Check in & out was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Our place was big and comfortable! As other reviewers noted the property was impeccably clean. It was conveniently located next to a lot of attractions. As it was a smaller resort, parking was super simple and it was very quiet.

Try to ask for an upstairs room. Floors are wood not concrete like a modern hotel so you can here the kids and people w boots on walking on the floor above.

I have stayed at this resort many times before and have not had any problems at all. I would have given this stay a 5 star review had it not been for the TWO LARGE COCKROACHES I encountered on the same day. This is the second stay where this happened,

Spacious, quiet, clean and everything is close parks, restaurants annd airport and the most important thing free parking on this beautiful resort.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. We had a few issues during our stay, the most annoying being the air conditioning was set at a higher temp than was comfortable in this Florida heat, and it took several hours to fix it for us (it finally cooled down about 11 pm). This made it difficult to get the kids to sleep. The pull out bed also had some debris on it (looked like maybe it was dropped on the way to our condo and got some mulch or something on it? Idk very strange). The staff was so helpful though. Brought us a new one immediately. The condo is clean and feels large with the vaulted ceiling. The beds are comfy but the pillows are not. We are only staying one night as a precursor to our Disney stay, but overall I’d give it 8/10. The extra space with all the beds and bathrooms is so convenient.

I wanted the lake view, but at check-in i was told only one building had the view and was booked. My room was halfway back on the property. Very disappointing. The room was very clean looking, but I found 2 cockroaches over the week. Good price. Well stocked with items for kitchen and bathrooms.

Great place to stay i loved it here. Its like a calm in the orlando storm. When we come to orlando this will be our place from now on great rooms feel like a condo with good service. Maintenance guy is always doing something eveything was great front desk was awesome. If u want calm close to everything book here.

This property is very quiet and peaceful. Grounds are well kept. You can tell they take pride in keeping the property clean. Rooms are a little out dated but well kept. Kitchen appliances were new. The mattress in the master bedroom probably needs to be replaced. Only down side is there are not any restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely consider booking with them again if my travels took me to this area of Orlando.

GREAT Place!!! the 2-bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms was clean, modern and roomy. Great location with many of restaurants nearby, minigolf next door, Disney springs a couple of lights away. We watched the space shuttle launch over Lake Bryan from the resort pool. It's really unique property with screened in lanai in the back. Will 100% check availability for my next trip.

Wonderful stay!

A surprisingly cozy and modest suite with a great few of the tree line behind the property. It offered privacy without sacrificing outdoor space. The balcony ran the length of the suite and was screened off to prevent bugs from ruining your evening in the cool breeze. Many places to eat nearby, within walking distance. This was a pleasant stay for me and my family of 6.

This property is safe and very quiet, close to a variety of restaurants which make it very convenient. Privacy is the main aspect that I liked most.

We stayed for one night and it was the perfect place to stay after a day at the theme parks. The rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. Its in a great area with plenty of restaurants near by. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The concierge was really nice too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area! 5 star experience

This is a great value property with lots of space and very convenient for Disney and some of the outlet malls. Set in a lovely location and staff are very friendly. One bit of feedback, please don’t call guests multiple times offering tours of properties for timeshares.

Our family of 5 stayed here between Christmas and New Years and we intend to come back to Bryan's Spanish Cove the next time we visit Orlando. The #1 reason for choosing this place was the numerous reviews saying they kept the pool heated in winter, and they delivered on this. The pool must have been over 80 degrees our entire stay and never was crowded. The hot tub, paddle boats, kayaks, and shuffle board were excellent perks as well. Being a smaller resort, the whole place never felt busy, and the condo was comfortable and spacious with a good size balcony to lounge on. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great place me and my family enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I didn’t like about the property of the paddle boats. I would like to see an upgrade there other than that the staff was phenomenal. They helped me with everything. I did not have any problems the nicest people I just wanna see some better paddle boats, but the lake was phenomenal. It was beautiful. The pool was nice. The Jacuzzi was nice the grills everything was just beautiful.

Went up for a quick weekend to universal for the holiday decorations. It’s a quick 20 minute drive with the traffic and it’s super close to Disney Springs. The place is very close and can’t beat the price for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with full kitchen and living room! Always a great stay and the checkin staff are extremely helpful! Thank you Jonathan!!

I have stayed at Bryan's Spanish Cove multiple times and love it due to space, efficiency to Disney Springs and the parks, and quietness; however, this trip I was given the room off the main road. My sister and I did not sleep a wink. The road traffic was so loud all night; it did not stop. A sound barrier wall would be in the best interest of future hotel guests. Also, the water pipes whistled when the shower was in use. An option for internet tv where guests could login to their streaming subscriptions should be available, instead of mirror imaging from their personal device.

The resort is in a good area we checked in late since our flight had arrived late and it was a terrible time getting a rental car. We were assured checking in would be fine even though it was after 1am. They informed the security guard that we would be arriving late and security was expecting us when we arrived! The resort is older but nicely renovated with a pool and hot tub and is located on Lake Bryan they have kayaks and paddle boats you are able to use it was a little cold and we didn’t have time to take advantage of the lake… the pool did have a pump problem while we were there but they have a sister resort next door that you are able to use as well… if you are going to Disney and like the Disney springs area this is a great hotel/resort to stay out especially if you like cooking and washing your own clothes! We will definitely stay here again!

This is my go to hotel in Orlando because it’s quiet and close to everything.. My business partners & I stayed only for one night. I love the layout and the beautiful view at the lake, sitting and enjoying coffee in the morning.

Everything was great. But there are too many flies entering the house. The shower head wasn't very good. It was difficult to take a shower.Anyway, We had a good holiday.Thank you!
