Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Also, that main lobby courtyard being closed really created a tight dark lobby that was not what we expected for a breakers experience at that price. The food was pretty good, the rooms were just fine, we would stay at The Four Seasons in the future.

The room had a nice ocean view. The pools and beaches were beautiful. Nice dining experience.

The only issue we had was the description was 'resort view' when in fact it was looking over a convention center roof and ac units. I asked management to correct and was unsuccessful.

Cleanliness, nice outdoor pool areas especially the private one for guests only. Beautiful grounds. They had construction going on which started early on Sunday morning. Very loud as it was in the middle courtyard. There was not a coffee pot in the room leaving you having to pay $20 for a small pot not including tax and gratuity, also waiting 30 minutes for it. The Fish Bar was closed and there really are not a lot of food options on property. I spent my 65th birthday there and 3 days prior to my arrival they cancelled my brunch reservation for 8 people. It was not easy to find another reservation that close which was stressful. The hotel did not offer anything.

The Breakers never let you down. Everything was impeccable! They first gave us a room on a construction site, I had some zoom meetings to attend and there was not a desk on my room. I asked to be moved and they accommodated me immediately.

Nice service and employees. But there’s too much construction going on to justify the price right now. Hearing a saw noise all day at the pool wasn’t pleasant.

Would like to be able to have table service, instead of only a buffet for breakfast.

This hotel feels more like a service stop than a true hospitality experience, and it shows. Definitely not comparable to a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons. Right now, I wouldn’t recommend visiting — the property is under heavy construction. The lobby and main corridors feel like a dungeon, and they’ve even covered the windows to block the view of the work outside. On-site restaurants are average at best, nothing memorable. The only highlight was breakfast and the Sunday brunch — both were genuinely good.

Had some drama with the omelette station couple by simply asking if they cook with butter. It's a simple yes or no question where she never answered but went on to tell me the pan options. I asked three times. She actually said, "I think you want olive oil.". No. I want butter. Just yes or no because so many restaurants use soy bean oil. It was odd and clearly the guests around me thought I was the problem. Also a lady at the pool was yapping incessantly on her speaker phone pacing back and forth in front of my chair, next to my chair, behind my chair as if the entire world wanted to hear her very important business call for an hour. I left the pool because of it. I wish the employees could have asked to go somewhere private.

The beach was not too inviting but the pool areas were very nice. Had trouble getting wi fi and Netflix. The Stores were mostly apparal oriented. Not very interesting. The buffet breakfast was excellent The architecture of the buildings is beautiful. Worth a visit. Much better than any chain hotel.

Despite being told we received an “upgrade,” our room was located next to the elevator, with constant noise day and night. Even worse, it had an adjoining door to the next room, through which we could hear everything. Privacy was practically nonexistent. I had paid extra for a room with a “resort view,” but our only view was of unattractive rooftops and noisy A/C units on the first floor. No balcony. Just an ugly scene. I requested to leave early and was initially told I’d be charged a $100 penalty. Only after insisting did they offer to waive it and move us to another room—but it was going to be smaller. After paying $690 per night (plus taxes and fees), that felt unacceptable. We only stayed one night and are still waiting for a refund for the unused nights. While the hotel appears luxurious, many carpets were old and dirty. And the “beach” access is misleading—dirty, rough, and impossible to enjoy. It’s essentially unusable. To be fair, the pools were lovely… but we’re not pool people. In short: beautiful building, poor value, and disappointing service. Not the anniversary experience we were hoping for.

The girl at the front desk when I checked in was super rude I wanted to upgrade my room and she said there was no need . Her attitude was not welcoming at all, cleaning lady’s super helpful and always with a smile

Great history behind this beautiful landmark, from 1896 many artists from Italy came to work on the property, as a result is amazing.

Nice stay for weekend getaway. Coffee service in the room would have been nice. Better dining guide in room would also have been more convenient.

However, our check in was terrible. We arrived around 9:30pm. The valley and luggage people were good and on point. Receptionist was very arrogant. When we asked where to go for food at that hour she said that we should consider changing for the long bar. That seafood bar was an option. We asked till what time they serve food. She said 10:45pm. We said we read that it was till 10pm - is she sure. She said she is sure about 10:45. So we checked into room and slowly moved to seafood bar. Guess what they stopped serving food as 10. And lobby bar did not let us in as after 10pm you have to be over 21 and my daughter is 17. So we ended up with room service. Breakfast is great, pool is ok. Sea area need more attention - there is corrosion problem, yet no exactly addressed - not pretty. Steak house- very nice.

Its he best hotel in all of Florida! From the timeless arquitecture, to the top of the line food, service and ammenities! Staying here in staying in heaven!

The epitome of the perfect resort.

We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our room especially in the mornings with room service. We also loved having cars and drivers available to take us where we wanted to go off the grounds.

Absolutely fantastic. From the amenities to the warm hospitality from the staff.. cannot wait to go back. For a top notch luxury hotel there was zero stuffiness felt from the resort.. just a beautiful stay!

The stunning architecture, rich history, and beautiful art of this hotel captivated me and were the reasons I chose to stay here. It truly felt like I was transported back in time to another era. The landscaping was a gardener's dream, and the security at the front gate, as well as throughout the property, were always vigilant, doing an excellent job. The only downsides were the construction happening next to the hotel beach and the absence of a coffee machine in our room; we had to request one, which seemed unusual given the price of the stay. Additionally, the beach furniture and towels could use a refresher. Other than that, the hotel was immaculate, and the staff were both professional and friendly, providing exceptional service. The HMF restaurant surpassed our expectations, with the food being an absolute delight.

We had an excellent week at The Breakers. All of the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and strived to make our stay the best it could be.

The Breakers consistently provided our services for many years! The brunch is the best one can expect. The pool and beach area is nice, but some disturbance was caused by the construction of the water wall near the beach.

We have stayed at great properties in both North America and Europe and would say it ranks in the Top 5 overall. Beautiful hotel, views and ambiance. The service was inconsistent in certain areas. The valet was extremely busy and seemed annoyed when I asked to call us a cab. At another time, we were pointed in pouring rain towards a shuttle parked a bit away and not offered an umbrella. Pool service was slow and we had to flag staff down for service. This is not what we are used to at 5 star properties. If they could make some adjustments in this respect, it truly would be an exceptional place to stay.

Luxurious accommodations. Nice, friendly staff, comfortable, clean accommodations. Food and beverages on the pricy side but that is to be expected.

It's a gem that I don't want anyone to know about! lol. But seriously, we live in Florida and have tried all hotels in Palm Beach, but Breakers is in a league of their own. Plus the rooms a super quiet which is a rare even on a beach hotel :)

Amazing property, people and service! Have stayed at many 5 star properties, this is one of the best. When you’re in Palm Beach, this is where you want to be. Stayed in the Flagler Club section and it was sheer perfection from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back!

I stayed at The Breakers for one night with my wife and son. It was great. It is a beautiful hotel with many amenities and treats guests like royalty. I would definitely stay again.

Magical in every way !

As an example, Check out was tedious and I have still not received my bills a few hours after check out. Booking restaurants for 16 persons two months before coming was so ignored by the staff that after a few email exchanges to even get a response, we had to organize other venues for our meals. No upgrade was provided which may seem uncommercial when 6 rooms are booked at top rates. The rooms are not furnished with coffee or tea machines which nowadays is substandard at 1500/night per room. Breakfast is still fabulous food and service. The seafood bar is always packed but fun, the pool is amazing and service at the restaurant is kind amicable and efficient. The grounds are beautiful. I would suggest you see other solutions if you are going as a group. Otherwise this is a great spot.
