Late flight on Disney trip. Used the hotel free shuttle and was kept well informed by the front desk. Did not use the amenities but would have liked a free continental breakfast before heading out.

Good hotel near the airport

I thought the room was excellent - the subdued lighting was particularly appreciated. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. The huge quilt, no blanket, and a sheet are always awful. A person is always freezing or broiling. Bring blankets back. The bathroom was lovely, but no towel racks?? Did not appreciate having to pay for parking. THe neighborhood and accessibility were dicey. Probably will pick another location next time, but location was great for a 5 a.m. flight! See above!

The only thing that I didn’t like is every time you walked through the front door of the property it had a distinct smell, and it wasn’t pleasant. However, the rooms were clean, but no microwave in the rooms.

The staff was nice except for one lady who was terribly rude when I had called for a shuttle.

Convenient Hotel for a reasonable price

A good convenient stay close to the airport. Clean and comfortable room. I had been hoping to use the free shuttle to the hotel from the airport but unfortunately the only way to organise that is to call the hotel on your arrival at the airport and request a pick up. Shame it can't be arranged in advance.

While not the closest place, the hotel is very convenient to the Orlando airport and priced much better. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room did not feel cramped and had updated furnishings. A bit disappointed that the hotel charges for overnight parking for those not using the park and stay. The cost was nominal but other nearby hotels do not charge parking that I'm aware of.

The location is good for where I was travelling to each day. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I usually travel with family, but I recently travelled alone and was nervous I would feel unsafe, but I felt safe and secure the whole stay at the hotel. I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past year, and I have noticed that, the hallway from the elevators to the rooms are much warmer than the hotel lobby and the hotel rooms. Just an observation, not sure why there is such a contrast in the AC coolness from the elevators to the rooms on each level. Also, the entrance off the highway was not the best planning by any stretch of the imagination. Having to merge off one highway, and into on coming traffic that is also coming off a highway ramp, makes for a stressful entrance to your Hotel. This is an accident hazard and one that I hate having to do every time I go to the hotel.

They failed to honor the $10 voucher coupon. For being a platinum member. They had no idea or were completely unaware of it which I’m not understanding why other than that the hotel was pretty great stay.

Don’t believe the Hotels.com offers. Breakfast is not free and the $10 credit requires a $40 purchase. Staff was pretty annoyed and rude that those had been misrepresented…like it was somehow the guests fault. Room was clean. Shuttle was efficient except early morning shuttles are on a 45 min gap so I got to the airport super early.

Great hotel. Close to.airport, airport transfers, F&B closed early, no where else to get food, except pots of ramen noodles. Staff good.

I'm going to preface this with I am a hotel snob!! I was absolutely surprised and delighted with this hotel. So much so, we stayed here for 4 nights then a week later for another 5 nights. Bring your oversized vehicles as there is PLENTY of parking. Great food and bar on site. The staff really makes this place shine. The entire staff always had smiles and are always ready to assist in whatever was needed. Outstanding value.

We always stay here when we fly from Orlando since we live in Melbourne. The hotel is very nice and very close to the airport about 5 min drive. Rooms are very comfortable and one of our favorite restaurants Casa Vieja if you like puertorican food is near by.

There was some private party going on in all of the common areas, so it was noisy and busy. I think this should have been info given to guests before booking cause I wouldn't have stayed off i knew.

We stayed here for a business trip for 3 nights. We were very happy with everything. The bar seemed to be a hit. We don't drink but it was always busy. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. There is tons of parking. The location is very convenient. We will be back again.

It was just for a one-night stay. Provided a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport, which is pretty convenient. The room is spacious and overall clean.

Everything was perfect except the kitchen is to close to the main lobby and seating area also kitchen door was always open making the food smell all around the main lobby and entrance. Its just a remake but I will stay again ..

No breakfast, no coffee in room. They charge for parking even though the lot was nearly empty. Woman at front desk was not very friendly. Shuttle to pick us up from airport took over an hour. There were others waiting, and we called multiple times inquiring about the shuttle, each time being told it was on its way.

They “upgraded” us to an accessible suite at our expense without asking us…we didn’t want either the suite nor the accessibility. Would have rather a regular room with a regular shower or tub/shower. They did agree to remove the cost increase.

The airport shuttle can only be booked at check in. We checked in at 9pm and there were only 2 spots on the shuttle and we had 4 people. The earliest shuttle was 4am and our flight was 630 so we could not use the next shuttle at 4:45.

The room was older and hair and moldy areas in the bathroom but the staff made it worth the wild. The manager and staff were exceptional. I was constantly checked on as I worked downstairs in the lobby. Offer coffee and water on the house to comfort me!!!! I will return if only to see the friendly staff

I was told I'd be able to fit on the 4am shuttle, sitting up front with the driver. I came down in the morning and was told there was no room, although I didn't see 14 board the shuttle. I received no apologies or anything. I had to hire an Uber!!! They only friendly staff member was the bar tender. Will never stay here again!

It was clean and quiet. I did a load of laundry. The front desk had quarters and detergent. When I booked I was told I got $10 off of breakfast. You only get $10 off if you spend $40. They charged $6 to park, even though the parking lot was practically empty. They have a charging station for EVs.

I would stay again, my only disappointment was that we did arrive very early and our room was ready...but we had to pay an early checkin fee. I would understand paying a fee if they had to rush and clean the room for us but that was not the case.

The information about the price per person for breakfast and for "credit offer", on the Expedia website, were incorrect and were not honor by the hotel. The first assigned room did not match the description and photos on the Expedia website. The room was changed to a better category room.

The room was very clean and I was impressed. Every staff I encountered was great and helpful. I didn’t have to use the WiFi during my stay. However, I requested to leave for the airport at 4am. I was in the lobby 3 minutes to 4am but the shuttle had already left. I believe the information I received was misunderstood or misleading. I booked this hotel specifically for the availability of the shuttle because of my earlier flight from Orlando. I ended up taking Uber to the airport.

This was one of the CLEANEST hotels we have ever stayed. Dining was great! They have great options for breakfast lunch and dinner but we only ate breakfast. They have a bar but we didn’t partake.The airport shuttle was quick to and fro! However the first driver expected tips when he didn’t even help us load and unload our luggage but helped others! The second driver was great and we tipped him! Front desk staff were good but they rushed through check in so I had to bother them with questions throughout our stay. There was only one washer and dryer so we didn’t get to do our laundry bc it was in use each time we checked.

The room was clean and updated. Great clean and updated shower, which is a huge plus to me: the shuttle was on time and efficient. The "restaurant" left a bit to be desired but it did the trick for a quick sit down bite to eat.

Lack of basic amenity of a in-room coffee maker. Power turned off when lights out in the room so no charging of electronics. Very clean and bright, but clearly cost cutting in a competitive market outside the airport. Not even continental breakfast. A cup of coffee outside of the morning hours was $3 in a Starbucks machine. The high point was the clerk at the front desk in the AM who was very helpful with the laundry and gave 2 waters for the road

Nice shower. Things seemed to be very clean. The little shampoos and conditioners are in box-shaped bottles and don’t squeeze and dispense well.

The parking fee is inconvenient, especially since there is plenty of parking. It felt like a money grab. The staff mentioned a few times to remove personal items from the vehicle, apparently break ins are frequent since there are signs everywhere in the parking lot.

The hotel was very clean and friendly, and they accommodated all our needs. Also, the food and drinks were beyond expectation.

The room was clean, it seemed unusually warm, even with the heater turned off. We blocked the door open with the deadbolt when we were in the room.

Front staff at check in was rude and then charged our visa without giving us a reason. Afterwards stating she told us it was a deposit. Neither my husband or myself heard this. She insisted so we just let it go. No cups in rooms even for a glass of water. No in room coffee maker. Only benefit was airport proximity. And the shower after a cold day outside was dissapointing only lukewarm.

My only complaint is about the shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel. He was very rude. I told him I was going to the Wyndham Airport Orlando. He said "Which one?" When I hesitated, he said, "Come on! You should know where you're going!" I've never had a shuttle driver like him and don't know if he is employed by the hotel. So, just speaking about the hotel itself, it was great. It's about 45 minutes from the cruise terminal and very close to the airport. Would stay again, but take an Uber instead.

Thanks to her acceptance and kindness my daughter stayed safe and I’m so thankful. 5 min before rurnubgvun her key her flight got delayed again now for 24 hours… u had to add another day I’m so thankful she accepted my reservation. Did not feel that the hotel was clean. Public bathroom was dirty, hand sanitizer was not an actual sanitizer it was more water, toilet in room was not clean and shower head in room was leaking out the back of the head so much there was very little pressure. Main area furniture was stained and worn out. Just not what I expected given the rating on Expedia. Driver that took us to the airport was given a tip from our party but not the other 2 parties and he demanded more tip from us because they did not tip him. Very unprofessional. Will not stay again.

Requested extra blanket and pillows, was only offered an extra sheet. The elaborate menu was offering only a hamburger or chicken sandwich. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of service. No one answered the phone or returned any messages from us. There are no restaurants or anything around this place. You are stranded and on your own. Didn’t even have any over the counter medications to purchase.

i think the front desk guy tried to make it up to us by giving us free early c/i and free late c/o. nice. was expecting to get a $10 food credit, but when we got there, the fine print was we had to spend more than $40 to apply the credit. and a ull breakfast started at $15. location was fine for us. we were within a mile of several fast-food shops. overall, i just wasn't very impressed for the price. not what i expected to get from a Wyndham Garden hotel.

Room was clean, check in was very friendly, shuttle came quickly. $10 food coupon was not used because it was for orders $40+. So it’s a 25% discount not a $10 voucher on food. But free coffee was available.

The room looks nice but there is a regulator on the shower that prevents using hot water. Sink water= hot. Shower water= luke warm. WiFi is free. But doesn’t work and the front desk person says that they won’t look into fixing it. Offers a shuttle but only holds 8 people and books up immediately. Over promises and delivers nothing

The room was clean and comfortable. We choose the hotel for the shuttle service to the airport. We registered for the shuttle upon check in for 6:15. We came down at 6:05 and waited for the shuttle and 5 minutes later we found out that the shuttle had left already without us and 3 others who had shown. The person on the desk refused to help us and told us we were not registered. We had to Uber to the airport as do the 3 others.

When we entered our room, saw several bugs in the shower. We left immediately and went to desk to request different room. We were given another room, no other issues with our stay

Check in was quick and room was clean. However there was some shady charges that was charged over night that I had to have taken off my account. I paid my stay ahead of time so there should be ZERO charges.

Had very hard time getting the shuttle, keep calling and put on hold. On the phone for 45 minute. Finally got them to send the shuttle and waited another 30 minutes and was frustrated and paid a cab to take us to the hotel. Very frustrating.

the bed was horrible . Toilet didn't flush, nade so much noise after glush. Sink was not working . We complained and the maintenance guy came but he said that's how allrooms were. All the toilets are the same. He can't do anything. For the bed the said all rooms have same beds . Horrible horrible stay . Our backs are hurting . Unfriendly staff. Their shuttles service took for ever, the menu might be a decent size but they did not have most of what was on it, the one server they had called in one of the days we were there, the shuttle driver covered. I guess that explains why he would run late. The staff were polite, the hotel was clean and quiet.

The room was absolutely beautiful. A+ for cleanliness. We had no complaints at all. Even the shuttle driver was very warm and friendly. Had breakfast, dinner and drinks from the bar and all was fantastic. Especially the filet mignon cooked medium well. Early and late check-in/out was an added plus for a fee.

The only area for improvement was during check-out: one staff member was on the phone the entire time and did not address us verbally, which came across as discourteous. Aside from that minor issue, the hotel is excellent.

Staff was very nice and friendly, easy check-in/out, lovely pool, and overall great experience. The only negative thing I would say is that the restaurant menu was limited (9 items total), but covered the basics (burger, chicken fingers, fries, a salad, etc).

Check in experience was horrible though I am not sure who's at fault. The hotel or the 3rd party company. The 3rd party had to escalate to the hotel to get our rightful room of two beds cause I have 2 young kids 3 and 6 and 2 adults. The one they gave me initially was one bed focusing us to sleep on the floor. This was late at night after a flight with the kids already sick and just looking for some rest. Took until midnight to resolve and the reason given was they are out of rooms. I paid in full and have the two bed room confirmation from months ago. I don't understand this at all. The property and the room was really good though just the check in experience was horrid. Would not use Expedia or Wyndham again

The rooms were great and clean but no coffee makers or free coffee available. The front desk was confused and woke us up from sleep at 10:30 saying they had given one of us the wrong room and proceed to wake my 81 year old mother up from sleep by banging on her door. They later called to say they had given us one wrong room and we should have had a different room. When I told them we were not moving to the exact same class and style of room 6 doors down and to simply reassign the other guest to the other room they did so! Hard to believe they did not know which room they had assigned. This certainly made us more tired for our early morning flight.

Never been in a hotel where cups were not provided in the room but there was an ice bucket..when asked if that was an oversight was told no..if I wanted I could come down and get a coffee cup. Due to airline delays I was not able to check in until 130am and there was no shuttle and told to find my own way over. On the bright side it really did seem to be clean and well taken care of

This is a new hotel and everything was clean. The room was clean. The only issue was the sink in the bathroom the stopper did not come up to drain the water. Other than that, my stay was excellent. I did a last minute checkin thru Hotels.com and got a great rate as well.

Front desk and bar service was excellent. Frustrating no glasses in room and had to go up a floor with brace and cane to get ice.

Shuttle was more than an hour wait, even though the hotel is only 8 minutes away... Night staff was not very accommodating, and the charge for late check-out should have been waived. Day shift manager was more accommodating and willing to assist.

. Went back to the dest and re confirmed my late checkout, then my key was deactivated. After getting the late checkout confirmed and key reactivated, the fire alarm was tested and went off for 15 mins. I was told I would not be charged for the late checkout because of the fire alarm after completing. Will be reaching out if I am charged for the late checkout.

Decent facilities, half decent shuttle…you have to call and let them know you are at the airport then the agent gives you (adequate) directions as to where to be picked up . Place is clean enough kinda loud on the first floor but my main problem was I GOT CHARGED 3 TIMES on my credit card for the same stay so when i walked out the door i was charged 600$ for 1 night which was ridiculous i tried to talk to the front desk and they were unapologetic and unconcerned….. no one said sorry once… all i needed was an apology and some reassurance the charge would be reversed….I received neither…. Just a printed receipt and an attitude… even though they where in the wrong they made me feel like the inconvenience for asking why i got charged thriche, so i would not recommend. I had to dispute the charge 🙄

Clean rooms, there’s no microwave or coffee maker inside the rooms, so you will have to prep your food out in the lobby. It is a paid breakfast, for not much variety of food. You are better off eating out.

The location was perfect, only 7 minutes away from MCO airport. The rooms were VERY clean and the hotel area overall quite a safe.

This property was very clean and modern. Great snack options after a long day at the parks. The shower in my room however did not produce hot water. We politely asked for another room but was informed the property was sold out. That wasn’t the impression when two gentlemen were seeking a room for the night and the front desk personnel told them there were rooms available. Maintenance and the general manager were ‘contacted’ by personal but I did not receive and answer for the remainder of my stay.

First Wyndham I've been to that charges extra for breakfast. I booked through expedia, but when I returned from my trip, I found the hotel charged an addition $50, beyond the original price.

The first involved the handling me checking in. I arrived at the hotel a little bit early, and I wanted to check in but I was told that check in was not til the specific time noted. Ok, fine. After I located my members number she checked us in 30 minutes later. When we finally got into our room we smelt a funny smell. Next, we started experiencing nausea and slight headaches. We went back to the front desk and asked about the funny smell and we were told by the new staff that they may have sprayed for insects and no one should have been checked into that room for at least 24 hours later. We were moved to another room. Problem solved! Secondly, the was an issue with our shuttle bus reservation and the same girl Lizeth showed no compassion to an error that she made with the reservation. She was very nonchalant and shrugged her shoulders and motion like you can schedule a different time. Good thing I checked the night before to make sure it was complete which Lizeth didn't do. Anyway, customer service goes a long way, and it is the key to repeat business. Thank you and a wonderful day!

Upon check in front desk associate gave no information as far as where room was, shuttle, check out, etc. I was double charged $50 holding. The noise from kids running through the hallways past 10PM made it hard to sleep. Left my car for extended parking & called upon return for shuttle back & was waiting over an hour for the shuttle so decided to finally call again & after being on hold for 10 minutes someone finally picks up & then puts me on hold again after claiming they sent the driver. They advised driver will arrive in 10 minutes. Would not stay here again.

I would give this place higher marks, but unfortunately, the first room they checked me into had a terrible smell of mold. I had to have them move me to another room. The next room had issues with the electricity, the TV and all of the outlets on one wall were not working. Also, this place has some characters staying at the hotel. Make sure to keep your doors locked. What do you expect for the price. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean and they have free shuttle to the airport. Overall, it’s a good place but I was inconvenienced a few times so I can’t give it five stars.

I booked 3 nights for a work week in Orlando. I had to leave after one. Had to kill 2 German roaches while showering and 3 more getting ready in bathroom. Saw 2 more in room and last one crawling across door as I was leaving. Told front desk I could not stay due to roach infestation. Showed pictures and asked for a refund. They gave me an email address to contact but said refunds couldn’t be given. Didn’t really seem to care and offered no apologies for the roaches everywhere. I just left and ate the cost of the 2 nights I didn’t stay and had to pay for another hotel.

Excellent hotel. Booked same day so we could be close to the airport. Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. 100% will stay again. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport which is nice. There is a small area with snacks, drinks, and sandwiches for purchase.

I had a great stay very great location affordable for it to be so nice and clean !! I enjoyed myself in my short stay .

However, the moment I stepped outside to get him, she immediately charged my card on file as if I was going to run away. That felt unnecessary and frankly insulting, especially considering they already had my payment details. She also suggested we walk to nearby restaurants, but there’s no sidewalk—only the interstate—which is unsafe and not something I’d expect to be recommended to guests. The room itself was fine, though the hallways had a strange smell. I checked in at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 19th, and unfortunately I don’t remember her name. Later that day, when we returned, she tried to be friendlier, which only made it more obvious she realized her earlier behavior was inappropriate. Experiences like this leave a very negative impression and honestly make me think twice about staying here again.

Checked in after 11pm and was welcomed with the most unprofessional customer service I’ve encountered. Even though I “checked in” online very early, my room type was given away due to late check-in. When I inquired about the $10 food credit for Hotels.com VIP, I was told 'nope!' You don’t get it. Only get it if you buy $40 worth of food at the bar, and they can deduct $10. When I tried to explain what my confirmation said, the person checking me in continued to yell at me—what a horrible experience. The staff member working in the morning was lovely, though. I would recommend any other hotel than this one if you need to be close to MCO airport.

The room and bed were comfortable. It’s nice that we were able to check in early for a $25 fee. But, we did have to change rooms due to a leaky shower head running water down the mirror, walls and flooding the vanity! Would not stay here again due to the extremely unfriendly front desk staff and manager. Due to the unfriendly and, ‘I don’t care’ attitudes towards customers that received and witnessed with others. For those reasons I would never rebook with this property have canceled a stay for this hotel that I had booked in October.

We decided to stay at this hotel because they offer free shuttle service to the airport. We spoke to the manager upon check-in to reserve our shuttle transportation the next morning. when we showed up at 4:30 AM, as instructed, we were told shuttle was full and we were not on the list.
