was a good experience! however there was some mold on the shower head and i felt a little bit of micro aggressions from the staff so i don’t think i would go again😞

We stayed in a two bedroom queen room with our three children, 10 years old, seven years old, and two years old and it was the perfect space. As soon as we arrived, our kids wanted to jump in the pool, which had a slide and a nice waterfall and it was just beautiful. The outside bar and restaurant was perfect for ordering snack snacks and a drink, the drinks were phenomenal and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The restaurant indoors for breakfast was also a big hit with our family. We were there for my son’s 10th birthday and our waitress brought out a birthday cupcake, which was a nice surprise. My only gripe with the property is the amount of service tax and delivery fee for room service. Everything already has a 18% service charge, which is completely understandable but for room service there is a 26% service charge plus a 5% delivery charge. Our room was turned down every day, there was access to clean, cold freshwater every day, which was great for filling our tumblers for a day at the parks. we did reserve a bay at the stadium club one of the nights and that was extremely fun for our kids and for the adults. It was nice to have something to do on the property after being so busy at the parks for a few days. This resort is definitely on our list of places to return in the future!

The hotel's service was exceptional, however, I didn't give it a full 5-star rating because guests have to traverse the lobby with their luggage to reach other rooms via the poolside, an elevator connecting all rooms would enhance the experience, but apart from that, the staff's friend

We stayed here as a family while visiting Disney because it initially seemed like a budget-friendly option. However, after adding in the daily resort fees and parking charges, the overall cost was much higher than expected. In hindsight, it would have been more convenient—and likely more cost-effective—to stay on Disney property. Another drawback is that you're somewhat limited once you're at the hotel. Food, drinks, and other necessities on-site are very expensive, leaving few affordable options without leaving the property. While the hotel itself was fine, the additional fees and high on-site prices significantly reduced the value of our stay.

They need to offer many things that hotels and other resorts provide at no extra charge. It's an extremely expensive hotel, and it's unbelievable that they don't even offer free coffee in the lobby—something as simple as that makes a difference.huge difference, something to snack on to stave off Gaylord Palms is a less expensive hotel in my personal experience and offers free internet. Here, too, they try to charge too much; you can't even do anything with your laptop.

This is our 4th at Caribe Royale, we've brought family at the previous visits but this time it was just us. Over all is was fine the suite was great yet the amenities or Cabana we weren't able to enjoy. I called 4 times to reserve the Cabana yet kept getting transferred or put on hold. Then I was told the the fitness center AC wasn't working but would be fixed by Tuesday then Wednesday yet when we arrived it still wasn't able to be accessed due to the AC. Upon check in then we find out that we could have reserved the Cabana online. I tried to reserve on site yet there were none available.The spa was not up to our standard of resort spa experience a couple massage the 18% gratituty and to be rushed was not warranted at all. The experience was subpar. Our dining experience at Venetian was amazing. The poolside bar was amazing as well.

Room was ok but the sofa and bed were very uncomfortable. I was vey disappointed. Hotel did not meet my expectations. They charge for amenities $80 a night but couldn’t find anything other than a pool which all hotels have.

Everything about it was amazing..I loved the outdoor area what was there for entertainment. Only thing was the slide not having an attendee the last day we were leaving so the kids or myself couldn't enjoy that. The rooms were very cleaned and well maintained. The pool was also clean. However, the fitness facility was closed the entire visit so couldn’t work out, rent bikes or go fishing. The arcade only had 3-4 games and the best one was broken, so wasted $10 on a game card.

The room was clean and housekeeping did a phenomenal refresh service everyday. You could tell it’s an older property that has been updated, there were some notices of needing attention to detail for a spotless property. The food was insanely expensive for the cost, this was my biggest gripe. A simple breakfast was over $50 for two people.

My stay at Caribe Royale Orlando for a conference was a nightmare. What was supposed to be a good hotel turned into hours of wasted vacation time due to pure incompetence. Billing Chaos & Breach of Privacy: At check-in, the agent blurted out confidential corporate information, loudly claiming our organization's card was declined. They then made non-stop billing errors: charging my personal wine to the group, overcharging me $30, and billing me a $75 late check-out fee twice. I spent hours at the front desk fixing their mistakes. Terrible Housekeeping & Service: I returned to my room to find zero toilet paper and no soap. When I called, they ridiculously offered "a refund for the toilet paper." The employee took 15 minutes to bring it, forgot the soap, and took another 15 minutes to return. No Peace and Quiet: Maintenance staff used an ultra-loud leaf blower literally one meter away from my lounge chair two days in a row instead of using a broom. Zero respect for guests. Useless Management: On my last night, the manager listened to this entire list of issues, shook my hand, and simply said she couldn't do anything about it. Conclusion: If you have no issues, you might be fine. But at the slightest problem, customer service is non-existent. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Amazing across-the-board!!! cleanliness, staff, amenities, drinks, food and pricing! I will stay here every time I come to Orlando 10 out of 10

The amenities are the stars of the show. The pool, the bars and restaurants are all amazing. Also the gym is well maintained and has just about every piece of equipment you’d want with plenty of space. Will definitely be returning here again in the future.

I loved that everything was available on property. We enjoyed the meals, pool, and the large room.

The only thing we wished for was a few more dining options with a wider variety of food choices on property. While the restaurants available were good, having additional options would make the experience even better for longer stays. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable Orlando resort!

As a born and raised Florida girl, I stayed in a lot of really nice places, but I have never stayed in a place as nice as the Caribe. The vibe the staff, the guest everything was exceptional.

Service was great room was clean and had a pleasant scent. The check in desk found out it was my wife’s birthday trip and gave us a late check out for free which was just a nice touch. Great overall experience!

Would have otherwise been a pleasant stay except for the smell in the room. It had a strong odor that smelled like a park bathroom/urine. It was a two bedroom villa so it was quite nice but I would have rather stayed in a downgraded room if it meant there would have been a better smell.

The room was clean and house keeping made sure it stayed cleaned everyday, pool and hot tub were clean. The food was good. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Only downside was the size of the pool and the amount of poolside chairs.

One of the better and inexpensive hotel! Not sure how I haven’t come across Caribe Royale before. So happy with my stay. Rooms were amazing. Got 2 queens. As I thought. Actually 2 queens and a pull out couch in the living room. Separated by a door that I loved. Super spacious. Lots of room for storage. Bathroom well thought out. Pool was great. Chairs were full just have to be on the hunt for when ppl leave. Breakfast was not terrible for the price but can deff have more options. $17 for a low grade hot dog by the pool was very regrettable. Drinks were okay. But overall had a great time by the pool

The hotel was very nice as far as the internal and external levels although the only thing that I had a major concern was at the pool, there was no lifeguard. You had all these kids going in there diving head first and doing all these wild things and then you had little kids that can't even swim holding onto the sides and I'm just like looking around and saying to myself wow they have all these people with staff with food and Beverages and they had one person at the slide but he can't see anything down in the pool and you have all of these other people with towels picking up trash yet you have not one lifeguard watching out and making sure it's safe so that is a huge setup for a massive lawsuit of somebody hurts themselves or drowns or even worse becomes paralyzed finally after 30 minutes of five teenagers diving head first into the pool which I was so scared every time and shame on the parents because they were drunk and didn't care then you know the nice security guard finally told him you guys cannot do that it's against the rules and too dangerous and but you know again without a lifeguard I look at this as a very very severe liability and you know all it takes is one minute and the kid can be in a bottle of pool and there's no one there to save them you know that's all otherwise it was a really great place so I would advise this company to hire a lifeguard

This is the kind of hotel where you can truly enjoy a weekend getaway. The variety of amenities allows you to make the most of your time without needing to venture elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the property room is clean and very spacious. Parking was very easy coming in and out just always have your room key using the pools and all the amenities was fairly easy using the Pickleball court was a bit odd since there’s a set timeframe, and you have to pay for it extra plus the guy operating the security box near there could basically do nothing but very good at communicating all the things I shouldn’t and cannot do or doesn’t want me to do. Otherwise properties, great restaurants are great and staff there was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend others.

Nice variety of food and amenity options We stayed in a villa so there were shuttles to take us to and from our villa to the main lobby and back Bellman services to help with your bags The villa (apartment) we stayed in spacious and loved. I loved the main bedroom that also had a tub. The kitchen was stocked with items like cups, plates, and utensils Loved that the balcony had a screen and a beautiful view of the Boca Pier and bridge The main pool was packed due to the holiday weekend and there's only one slide but it was still great. There's a second pool for those staying in the villas and while it's quiet and not that close to the restaurants and bars, it was so peaceful and nice to experience after the packed main pool The door of the apartment was hard to open and close. That's literally the only "issue". Otherwise, our entire stay was great.

The room was amazing! Spacious and clean. In my opinion the pool was too small for this size resort. It was packed every day and it was hard to find chairs anywhere near the pool. Atmosphere was great, DJ at the pool, and amenities were top notch. The Stadium Club was fun and their food was good too. Parking was scarce since it was a busy weekend. I’d definitely stay again!

Caribe Royale is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool layout was great and accommodated a large crowd. Not the biggest slide but adequate. Lots of lounge chairs with and without umbrellas. Towel service staff were friendly and helpful. The poolside eatery, Calypso, accommodates walk up orders if the waitstaff is busy. Paddle ball and pickleball courts available and catch-release fishing was a nice, quiet change of pace.

A very detailed person so I don’t expect everything to be perfect. They missed on a couple of things but overall, we enjoyed our stay: great location!

It is the third time I visit this place, we like it too much. But this time on the floor that we stayed the tower #2 (7th floor) especially at night too much noise, we could not sleep almost, also in the pool area there was no place available, we could not enjoy that area. to buy breakfast we had almost an hour and a half between the line and to receive the food.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE all in all check-in everything even down to the plumber getting my diamond earring after I dropped it done the drain…Couldn’t have asked for more

Our second time staying at this property and we had another great trip! My only complaint are the added extra fees that easily make your stay $100 extra. The resort fee and the parking fee are steep, and should really be included in the total nightly price.

Pay for parking and room fee was ridiculous, I paid $300 for the room, why adding $38 for hotel fee and $34 for parking when I did use valet, while I stayed in a villa.

when we checked in. pool was rented out kids were looking forward to swimming. parking was horrible. sat there were so many ppl in pool couldn't move tv broke refrigerator broke.

Very nice stay friendly staff and I love the pool. Unfortunately last day of our stay they closed half the pool and water slide all day for a private event. My kids could not use the slide and there was no room for all the people wanting to swim. For the price per night and not being able to use the pool not cool.

My fellow traveler and I had an uncomfortable interaction with the front desk staff. The hotel has a policy— which I only learned after this incident— that food delivery has to be met in the lobby, though sometimes the staff may at their own discretion hold the deliveries at the front desk. The first time we ordered food, the staff kindly held it at the desk. The second time, however, the Dasher left our food at a random, undisclosed location. We went to the front desk and asked whether the food had been dropped off there, and the supervisor said, “We *never* hold food back here.” When I attempted to explain that we had a delivery that was held the day before and that it was a non-issue, both he and another staff-woman said that I was yelling and making other guests uncomfortable, and was “escalating” the situation before I finished speaking. They basically kept repeating the same thing over and over again until we walked away. The tone-checking was inappropriate and dismissive, dare I say discriminatory. When I called the manager, they basically restated the policy, and said that sometimes staff will hold it, other times not; regarding the tone-checking, she said she was sorry I felt that way. This was a disappointing experience; the last time I stayed at Caribe Royale was when I was 5 years old, the first time I went to Disney World. A nostalgic experience became one of anguish as this upset me for the rest of the trip. Sadly, I will not be returning ever again.

I booked this property because of all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. It's in a great location if you are visiting Disney/Universal, etc. The pool is great, the staff there are so helpful and friendly and the vibes are very fun!! Also having multiple restaurant options right on property was really great. Would 100% return again!

This was one of the best resorts I have been to! Pool was amazing. All the food and drinks regardless of where you went were great. Shout out to the crew who helped with towels, they were my favorite people. A real starbucks was a bonus too.

This was our first time staying in the villas. While we enjoyed the experience overall, the pool was not clean and the building could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. We love Caribe Royale and will be back.

Huge sitting room with full size couch, desk and enormous TV, fridge, microwave, big counter. Bedroom was very roomy, bed was so comfortable. The blackout shade did not let one molecule of light into the room. Super quiet - did not hear anything from other rooms or the hallway. Best sleep I've had in months! I loved it and would definitely stay there again.

The picture of the pool is better than actaully was. There where too many kids in general pool area, hot tub was constantly full. More shade around pool area than expected. Overall, satisified with my stay.

We loved this hotel! You honestly wouldn't have to leave if you didn't want to. Great pool and 2 hot tubs. The perfect kid play area. The walking path around the property felt a little unsafe. We wished it was better marked. The staff was beyond friendly. Loved the access to Starbucks and a variety of meal options. We also enjoyed the fitness center. We would stay here again!

You cannot adjust the air conditioning in the room, so bring short sleeves and a sweater. Besides that all of the amenities were great. The room was modern and very comfortable.

The difference between an average hotel and an excellent one is the level of service provided in each. The rooms are generally very similar. While there may be differences in the amenities offered, the real reason one has a better or worse experience and the real reason one chooses to spend more on a stay is the service provided. The Caribe Royale is a beautiful property and in some instances, the service was great. However in others, especially the front desk, valet service and in one restaurant, the service was seriously lacking. I brought the issues to the attention of the front desk personnel, the valet and the server in the restaurant and received only blank stares in return. They can and must do much better.

It’s in a very isolated area. Staff is very friendly and the food was delicious. Experienced some plumbing issues, and they were responsive in moving me. They need to clean vents and renovate. I do not like the sink being outside of the bathroom at all!!!

My room was suppose to be clean The Who weekend I didn’t get clean the sheets were dirty! Had red stains on the sheets the trash never was taken out. I was charged n amount the day I came and I was charged different amounts days after check out. I want my money back. Now. I had a horrible experience. Ppl were looking into cars that didn’t even stay in the hotel my cars weren’t safe. Not happy

However, on our third day, we requested housekeeping service, and upon returning, we found the room had not been cleaned properly. The beddings were not changed, the floors were not vacuumed, and there were still visible hair strands and small pieces of tissue on the floor. Additionally, we discovered a water leakage issue in the living room area and near the bathroom entrance, specifically between the lavatory and the mirror. It appeared this issue had gone unnoticed, as the carpet had a stale odor and was heavily soaked. We only became aware of this on our third day while spending more time in the living room. We reported the issue to the staff to ensure it could be addressed for future guests. Although we were offered the option to move rooms, we chose to stay after the carpet was replaced. Unfortunately, it became wet again the following morning. On a positive note, Marischelle, an intern, was very helpful and attentive in assisting us with our requests. We also enjoyed the pool during our stay.

Amazing amazing! Would stay over and over again

This place is exactly what you think it is for all the right reasons.The Staff down to the valet where helpful to a tee. The rooms where spacious with enough room for the entire family and for everyone to have their own privacy with multiple bathrooms. My wife enjoyed the Amenities such as the private pool and the main pool. For the price point and quality it easily competes with any of the major Disney resorts in the area and I mean that as a frequent stayer.

We enjoyed our breakfast in our rooms in the morning. Room service was fast. Loved hanging out at the pool. Food and drinks were great. The staff was helpful and kind everywhere throughout the resort.

The resort charges extra for basic activities. $38 per night fee, and had a pool table that required money to play.

I had a great time but the only downfall is that our hotel room felt hot! We set it to 66°, which was the lowest it would go, and we were all still uncomfortable!

The receptionist was very helpful and prompt. We loved the pool area and restaurant options.

This property is very rundown. The rooms are basic. The staff is friendly, but not helpful. The views from my first room were looking down at the back of the restaurant by the pool and had 10 dead trees garbage dumpsters outside. It was filthy dirty. I asked to move to another room which was overlooking the parking lot and finally I had to go downstairs talk to the concierge and they gave me a room overlooking the pool, which was better but not what I would say luxury. Also, when I came to pick up my car from valet after staying there for a few days, they parked my car next to a sprinkler system, and the whole side of my black car was completely stained from the sprinkler water. When I mentioned it to the valet, he just threw the keys at me and said I just park them. So I left there spending $45 a night ballet in my car which never moved got it back filthy had to take it to a special card cleaner to get the stains off the side. And overall, it was a horrible experience. I would never go back there and never recommend somebody to stay there.

Amazing pool! Great location and family friendly! We had a wonderful time!

Overall very nice hotel, rooms were nice and clean. The reason for 3.5 stars instead of 5, is I felt like I was "bait and switched" on the room price. Our initial booking cost with tax was $226 for one night. We booked a couple weeks early, their policy gave us until the 7th to cancel. On the morning of the 8th (two days before our stay), I received a "welcome text" from the hotel, mainly to tell us that there will be a $38 daily resort fee and $35 nightly parking fee, so our $226 room quickly went up to over $300+ for one night. As is typical, these resorts are expensive. We had dinner for 3 at the Calypso bar and grill by the pool. Our daughter got a kids meal, my wife and I got 2 drinks each and she got salad and I got grilled chicken sandwich. With a reasonable tip it cost over $200 for a modest dinner at best. Felt taken advantage of. Again, the hotel was nice but brace yourself to pay a lot for every thing. Even little things cost a lot.

The pool was cold for me. Thats nothing compared to the property itself. My family and I loved this place. Definitely a place we be staying at when we come back to orlando. People we nice.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. We accidentally found it two years ago and we come here almost exclusively when we go to Orlando. There are so many things to do on the property. The Venetian is one of the best restaurants. Period. If you are coming with children, however, just a warning do bring pool toys. It will save your day! The staff is also phenomenal. Tipping extra is always a good idea although not expected in my experience, they work really really hard and the extra appreciation has never gone unnoticed.

The room was clean but outdated. The location itself was great, but you can’t walk anywhere it situated right on a highway. The restaurants were quite pricey and the hotel resort service Charge every single day as a bit much as well pools didn’t give out towels till 9 AM so lots of children waiting around from 730 till 9 o’clock could swim in the pool because they had no towels.

Spotless and endless amenities with great Staff

Asked no less than three times to get our room cleaned properly. Had to point out to housekeeping that used dental picks, trash on the floor and dirty towels are not acceptable when you check in. Parking is very difficult when the hotel has an event because they share the same lot. You pay over $30 a day for parking and you cannot find a spot…has to park along the curb hoping my rental would not get towed. Music around the pool is very loud! Little to no service around the pool for drinks or food. You cannot get your own towels for the pool you have to ask for them. Do not recommend.

Another thing that the hotel “resort fee” pays for is the in-room coffee. There was a Keurig available and a few coffee pods. However, the water in the room has a very intense sulfur smell which is unappealing even when showering and would not be pleasant to use to make coffee. If you want to use the bottled water provided in the room, you’ll be charged an extra fee of $7 per bottle. Drinkable water should be included in the “resort fee”. Another item the “resort fee” pays for is a shuttle service to Disney properties. The shuttles were always full and didn’t arrive at Disney on time for opening at 8am.

Great Stay as Always!

We love the Caribe Royale. It’s always a great stay. The only complaint we would have (and it’s minor) would be that the pool could be heated a little of a higher of a temp in winter and the market in the lobby is a bit under staffed with very long lines on busy weekends like this last weekend. But this resort for everything it offers for the price is very tough to beat!

It was a nice place. Staff was fantastic. It gets 4 stars for the leisure fee tacked on. That needs to be disclosed before booking. We avoided Disney because of the resort fees only to get hit with this fee.

If you’re looking for good service and staff with good attitude, this is definitely not the place. Big for nothing in a nutshell, if you want a great stay that’s worth your money try Marriott properties. This hotel is old, ugly but with some expensive makeup.

On the evening of our check-in, as we were pulling up, FD and EMS were pulling up as well. The front of the hotel was shut off for access by the hotel staff. A very blunt young man told us to "go park at the bottom of the hill and walk back in." It took us 10 minutes of driving to the very back of the resort to find parking, and then walking to the far side of the resort to check in. I get that emergencies happen, but they seemed completely unprepared for this event. A massive inconvenience and put a sour taste on the weekend.

My husband and I booked a one-night stay at this place, and I can honestly say we loved it. However, something that has bothered us is the extra charges, primarily the hold on the money that should be returned when you check out. I know it takes 3-10 days depending on your bank, but it's been 3 weeks since our arrival, and the money has never been returned to our account when we returned the room in the same condition as when we arrived. It's very disappointing because it was a lovely experience, but this incident has stole our trust and made us hesitant to make future reservations.

The hotel decided to cancel my prepaid stay for not being on time. I called and emailed to let them know i was on the later flight. They fixed it, i still paid for the extra day, the staff didn't care that they made things difficult. There are very few food options as the restaurants aren't all open at the same time. The stadium club was so loud it burst my wife's eardrum. The rooms are decent, the pool is moderate. Not really a resort and expect to pay extra for everything (wifi, parking, hotel use fee). We were there for an event, the conference center is nice, but has no food or drinks for purchase. Would not stay again, there were nicer places for less.

Stay was amazing. There waa so much to do and see. The decor was beautiful and inviting. My family had an amazing time. Water was a little cold but we couldn't resist. Parkiing was definitely on the higher end which made my stay a little pricey, I would definitely like a heads up before my visit so there are no surprises when checking out but overall, I would definitely visit again.

This property was a gem, will come again if visiting Orlando again. The pool was great and the rooms were very well maintained and clean. The lobby was so welcoming during Christmas and there were so many Christmas events for kids. The dining options were a bit on the expensive side but other than that a very pleasant and fun experience.

The amenities were a huge plus: great pools, lots of on-site dining options, and a resort atmosphere that felt both fun and relaxing. The location was ideal for Disney and Epic Universe (17 min drive). Staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made the experience even better. One negative: The hotel did not offer a free option for streaming from the TV (logging into your paid streaming services like Netflix). You had to pay $14.95 for “streamable” WiFi access to cast from your own device or pay for their on-demand. “Browsing only” WiFi was free. That dulled our in room experience a bit and felt very dated. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again on a future Orlando trip. Highly recommend for families looking for a resort experience!

Amazing have been going for 12 years to celebrate Christmas!

My family and I, stayed in a villa for 8 nights and 9 days. We had parking right in front of the villa. We had to extend our stay because our flight was canceled and the staff was very accommodating. We were about 10 mins away from Disney and about 15 mins away from Universal. The villa was very clean and the staff were great. Unfortunately, the walls are too thin and we were able to hear our neighbors. Thank you Caribe Royale staff.

The hotel itself was fantastic and we enjoyed our time there very much. Our only dissatisfaction is in regards to the parking situation. It’s very expensive for parking daily and the process for getting through the gate was a bit stressful. Our key cards never seemed to work and the scanner had a hard time scanning the codes on the parking receipts we had to deal with instead. We found ourselves struggling daily to leave the parking lot, which was quite aggravating. Other than that, it was a beautiful resort and we recommend it. We also very much recommend the stadium club restaurant! The staff was fantastic and the kids enjoyed the food just as much as we did. It was a very comfortable spot and we ate there every night during our stay. Thank you for an overall amazing experience!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service, this morning my car got ruined by the landscapers trimming trees. Dirt, branches and debris fell inside car spilling coffee cup that was inside all over front seats, dirt all inside from trees. The area that they were trimming the trees should have been closed off for parking during that time! When I told the front desk, they came back and replied that the manager stated it was my fault because the sun roof was left open! I paid almost 40$ a day for parking on top of the resort fee and my car gets ruined by the landscapers! The manager did not even come to speak to me personally or ask to see the damage to the car! Very unprofessional and very poor customer service! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Horrible horrible customer service very disappointed. The landscaper blew all sorts of leaves twigs and dirt into my car spilled my coffee all over my car and the manager didn’t even seem to care about it saying it was my fault. I left the sunroof open. Meanwhile, I’m paying an extra $40 to park there. I feel like going to contact a lawyer about this very very unprofessional and unfair.

The workers at the basketball court wouldn’t even let me and my son play when I paid the resort fee and it was included in the stay. Also, it shows on Expedia that free shuttle service is provided to Disney parks and back and also to Disney Springs. I tried to get shuttle service to Disney Springs and they told me no I wasn’t able to get a reservation. I had a Uber each time which ended up costing me over $200 in Ubers and I only stayed at this hotel because it stated on the website they provide free shuttle service.

First time here for a girls weekend. Everything was very clean and updated. The hotel was busy due to a convention I believe but not overwhelmingly and still relatively quiet and relaxing. The villas are spacious and in a quieter area of the hotel. We stayed 6 nights and found the service to be excellent, the food very good and the villas well equipped, clean and up to date. The screened balcony was very nice and overlooked the lagoon and fountain. There is a great little playground and shallow kids pool with water features. The market had wonderful treats and drinks. I dislike having to pay for parking in addition to resort fees.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The cleaning staff did a good job overall, but on our second day someone accidentally broke the handheld shower bracket while cleaning, left it like that, and it was never fixed. This didn’t ruin our stay, but it was uncomfortable and we would have appreciated if the issue had been addressed.

Loved this resort so much it was so close to all they Disney parks

We loved the various exciting dining options available at the resort and appreciated the Market being open late for a quick bite when we returned from a long day at the parks. We also enjoyed the full-service Starbucks in the mornings when we didn’t have time to sit at Calypso (which had fantastic breakfasts when we did have time). The resort was very clean and the grounds were beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but stuck our heads inside and it was awesome - a two story facility with pretty much anything you could need. We loved that because of the time of year we visited, there were always plenty of lounge chairs available at the pool throughout the day and it wasn’t crowded in the slightest. The pool has a gorgeous waterfall feature that really made us feel like we were on vacation. The shuttle to and from the Disney parks was very convenient and made for an stress-free start and finish to each day. We highly recommend Caribe Royale and will definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

Always my go to place to stay in Orlando.

This is my 9th stay with this resort this year . The hubby and I like to get away for a few days and this is our go to place because it is always so clean no matter what you inspect in the room behind things ect it’s very clean. The only issue I had this time is I had a 20% VIP. Good voucher that I have used in the last at the market and the man at the register told me I could not use it and proceeded to put it in his jacket packet wich I thought was odd. I have always used it at the pool restaurant or Market place and he was very embarrassing about it . I just asked for it back and paid for my items and left the store . Wich I never had a bad customer service issue until now to my surprise. Things like this can cause customers to not return. But I Be back you can’t let one bad apple ruin it for ever . Hopefully it does not go down hill. Keep it Classy please Caribe .

Hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly, a lot of food options!

Beautiful hotel and very clean! We had a short stay but will stay longer to explore and try the many restaurants offered.

Charges almost $200 for parking and “leisure hotel fees” whether you use amenities for not. Also adds on tax for parking and hotel tax per day.

Best hotel in Orlando always clean and well kept. I’ve been staying here for over 12 vacations. Best best best ! Book them you will not regret it!

Staff quick and friendly. Resort was amazing and rooms was clean and beautiful and spacious.

The stay was nice. Room was clean and larger than expected. Property was beautiful. The management failed to let me know that the final morning of my stay I was going to woken up by an hour of fire alarm sirens on Veterans Day which started at 9am. Also I was given a 20% card to use at the on site sports bar which I presented to the staff. They didn’t use it for the final bill and auto grated 18% on top. Also whatever room rate you pay is before the 36 dollar a day parking fee and a 38 dollar a day resort fee. Which is excessive imo. Overall it was a decent stay.

Clean

Friendly staff (Clyde and Rolando), but 2/2 villas need updating. Bath #2 very outdated, bedrm is dark with only 1 light on the nightstand and nowhere else in the room. Carpet throughout contributes to a musty smell. Some mildew on bath tiles. Also, restaurants are mediocre. Sports bar has slow service and mediocre food. No bfast buffet after waiting in 30 min line and THEN told no buffet that weekend. ATM did not work. Very slow food service at pool deck. Took two hrs before a server even came to our area.

I really enjoyed this property! I can’t wait to stay again and bring my children to enjoy it as well!

Front desk service was excellent! The 2 bedroom/2 bath with a sofa bed was perfect for 2 couples and a kid. This location was approximately 15-20 minutes from Hollywood Studios. Once we arrived at the room, the night turned for the worse. The guests next to us had a 3 hour party from 1-4am. We checked out at 4:30 due to an early flight. Loud music and loud sex. We had a kid with us so this was not appropriate. No one in our party slept except the kid. Our balcony door was left partially opened, someone’s deodorant was left on the bed, the shower was not cleaned, the sheets were super cheap and had the little beads all over making them extremely uncomfortable, the towels were dingy, and our bedroom smelled as if someone had just walked out when we walked in. It was FUNKY!!! We picked up the phones and discovered that we could hear conversations clearly in the other rooms as if they were on speaker, but they weren’t. Creepy to say the least. We were all ready to check out.

This property was very nice and had alot of perks right at the property. Love the shuttle services to the Disney properties and to Disney Springs very convenient. Appreciated the stadium atmosphere and the rum bar 10/10 Kayla from stadium was my waiter the best thus far and so was Brooke!

Had a great stay, room had weird smell but it was clean, room cleaners did their job. rooms needs better maintenance, worn down from usage. Not sure about all the fees. Parking understand, but other fees on top of that is unnecessary. Had alot of amenities, if your an alcohol drinker, has plenty of bars which I’m not into but not much of a family resort either. The most thing that I didn’t like was the little market wasn’t open in morning so somebody can’t grab something small for breakfast. Instead they force you to pay for full breakfast at their restaurant or stand inline at Starbucks. which all I want is say a banana and a yogurt for breakfast, which I couldn’t due to market being closed, I had to pay 65 dollars for 2 people to eat small breakfast. Staff was really nice. This Resort just not for us. Most likely won’t be back.
