Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the convenient location and friendly staff, but expressing dissatisfaction with outdated rooms, hidden fees, and parking issues. Some guests also reported cleanliness concerns and problems with amenities.
- Convenient location
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Outdated and dirty rooms
- Hidden fees and expensive parking
- 2/5
The room was nothing like the pictures, the room was not clean for the amount of money I had to spend to stay here. Sand in the bed on the first night not from us, the shower/tub had chipped paint in it, the toilet looked stained, A lot of hidden fees, parking was $114 for 4 days, deposit was $225 that I have not received back yet, and I was charged $180 after checkout and the hotel is not answering the phone so I can ask what this charge is. Kids were rough housing at the pool and hit a few people in the face with a real football, why are you playing football at the pool??
- 4/5
It was cute, clean, the staff was helpful.. there are 2 pools, 2 restaurants, putt putt.. it was unexpectedly great.

The parking was terrible and the bathroom smelled like a port o potty. We ate breakfast on the property and the dishes looked like it was ran through water and thats it. My cup still had coffee stains on the mouth part of the cup. Other then that the ppl were nice.

Great and welcoming place
- 4/5
Honestly, it’s a really good place. It looks a bit ugly from the outside, but the rooms were actually quite good they exceeded my expectations. There was a bit of water leakage from the bathroom, but overall, it’s much better than it looks from the outside.
- 1/5
Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at will never come back again. They no longer have a free shuttle to SeaWorld. They charge you $40 a day for parking. It cost me $137 on top of my room cost for all their fees and charges, and they offered nothing in return, not even an elevator to go to the second floor to your room. The staff kicked everyone out of the pool at 10 o’clock last night the main pool on a Friday night total BS rude and I will never stay there again.
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent!! The staff was accommodating. I do wish their parking was better, but overall 9-10.
- 2/5
Dirty smelling carpet, no hair ,blow dryer, leaking toilet, microwave in clothing closet, expensive parking fee....Too many fees!! Will write more bad reviews daily...This does not worth $170 per day!!!

The AC was NOT great even after they worked on it. Property has some age and it shows. Front desk clerk couldn’t process my card and I called my bank and they saw that she was typing it in incorrectly.
- 1/5
My experience was completely terrible in this place . I will never come back .
- 3/5
Stayed here while at a conference and I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, and thank goodness I didn't. The rooms (we stayed in villa 2 on the second floor) were very dark (I joked all week that I was living in a basement apartment). The bathroom was tiny. I am 5'4" and I had to pee with the door open because there wasn't enough room to move around with the door closed. And, this was the worst part, my shower smelt like a swamp every time I used it. We ate at the pool restaurant and not only was my food cold when it arrived but the lettuce was wilted and the coleslaw brown. The entire property needed a little care, missing interlock bricks made for tripping hazards and the pool area played royalty free music so the vibe was that of an elevator. Would not stay there again.
- 5/5
This day was great. The room is clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Only issue we had was finding parking due to the event at the resort
- 4.5/5
Property was nice. Restaurant was good. The pay to park for $40 is silly. Parking should be included Pay to park
- 2.5/5
Quiet Room service didn’t come to my room to give us fresh towels and rags daily. Also ran out of tissue. We had to call twice to get towels to bath.
- 5/5
Great property I’ve stayed 3 times so far.

The hotel was in a great location, clean and amenities were great. The hotel itself is dated- rugs and exterior of building look tired. Lobby was beautiful. Long wait times to check in.
- 5/5
Parking should be free.

Thank you :) so nice and attentive

You usually dont see night staff members at night. Both they are hands on get the job done an very friendly. So on 6/6/2026 around 12am..I put 3.50 in the soda Machine which wasn't working. Came across a staff member. Walked him to soda machine explaining what happened he could still see the 3.50 on the screen.we tried toget to work. Not working he told a picture. Went to the main building an came back knoc on my room door an provided me with my drink..From checking that afternoon to late night staff is very friendly

In Orlando. (We have tried other hotels and none have what this has!) The pizza is amazing. Breakfast (albeit pricey) is convenient and the food is good! (I wish there was either a senior rate or a one trip rate for those of us who like the protein and fruit but won’t eat ten plates of food!) Angel who checked us in was phenomenal and took care of us as we checked in celebrating our engagement. We even bought our next package for a great rate.
- 4/5
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue i could say i had was the hot water in the shower wasnt working.
- 5/5
This is the best, safest, and most affordable hotel I've stayed at in Orlando in a long time.
- 5/5
So much fun
- 4/5
They floors were all sticky and smelled like wet rug.
- 2/5
Pool & staff was friendly Parking was such a nightmare & also the vending machine ate my money and wouldn’t refund me the money
- 2/5
The staff were nice, but the buildings are in rough shape and there were dirty underwear in our room when we checked in.
- 5/5
I will definitely stay here again! Staff was super friendly and helpful and our room was clean everyday.
- 2/5
The parking situation is a nightmare. First, they charge you $28/night to park your car and then there isn’t enough parking spots to accommodate all the guests. Each time we arrived at the hotel, we had to troll thru the lot to find an available spot. IF we were lucky, it was usually a mile away from our room. IF we weren’t, then you had to park in an off property lot and get shuttled in. The shuttle however doesn’t have a regular schedule, so twice we waited in pouring down rain for almost 20 minutes. Would NEVER stay here again!
- 4/5
Breakfast was great. We enjoyed staying here
- 2/5
Location. Staff was friendly. Room smelled like mold. No remote in room upon check in. Called front desk twice & had to wait 3 hours to have a remote brought to the room. Next morning huge flying roach in bathroom. Killed it & sent photos was only offered to have room cleaned & sprayed for bugs. Last day left DND on door; went to get coffee- came back & room was open propped with metal lock. Luckily nothing was missing but still frustrated that room was entered & left open while we were out. Not the experience I was anticipating at my first stay at a Hilton.
- 3/5
Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Loved having the ice machine nearby. Bathroom in desperate need of up dating: cracked toilet, chipped bathtub caulk. Found a critter crawling on a towel on the floor, something sticky on the carpet by the mirror that someone's shoe kept getting stuck on, microwave under the night stand instead of on the fridge (awkward place), duvet cover was dingy; looked gray and not white. Due to the event, parking was horrid. The fan with the a/c had to keep being turned on...it kept shutting off and was not on auto. The conference room for panels was HOT. Def need to work on the heating/cooling element.

Initially, I was very disappointed with the $40 parking fee in the weather and with no valet. Then, in the night, I killed multiple roaches in my room. If I woke up my wife, she would tell me that she wanted to leave the hotel immediately, so I let her know only in the morning. Unacceptable!!! Room # 1817. Expedia also did a terrible job. They showed me the Double Tree Hilton in a big building and pool on their website. Then, only after I arrived, I realized it was in a very different building, with only two floors and a tiny pool. Expedia and Hilton were very deceiving and with roaches to make things worse.
- 4/5
Staff could have been friendlier. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
I loved my weekend in Orlando! My sister and I visited for Rolling Loud festival and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! From arrival the staff was extremely helpful and accommodated our stay with a few extra perks. Our room was perfect! Very clean, stocked with bath linens and supplies, and the mini kitchenette area with a sink, fridge, and microwave was the cherry on top! The amenities were amazing as well! The mini arcade, ice cream shop, and lobby bar were great time killers. We also enjoyed the pool and spent an entire day swimming and enjoying the pool side food and drinks. Lastly, I cannot forget the breakfast!!! Every morning we ate amazing food both buffet and off the menu. I really really enjoyed my stay here, the location was perfect! I would definitely book here again!

The two issues I had was that they only took credit cards for payment for everything including all restaurants/food establishments and store. We chose the hotel because there was an event we were attending there, so it obvious that we would stay there. Having airport transportation would make been great, instead of having to use an uber.

Our room was next to the main pool and the music was so incredibly loud till around 9:30pm. Our room also was insanely cold. I know. Crazy to not like this. It would run constantly. We turned it up to 75 and it wouldn’t shut off. Finally put the heat on and the fire alarm went off. This just sucked because my baby was cold so we had to put her in the bed us. We sleep in 66 at home so that’s the level of cold this was. Figured out that if you push Heat and then off it would turn off for almost an hour so that would save us

Clean room, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast wasn’t included but you got $10/day to spend included in the resort fee you have to pay. The pizza at Alberto’s was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with my early arrival.

I liked the pools food was really good friendly staff. They keep the property clean
- 5/5
It was great. My kids had a blast, and it's literally walking distance from seaworld and the water park.
- 5/5
Breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room could have been cleaner, which is why I’m giving 4 stars overall, but aside from that I had a good experience.
- 2/5
The stay was alright besides the fact that we had to keep the curtains closed. On several occasions, a worker would look in the window and kind of stare for 5+ seconds at a time which made us a bit uncomfortable as we’d be laying down and such. Seemed inappropriate.
- 1/5
Our room had water flooded. They gave us another room which was very dark and not very good. They charged us $150, $75 each night for resort fees which we never used, no more double tree Hilton.
- 1/5
The villa room itself was very dark, had a strong moldy smell, and did not feel properly cleaned. We were also a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), but the hotel only provided 3 towels for both Saturday and Sunday, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and far below our expectations. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience.

They lied about the room availability and sold be a more expensive room when I got there. I had to pay extra and on top of that they tax you for each night and thus the total goes up tremendously by the end of it. They will later play a blame game between expedia and themselves. I would recommend avoiding it would be in your best interest.

Room was big and clean. Parking was not included so you have to pay $38 for parking plus the resort fee. The "family pool" was nothing special and the hot tub was broken. The "adult" pool did have a bar but we didn't stay because it smelled like someone was getting high. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also when you check in they have free chocolate chip cookies including allergy friendly ones for nuts or gluten free.

If you stay in one of the more expensive suites in the main building, I assume your experience will be better. But the surrounding lodge-themed buildings are absolutely NOT a 4-star experience. More like 2 or 2.5 stars. Our bathroom door didn't close because the top hinge was broken. The bathroom itself was so tiny you didn't have any walking room in there. You step in and you're already in front of both the toilet and the entrance to the shower. You have to maneuver your body to close the door in front of you (if your door isn't falling off the hinges). Bed and bedding were both standard and in line with other 2/2.5-star hotels, not any better. The space was not very clean, with dirty grout and tiles, and dusty corners. We could hear the kids laughing in the room next to us, so no privacy. They overbooked so we were downgraded to a room with two queens instead of the king room we paid for, and the "discount" for that was waiving the parking fee. The front desk person was a bit rude ("If you want to stay here, we have a room with two queen beds."). There was not enough parking for everyone at the hotel. People were idling, waiting for other cars to leave so they could take the spot. Positives: large TV, modern sink, small wet bar.

- 1/5
The AC didn’t work at night making it super difficult sleep. Also, the day of the check in they started mentioning fees and I ended up paying a lot more aside from what I had already paid online that’s without mentioning the fact that during the booking, they show you the tall building and you think you are doing the booking there but when you get there, it’s actually a villa which was totally disappointing. The room was not in the best condition making the stay uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and tidy. Very limited parking available
- 1/5
The room was not properly cleaned, there was even a roach and the AC didn’t work at night. It got extremely hot making it difficult to sleep. On top of everything when we completed the booking online it said and showed us the tall building but when we got there to do the check in it was completed different they were charging extra for that and we also had to pay an additional 150 dollars which the remaining of the booking was only 54 dollars and some change. The overall service was horrible, it felt like a scam even charging for the pool service and parking.

We had a great time. Wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was nice. Restaurants good and close to everything.

The breakfast was good , the room was clean , the staff were delightful. The only complaint is how tiny the bathroom is. My brother is you can’t even open the shower door and the bathroom door at the same time . Not that you should need to but still. To close the bathroom door you have to basically be up against the shower and the toilet to have room to close the door. Space is really compacted in there. My brother kept hitting the sides of the shower trying to take a shower and he is about 5’10. Besides the bathroom, the property and its amenities were very great.

I experienced an unexpected allergic reaction after staying here. I’m not sure if it was the bedding or cleaning products, but it was concerning, and I would advise caution.
- 2/5
The website is very misleading. It shows the building only and not the “motel” like rooms. They gave me a room that was far away from the main lobby giving it a sense of insecurity. The room was decent but not what I expected from a Hilton property. They charge a $40.00 daily parking fee which after looking around I couldn’t find anywhere in the website being mentioned. It only reads “self parking available”. Very costly.A very minor detail but I wasn't even offered the typical cookie (I know, something petty), but attention to detail is what Ive always like about these kinds of properties. I would not be staying there in a future and wont be recommending.
- 2/5
Need a remodeling. Rooms really really old. Curtains are from at least 30 years ago with holes on them. Really darkroom. Not even 1 star room. Very dissatisfied. The other Doubble tree in Orlando are excellent in all ways. I was expecting this one to be the same, but it was not.

Had an awful experience. Paid for parking, there was no parking. Had to park and walk with two children and our luggage to get to the hotel and then to the room. Bathroom door did not close, my child tried to close it and slammed their finger, the front desk area was super deceiving as it was nice, the rooms and other buildings were not well kept. The money spent was not worth it. Only thing nice was the pool area.
- 5/5
The stay was great. The only thing I had an issue with is that you already pay so much to stay on the property but they still charge you to pay $30+ to park on the property and there is no other parking available
- 5/5
The Staff was Super Friendly, The Breakfast was really nice. The room was nice as well
- 3/5
If I would of known about the $38 a day parking fee I probably wouldn’t of went here

Water smells really bad
- 2/5
Booked a tower room because I didn’t want to stay in the ‘motel style rooms’ and was still disappointed with my stay. The property was ok but my room was smelly. It did smell wet and mildewy. The carpet in front of the bathroom was soaked the entirety of my stay. Idk. It just didn’t give doubletree. Roy at the front desk was not very friendly upon my check in either. The pool and the free cookies that they kept conveniently running out of was honestly the best part.
- 4/5
I was a bit hesitant when we booked here as the rate was lower than most other hotels in the area. We took a chance and it turned out to be a wonderful stay. We stayed in one of the villa rooms which has outside entrance. Room is a bit dated, small bathroom, comfy beds, has microwave, and small wet bar area. What we really enjoyed were the amenities offered. We were able to take a quick stroll to get Starbuck’s coffee in their marketplace cafe along with very reasonably priced breakfast sandwiches. They had an onsite restaurant that looked like it had good food. Pools looked very inviting and lobby area was a nice place to sit and relax. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be back. Oh yeah, cookies at check in were delicious! Don’t forget to get one!
- 3/5
The bathtub is peeling, there was inconvenient construction, and a fire alarm early in g he morning. I have stayed there a lot and this was the most disappointing. It is time for some upgrades! I stayed in the Tower and it is starting to look like other old part of the resort.

One positive was the food — I ordered dinner from one of the hotel restaurants one evening, and it was actually very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the room itself was not well maintained. I found a roach in the bathroom, which was very concerning. The bathroom overall appeared worn down, the vinyl flooring in the room was in poor condition, and the sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, one day the fire alarm went off, and when guests exited their rooms, the staff appeared confused and did little to reassure or direct anyone, which made the situation feel even more unsettling. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Room was clean n comfortable. If you have time i highly recommend visiting the pool. It was such a fun atmosphere with music n drinks. We also visited the family pool which was also a very nice experiment. For the price you can not go wrong. Its located in a very nice area close to many restaurants and near Sea World. We will definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
I was VERY dissatisfied because we were out in the villas, and the room was dirty. They squashed a roach on the wall and left it in the bathroom. My husband brings a black light with him and the walls in the bathroom were filthy, not to mention the toilet. The room door was dirty, the air did not work well at night. I set it at 70 and at night it gets hot in the room so I turn it to 68 and it blasts for a minute then stops for the rest of the night and we are hot so we lower it more. It just was not a place I would stay at ever again! If I’m staying at a more expensive brand, I expect better conditions.

Sink was clogged couldn’t use, had to brush my teeth using the shower. Staff did absolutely nothing and offered nothing. Breakfast is not free like they promote, they charge $38 for parking but I had to park 5 buildings away from my room due to lack of spaces at night. Not worth the money.

Another major issue was the hotel shuttle service. The website advertised shuttles to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney parks, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. However, when we arrived, the shuttle desk informed us they only provide transportation to Universal. This was extremely misleading and caused additional transportation expenses during our trip. We also had problems at the breakfast buffet. The first day we were incorrectly charged for a child breakfast, and the second day we were charged for adult breakfasts instead. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, between the cleanliness concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service, this stay did not meet expectations.

I gave this hotel 5 Stars. The rooms are a little dated but clean and they smell amazing. The property is beautiful. The pool bar has wonderful frozen drinks. The pool was cold but refreshing. We had dinner outside in the restaurant and the food was really good. Felt very safe at the hotel. They had security walking around and talking with guests made you feel extremely safe. Would recommend this hotel.

Check in was difficult Paying for the incidentals Was an issue Initially said paymnt was declined pulled up my bank to show it Had gone thru - still said it hadn't Called bank to verify Ended up putting them on speaker to 38.00 per Day SELF PARKING - WHY Phone in room did not work could not contact customer service Room smelled Musky Esp the closet

Lots to do and had clean lovely rooms and booked a king for our stay originally and they sold out and still accommodated us well in a double queen bedroom instead with free parking and breakfast vouchers to make up for our original booking. Parking was hard to come by when they have major events in town.

Hotel is in need of renovation carpet nasty Furniture warped from water stains bathroom needs updated. Smelled musty hot tub out of order and it's a LONG WALK to your room we got drenched because it was raining no inside access to rooms. Hit up by timeshare salesman the minute we checked in. But the cookies were good !!!!
- 5/5
Sure nice and clean would come again
- 5/5
Front desk was very friendly & helpful with an early check-in. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable & even though the hotel was busy, I didn’t hear noise from other guests.
- 3/5
A very bad smell was coming from the sink. The rooms were cabins, not regular hotel rooms. The promotion shows a hotel, not a cabin. I don't recommend it.
- 3/5
Room was clean but nothing special about it. Staff was OK but just a heads up there’s a daily $38 parking fee they don’t tell you about.
- 5/5
It was very clean I liked everything
- 2/5
Went in to check out at 4:20 as it says check-in isn’t till four. I have both my kids and Wife tired from the trip ready to go to their rooms and they said that room isn’t gonna be ready for quite some time and that they couldn’t give me an exact time and offered me a lesser room than the junior suite that I paid for didn’t offer me any money back or a discount the room was a standard room. The bathroom was gross would not spend my money there again.

Upon check in our PHENOMENAL service from Matt was AWESOME, as he went above & beyond - and it really just set the tone for our entire stay!!! The ENTIRE property is spotless clean & very nice, ground, lobby, rooms (we stayed on the 16th floor of the tower), restaurant, pool, etc!! The $9 breakfast add on for the on site Laguna restaurant (which I rarely do things like that) did NOT disappoint!!! Breakfast was VERY DELICIOUS & quality every morning! Hot, good, unique offerings, an omelet bar where they're made fresh to your specs right in front of you, along with everything else you could possibly want!! Our wait staff every morning at Laguna were FANTASTIC, attentive, & very nice!! Which besides the fact it was buffet style, made getting to the theme parks seamless & quick! We returned earlier than planned one evening & had dinner at Laguna at 10pm and our waitress Victoria was AWESOME, ATTENTIVE, & VERY SWEET, as was the gentleman who brought the food hot from the kitchen - which far surpassed our expectations of hotel restaurant food! The braised chicken tacos & caesar salad were VERY GOOD, & a good price! The personal pizza also ordered was PHENOMENAL! Highly recommend this hotel, ESP for the cost! You could pay way more and get way less everywhere else! We WILL be back!!

Our towel wasnt working correctly
- 5/5
The resort was clean and the staff were pleasant and professional. We enjoyed the mini golf and pools.
- 4/5
Nice hotel nice pool. Not too far of a walk from the convention center. Shuttle service could be better and have more shuttles than just the 2 times. Not a lot of choices for food.
- 4/5
Great location if you want to go to SeaWorld. Shuttle to go to the universal theme parks had to be booked in advance, but otherwise was on time and good service. There are no shuttles to Disney if that's what you are looking for. You would have to take an Uber or taxi. Pizza was good for a late night snack, never had the breakfast. Beds were comfy. Bathroom in room was not updated like the rest of the room felt. A bit dirty to be honest, like it hadn't been mopped or had a good scrub down in ages, there was dirt in the corners and a couple small bugs I killed. Clean enough for our uses. Very large property, pools seemed really nice and lovely grounds.

CLEAN POOL , AND RESORT AMENEDIES. THE FACT OF THE XTRA RESORT FEES. CAR, THIS WAS INCLUDED ON MY PRICE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING .COM RESERVATION. THEN WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY INFORMED US OF THE 39.00 PER DAY PARKING.
- 1/5
This property was awful the only nice thing was the lobby and the lobby bar. Outside of that. the room was barely cleaned. the resort is ran down and the staff are barely helpful. I was charged a resort fee and didnt know it came with free amenities. I wasnt made aware until almost the end of my stay. I was charged for parking when i didn't even bring a car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
- 1/5
Payed for breakfast never got my vouchers
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet. Look the convenience of all the amenities onsite. Friendly staff as well!
- 4/5
Things shut down at 11pm, in case you get hungry at that time, only cookies are available at the check-in counter.
- 2/5
This property is not up to standard with the Hilton Brand. The furniture and carpet was worn and old. Will not stay at that hotel again.
- 3/5
Room we're clean , but parking is to expensive $38.00 a day they shouldn't charge for parking. And they charge extra for a fee room also , the room we're we were located 1201 was very noisy because there's like a small warehouse of cleaning in that area it was bad the noise they made.
- 5/5
Location. Close to just about every attraction, I-4, sea world I had a problem with breakfast. I chose to pick from menu instead of buffet. My food was cold. Busy Sunday morning only 2 services inside in with dining room full.

Got in kind of late was put in villa 14 massive party right in front of our window was not impressed. I get it vacation time party time but party in front of your own room.

The toilet in the room never flushed properly. Had to flush multiple times to get it to actually flush. Ordered a pizza in the deli. Took nearly 1 hour. Was told that the order did not properly get placed. Staff in deli were not attentive. On mobile phones the majority of the time I was waiting for my order. Front desk personel and amenities were nice overall.

- 3/5
The property's location is perfect, but unfortunately, it does not live up to Hilton's expectations. The rooms need to be upgraded as soon as possible, and there are too many empty spaces in there. The lack of amenities is also a concern, as guests expect a certain level of luxury. The management should address these issues promptly to improve the overall guest experience. Perhaps hiring a new interior designer could help revamp the outdated decor.
- 5/5
Had everything you needed on site.
- 3/5
Rooms where dated. Decent for the price.
- 3/5
The lagoon restaurant was horrible service. Took forever to order and just the drinks. Also don’t like how you can’t get points on stay if booked through Expedia. I still paid to stay give me my points
- 1.5/5
The rooms were terrible. When we arrived, we were assigned a room in the villas. It was so awful that I requested a change to the tower, and to my surprise, I had to pay $60 for the switch. I made the change because the condition of the villa rooms is deplorable. The rooms in the tower are a bit better, but honestly, I would not stay at this hotel again.
- 3.5/5
It was close to where I needed to be . I didn’t like the parking as a single person traveling where my room was I was parked in the back by deliveries and dumpsters

It was our Anniversary and they messed up the reservations. They did not give us the room we booked. We was on hold with the front desk for 30 minutes so we decided to walk back down to the desk while still on hold. They compensated us with a free breakfast, waived the parking. We get back to the room and it's bugs in the room😡. Once again we call the front desk. They said they would send someone to spray the room. Then when it was time to check out, they still charged my card which put that account in the negative and caused overdraft fees. So i had to call my bank and explain to them what happened to reverse the charges. Will not be booking with them again.

Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando was easily the worst hotel experience our family has ever had. What should have been a restful night before our daughter’s gymnastics competition turned into a stressful ordeal. Despite arriving 4.5 hours after the official check-in time, our room was not ready or in acceptable condition. Our 9-year-old daughter has celiac disease, and we travel with specific food that requires refrigeration. The refrigerator was broken. When we went to the front desk (since no one would answer the room phone), the staff showed a complete lack of understanding regarding cross-contamination and medical necessity. After two failed attempts to provide a working fridge, they suggested storing her food in the communal hotel kitchen. When we explained the risk of gluten cross-contamination, the staff admitted they "didn't understand anything about the disease." This is shocking for a hotel that advertises gluten-free dining options. No one answers the guest service lines. We had to walk to the lobby repeatedly while exhausted from travel. The "fix" was eventually plugging a fridge into a different outlet, leaving a cord stretched across the room for the duration of our stay. Be warned—this hotel is not transparent about its pricing. We were hit with several "surprises" that were not clearly disclosed during booking:Resort Fees: An additional daily charge we weren't informed of. Parking Fees: Another daily cost not mentioned upfront.
- 5/5
Service was amazing!!
- 2/5
The room had been cleaned and room smelled moldy. The room for us originally was not ready.
- 1/5
First thing is they never requested my hilton rewards so I was never able to get the points for my stay. Secondly, they charge a fee for the parking spot but they are not able to fit everyone on the parking spaces. You then have to walk insanely far or you will have to wait for parking. Thirdly, there was no hot water. I love the double tree, it is one of my favorite hotels. This one killed it for me.
- 3/5
Honestly super disappointed by all the additional fees. $38 for parking. $25 resort fee. It just all adds up. The buildings were falling apart, room was fine. Staff was really nice, which I appreciated. But wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone
- 2/5
After a long day of travel, all we wanted to do was shower and rest, so the delay was frustrating — especially since we had also requested early check-in. We were informed that our reservation could not be changed because of the special features being added to our stay. Unfortunately, once we entered the room, there was no surprise, no special amenity, and no acknowledgement of my boyfriend’s birthday. I had noted the occasion when booking, spoke with an online agent, and even called the hotel the week of our stay to confirm that a small treat or acknowledgement would be arranged. Overall, this was very disappointing and not the experience we were led to expect.
- 1/5
It was a problem from start to finish. The parking is a problem, the rooms are poorly kept and need to be renovated. The staff shows little to no concern regarding the customer’s needs and etc.
- 3/5
Overall just okay. Room number wasn’t provided on physical key so had to call front desk after unloading car. Stains on carpet, overall outdated and parking fee is ridiculous. Had to go get a key from front desk to get my car out of the gated lot in the morning. Won’t be staying her again.

Room was ok, but the staff very nice, patient and offer free cookies which my girls likes very much!! I have to say the location is very convenient if you plan to visit seaworld and aquatica! And there are several different restaurants just across the street! Worth the price!
- 5/5
check in was slow but staff was great. Very busy time of year
- 1/5
Someone tried to come in my room while I was alone, right out of a shower!! Hotel claimed it was housekeeping and did not care.. buyer beware! They don’t care! I called everyone from top to bottom.. Hilton does not care! Stay at your own risk
- 5/5
Everyone and everything was great
- 3/5
The customer service was great! The rooms, not so great. Definitely an older hotel, the pictures on Expedia make it look a lot nicer than it is. It being a Double Tree I thought it would’ve been a lot nicer than it was. They have the tower and then motel rooms. We stayed in the tower. The water pressure goes in and out when showering and when using the faucet. We also woke up with a huge roach on the wall….. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Elevator needed some TLC. Pizza from the Market was poor quality in taste. Paying for parking was a downside and parking lot was full and difficult to find a parking spot close to our room which was in the tower.
- 5/5
Nice amenities, huge property, walkway access to seaworld, Starbucks on site, very clean, smooth check-in/check-out process, etc
- 3/5
My room after we check-in was not clean, all the funeral was not dusted or polish. The bathroom sink and counter top was also not clean, very disappointed. We come to DoubleTree at 4 time a year. This time we was not happy, the customer service was excellent
- 1/5
The room we booked wasn’t available, the to. We where given was constant noise and banging, when we arrived for check in the staff was rude upon arrival go book marriott

Room and Amenities
- 3/5
They charged $40 for parking our car and we had to park it a building away basically and the parking cost wasn’t disclosed when I did the no refund room reservation… The room was facing a parking lot that was closed. Just not a good room really for the money.
- 2/5
Property is old and neglected. Check in took forever because computers weren’t working. Parking lot price at $38 a day is absurd. Never again.
- 2/5
The room I booked was not available and they only discounted me for my parking charge. Some of the amenities were not in working order.
- 1/5
The room had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet paper appeared to have mold or dirt on the side, which was very concerning. The microwave was also dirty, with food stuck inside, even though we paid extra for it. Overall, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, and we would not stay here again.
- 3/5
The main property was nice, but the location and where I stayed in. I guess the resort side that has different buildings could definitely use a major update. This did not seem like the Doubletree to me. It gave quality in vibes in the bathroom smelt of mildew the entire time. The staff was nice along with the amenities. The only downfall was the actual rooms that could use an update
- 1/5
This hotel is ghetto! Parking is a nightmare for 38 a day... Sinks dont drain well, shower heads are low pressured, The room you book is not the one you receive and they refuse to issue the difference they want you to call a 3rd party...This place was convenient at the time but never again convenient or not ill just stay elsewhere
- 3/5
This hotel could use some intense upgrading and cleaning. The front desk staff was overwhelmed with the number of late check-ins but they were still very kind! I didn’t get the room I reserved and the room itself was kind of messy. There were hand prints on one of the beds, the shower still had soap scum from the previous guests on the wall/soap dish, the chair in the corner was dreadfully overused and needed to be replaced, and there were stains on the carpet. The room itself was freezing during the day and scorching at night. Also, the pictures shown and the rooms they have seem completely different. We didn’t stay in the hotel too often because of this and we decided to spend our time exploring Orlando. It was Valentine’s Day weekend so all the other hotels were booked solid or had insane pricing. Overall, it’s an okay hotel, just needs a bit more maintenance.
- 5/5
Very courteous staff and cleanly rooms
- 1/5
Be prepared to hear everything.. we could hear the room next to us, everyone in the hallway, in the pool area, if you’re walking by a room likelihood is they can hear your whole conversation. This made it difficult to sleep, definitely not recommended if you have kids. My partner is a heavy sleeper and even he kept waking up at the noise. Despite charging $38 a night per parking, if you arrive anytime past 9-10pm you’re gonna have to park a couple of buildings down at least and walk to your unit. Tried to bring up concerns with the front desk staff at check in, but they were extremely dismissive and just eager to get my credit card and me away from the table. P.S. breakfast is extra too per person.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and the staff did a great job cleaning it while we were there. Plenty of fresh towels was appreciated.
- 2/5
The room felt very dark, damp and dirty. Our bathroom floor was dirty and the water to the shower and sink smelled like sewer when you turned it on. We didn't get our room cleaned once during the 5 nights/4 days we were there. The lobby and pool area was nice and staff was friendly but I was very unhappy with the room we stayed in. The photos on expedia did not match the quality of the room we stayed in.

At arrival the check in line was long and they do not swipe my card for incidentals nor asked for one. The next morning when I turned the TV on it had another persons name on it and I received an email cancellation. My stay also disappeared from my app. I went to the front desk only to wait in line for 40 minutes for them to tell me that the room was cancelled because a card for incidentals was not supplied at check in. They try to tell me I had to get in touch with Expedia to fix it and if I wanted my room back. After a lengthy time with the front desk they finally had my room fixed and then charged the card for incidentals (which they should have done the 1st night). I do not have access to my stay or electronic key for my entire stay. The room was outdated, we had to ask for towels and when the room got cleaned we never got clean wash clothes or hand towels. This place is not worth the money. I’d be interested to find out what the resort fee pays for because it was not up to resort status. It does not represent the Hilton name well. When I tried to express my concerns at the front desk the person ignored my concerns and just said you’re checked out.
- 3/5
Parking was a pain. Lobby was outdated. Rooms were average. Close to theme parks if you have a car. Not my favorite Orlando venue by far.
- 2/5
We checked in fine, front desk was not able to get digital key to work as asked for us to give it time. Waited couple hours went back just to get a key knowing technology can be a pain. Front desk attendant acted as if we should not be in hotel. I offered my confirmation number and ID, he did not want it and couldn’t explain situation other than we should not have a room. He eventually gave us keys and we went on. Room was very dated, carpet was filthy, bare foot my feet turned black after about 6 steps. Website is a little misleading on the rooms. Place needs heavy remodel for the rates they are charging. We also booked the hotel shuttle for universal, waited 25 min after we should have left, it never showed. Rey disappointed in this stay.
- 3/5
It was an okay stay had issues with not having enough towels for 4 people. Shower also did not have a curtain either. The location of the hotel was nice very easy to get to Disney from this location. Restaurants were really good as well.
- 1/5
The breakfast is not included Parking is extra $40
- 4/5
The staff were friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The restaurants had great food. Service at The Laguna was a little shaky, but the food was average priced and tasty. The parking lot was very crowded. Many cars were parked in no parking zones. I also wish that I would’ve known that there would be no elevator to our room. I would’ve requested a bottom floor.
- 1/5
To make matters worse, the heater didn’t work and only blew cold air, making the stay uncomfortable. I was also repeatedly notified by my bank that the hotel attempted to charge my card random amounts without explanation, which is very concerning. Overall, this was a terrible experience — 0/10. I would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
- 3/5
Both mattresses need to be replaced, felt like you could roll out. Decor is dated for a Double Tree and cottages outside also look dated.
- 1/5
We were not happy with the hotel at all. First the room was in a villa, not clearly stated on the reservation. When we got to the room door was open, the bed sheets were dirty, and dirty towel left on the floor by the bathroom. Strong smell of weed when we parked the car by our building. We booked two nights but only stayed one. Wouldn’t stay in that hotel again.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 2/5
Check out is at 11 but the cleaning service did try to ask when I am leaving at 10 even with the do not disturb sign. This hotel is asking a $25 per day resort fee. They give you a paper with "resort benefits", one of them is daily free bottles of water. Guess what: I never got them.
- 1/5
We stayed here in June 2025 and it was good so we booked again , This time The room was dirty , we brought it to management attention right away especially the carpet was filthy , my friend showered then walked on the carpet his feet were full of dirt covered in it ( i have pictures ) of his feet , we will never be back
- 5/5
Yes it was
- 4/5
Room was very nice...clean and comfy bed. It has a bit older decor and could use a bit of a make over. The biggest issue is this, if you are used to just being able to walk to the elevator up to your room (which is why I chose DoubleTree), that may not happen. Unbeknownst to me, they have 'villas' (like a motel) along with the high rise rooms. My flight was delayed and I didn't get to the hotel till 2:30am. All I wanted was to jump into my jammies and a bed. The front desk clerk gave me the key and a map. A map...hmmm? And then proceeds to tell me the best way to get to it is to walk out to the street and take a right. Mind you, I'm 66 y/o, don't travel light so have two suitcases and a huge purse AND it's pitch black outside. My guess is I walked around 50-60 yards from the front desk. I finally find the building and start looking for an elevator....NONE and she put me on the 2nd floor. So I had to drag my suitcases, one at a time, up stairs by myself. Btw, she didn't mention that there was no elevator nor the long walk outside the property to get to it. I believe the front desk clerk should read the room and notice I'm an older single female with 2 large suitcases and maybe look for a room closer and more secure would have been the thing to do? But the warm cookie was good!
- 1/5
I got the wrong room , no parking had to walk so far
- 3/5
The carpet was soo dirty and stained. Outside of that it was ok
- 1/5
Horrible my brother has autism. Somebody opened the door at 11:30 PM saying clean we couldn’t go back to sleep. We tried to talk to the front manager JC Lubin. He totally was trying to ignore us and dismiss our complaint saying that he had to get the other side of the story. Will never stay here again. I can’t believe they’re part of the Hilton and the unprofessional manager works here. I have all the formal complaint.
- 3/5
Room was pretty run down , I wasn’t aware that the doors are on the outside of the hotel . Which seems more like a motel . Beds were not very comfortable. Pool was good. Service was good . Overall 3 stars to me .

Room was clean staff was nice very good experience.

Check in was good. Room was clean and inviting, even got an upgrade for free. Parking is tight later at night, had to walk from 3 buildings away. Cleaning staff was knocking on door an hour and a half before check out time.

I reserved to room with king size bed but when I checked in they told me they had no more and I was given two queen size beds. This was supposed to be our valentines celebration.
- 2/5
So many things already have been at issue. Check in? 35 minutes and a 1500 feet walk to and from where you can park and wait. No valet, then I asked because of mobility, any first floor, so they game me something on the opposite side in 19, but neglected to state there is probably absolutely no parking outside of the very front of the building around 14. So once I was able to drag all my luggage the other quarter mile back to my room only to get in there and realize the TV doesn’t work in the refrigerator is warm and there’s no food that I can order and the phone doesn’t work because every time I call it hangs up. Not to mention I could only book the one night because the next night was Valentine’s Day and there was no rooms available. Now reaching anyone for help was almost impossible so I had to actually pick up my cell phone and call the main number for reservations to reach someone. They did send one of the most wonderful maintenance people out from engineering who spent 20 minutes trying to work on my TV but it was up to midnight and I just want to go to bed. No instructions to check out after my half a mile hike back to my car I realized I left my keys in the room that I needed to actually exit which I was unprepared for. That was 90 minutes ago and I’ve been trying to check out since but can’t even get through the gate because of something wrong with it and they’re so busy I’m just trapped here. For a resort this big in this expensive this was unexpected😢
- 1/5
The hotel did not honor the Expedia rate, lost 5 of our 6 reservations. The kicked peoples out of their rooms. Don’t stay here. The reservation and front desk staff are incompetent.

- 5/5
Room was nice, heater worked great since it was freezing outside, clean and simple, how it should be.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Wonderful staff
- 2/5
The room seemed worn there was no cold water and there was a very high pitch squeal that never stopped. I was very disappointed with my stay. I know that they can do better.
- 5/5
Todo muy exvelente
- 4/5
Good
- 2/5
Absolutely misled.. got charged an additional $150 once I got there and was told I would only get reimbursed about $25… got to our room (1st floor) in an old two story building. Had to pay an extra $25 a day to get put in the main hotel. The bed was horrendous, would never stay here again. Last time I try to save money. Ended up costing as much as a decent hotel anyway
- 1/5
Room had a smell to it! Parking was terrible! The Shower was nasty
- 2/5
better raze down the villas
- 1/5
Everything was bad, the cleaning, the room, parking etc
- 1/5
The eggs were runny, the bacon was burnt, and the service was terrible. The only thing worth eating was the pancakes, and even those were only okay once they were soaked in syrup. Definitely not a brunch spot I’d recommend.
- 2/5
We booked for the actual Hilton but we got Hilton Honors which was a completely different experience.
- 5/5
No breakfast
- 2/5
Staff are not friendly and provide wrong room . I reversed the king side bed they gave me double bed. Very disappointed about the hotel room was duty and old. Won’t come back
- 2/5

- 4/5
Didn’t eat the breakfast
- 1/5
I thought I was staying at a hilton come to find out i would have been better off at a days inn. The room had plaster coming off the walls, the door did not close all the way, and i woke up to roaches in the morning. Keep your money and stay somewhere else.
- 1/5
Very bad front desk experience. No one will lift the phone if any customer calls. Building and rooms are very unclean
- 1/5
Pictured on the website is a nice hotel and that is not what you get. The hot tub was not not working during our 3 day stay. I would not recommend staying here to anyone and I do not plan to stay at any Hilton property again because I think it’s all a sham definitely not worth the money. Also charged a resort for each night which was not explained well on the hotel’s website.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and efficient.
- 5/5
Everything
- 2/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The staff was okay, they could be a little more attentive. Please update the picture online for the villas, they look like the rooms in the tower .
- 1/5
The room carpet was filthy, we couldn’t walk barefoot. There was an obvious smell of urine. The bathroom was kept in horrible condition.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Very accommodating friendly
- 4/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Guest service was very rude. Room was not cleaned and they would not move me nor clean it. I spent time going to Walmart to get stuff to clean and sheets. Will never stay here again
- 1/5
The rooms were a major disappointment. Everything felt old and poorly maintained, with visible dirt in corners and surfaces that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall condition made the stay uncomfortable, and it definitely didn’t match the expectations set by the photos or description. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.
- 5/5
Very clean and had exactly what we needed. Nothing special, but easy access and great service by hospitality for supporting our needs
- 1/5
The room it's smells very bad , in that reservation says that that park it's free ,and it's not . The bathroom when you going to take a shower the water wet up . Didn't like at all
- 5/5
Staff was very accomodating and helpful. Ammenities looked great, and very clean. Seaworld is at a 10 mins walk from the hotel, not bad at all
- 5/5
Engaging and thoughtful staff during check in
- 5/5
Nice and very close to Sea World
- 3/5
Hotel is deceiving from pictures
- 3/5
We had no tv remote, we called concierge service the first night and no one answered. Left a note to the house keeper and she didn’t bring one when she did the room. Called again and they said they were going to bring one at 7pm at 9pm called again said they were going to send someone went to sleep at 11pm and no one ever brought one. They finally left us one the last night of the trip. Very inconvenient as we traveled with a toddler and the tv would have made our stay better
- 3/5
Hotel is too old but for the price it was ok The service was good
- 1/5
Dont stay here, proerty is old
- 1/5
The room did not match the picture. It was dirty & old. Broken noisy toilet, bad shower tub unclean bed and upholstery.
- 3/5
Parking is horrendous- if you don’t get back early prepare to park far away from your building whichever one you’re at. Overall another example (had one in the Detroit area back in the fall) of Doubletree inconsistency. I will be very careful about booking any of their properties in the future if at all.
- 4/5
Lovely hotel and great location, the room was pleasant but the walls are very thin and you can hear exactly how loud your neighbors can be lol
- 2/5
It wasn’t obvious from photos that we could be in an outside building away from the main resort with outside to parking lot doors We specifically don’t choose hotels like that.
- 3/5
The room and staff were great. But the parking for the tower was horrible. People were parking on sidewalks and in fire lanes. It was so bad that the linen delivery truck had a hard time turning around because people were parked making a 2 lane a 1 lane.
- 2/5
The rooms were humid and wet the whole time. With a musty smell. When the vacuum was done the smell became worse. It felt like the musty damp smell was also in the vacuum cleaner.
- 5/5
The breakfast food is amazing, the staff members are super nice and helpful. A very clean room nice area fun games.
- 5/5
The location is situated in the middle between downtown old town Orlando and Walt Disney World. Next to Orlando SeaWorld. The room was very clean, we got a very nice view from our room as well. During our stay, our entire room was cleaned up every day. Service was very nice and the staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Tatiana, one of the front desk agents who works to complete the check-in and check-out process. She helped us to do an upgrade, plus, she sent us a hand amenities gesture to our room on the second day. We didn't face any issue with the parking. Even during the Christmas week we had a lot of places to park the car.
- 1/5
The room was like a cheap motel room smelt bad and felt humid. Not what I expected from a double tree and the parking was extremely expensive
- 3/5
Hot tub broken and they try to charge a resort feeand a parking fee. Beautiful place but they need to fix that hot tub and the pools were cold. This place has hidden fees and its ridiculous
- 5/5
Good Breakfast
- 2/5
Room was not too nice
- 4/5
Overall the hotel experience was excellent. But the shuttle was not good considering I had to pay 25$ per night and the shuttle was so late at night, I needed to spent more and call an uber. Hopefully it can be improved.
- 2/5
My room had no air conditioning. It was hard to get another room .
- 1/5
No service at all. No house keeping service we been sleeping on a dirty sheets for 3 days . Every day we callled to get the room cleaned but at the end of the when when we get back to the room still dirty. We had to complain to the head manager
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Room Clean ness is Okay ,Hot water is big challenge , I didn't get hot water for 4 days out of my 5 days stay. Break fast menu is routine . Help desk support is not that good , even though i called them everyday to address my hot water issue , its not resolved . Paid parking is other comedy . its hard to find parking spot, if you came in late even though you paid for it .
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Terrible experience at this hotel. I reserved my room with breakfast included, they told me my stay was not included breakfast fast while I have paid breakfast included. Room was a mess, dusty.
- 5/5
Everything was ok except that it look like they turn off the A/C at night because eve tho it was cold inside the room was little hot, we check the a/c and it look that if wasn’t working and in the morning a/c was on 🤔🤔 that why I think the turn it off at night . Food at Laguna rest was delicious, service exceptional Thanks Leo the server and the cooks please

- 5/5
Will be back! Enjoyed my stay!
- 1/5
Breakfast servers were horrible, the only polite one in that restaurant was the omelette chef and the bartender, everyone else acted as if my presence wasn’t important!
- 1/5
This was the worst hilton property I have personally ever stayed in. I voiced the concerns to the staff. Nothing could be done because they said the were booked. I have pictures of hair left on the bed, corners of the floor, and the window of the room was disgusting. Also, the hallways were ran down. Very unhappy and unfulfilling experience.
- 1/5
Just not a good vibe
- 3/5
The hotel was significantly understaffed service was very dissatisfied did not spend a dime in the hotel but the room price was $125 and ice so you can’t be that picky
- 4/5
Beautiful property with good price and location

This is the worst stay we have had. Hotel staff was unavailable. Phones in the room were not connected. Our hotel room was not stocked with essentials like towels, soap and shampoo. The front desk like was long and rude. Concierge was someone who couldn’t even answer any questions. Shuttles were always delayed - but hotel concierge desk wouldn’t even make the effort to communicate. I would not stay her again nor would I recommend.
- 3/5
Good but needs some more new remodeling no too clean
- 5/5
I wish they took cash, that was the only thing. Had to go deposit my money into my debut card before i could pay.
- 5/5
Lovely cookies and we are ready to go back!!!
- 2/5
They charge for parking lot had to walk a ways to family pool.
- 1/5
Check-In was great, but constant loud noises at night that affected our sleep
- 1/5
Room smelled like mildew and had to change rooms and the second room smelled the same. A loud Ringing noise came from the room next door and when we called the front desk they didn’t do anything about it and we called a second time and they refused to pick up.
- 1/5
The rooms are not in the tower , it’s small villas, broken toilets
- 5/5
Nice environment 👏
- 4/5
was clean, professional staff, delicious breakfast
- 5/5
And rotate out items not moving quickly , add new choices. The staff there are excellent.
- 5/5
Good Hoye
- 1/5
Room was old. Bathroom from 1970s. Bathroom smelt damp. No shower gel. Towels dirty. Room was dark. Use my hotel fee to upgrade. Never staying again !!!!!!
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
The check in process was easy
- 2/5
First surprise was no shuttle service from MCO to the hotel. If you want elevators they don't have any. I could find no food available (aside from vending machines) on the property. There was one shuttle available to Disneyworld that left at 9:30 am. There is no shuttle back to the hotel. The temperature of the room when I checked is was about 67 degrees. I turned the thermostat to 75 and there was no change. I turned the heat to 90 degrees and cold air came out continuously for over an hour. I called the front desk to ask for a washcloth, a large bath towel, and a blanket. What arrived was three washcloths and two slightly larger towels. There was no blanket. I called the front desk to let them know and there was no answer. It goes to a fast ring. I travel for a living and this was very disappointing. I can't believe Hilton puts their name on this property.

They said breakfast did not come with my room stay
- 1/5
Strong bleach scent makes unpleasant to stay.

Breakfast was the same thing everyday, not much options for vegans. The room had dust, housekeeping was mood of its own.

- 2/5
$27.00 for a poor buffet
- 5/5
great breakfast with lot of options
- 1/5
Everything is old, the door even as a large air gap I can hear the sound from outside clearly, there is fly came in from the gap. No one on the front desk is answering phone. People work there does not seem like they were happy at all. And it’s some humid, the carpet feels wet. Bathroom smells.
- 2/5
We requested a coffee filter basket 2 days and never received it and they cleaned our room 1 time out of the 4 days not to mention charged 38 a day to park on top of the other fees I will make sure not to send my clients there that are traveling to Orlando
- 4/5
Close proximity to seaworld is a plus. Could have waived resort fee and/or parking as both adds significant cost to already expensive rates.
- 2/5
Overall experience at the hotel was disappointing. Room was old and bathroom really needs an upgrade, on top of that room was not cleaned often and no water bottles were kept, we had to call them every time and it was taking them for an hour to provide water. On top of that they charge resort fee which was useless. They just get lots of guests because of Disney so they don’t care anyways !!
- 5/5
Verry good experience
- 3/5
A pool fee that didn’t know about and never used it
- 5/5
Was great
- 5/5
We did not have shampoo in the bathroom.
- 1/5
This hotel is more like a Days Inn with Hilton branding plastered around. Property around the tower is dingy and poorly-lit. Our bed sheets had hair all over them. The floor inside our room was so dirty you wouldn’t even consider walking barefoot. Parking was awful—we had to park a building over and walk all of our luggage. And oh, we were on the second floor and they don’t have elevators. That was a nice surprise. Don’t be fooled by the name.
- 4/5
Breakfast menu is fresh and healthy. The staff behaviour is commendable.
- 2/5
Felt like it was the worst quality hotel Hilton owned and it was overpriced for that. My daughter even asked me if it was a motel. The building Smelled like weed and the moldy floor of the bathroom disgusted my daughter and she couldn’t even use the bathroom while we stayed.
- 1/5
Rooms had damp smell, there was no elevator to second floor and no parking nearby despite being charged for parking. Ended up leaving
- 3/5
Our stay was okay overall, but there were some issues that really affected the experience. The breakfast was very bad and did not meet expectations at all. Additionally, we were told that a pipe had burst, and because of that the water coming out of the bathroom was black, which was very concerning and unpleasant. Because of these problems, our stay was just average and could have been much better.
- 4/5
Room was accommodating and luxurious the pools were heated which was a bonus and the staff was friendly
- 2/5
Primero que todo el servicio es terrible en general, tienen mala actitud, la limpieza de las habitaciones super deficiente. El desayuno estuvo bien pero es lo mismo y lo mismo todos los días. No recomiendo para nada este hotel
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
If all you care about is being close to seaworld then it’s good but the rooms are dirty and old and walls are very thin, you can hear everything, we didn’t sleep at all. The main hotel area looks nice but our room was a dumpy motel like room on the outside of the premises.
- 5/5
Great hotel in an incredibly convenient location. We walked to SeaWorld. The resort is pet friendly and the staff was very accommodating. And the cookie was warm and welcoming!
- 2/5
Check in staff member was not very friendly or helpful. We did not get the room we originally booked and had to stay on the motel side of the resort. For a Doubletree I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms- very outdated. The property was also extremely loud all night long- people yelling, slamming doors and that annoying back up noise trucks make.
- 1/5
Room was gross and dirty
- 3/5
Staff wasn’t good
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Clean room
- 1/5
It wasn't our best experience this time. People were talking loud outside (we listened to a man complaining to his wife that she cheated on him with 3 other dudes) and some were playing loud music on their phones while walking past our door though out the night. The room was dusty and the restroom was not swept. My family did not get much rest during our stay.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 3/5
The initial room was not in good condition.
- 1/5
Didn't have plates ready had to use the bowl plates for breakfast
- 3/5
Before you stay here there a couple of things you need to know . They charge you a resort fee and parking fee and the resort fee includes shuttle service to the park but they don’t tell you that certain parks such as Epcot only leaves once a day and come back way before the park closes so if you want a full day at Epcot or any of the parks it may be better to drive or uber , which costs more money. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant the Laguna is pretty good, but it’s not consistent with the food. The thing that was really disappointing about the stay was the hotel bed. We all look forward to a nice comfy bed at a hotel but the bed damaged me and my partners backs . The springs were broken and poking us and we woke up extremely sore. When I spoke to hotel director of rooms he told me that comfort was suggestive . I believe comfort can be suggestive but not dealing with a broken bed. We reserved 2 rooms and our children’s rooms which was a conjoined room had better quality mattress . The one we slept one was honestly ready to be thrown away in the garbage
- 5/5
Excelente servicio, buena localización, limpio, desayuno completo, personal excepcional.
- 2/5
I failed to read the parking fee. However almost $40 a day to pay to park at the hotel was absurd. On top of that we were put in bulidng 12 and the closest parking was building 5. So if you are driving your own car to stay here be ready to walk. Will not be returning for these issues.
- 4/5
No vimos desayuno
- 1/5
The bathroom in the room was terrible, very strong odor was coming from the bathroom, sink. It was so small that one can feel suffocation. Definitely, it is 90s design which is very impractical for the current time. Surprisingly, this resort is rated 4 star Hotel. Felt so old and not great maintenance done for the building overall...!
- 5/5
Excelent
- 1/5
Horrible. Worst hotel ever.
- 2/5
Took over 3 hours to reach the front desk. The room we were given smelled strongly of chlorine, even though we did not stay near a pool. The shower floor was disgusting. And the bathroom lighting was terrible - I could not shave because I could not see my skin. Would NEVER stay here again.
- 5/5
Great experience. Buffet was elaborate.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at this resort, it was definitely within walking distance of SeaWorld, I would stay here again! The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
- 5/5
Staff was great, plenty of things to do on property, rooms are decent.
- 5/5
Julia was amazing we were on our honeymoon she made it so much better and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms was clean very nice. The bar was amazing. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice, answered all my questions, and set clear expectations of my stay
- 1/5
Very rude staff and no assistance
- 5/5
It was nice and quiet
- 2/5
Parking, amenities and transparency
- 4/5
Room cleanliness could be better as seeing your front desk and garden.. Kids loved to stay and looking forward to come back again and refer friends!!! Thank you for good hospitality!!
- 5/5
Nice room, very convenient location and services, great breakfast buffet.
- 5/5
Helpful staff
- 3/5
Bathroom it's clogged, phone never fix even after we reported, mattress couch there was fungus stains, jacuzzi was not working. The breakfast was great and the personal was very friendly.
- 5/5
good
- 4/5
Room was decent, clean. Was a bit annoyed by the daily parking fee and the random ghost charges the hotel would charge me
- 2/5
Front desk staff was rude, toilet in the room wasn’t working, wet sheets. Just a poor experience and wasn’t what I was expecting.
- 2/5
The vila rooms are subpar, they have a strange musty odor and cleanliness is lacking. The bathroom sink set up is strange and less hygienic in my opinion. I booked this location based on the 4 star rating which is perhaps true about the tower, I wouldn’t know, but the villas are more like 2 or 3 at best. Definitely not meeting expectations.
- 4/5
Customer service was exceptional. Clean room. Hot tub not working was my only complaint.
- 1/5
It was too much insects and roaches in the room
- 2/5
showers outdated leaked everywhere. hidden fees.
- 1/5
Disappointed because they charged us $45 to park and the elevator was broken and the toliet was broken as well had to wait a really long time for plunger
- 2/5
There was no breakfast as they said the whole place was very confusing the front desk person was so unhappy with her job I felt uncomfortable the kids were even asking to go elsewhere there were no trash bags in the trash cans etc
- 3/5
Overrated for the price
- 3/5
But the room smelled very funky. That’s the only downside.
- 1/5
I did left and did not stay First, they tacked on a a resort fee and a parking fee which Expedia did not include in its all inclusive price guarantee. Secondly, I drove the whole parking lot for 20 minutes and there was not one, not one, parking spot available. Management knew this but still charged the fee and made it impossible to park anywhere on their property. As there was no place to park, I went directly to the front desk and told them I was not staying because there is no place to park. I had to drive 4 hours to get to my home at 3 am this morning. I will never use them or Expedia.
- 1/5
This hotel I have stayed at twice unmistaknly.Every time i've gone, the room is completely dirty. They do not vacuum, they do not mop. They do not do anything. There is hair everywhere all over the bathroom floor there's hair all over the bathroom tub.It smells like roach spray, so it is disgusting
- 5/5
Staff was awesome, clean, food at restaurants was very good.
- 4/5
Did not get breakfast at the hotel.
- 5/5
Friendly people
- 1/5
There were roaches inside the villas. I deserve my money back
- 5/5
The room was spotless. The staff, from check in to check out, were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We really enjoyed walking through the grounds.
- 5/5
Clean room, the breakfast buffet was great, and the pool area was beautiful
- 5/5
Todo impecable la habitación súper amplia y limpia solo hubo un percance el parqueo, a la hora de parquear no teníamos parqueo y si el parqueo se cobra por día es injusto no tener parqueo cerca de tu habitación
- 4/5
Room was nice.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay
- 1/5
The room is terrible in very bad condition. The carpet smell horrible
- 4/5
Clean room. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was spectacular! Nice and clean.
- 2/5
If you are traveling alone beware! I went into the bathroom in the lobby so I wouldn’t have to go all the way upstairs. While in the the last stall I hear someone walk in on the phone. Through the crack in the door I see the strange lady that had been hanging out in the lobby charging her phone in a very revealing outfit. She was on FaceTime with a man talking and try’s to open my stall. I told her “someone is in here” she laughed and said “so” and was talking on the phone with the man saying “she’s playing games” pulled on the door again. I was so scared I prepared my self and flung the door open and barged out. I don’t know if that was a sex trafficking attempt. I’ve stayed at several Hilton properties never had this experience. The hotel has security making rounds which makes total sense and was told this wasn’t the first time a similar situation has happened in the past.
- 4/5
was ok.
- 3/5
Beds were horrible, not comfortable, pillows horrible. Old moldy smell in the room. The walls were so thin you were able to hear everything. The parking was horrible no parking if you got back after 9pm, plus you pay $35 additional a night. Jacuzzi was freezing outside at the pool. I will not stay at this hotel again. Only good thing was check in, surprisingly.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 1/5
The room had a water leak.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and fresh made
