We had a great one night stay with a clean room and a good breakfast the next morning...the front desk was great and helped me with a booking mistake I made a fixed the problem with no extra cost...good hotel for the money.

Clean room, good staff, good shuttle bus to airport, very comfortable. Overall good experience! The only issue is that the breakfast egg doesn’t taste like egg at all.

A little upset they are charging to park now $6 a night.

The inroom Jacuzzi tub was a hit.

I got charged almost 400.00 for a one nights. Booking.com charged me and the Comfort charged me another night. I was told I would be refunded by the night clerk and this was on Saturday and no one can help me. I am on vacation and they would not allow me to check in until 4pm and then charged me for another room and we checked in at 3:30am and checked out by 9am so 7 hours worth of stay was almost 400.00. Not something you need to happen when you are on vacation.

The Hotel was very close the airport. Carmen at the front desk was absolutely beautiful. Due to the flight challenges she made our 2 day stay very pleasant! From check in to booking the shuttle to answering our million questions. The Hotel industry needs more people like her! The whole staff at the Comfort Suites were exceptional!

No hot water and no action to resolve or address it. I had two cild showers and was unable to wash my hair before my daughter's graduation. I requested the front desk have someone with authority contact me for resolution and I never heard from anyone.

Clean room, staff was nice, they say you need a parking pass but in reality my boys were parking there every night and nothing happened. But other than that, it’s a good hotel to stay in

Nothing Out date rooms that smell old musty and dirty carpets . Having to pay cash for any drinks or snacks and having to use their ATM $4 charge so you get cash to buy snacks. Scamming fools. Rude staff at reception and weed smoking in rooms so place stinks Awful out date rooms not fit for a pig.

Convenient location from airport. Clean facility. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit with the kids.

N/A We stayed at this hotel April 1-5,2026,and there was a big as cochroach in the room.I went to tell the person at the desk and she didn't accommodate us no type of way,and she told me to bring her the dead roach that we seen and killed.And before we seen and killed the roach,I had just booked two more nights at this same hotel and I had already paid for it in full,and after seeing the roach I wanted to cancel but I couldn't cause I paid through booking. Com,and they said that they couldn't accommodate me.So I still had to come back after the cruise April 12-14 or lose my money.So we ended up coming back,and one again,wasnt happy again,housekeeping was very rude,I asked to get my bathroom cleaned and ask for fresh towels and they was very rude,also there was long strings of hair on the bathroom floor,and to top it off,another cochroach was seen in the bathroom,told the lady at the desk about it and she wanted to take a Pic of the dead roach.And far as there breakfast goes,in the morning that was horrible, kept serving the same pale as sausage every morning,and I asked the lady about it and she said that they do switch it up,but news flash they didn't. And to top it off,my husband and I was sitting in the lobby of the hotel and there was another big cochroach laying on his back trying to turn over but couldn't told the lady at the desk about it and once again she didn't respond.SO NO I WOULDNT REFER THIS HOTEL TO MY WORSE ENEMY...ITS VERY NASTY...HAD TO KEEP OUR SUITCASE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES...

Closeness to airport and cleanliness. I can understand why charge for parking based on the buildings nearby, but Parking fees with an additional frozen cost of $50?

Had issues with the card reader for the door tonthe room not wanting to read most of the time. Charging a fee for parking in the hotel lot wasn't really necessary, was it?

My only issue was the van driver was a bit wild, once braking so fast we all could have got whiplash

The shuttle wasn't easy at arrival but it was on departure. The room was clean but had a smell from the cleaning products. Staff rewiped with clean towels to refresh. Everything was good after that.

Airport shuttle: 1 hr wait when property is 15 mins from MCO. Hotel staff: More rude on the phone or in person would be Very hard to achieve. Top notch rudeness. Area: Not a lot do or eat. Room: Vanity sink was plugged. Not the bath tub which I’ve seen before but the sink! There were some positive items: Breakfast was generous in hot options and variety. Lobby was spacious and well kept. Overall I would not recommend or come back.

I called the hotel from the airport and was picked up within 20 minutes at the designated spot. The driver was polite, businesslike. The hotel was fairly clean, evening staff very friendly and helpful with food recommendations. The morning front desk person was minimally responsive and breakfast was average hotel food. It was set up on time so we were able to make and eat quickly.

The staff needs more training

I wish the shuttle didn’t just only go to the airport. Im used to shuttle service being able to take you to anything withjn a 3-5 mile radius.

We booked this hotel as it had a shuttle service back and forth to the airport. When I called from the airport to get picked up I was told the shuttle was in the garage, take a cab. They only eanted to give me $15 and the fair was $26 plus tip. Finally reimbursed me $26. Thank goodness it was running the next morning

We arrived at 11 pm at the airport, and we were directed to the pickup location. However, when we arrived at the location, the airport was powerwashing the location and had it closed off. I called the hotel to tell them this, and could not convince the desk person that the pickup location was not available. He did not believe me. The entire interaction was frustrating, particularly since he did not tell me I would be looking for a shuttle that had a different hotel's name on it.

Room was good and location was convenient from airport and airport shuttle was nice. However, to take the shuttle, we had to go to the airport much earlier than we wanted. The main concern with the room was that there was a lot of road noise all night (sounded like we were next to a race track). It is also important to note that there really are no restaurant options nearby, so if you don't have a car, you're stuck with vending machine food options.

Not a newer hotel, but the staff was always pleasant, the room was properly stocked, lots of places to charge devices, convenient location, inexpensive parking, walking distance to convenience store, short drive to 30+ restaurants, far enough from airport that jet sound not an issue. pretty good breakfast.

It’s near the airport and has transportation to the airport. Food is not great, understaff at night and we need to pay daily for parking. But if you’re going to port Canaveral they have shuttle, I’m not sure if it’s free.

The room was so spacious and cozy. Microwave was very helpful. I loved the bath tub. The shuttle bus to the airport was free and comfortable.

The place is in need of total renovation. It's a run down depressing facility. The elevator's button wouldn't work. You had to press the down button in order for the door to open to Go Up?? No one explained that to you that when you checked in. The ice machine was broken on the third floor so you had to use the one off the lobby. Again no one informed you of the situation. The facility just feels and looks like a place that should be in a third world counrty. Or maybe the management does know any better. The room was clean but felt like it needed to be steam cleaned to get out years of neglect.Spend some money on renovations.

Most of the outlets in two seperate rooms we stayed in were not working. The airport shuttle took over an hour and 3 calls. Breakfast was nice (hot food), rooms were clean, and water pressure/temp were great.

Nothing worked. Not the shuttle bus, not the outlets, not the usb ports, not the bathroom lights. The room was clean, but obviously not CLEANED in a while. Coffee was terrible and the breakfast wasn’t much better. The employees were not welcoming and made us feel we were imposing on their time.

The room was great, comfortable bed and pillows. I was dismayed by the airport shuttle, however. Our flight was to leave at 6am, meaning we had to be at the Orlando airport for 4am. The driver of the shuttle never arrived until 4:05 and by the tie we left the hotel it was 4:15. Two parties had to be dropped off at terminal B, both airlines were down near the end. He dropped us off nearer to the beginning of the terminal, so we had to move quickly to get to the airline check in. We almost missed our boarding by the time we got through security. The shuttle was why we used this hotel. Should have arranged a taxi and stayed in a cheaper hotel.

We were on the way to pick up someone else and the driver picked up the phone and spoke to someone who was probably asking about where he was. He responded to them by saying “same story, they always say they wait 2 hours when its been 10 min” How could he talk trash and say that in front of us customers? When we were checking in we spoke with the other family on the shuttle who also had to wait 50 minutes. There is only housekeeping service every 3 days to the room. Gross. The breakfast was sub par. Food wasn’t great. The hold on my card was $50. This should be lower since it’s just a hold. There could also be a shuttle to universal studios or Walt Disney world.

Staff was great at taking care of my concerns but the hotel needs upgrades. Lights kept flickering, roach found in room and breakfast items were lacking. It was nice to have shuttle service to and from the airport but next time I’ll splurge for nicer accommodations and Uber to the airport.

It was run down and dark, and smelled of mildew.

Clean room. Lackadaisical frint desk staff on check-out and was slow when informed my key wasn't working. Breakfast options were limted. The buscuits were dry, and the eggs and sausage were not hot. The biscuit gravy was hot. Overall the property was clean and it eas convenient for my purposes, but I was not "wowed "

The rooms just smelled I needed to be switched from the first room because it smelled like someone had lived in it. Had the odor of sweaty laundry like a locker room moved to another room and pretty similar smell. I’m not sure if the carpets were recently cleaned and it was wet, but it was a very stale odor.

The staff was very friendly. The room however was a different story. The closet door had two holes punched in it and we reported this to the front desk right after we moved in. The heater / air conditioner's door was busted, and the bottom of the heater / air conditioner was bent outward. The bathroom door squeaked loudly when opening and closing. We found popcorn, dirt and crumbs where the wall meets the floor all around the room. The plug for the bathtub was not attached, and we just pulled it out when showering. One of the light bulbs did not work, but we still had enough light. It got to the point where it was comical, and we started listing the problems with the room. I don't believe we will be looking for Comfort Suites anymore!

The shuttle from the airport was great. The rooms were big and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful. I couldn’t get the printer to work for me in the business area so she printed it for me behind the desk. It was extremely helpful as they were my boarding tickets for our cruise. 100% recommend.

The rooms at the comfort suites were absolutely amazing myself my dad my step mom and my niece and nephew. Shared a 2 queen and a pull out sofa room and were completely amazed with the room. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep and room for more I'm so glad we choose this hotel over the other choices we had.

The breakfast was not good at all, poor quality and not prepared well - it was inedible. There were not many food options either. The room was nice overall but the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were almost empty so it was hard to get anything out.

Excellent customer service. I left my debit card in my card reader and they tried to contact me and I panicked and I lost it and I come back and asked them and the cashier had put it out for me. Old but clean n safe

The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked through the door. The room was spotless and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location is within very reasonable driving distance from a grocery store, mall, convenience stores, restaurants and gas stations. The shuttle driver was so very friendly and accommodating. I’m a very picky person and I was completely satisfied.

I love Comfort Suites and this one didn’t disappoint. Because it is near the airport, the area around it isn’t the best so it’s not exactly a “vacationer’s” hotel but it was perfect for a short stay for us before we went on a cruise. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is excellent — so friendly and helpful. I needed to print bag tags for our cruise and Mariana at the front desk was so helpful. Also we missed their hourly airport shuttle and Ingrid was kind enough to call us an Uber. The only thing that would have been nice is that the hot breakfast items were the same two days in a row (and the egg patties were hard and rubbery)… most places that offer hot breakfasts have different hot items each day. Other than that, which was very minor, we had a great stay here.

There was a smell and was more run down then the pictures showed with a leftover sock from the previous guest.

Room was clean, although a little dated. Hotel was very quiet, we didn’t hear any hallway noise, noise from other rooms or noise from outside. Breakfast was decent, make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, and hash, along with pastries and cereal. The hotel also has a shuttle to/from the airport which is very convenient.

We loved that comfort suite was very convenient and close to the airport, resources in the neighborhood and they were kind and helpful when we needed resources. They also offered great options for breakfast that my family and I really enjoyed.

I jad a quick turn around flight. The property was convenient for the time and distance, however, it took some time for the shuttle to come. I ended up taking an Uber back to the airport.

Overall good. Breakfast was better than the other hotel we stayed at. We arrived at around 2:00 am the man at the front desk was rude and charged us $10 + tax for each of our 2 kids even though the price was the same for up to 5 people and we were just 2 adults and 2 kids, but the next morning the lady at the front desk made it right and gave us a refund. Other than that the hotel was comfortable and affordable with great breakfast!

Selected a hotel with a hot tub. During my stay the pool and hot tub were closed.

Breakfast was a zoo; No place to sit at all; Orange juice was sour, and waffle mix was empty. Phone in room did not work at all. Had to go to lobby when ask a question. Housekeeping just walked in our door a hour before checkout asking us when we were planning to leave. Lady at front desk told it's $10 for a late checkout when we asked. Nothing at all to do in the area, just a Waffle House 10 min walk. For a similar price there are much better quality hotels in the area that aren't overrun by cruise passengers. Not coming back.

Overall a nice motel. Clean, breakfast good and plentiful, pool and hot tub good. My only complaint was having to go to get keys about 5 times as they either did not work or worked once. Otherwise very good.

I booked last minute when my flight got canceled. Check-in was easy and my room was clean. It wasn’t a loud hotel. Breakfast in the morning was standard (yogurt, toast, fruit, coffee and muffins).

About the only nice thing was the king size bed and the breakfast menu. The key-card reader on our door didn't work 98% of the time even after swapping keys. The carpet smelled like urine, the curtains were stained, there was black mold on the A/C unit, the outlet plugs built into the bedframe didn't work, and the wood laminate on the bathroom vanity was peeling off. Front office staff were polite, but never offered my husband and I a different room. The breakfast area had stained curtains and chairs that were falling apart. One of the on-site employees was rude to us regarding our service dog. The manager argued with my husband over the phone when we voiced our concerns and in the end, she only offered a 50% refund for the cost of 1 night when we stayed for 4 nights! Never staying here again.

We found mold in the bagels for breakfast. They said they would give us a refund and after that the denied having offered us a refund. We work in the hospitality business and we would never complain about food mold if it wasn’t true! Don’t stay here.

Good location from MCO. Stay there after a late night flight and went on a family cruise the next day. Shuttle service was on time and our stay was quiet and comfortable.

Just a change of hotel on last night in town because it is close to airport and has a shuttle. Very convenient for early flights.

The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. Hard to wipe when the toilet tilts to the left.

The rooms were clean, everything was in order, beds made. I rented two rooms, staying with a niece and her husband, while visiting the parks. As part of the hotel amenities, continental breakfast is served, which was good., fruit, bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, etc. The hotel keeps also coffee ready during the day.

Room was clean, but smelled of weed. Breakfast was ok, but a better layout would ideal so everyone could actually get what they needed. Front desk could use a talk on customer service. At check in, the gentleman was ok, but not friendly. At check out, I asked for a shuttle to the airport, and was met with an attitude when she had to check, and said the next one wouldn’t be available for another hour and a half. Would help if you let guests know there is an actual schedule of your shuttles, so we could make other arrangements if needed. I ended up having to get an uber.

Loved being able to have 1 room for all 5 of us! Airport shuttle allowed me to take car rental back that night, return to hotel, and then take shuttle back in early morning to catch our flight.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest that we have stayed in the area. The staff was great. The room was beautiful, even though they trued to put me in something that I didnt book in the beginning, they fixed it right away!! The room TV should have a streaming opftion because the cable is much to be desired.The breakfast could use more variety but over all my stay was very pleasnt. Would definitely recommend!!!

Trapped in an elevator for 30 minutes Staff did not call firefighters even though a Choice inspector was there and told them they needed to Once off no one checked on us, called to make any inquiry That night I called to set up a transport for next day and was blamed for the elevator failure By night staff Never did a manager talk to us or try to check on us Shuttle service very delayed All in all terrible I think a refund or some offer would be in order

Property was easy to get too and three miles to airport. Staff was friendly. Rooms need an upgrade. They were clean but had a musty smell.

Shuttle took 30+ min to arrive both ways. Not a problem when communicated transparently, but difficult when you're told it's 5 minutes away.

We found bugs in the bed and a blood stained mattress. It was too late to find another hotel but we asked to move rooms and they did allow us to change one of the reserved rooms. Just a terrible all around stay and will never stay there again!!

Room was decent, shuttle to airport runs on the hour. Front desk is a hot mess. Did not receive deposit refund, no damage or smoking in the 2 rooms we stayed in. Breakfast was good.

It was within walking distance of a couple of places to eat. We took and Uber to a restaurant close by. Clean, convenient location. Close to airport.

Hotel was clean but needed updated. Breakfast was just okay. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Overall our quick stay was great. Staff while checking in was very friendly and accommodating. We left very early in the morning and when coming down in the elevator, it got stuck. The door would open a small amount and then shut. We shouted for help with none given by other guests or staff member at the counter. We finally got the door to open and when we told the staff member checking us out, he seemed unbothered.

Shuttle was very slow. No restaurants nearby. Pullout bed had stains & old candy in it. Yuck.

The location near the airport is great, as we just needed a place to sleep before heading out to our destination. What I didn't like was our check in. I asked the front desk person if they offered any 'hotel' water, and he said they only sold bottled water. When I asked him if they had any water fountain type of thing, he proceeded to go on and on about how you can't drink any of the water in Florida since it's filled with toxic metals. I told him I've been to Florida many times and this wasn't true. But he continued to go on and on about how I needed to buy his bottled water if I was thirsty. The next morning for breakfast, we found the water fountain in which the water tasted fine. companies need to learn that by trying to nickel and dime their customers, they will eventually lose their customers.

Great for a quick stay. Staff were friendly and room was clean! All areas I explored in the hotel were clean. Beds are not very comfy, unless you like firm beds. Air was cool, pillows soft and water warm. Staff were helpful. Would stay here again if I needed a quick place to sleep. A lot of food and gas options nearby and a very quick trip to the airport. Don’t expect a super fancy place, but you can expect a clean hotel and friendly staff!

Breakfast is good. Noisy as there is a freeway near by. Due the freeway access it was easy to travel.

the shuttle took over a half hour to arrive, found out the following morning that the shuttles only circulate every hour. i would’ve appreciated being told that when i called for the shuttle so i wasn’t in waiting by the tram stop for 40 minutes as a solo female traveler at night
