A lovely historic in the staff was gracious all around wonderful stay

We highly recommend this place. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and its location is great. The host, Diana, was very kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

Vey cut and clean hotel! We only stayed one night but the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, comfy bed, located a 5 min walk from the beach. Great place to stay and fairly priced for the area.

I enjoyed my king room with stylish decor (sea turtle motifs) and useful amenities. It is a historic building which added a special charm to my Palm Beach stay, rooms are spacious and updated.

I had a great time in the beginning and the lovely cute blonde girl at the front desk was amazing but she was only there until Saturday, Sunday Monday and Tuesday there was a very cold and off putting Russian woman that I was not fond of. Maybe it's just because I'm not used to being around Russian people but she seemed bored and annoyed. The property is beautiful but the main area where the reception is smells dingy and at times it smells like cat urine. They were putting up wallpaper during my stay and the guy was outside my door singing and banging and really causing a disruption to my quiet enjoyment. I don't feel as though they should charge full price when they're doing renovations and I paid a pretty penny to stay in that room. I do love how they let you access snacks, fruit, Beverages and whatnot anytime you want. They have fresh water, tea, snacks and what not for their guests. Also, I did feel very safe there. Unfortunately, I will not be returning but I'm glad that I was able to experience Palm Beach.

This place is such a perfect little niche in the best location possible! Its intimate size means the staff is incredibly attentive, Jenna and Victoria from the front office made everything seamless. They were super friendly and helpful, especially when we rented bikes, they made sure everything was perfect for us. I loved the 24/7 open bar full of yummy, healthy snacks. The entire place was spotless, and housekeeping kept our room pristine every day.

We felt so lucky to secure a room in such an incredible location. The room itself exceeded expectations: the sheets were some of the softest I’ve ever slept on, the A/C kept the room perfectly cool to our liking, and the ceiling fan added great airflow. The mini fridge was just the right size and super convenient. Safety was also top-notch—we were given our own personal code for entry and exit, which made us feel completely secure throughout our stay. The amenities were thoughtful and abundant: an open kitchen stocked with food and beverages, plus beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs available for guest use—everything you could need for a perfect beach day. And the staff? Absolutely wonderful. Hospitality with a smile every time—so friendly, accommodating, and truly made us feel welcome. If you’re heading to PBI, don’t think twice—book this location. It made our trip unforgettable.

Great location! I loved it and would definitely go back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and property were clean. The snack and coffee bar is wonderful, love this idea and I wish all hotels had it. Getting coffee and breakfast every morning was so convenient and the selection offered was awesome. We didn't have a car so we didn't have to worry about parking. We walked most places, there are restaurants and shops close by. No elevator, so think about the size of your luggage. Be aware of the coffee shop next door, it's very trendy so there is a crowd that is in the entrance area during their open hours. Our overall experience was great!

Hotel was quiet, clean and in a safe part of town, and a very short walk from Wirth Avenue. Front desk staff was always friendly and offered to help. The room was tiny, though manageable. Wish there were an elevator since between the two of us we carried a total of just over 77 pounds in our luggage. Other issue was no on-premise parking, though the hotel did provide a parking pass that provided no cost parking about 2 blocks away.

My girlfriend and I stayedat the Palm Beach Historic Inn for one night while in town for a benefit and I am really glad we chose to stay on Palm Beach instead of miles away in West Palm or the other alternatives that the Internet gave us. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt personal. Victoria greeted us and walked us through everything the hotel offers, from snacks and drinks to the availability of their driver. When we got to our room, the staff had left a handwritten note welcoming us and offering help with anything we needed, which was a very nice touch. The room itself was great, with a comfortable sitting area that made it easy to get ready for our event. The next morning Victoria greeted us again and was genuinely interested in hearing how our evening went, which says a lot about the level of care here. The location really is everything. This small boutique hotel sits right in the center of Palm Beach and is only about a block from the beach and shopping, restaurants, etc. Parking was also easier than expected. We will definitely stay here again, especially because of the hospitality Victoria showed us and the small, quaint, high service feel of the property.

Really nice place in the heart of Palm Beach. The staff was kind, the room was immaculate, and the snacks/drinks were really nice to have. My only complaint is that the shower took a while to get warm. Otherwise, I would stay again.

Sorry - 1 star. Upon check in - (before 8pm) no one will be there to assist you, and a fellow traveler could not get a hold of Jenna, he showed me his phone with 8 calls unanswered. Breakfast means a Nutri-Grain bar, for which no one will be in the reception area either during your departure unless its after 9:30 I think. Room was frezzing cold, and heat didnt work. Worse thing...no hot water. This was the worst stay I've ever had on Hotels.com

The front desk person was excellent, the room was bright and airy. The only negative the coffee was awful in the room.

Great spot in an excellent location. Tati at the front desk went the extra length answering my many questions about PB and it's offerings.. PBHI is not your typical hotel, but it is perfect for the casual visitor.

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. This is a historic inn, so the closet and bathroom was a little smaller than usual, but the single rooms were of good size. The suites had more room. The building is old but well renovated and comfortable. They have great air conditioning, adequate water pressure, and good amenities. They have thought of everything! And it’s just a short walk to the beach!

The free breakfast and snacks was a nice addition to the walkability to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Would recommend the parking pass as parking around hotel is a bit tight...perfect location...close to everything on island...for the price and location cannot beat it

I absolutely loved staying here! It was so clean and quiet, conveniently located. Tati was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast snacks were available all day which was helpful with having a little one with me. Free unlimited waters and a really good coffee shop right next door. I plan on going back each summer and I will stay here every time! For the price I paid, I did not expect it to be this amazing. Oh and there’s a wine shop next door too.

Location, room/amenities, staff! Absolutely enjoyed my short stay here. Centrally located, a short walk to the beach, Worth Ave, restaurants, and $10 ride to WPB. The rooms are freshly renovated a few years ago, tastefully decorated and very clean, having all the modern conveniences while keeping the historic inn look. Complimentary snacks, bottled water, and soft drinks in the lobby are available all day. Drift next door offers a more substantial food and beverage breakfast menu. I didn’t get to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and bike rentals due to the weather but they look very nice. Last but certainly not the least, Tatiana at the front desk definitely made my stay incredibly pleasant. She is super friendly, caring, and helpful. I can’t wait until my next visit.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. It’s right in the heart of this beautiful historic town - next to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Staff in wonderfully communicative and there is always a snack in the lobby. I couldn’t have asked for more.

This is one of our favorite Inn’s Comfortable bed and excellent location. The coffee, snack, and breakfast area is outstanding. Excellent variety. They provide beach chairs and a short walk to the beach. No elevator.

They were very accommodating with my early check-in and were so kind and considerate. Check-in was super easy and I stayed out late and getting back to my hotel and was easy. I slept fantastic on a very very comfortable king size bed. I will be back!!

Location is great and close to worth avenue. Staff is always more than accommodating. Very small and quiet at night. You feel like you are a guest in someone's home. This is our new Palm Beach place. Our second time within a year.

Nice old historic hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It is small and no elevator but we knew that prior to check in. Probably over sells the free breakfast but has good snacks that are complimentary 24/7. Very friendly staff. We would stay there again.

Quaint vintage boutique hotel in the heart of downtown shopping area, across from city hall and quick walk to the public beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs, towels and breakfast. This is an older ptoperty but nicely maintained. Linens were fresh and the staff was very accomodating. Nice walkable area for walks, shopping and dining. We would definitely stay again!

The whole building Creeks when you walk. The garbage collection trucks come at 7:30 a.m. and make extremely loud noises. The bed is horrible and super cheap. I was not able to get a wink of sleep. It's a great location but the owners have not spent a dime on the property over the last 100 years. I knew that I'm going into a older property but I did not expect such horrible mattresses. The bathrooms are so tiny that there's no way to get around the door because the sink and the door have a gap of 6 in when you try to go to the tub!!! The reception service was the worst. I lost my key I had to wait for over an hour before somebody on the phone figured it out and told me to go into a safe and get it.

Property is old. They are doing construction so it looks messy. It’s a good value for the price and location. They didn’t have bikes like it said on the website. I was woken up at midnight by other guests in the hallway yelling. The parking is difficult

Guests have to park on the street, $5/hr 9a-5p, and that was not disclosed in the listing. The food offered for breakfast was mostly packaged junk food. The bed was comfortable. No central air. The room had a noisy AC unit in the wall. There was only one chair. The room lacked a full-length mirror. It could be a nice place, but not when we stayed there.

The hotel is nice and quaint, but parking is not really available, the parking rules are confusing. No restaurants in walking distance besides a very expensive ones.

The woman at the front desk (Priscilla??!) was super nice and very accommodating. I arrived early and she arranged to have my room cleaned first so I could check in early and be refreshed after flying in. It made all the difference having a warm welcome and easy arrival. Thank you!

There is no parking, absolutely none. We had to walk 15 minutes each way, the TVs were ancient and the smell was stale. There is no elevator and no staff after 7. There are no shops worth seeing within walking and no reason to stay here. Credit to the staff, they were great but this place was just terrible.

It’s a great place. It’s a bit dated but they’re doing renovations now. It’s by far the best value in all of Palm Beach!

The beach was a 2 minute walk and the front desk provides their guests with towels, chairs, umbrellas and even has some sunscreen/lotion/aloe for your use. Would not hesitate to book again!

The reason that I give this four stars and not five is that this is truly a simple but cozy and lovely inn. The location is wonderful. The rooms are lovely and it is small. Many of the people who come here come regularly. Ask for Crystal! There are snacks all the time and it is a block's walk from the beach. It does not have a restaurant or a pool or 24 hours someone at the desk. There are stairs.

I love the location, the friendly staff, and the rooms. The bathroom is a bit small, parking is hard and a pool would be nice, but this is a boutique hotel so no pool is ok.

Room included a mini fridge, large closet, small bathroom, and queen bed. There was a coffee pot and bottled water in the room as well as a handwritten note and chocolates. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were also available to borrow. Parking was on the street and did not cost us anything.

Unique in that it is a historic property. Not so good was parking - there is none and you have to move your car around throughout the day to avoid a ticket. But the area is very nice. Restaurants or good (not great) and very expensive.

Parking was tough. They do have nightly passes for a fee if your there for more than one night. I was there just one night but had to make sure i was out early so my car wouldnt get ticketed or towed

Nicky on reception went out of her way to make us feel like family. The open snack bar / breakfast bar is a deal clincher as you can take a drink and a snack and head to the beach. The beach is so close you can stroll back and forth. We highly recommend it and it was the best accommodation choice we made in the whole of Florida !!

Very clean and comfortable beds. Complimentary bottled water, juice, snacks, coffee etc. available in the lobby 24/7.

The parking they sell is at least 1 block away, subject to availablity. It can be much further than 1 block. Air conditioning in the room is super noisy. Breakfast included is just a kitchen where you can toast some bread and have some coffe machines and a fridge. Fruits and also some pastries. Its a Do It Yourself breakfast. No other breakfast option anywhere close. Receptionist attitude not very polite. They are at the counter just from 9am to 7 pm. Checkout date, she arrived 9.30 am. Rooms are very noise, so your privacy is limited
