We loved the location, the room, the view, and the staff.

Easy quiet place good location Nothing

Clean and friendly staff. I am not sure if this is a non-smoking hotel but people were smoking near the swimming pool so we did not go near it. It was not kids-friendly.

We really enjoyed the pool and the fact the day of check out that you can leave luggage with front desk and still swim all day til you leave! The marketplace food was also awesome!

Overall our stay at the Aventura was great. Pros were the pool, the cleanliness of the hotel itself, the staff were excellent and extremely helpful, the transit to Citywalk and the convenience of everything that we needed being in one place. Con’s were everything was really expensive ($5 for a bowl of cereal!?) the restaurants were passable but nothing special, and the pool seemed to be heated which seems to be a weird choice for a Florida hotel. The AC was also centrally controlled and wasn’t the best, and it didn’t feel like it got as cold as we wanted it to be.

Everything was good, might need more check in staff about 8:00 if possible, but not a big deal. Robots were aggravating. One was trying to get on an elevator with it full of people. It stayed inside the door for a good minute holding the elevator hostage. I push wait for next one button, but he still did'nt move. I'm sure better robots are available, or at least get the current ones software upgraded.

The check in process was made by a kind employee that gave me all the informations that I needed The room was clean with a beautiful view and comfortable bed Nice location with a bus transportation that goes to universal studio pretty easily I would definitely come back there ! Wifi wasn’t working very well but I still had internet connection with my phone so I was alright

Secondly, I gave this rating because the booking was misleading regarding parking. While I don't recall noticing the explicit verbiage of "free" it was presented as self-parking on site was provided with the booking but when I arrived I was notified that I was being charged $30 a day to park as a paying guest to self-park and might I add in an attached parking garage with plenty of parking. The charge would make since if it was being collected on a guest of the paying guest. Ultimately, I think the fact that it exist should be clearly indicated at the time of booking to provide the patron the chance to decide.

Don’t ask for a quiet room, they say all the rooms are equal and then put you 3rd floor next to the road so you can hear every vehicle in Orlando go by

Great value for money and should be a 4* hotel. Rooms are cleaned every other day and there are good food options.

The front desk and support team were absolutely amazing!! The rooftop bar is a must!

We were pleasantly surprised with the Aventura hotel and all the perks we were able to enjoy. From the shuttle service to Universal parks to the rooftop bar/restaurant to the pool. We took advantage of the on site market a few times as well. Overall was a great trip and worth it for the Early Park Access to Universal.

I really enjoyed this hotel due to the convenience to the Universal Parks, park shuttle service, efficient and clean hotel room and easy check-in and check-out. The staff at the front desk and concierge for theme parks was very nice. Food at the hotel restaurants were also very good.

Lovely Hotel and great location to theme parks

with modern equipment such as motorized curtains, A tablet that was used to controlled the television and the lightings inside the room. The only factor that ive encounter based on my opinion, their Ac dont consistently runs, more likely it goes on conservative mode after running for a few hours. Apart from that my ratings is a 4½ out of 5.

Genesis at the front desk was such an amazing person to greet us upon arrival and get us a fantastic room and talk us through all the amenities and benefits of staying at this property.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, I loved the roof top bar, the food was really good and the views were amazing. I love that it was a 5 min walk to Volcano Bay. Their pool was nice, I loved that they had a Starbucks and a food court, and a section where they make pizza from scratch. I would stay here again.

The property is clean 8/10 for cleanliness -1/10 for comfortable sleeping IMO. The beds suck. You get a hotel at this value and expect a comfortable nights sleep, but you will not get it unless you like sleeping on a hard plywood type of surface.

Wonderful hotel with superb food.

Overall, a very nice place; however, prices for food and drink were a little high.

The location is 10/10. You are literally steps from Volcano Bay, making it easy to rope drop and stay for the entire day. We had a hiccup with the food (they lost our order), but the manager made sure we were refunded, got the food in the end, and were given free ice cream, and for this we were grateful. There is a handy shop on site with Universal merch (making buying chocolate souvenirs easy and less likely to melt), and a Starbucks with good opening hours. The pool area was ok. The bus was very good. They were frequent, and it's less than 5 minutes to City Walk/Universal. The view from the room was okay, though it mostly showed the roof of the Cabana Bay Hotel, and the air conditioning was extremely powerful. Apart from the manager in the restaurant, who fixed our issue immediately, the staff are very abrasive. I asked a question to a staff member who was hosting the Universal tickets desk; she was colouring in a picture and didn't even look up to answer. Just kept colouring and treated me like a problem. A couple of the restaurant staff were similar to this. One morning, I asked for a paper cup to get a coffee, and an older woman made me feel like I was stealing the coffee. As you can get the same coffee in the room, I genuinely thought it was free. I hadn't even gone near the machine, and she was aggressive, saying "I needed to pay for it and that it was obviously not free." In terms of the rooms, there's a face bar of soap, but no hand soap, which was bizarre. As mentioned, the air conditioner is powerful but loud, and we also had the ice machine outside our room, which people used at all hours, waking you up with a start. I also had hair in my bed before I'd even gone near it, so that was a bit disturbing. It's very expensive for what you get. Maybe we were spoiled because we'd just stayed at Disney, and everyone was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, that when we got to Universal, we were so shocked by how miserable everyone was!

The hotel was lovely, convenient and our room was spacious and very quiet. The one issue we saw, which only happened once, was some of the shuttle buses were over crowded and posed a safety risk for riders, as there were people standing who had nothing to hold onto bc the bus was so packed.

Urban Pantry was very convenient. Room was clean and well stocked. Sufficient towels, coffee, and cups. Would be nice to have more towel hooks in the toom, especially since towels aren’t replenished daily.

Loved the place and had a great time for a nice retreat. I couldn’t eat the scrambled eggs and sausage I ordered for breakfast. Rubbery and lacked flavor

It was quiet at night which I appreciated. Great view of volcano bay and we could walk there. I also I loved the perk of being able to swim and use other universal hotels. I also loved taking the bus or the water taxi into the parks. I liked that there is a Starbucks, urban pantry, and bistro for dinner too on site. The staff were accommodating for all our needs the entire week.

The staff was amazing throughout the day and night. Very quick with room service. If you call for extra pillows after 1am a robot will be sent to your room, super cool!

The distance between the hotel and Vulcano bay. Free shuttle service to the parks and boardwalk. Early admission to the parks. Towels replenishment was not daily.

Great spot to stay whether or not you’re visiting parks. Shuttles are easy, staff is great and the rooftop restaurant/bar is way beyond expectation. We have a wonderful time. The bar tender Tabatha was excellent. 10/10.

I really appreciated the convenience of the shuttles to Universal. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. I had to sleep with a couple of towels. I believe the AC filter has not had maintenance because I woke of with a horrible allergy.

A nice clean room, a boat trip away from Universal Studios and walking distance to Volcano Bay. We will be back again!

The second we walked in we felt very welcomed by the staff. They gave us an upgrade on our room. It was our first time at universal and they made it an amazing everlasting experience. Rooms were exceptionally clean and food service to the room was very fast. Pool and hot tub really topped the whole trip!

Everything is clean and well done. The staff got us in early and gave us a gorgeous view for our honeymoon. Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful. There are abundant amenities, but everything does come at a price. Parking at the hotel is $30 per night. There are many good food options, but be prepared to spend more than you typically would for similar items. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Very clean and great location. I booked my room almost a year ago and my confirmation stated a room with a view. What I received was a room with an obstructed view of the roof of the parking garage and the roof of the ventilation system. When I questioned the front end staff, they said when you book through a third party, you have to say you request a room on one of the higher floors ( I was on the 5th floor) to get a room without an obstructed view. I did not see this anywhere. Very disappointed with this as it was a very important part of why I booked this hotel.

This was a great location if you wanted to walk across the street to catch the Water Taxi. We opted to only use the bus system once. Bathrooms are small for family. Housekeeping every other day ..

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helped out. The hotel was very clean and my kids loved the pool. The only issue I had is that they don't have a continental breakfast or a microwave in the room but that is just being nit pickey. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future. The early entry to Universal was a great plus and there prices are much cheaper than other hotels that offer early entry into the park. I would definitely recommend them.

My kids and I loved this hotel! Happy with our stay and will be visiting again next time we head to Orlando. The hotel has a Starbucks, gift shop, rooftop bar with great views. My only complaint is that upon arrival, my kids and I headed to the rooftop bar to eat, and the glass with the Moscato I ordered looked like it had spit in it or something in it. I told the waitress and she got another from the bar tender. That was a little bit concerning. But the check-in went smooth and they got us in early, pool, the shuttle to Universal studios, the fire-grilled pizza on the main level, the fire pit by the pool, and the walk-up cafe made it so convenient to grab quick bites to eat, and we really Loved our stay overall so much!

Very well done. lots of options in the food area in the lobby…. Great food in the restaurant on the rooftop… Good views of all the fireworks. Did not love that. The TV was controlled by a very awkward iPad, but that was my only issue. Everything was great.

Aventura has been the nicest budget friendly hotel I’ve stayed at in Orlando yet ! This was an adult trip this time around so I was nervous about the kid scene especially since I traveled mid spring break but best experience ever ! My only complaint is that the dining options here don’t have too much of a variety but the pizza was good and was open til Midnight ! Very chill very clean and updated unlike the neighbor hotel (C.B). I will definitely stay here again !! I actually got hurt on this trip and the universal team and the hotel staff worked together to get me back to my room safely which I will forever be grateful for. Be back soon Aventura ! 10/10

This property doesn’t have a bellman or valet. I expected that after spending 900.00. Rooms are a bit small, and there’s no staff available after 11:45. There are robots! It was overall ok but I won’t return.

Cleanliness Nothing in this hotel speaks Universal . It was like a ghost town. Nor many people moving around and it felt just like a nice holiday in. No food outside by the pool either !

Beautiful resorts and pools all together. A resort mgr at Sapphire took the time to walk us around and tell us all about the properties. We visit Orlando almost every year for the past 11 yrs and always stay at Disney. Next time we will strongly consider Universal instead. Loved everything.

We only stayed one night, but we were able to take the shuttle to Epic Universe one hour before regular opening. Easy breakfast before the shuttle. Even though we were checked out that morning, we were able to leave our rental car at the hotel garage until we returned from the park late that afternoon.

All of the property grounds were very neat and clean. We were given an upgrade in rooms when checking in due to a special occasion which was very nice, the view was fantastic.

We were told that we could charge things at the universal parks and restaurants and then three times they had to call and get approval. Went to the front desk, and the girl was not very knowledgeable or helpful. We went round and round and finally were told they just had to get approval on a certain dollar amount. Why wasn’t that done when we checked in when we said we definitely wanted to use our room key to charge things. Was also amazed at how many people worked at the Starbucks in the hotel, but only one or two were “actually working“. A lot of them were just goofing around. We also were not able to enjoy the hot tub. It was like a cold bath. You would think that during cooler months that would make sure that that was working properly.

The elevators were fast so you never had to wait long and the busses were so easily accessible, with Sapphire hotel next door, you are able to use the water taxi to get to City Walk if you prefer! Can’t wait to come back soon!

We had a room on the 8th floor with a nice view overlooking the city. The rooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels. If you eat at the hotel, budget about $20+ per person per meal. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view as well. The location is convenient. The shuttle runs to Epic and Citywalk and we were also in walking distance to ride the ferry to Citywalk.

I'll start with the hotel is a great price and if youre visiting the parks and only sleeping in the room its perfect. The room is small and the toilet paper is awkwardly located behind the total. It is very minimalistic! No artwork or theming that I noticed. Pool area was quiet in january but would be very crowded in peak months. All said a great value but i would stay at sapphire falls next time.

We didn't really eat at the hotel. We were busy at the parks or we took the walking path over to City Walk. We really enjoyed the path and it was a quick half mile or so walk to City Walk and two of the parks. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.

We reported this to the front desk, but they claimed they hadn’t seen anything. They said they would escalate the issue to the night security team. When we followed up the next day, they insisted it was the first time they were hearing about it. I explained that we had already reported it the night before, and discussed about it but they denied it!!! The whole situation felt very strange and unprofessional. We ended up losing our items because of a dishonest cleaner or staff member. If you plan to stay at this hotel, be extremely careful with your belongings and avoid leaving anything out in the room.

We found all of the staff to be polite and helpful and a real credit to the hotel, unlike lots of hotels. But some were outstanding. Our amazing stay began with Brenda on check in who was very cheerful and welcoming and really did set the tone for the rest of the holiday. In the Urban Pantry Jennifer and Ines were incredible, especially when they found out it was my birthday! They were always very friendly and upbeat and certainly made my special stay even more special. I must also give a huge shout out to Raven who when we returned after a tiring day was ready to serve us with ice cream and cookies at the Pizza station to help revive us. (A big thank you from Chris "The Cookie Queen".) In the shop Hannah and Patrick were super helpful. I must also make a special mention to our Housekeeper for whom nothing was too much trouble and going out of her way to ensure our room was made up, even late into the afternoon.(I'm sorry that I didn't get your name) The position of the hotel is great even with no car. 5 minutes from Volcano Bay, 5 minutes from Sapphire Falls and the water transport and walking distance to CityWalk. We would definitely recommend this hotel and certainly stay here again!

Hotel was clean but no room service in the two nights I stood there. The pool area was ok nothing extraordinary. The walk to Universal was about 20 min. They really didn’t offer any extra.

Don't recommend. This was a split personal & business trip, picked as the price was reasonable and had transportation to Universal. Had a number of issues. Water was shut off for multiple hour period for repairs, was not communicated to guests prior. Power went out (they said it was a city issue) but hotels across street clearly had lights on. I paid $50 for a late check-out as I had to give a work presentation. Cleaning staff busted in anyway in the middl of my presentation which was very disruptive. Also their starbucks in the slowest starbucks staff I've ever encountered.

We have never stayed at a hotel with such an attentive and friendly staff. We received texts everyday checking up on us and making sure we had a great time, offering help with anything we needed. They were very quick to fulfill any needs we had, such as towels or other amenities. When our shower leaked, they were quick to get us to another room even though we were at the parks all day. They moved us based on our schedule. We were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the food was good as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Modern, perfect.

Very clean and quiet. Staff is great. Ordered extra towels thru the iPad in the room and they arrived at our door within minutes. Air conditioning is great, beds are comfy and rooms are spacious. Good restaurant on site. Nice rooftop terrace and nice ground level pool & hot tub area. Lovely for breakfast or drinks by the pool. Theme parks are close enough to walk but shuttle buses are convenient & clean and run often.

I must brag on the front desk clerk Ashere. He was so very accommodating. Our check in was not till later in the afternoon, we drove for 10 hours straight. He must of noticed how exhausted we were and did not hesitate to check us into our room early. It’s the small blessing that mean the very most!!! That Ashere for you kindness!!! Also we loved the bar/restaurant in the top floor. It was top notch!

Our visit was peaceful, the only thing for that we didn’t enjoy was the dust in the rooms, I am allergic to dust so I don’t blame the staff but would of been cleaner.

Self parking was easy with garage attached. Area is safe, clean, inside universal property. Walk over to the neighboring hotel to catch a boat to city walk and main universal entrance, free shuttle to Epic.

Okay was nice and very conveniently located, my biggest gripe was with the room. First of all, almost everything is controlled with a tablet. Want to turn the tv off, us the tablet. Turn on a light, tablet. When I'm the first one up, I don't want to feel around for the tablet to turn on the vanity light. Which bring on the next annoyance. There's very little privacy. The divider between the bathroom and the beds has these floor to ceiling, 3in slats. If I turn the vanity light on, the whole room is illuminated. No one gets to sleep in. Wouldn't stay here again.

Only fault i could give is the cleanliness of the rooms could be better, especially the floors. But the condition of the rooms is excellent.

The rooms are very modern. The floor to ceiling window gives a great view since we were on the 16th floor. Had minor issue with room temp but they fixed it immediately. Wasn’t a big fan of using a tablet to control the tv and lights tho

Once again, they gave me my favorite room as requested on the 15th floor looking over the theme parks.

Staff members friendly, great location and beautiful hotel.

The room was clean but the bathroom and vanity area was small. No towel rack by the one sink. Not much space in the bathroom to hang change of clothes or towels. The breakfast menu at the cafe was great. Delicious food especially the Belgian waffle and the price was very reasonable. Service was fast and friendly. For a late night snack, they have hot pizza ready made. The free bus shuttle service to the parks was great, not crowded.We were able to get into the Universal parks 1 hour early by showing our room key cards.

All the staff was great. They were very helpful and kindhearted. We loved the robots that delivered small toiletries to our room. The restaurant were good; however the parking is expensive.

So clearly there is a discrepancy internally-pool side security worker guy told us the pool gate is open before 9am to allow Volcano Bay guests to go through but at 9:01 am tells us we were not suposed to be there. Check-in receptionist who was very nice told us something opposite. For the amount we paid we should not encounter that. Aside from that we had a great time.

From check-in to check out the whole experience was absolutely amazing! The price point is reasonably. This was much better than all the premier hotels due to the highest technology! No express pass but the stay was absolutely MUCH better! I recommend this hotel one million times!

The busses took an hour to show up the first day. And the drink machines downstairs are a rip off. They charge $5 for a soft drink out of the machine, it only let you fill up your cup 1/2 way and then makes you wait 2 plus minutes before you can use the machine again and that cup is only good for 1 hour of use. They try and push you to the $20 unlimited per day cup. It’s a total JOKE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME YOU TRY TO GET A BEVERAGE.

Once again my family and I had a great vacation and the best part was staying at your hotel! The location was perfect for Universal access to the things we like. Nice going to the bus and the pool was nice and rooms so clean with accessories

When I can to checkout, at around 10.40 am, I was told the whole bill had been charged to the hold card. As I wanted to pay some by cash this required a significant refund. As it happened I was happy to pay by the card I gave as the hold card, but if I had not been, it would have required a refund and then recharge. This is unprofessionally poor communication and customer service.

Everything was amazing, I really enjoyed the food, drinks and service above all. Great internet and the food, transportation to and from the parks was easy and stress free.

We had a great stay at Aventura. Staff were very helpful. Pillows were too fluffy for me and but they don't have thinner ones. All in all, stay was comfortable, dining is great and not too pricey. Shuttle bus is a plus!

I can see why this hotel received a 9.5 rating. Very catering to hotel guests. Friendly and safe. Great pizza! A bit pricey on other foods and drinks. Did not like being charged $30/night for hotel parking since I had already paid for my hotel for the week. This must be a new way of nickel and diming people. Of course, this was Orlando. Anyway, highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect for our one night stay driving up from SW Fla. We arrived early morning & were able to check in right away. Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. Parking was easy & accessible. Room was comfortable with nice views out of floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of storage & closet space. Beds were comfy. Hotel was accommodating with extra pillows, blanket, etc. Connecting room next door was not sound proofed well-could hear everything. Would like to request better bath products option, especially a nice smelling body wash. Market & gelato employees were friendly & efficient. Transportation was convenient-both busses & a short walk to Sapphire Falls for the water taxi. A positive experience & would stay again.

The property overall was fine. We didn’t love the food options. The shuttles were nice and easy- really didn’t have to wait very long.

Overpriced compared to the quantity delivered. Guests service was good, but the accommodations in the room compared to a $69 hotel off a typical interstate exit, but they charge over $300. I checked out and found a much better hotel not far away with 5 star accommodations for less money.

We obviously came for our trip to Universal so the bussing abilities were amazing. We only ever had to wait 10 mins for a ride to or from the parks. There was plenty at the hotel to explore but we didn't take advantage of any of the onsite amenities. My only negative was the walls are thin! We never saw anyone on our floor but we sure heard them. Neighbors sounded like they were standing outside our window (using their Spidey webs or something).

We had a wonderful stay. Loved hotel and the lobby area. Very clean and quiet for adults. Loved the shuttle service to the parks. Will definitely come back and only a penny incidental fee. Loved that!

Housekeeping was hit or miss depending on the day. Room was quite dusty and it was noticeable that housekeeping didn't clean properly. Convinent shuttle to the parks.

The cleanliness was not up to par as a person who isn’t a fan of public status the bathroom was disgusting hair still in it and dirt on the walls, caulking was terrible. There is no fan for the bathroom to suck extra moisture from showers. And the coach was disgusfing very discolored and gross. There are a lot of floors in this hotel, which I should’ve heard that in mind that it was a lot of rooms for room cleaning to cover to be able to do it correctly and efficiently in in my opinion these rooms were disgusting for the price. The hotel itself is nice, but cleaning is not what it should be.

Great onsite universal property. Plenty of food choices and good transportation links with bus and water taxi a few mins away in sapphire falls. Beds really comfy and we found the room overall pretty quiet too. Staff very helpful and ordering more soap etc was super easy on the iPad in the room. Overall loved our stay here (9 nights) and would recommend.

Overall the stay was good. For the most pat the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I liked the fact that the hotel was quiet and a nice reprieve from the chaos of the theme parks. Cleanliness level was good but could be better, especially the carpeted areas. Also, many pool towels and bath towels were stained. Overall good stay and would stay there again.
