The staff was super sweet every time we interacted, the air conditioning was perfect, and everything was clean upon arriving.

There was a musty smell in our room, the bathroom was clean but still needed to be deep cleaned as there was lots of build up in the shower. Bedding was clean, AC worked. Hard to get an Uber in the evening hours and not much around to walk to besides a Popeyes. The pool was in pretty poor shape but we were there just to catch an early flight. For the price it’s about what we expected. Most likely wouldn’t book there again.

Pillowcase had brown dirt on it It was Stanley Cup playoffs and nobody made an effort to get us some kind of TV Property was dirty and rundown total rip off

Was in Orlando on business. I booked 4 king rooms for myself and 3 of my employees. Everything was good. My only suggestion would be to offer a better breakfast. Would stay again.

Very nice and gave a safe and clean place for my cousin to stay while she waited for her parents to get to Florida.

Staff didn't honor booking from Expedia and had the wrong information. We ended up shortened our stay and went to another hotel. Front Staff spoke to us outside even we had a booking and didnt let us in. Booking didnt mentioned a $75 deposit fee. Manager was helpful when she came to work the following day, but cleanliness, food options and overall settings were not enough to have us keep the booking for the rest of our stay.

Our room smelled like a motel. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub was dirty, behind the toilet was filthy.

There was literally no pressure in the water for the shower. Everything was old, rusted, smelt like moldy. The pull out couch bed was a paper thin mattress. The floor would have been a better option to sleep on.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. The hotel room though was about 20 years behind other hotels I've stayed in. Pretty sure that model of the came out when I was in high school in 2007. I just have to praise the gentleman at the from he was very accommodating with our extra person we had by upgrading us to a sweet with a pull out couch. Now the couch was a little gross, rusted on the inside and uncomfortable but my friend survived lol

Breakfast was horrible and the place smelled like a wet dog. The price reflected the overall hotel. The only positive is that the location was central to all the parks.

Was charged a full day stay for a late check out that was approved by front desk for free. Better communication is needed and a refund.

The hotel was very rundown and old, but the staff was excellent so if you’re just looking for a quick overnight stay it’s worth it if you’re looking for something fancy I’d go somewhere else

Very misleading in pictures (Building was actually grey and black on the outside and inside), pictures were nothing like the actual hotel! Toliet was clogged and they told us that they did not have maintenance! I had to skim the pool myself for it was gross on top! The first room we were given wasnt cleaned - like the beds werent made. We were then upgraded to a suit, the befs were comfy and the room was clean but the building is old. It was fine for one night. The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful.

This is a very old hotel and conditions are not the best. The staff was friendly, but not much interaction with them. The free breakfast had no hot meals other than making your owned waffles. I have stayed at better hotels for the same daily rate.

I recently stayed at Sleep Suites Orlando, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing. Check-in Experience: - The check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. - The staff were notably pleasant and helpful, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Room Quality: - Unfortunately, the positives quickly diminished. For the price, the room did not meet expectations. - A significant issue was the unpleasant odor in the room, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Bathroom Condition: - The shower was particularly off-putting; it was not clean and gave me the heebie-jeebies. This was a major downside, as hygiene is a top priority for any traveler. Breakfast Offering: - The hotel does provide breakfast, but it was disappointing. The frozen breakfast sandwiches required microwaving, and even after heating, they came out hard as a rock, making for an unappetizing start to the day. Overall Impression: - Given the room's condition, the unpleasant experiences, and the lackluster breakfast, I cannot recommend Sleep Suites Orlando. I believe there's better value to be found elsewhere. Save your money and explore other options in the area… hotel needs a facelift.

This hotel is not great. The bathroom, especially the shower was weird and gross. I didn’t feel comfortable showering in it. The shower head dripped all night. There were things broken (lightswitch) and cracked (picture frame). The carpet is awful (old and stained) and there was a red stain on the comforter. Everything about this hotel needs a refresh. The positives- I slept great, the bed was comfortable. It is also close to the airport. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

Location is number 1,very short distance from the Orlando Airport, price was good so your expectation has to match de pricing, I would say staff was top, it was clean but the room condition could be better, like silicone around the shower or the toilet. So overall a 4/5 is really fair.

we got in mind of late from a full day of flying and not enough time to eat. There's a waffle house next door. Our other party came in the next day. We had reserved an air bnb and couldn't get ahold of owner for early check in. This place was gracious enough that we hung out in their lobby for about 4 hours. There were a few fast food restaurants within walkable distance that we were able to get lunch. This place had great hospitality

Our room was dark, with no ceiling lights. Three light switches in the room controlled nothing. I figured they took the light fixtures out so you don't see the true state of the room. We wore slippers at all times so that we did not have to walk on the carpet. The absolute worst for me was when we discovered on our last night stay that the door lock on the room was not working. You can literally use the handle to open the door without putting in the keycard. We were petrified to discover this. I tried calling down to guest service to report the matter but no one was answering the phone. It was late and we were tired. In order to sleep we pushed the coffee table and sofa against the door to prevent anyone from coming in as we slept. It was the worst feeling ever. Even as we left the room in morning for check out, we tried the door handle again after closing the door. And again were horrified to see once again that the door opened without using the keycard. I did report the situation as we left and the guest agent was apologetic about the situation. I do not often leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to warn others.

The room has a very heavy scent, the couch was heavily stained and dirty looking, the bathroom walls had noticeable water damage around the tub, and there was black mold all over the caulking around the tub. Overall, the room definitely wasn't worth $200 for a night.

My room was given away. Even after I called & let them know my flight was going to be delayed. I was supposed to have a king bed & was given two queen beds. Was told the manger would reach out & never heard a thing. The room was not clean. Bathroom was not clean at all Would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is quite dated. The carpet is old and room smelled musty. The mini-fridge was broken. The door lock was finicky, but a housekeeper showed us the “Trick” how to open it. The bed was comfortable and the price was pretty low compared to the resort hotels. Breakfast was included, but very disappointing. There was a Waffle House across the parking lot and a Dennys a block away… we chose that.

For $500 for the weekend, it was the cheapest we found in the area, however still expensive considering. Altogether though, great stag for my family. Gentlemen that was working when I checked in was very courteous. Hotel seems to need some updates but cant complain for the price. Only complaint I would say is evidently the maintenance staff started I would assume drywall work and banging and construction started 8:30 am. My flight didnt leave till 3 so, being able to sleep in would have been nice.

The area above the shower was falling apart from patching up mold, poorly. The bathroom generally smelled like mold. There were big stains in the carpet.

The water in the shower was dripping went I checked into the room and even though I reported it, the shower was still dripping after maintenance looked at it. The breakfast was lacking. No fruit, no juice, no hot food, no bagels nor bread only the ability to make oatmeal with whole milk and the ability to make a waffle. There was 3 sausage sandwiches wrapped in a stand. I believe that there was yogurt. This was a very sad representation of a breakfast. The sink in the room was clogged until I brought that to the attention of the front desk. The hotel is old and dated. The parking lot was very small. There was no room to turn around. I will not be staying there any more.

There needs to be a toaster and some breads. Waffle iron needs better care. Could be a whole lot better.

The entire property smelt of cigarette smoke. The key fob machine at the front desk wasnt working so reception had to walk me to my room to open the door and if i wanted to leave the room i needed contact her to come back and lock it. Dont give this hotel a dollar of your money!

Staff was great! Room was VERY run down but clean. I'm not upset over that because we got there early and it was the only room they had so we were thankful we could check in early. The weird part was there were what I assume were construction workers staying at the hotel just drinking outside the door for hours. To the point I wondered if they actually had a room or were homeless because like I said they were outside with blankets and lawn chairs drinking for at least 5 hours. I stopped going out that door because I was very uncomfortable.

While the room was clean on the surface, things such as the table lamp were greasy and rusty (i cleaned it myself with Lysol wipes as we had a 3 year old in the room and they touch everything), the shower was patched with white plastic and the shower was beige so the patch really stood out. The faucet was also stained with calcium deposits and the shower brackets were also in need of a good cleaning. The last item is the shower room floor that needed to have the grout cleaned.

Cleaning and condition of the room was fair at best, but you get what you pay for. The bed was clean, at least, and the staff was friendly.

the room did not have proper lighting. the access cards were faulty. many clients came to reception with same access card issue. Parking was very limited and though they have an extra parking space with gravel still it was way less compared to the number of rooms. Overall the stay was not comfortable. Breakfast was also not great compared to other stays which I have done.

The breakfast was one waffle maker with a burnt waffle stuck to it, two types of cereal without any bowls or utensils, warm water,one type of frozen breakfast sandwiches, and some yogurt. There was a Waffle House sharing the hotel parking lot so that may have something to do with it. The property was clean, but outdated. There were tiny shampoo and conditioners. The bedsheets were clean yet soiled.

been coming here for years and for the first time I could honestly say this is the worst experience that im even leaving this review on here. First of all when I came to the room it smelled like a dirty mop was used because the room stink, there was hair in the sink there were half used shampoo, lotion maybe from the person before me in the room. The breakfast lady ALWAYS ON THE PHONE even when trying to fix the only waffle machine that barely works because all the waffles gets stuck in the machine and there's barely anything to eat for breakfast not even muffins and the breakfast sandwiches people needed to keep asking for them and the garbage full to the top. The floor is uneven and a trip hazard, the lobby bathroom is not working properly they all broken,and the room toilet doesn't flush properly. The parking lot is full after 9pm because they rent parking spots for the airport, trash all around the landscape same garbage for a week outdoors seatting section is in the back with the raccoons and the trash by the dumpst. Other than That it was Great LOL

We got a room that the TV didnt work. I went up to address it... the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. Had no remedy and we were left with no TV. The shower door is a swinging door with no hinge so it gets water everywhere. We noticed roaches thru out the night. Going to have to leave my luggage outside for a while to make sure I didnt bring any home. I requested a discount bc of the TV not working and the clerk said he would have the manager call me in the morning but of course noone has called as of yet. Dont stay here if you value clean working rooms.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff, clean, convenient location (7 eleven, taco bell, waffle house) to name a few all in the immediate area. It's located about 5 minutes from the airport. Breakfast is continental style and a tea/coffee station is accessible for most of the day. For the cost it is great. Would highly recommend and will be going wherever I visit Orlando.

The front desk clerk was very nice....the hotel was clean, considering it was very old....they definitely need to remove all carpet bc its gross! The parking is horrendous and sketchy, esp at night . The breakfast was not a hot breakfast nor a breakfast bar...it was muffins or cereal.....the bathroom is very small....its a good stay if just one person or for one night....however its not conducive for me if i have to share this space with another full size adult! Room service NEVER cleaned the room (night stay), however i left the premises for about 1.5hr only to return to human feces in my bathroom that was NOT left by me or my child...and yet room still wasn't clean...but. one of my items were missing so i didnt report. Nice proximity to things and places....overall i would give it a 6/10

The concierge who checked us in was great, and helped us find a room that was bearable to stay in. We chose this hotel because it was a quick stay and close to the airport. However, the lobby had a very bad smell and the five rooms we were shown smelled like they had been doused in chemicals—which made us wonder what they were covering up. Somehow, the floors in the rooms were damp as was the bedding. Not worth the inexpensive price.

Nice big room, definitely needs some updating. My floor “popped” in the shower and freaked me out that I was going to crack. Has some wear and tear and smelled a little musty but it was cold and the beds were clean and comfortable. Very basic cable! Not a lot to watch on the TV. Breakfast was eh…needed more choices. It was fine for a night and I’d stay again for that long.

The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a great selection of hot and cold items and excellent coffee. The location couldn’t have been better — close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The pool and gym were clean and well-maintained, and the concierge gave fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Overall, this hotel provided one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. I can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be returning on my next visit!

Parking is limited Po was dirty, even had a fish net in it and not sure why or how a fish net got there. They cleaned it after we mentioned something to Expedia. Laundry room dirty, one dryer was broken, and the other was maxed with quarters so couldn’t use it the photos of the lobby are misleading.

Beds were so dirty, bed bugs bit us whole night. I did not enjoy my stay here at all.

The hotel is old but quite clean. The front desk staff were really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order and I wasn’t informed of this when making my booking. Also, the cleaning staff were talking very loudly in the corridor despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which made it difficult to rest.

My comforter had tears in it and the actual room smelled like it had been smoked in but aside from that it was an ok stay.

The hotel lobby looks nothing like what is on the online photo. The rooms were cleaned by housekeeping but not well. Sheets were dirty so I got a different room. The shower head was covered in corrosion, and the bathtub had a constant leak with mildew. The bed was comfortable and the front desk associates were very friendly. The lobby smelled wonderful but the rooms smelled stale. You can tell it’s an older hotel, but needs improvement: stained furniture, stained lamp shades, and half the room is very dark. I will not be staying there again.

Room was big, clean and very nice. Considering the cost, it really is very good. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and right across the street from the Red Coach bus line. There is a city bus right near the hotel that goes to the airport. Staff was very nice and helpful. Downside: Laundry room still requires change and crossing the street from bus station to hotel can be difficult. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Please, please, don’t go here. I don’t ever leaves review because I’m in business as well, but this i have to say something. I paid $100 for the night and the experience was not good. The lobby smell nice and clean, the hotel itself is worn down, mildew with a musky smell. The room carpet was so damp and smell horrible that it soaked into the bedsheets. I check in from the airport at 12 am hoping to have a good night sleep but have to check out at 4am because the smell was horrible that it give me a headache. I couldn’t even close my eye. As business owner I understand feedback matters so I informed the desk receptionist, I didn’t want the discount or anything, just at least an I’m sorry you didn’t have good experience and we will adjust the matter so this won’t happen again. No! nothing, it was like you take it or leave it, we don’t care.

So I'll begin with the front desk clerk. She was very friendly and tried helping me as much as she possibly could. When I drove around the building closer to my room, the door seemed broken and just opened without my room key. This seemed alarming because I saw what looked like a homeless man walking around in the parking lot and I didn't feel safe. I rolled my luggage up to my room and once I opened the door there was a strong pungent odor in the room. As i continued inside it became evident that the smell may be due to old rugs. I immediately placed my luggage inside the tub to prevent my belongings from smelling like the room and began looking for another place to stay. I checked out an hour and half later only because i had a meeting scheduled 10 minutes after I checked in. They told me at checkout out that I had to be charged for the night because of how long I was there before I decided to checkout. I was disappointed and expected a prorated charge but all I was offered was to stay the night but I declined. Once I got to my new hotel in the Wyndham group, i showered and separated those clothes, as they still smelled like the room. I would not recommend staying here on vacation or to relax and have a great time 😒.

I just read a google review where someone said “the room felt wet and smelled musty” and that is exactly what we experienced. We wanted something fairly priced with good reviews because we knew we were arriving very late and did not want to take the 1.5 drive to our location at that time. However, I almost wish we just did because this hotel was gross. I didn’t want to touch anything and the smelled made me feel nauseas. I was gonna shower in the morning but one look at the bathroom and I opted out. I didn’t sleep well because the linens smelled funky / not clean. The room looked nothing like the pretty photos I saw. The furniture was chewed up and looked wilted like there was moisture in the air. The breakfast in the morning was sad so we went next door to the Waffle House. Couldn’t have gotten out of there any quicker.

Worth sub-$90 so long as you are not in there for anything but sleeping. First room smelled like mold, staff was very helpful and personable and moved us to another room. From what we saw there, the entire place is run down, sparse, outdated, and felt unclean and sketchy—carpets especially were unsettling and our fridge didn’t work. Air conditioning in room worked ridiculously well though!

During my two-week stay, the pool was out of service the entire time. At first, they claimed it was due to the weather, but it was obvious the pool was broken and simply not being repaired. While the staff were friendly and polite, the facilities themselves were quite poor. The gym is very small and barely usable, and the breakfast seemed to have the absolute minimum investment possible. Overall, the property feels outdated and neglected. I’m sure you could easily find a much more modern and comfortable hotel for the same price in Orlando. Finally, I tried to cancel or change my reservation on the first day because of all these issues, but they refused, saying I would have to pay a high penalty fee. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

The good: beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. Check-in was easy. The bad: hotel is in a run down area. Traffic was noisy and sirens went past quite a few times. Breakfast was terrible; just half-frozen egg sandwiches and 1 waffle station. Wall were thin, we were on the second floor and I could hear the microwave from the breakfast area beep every time someone used it. The pool was out of service (as-in, completely drained, no water. The clerk said it might be a few weeks before it’s back in use.) Carpet and couch were old and stained.

- The room had a terrible musty odor. - Room did not have a functioning lock on door. The lock had mechanical or electrical problems, we struggled to lock/unlock and open/close door. We did not feel safe in our room all night, we were worried that someone could easily break in. (We were very concerned about these red flags, but didn’t report these issues because we had just finished working a long event, it was 11 PM, and we were exhausted. We didn’t have the energy to deal with the hassle of switching rooms.) In addition to the security concerns, several of the amenities were disappointing/unusable: -The pool was closed and filled with murky green water, it was filthy and looked completely neglected. -The hot tub was filled in with concrete. -The "breakfast" consisted of a few old muffins and not much else... we chose to eat elsewhere Overall experience was extremely disappointing, and we did not feel safe or comfortable!

This place is terrible. They had to move us 4 times and it would’ve been a fifth but by then we were very tired. The first room had the bathtub clogged, their phone room wasn’t working. They moved us to a second room which lock wouldn’t work, so we needed to go back to reception. Third room lights were not working at all. The last room we were moved to, had a terrible humidity smell. Any of the rooms had decent lighting and carpet felt kind of sticky. Also their swimming pool is out of service and that’s not said at their website. After all the inconveniences nobody even bothered to apologize or follow up and check if we needed anything. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had in a hotel staying.

Quick 1 night stay before leaving out of Port Canaveral the next morning. Check in around 11 pm was easy, friendly staff, but room had strong smell of bleach/cleaner when entering. There was a piece of worn carpet where bathroom connects and exposed tacking that I stepped on. Not bad, but with the low rate and short time there, I may consider staying again.

Front desk is unknowledgeable what she was doing even thought we got confirm reservation. She was to slowl to check in us. My kids was bored waiting and there pool is not available and gym was too small. Overall we are not happy with our stay. I supposed to cancel my reservation when I was at the property but I already pay it.

Place was fine. Nice staff. Rooms were sort of cave like and ready for a remodel. Waffle House next door.

If you get the PLEASURE to meet Samantha you are extremely lucky! She MADE the stay! She had me checked in within 3 minutes no hassle and her beautiful energy made it all that with the cherry on top! If any managers read this get that girl a raise! She’s amazing! Thank you Samantha!

Very comfortable bed amenities are ok and no swimming pool needs some up grades but you get what you pay for

Not a brand new hotel but our stay was amazing. The bed is super comfortable. Big room. Breakfast could be better but still good. Quiet hotel. Close to MCO Airport. About 25 minutes driving from Universal and Disney. Would stay again.

The breakfast buffet was so good and the staff in the pizza restaurant were so friendly. My son loved the pool!

The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast had plenty of options and delicious. I liked that it offered a snack corner.
