We love Brazilian Court and are regular visitors since some 20 years back. This was our first visit this year and we were very happy. The property was I. Great condition, nice recent upgrades in the dining room and our room. The cleanliness was impeccable, service very friendly and professional. We have always loved Boulud Cafe and this time both the dinner and breakfast were perfect. We highly recommend Brazilian Court.

The staff was incredible. Dane and Nicole made our stay particularly wonderful. The concierge immediately texts back and is very helpful with arranging things.

Brazilian Court is low key, classical upscale, historic but chic. It’s a gem.

The room was great and the bar was well stocked. We could not get the water the right temperature. It was scalding hot.

Best term is "shabby chic". Room has mold. Shower needed to be fixed. Hot tub doesn't work. The gym was in terrible shape, better not to have one than to pretend that is a fitness center. Most inexplicitly, there is no coffee station in the room. Every place you go these days you can make your morning coffee in the room, but not here. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is lovely and has classic Palm Beach character. I did receive a room upgrade, and staff were polite and responsive. The location is excellent and truly one of the hotel’s highlights. Unfortunately, the in-room experience was very disappointing for a hotel at this price point. The air conditioner did not work properly. Despite setting the thermostat to 65°F, the room temperature never dropped below 73°F. I woke up around 3 a.m. uncomfortable and sweaty and had a restless night. Maintenance addressed the issue around 7 a.m., but by then the night was already lost. Additionally, there was no hot water for a morning shower. For a room costing approximately $900 per night, basic comfort such as climate control and hot water should be guaranteed. The hotel did offer a $200 discount, which I appreciate. However, the purpose of this stay was rest and relaxation, and unfortunately, that was not achieved. While the property has charm and a beautiful setting, this stay did not feel like a luxury experience or worth the price paid.

Excellent service and beautiful space. The room was quiet and comfortable. The cocktails and food were wonderful. The only negative was that the jets didn’t work in the spa tub. We told maintenance, but it wasn’t something they could fix right away.

People were great the hotel bar was great.

Very noisy room. Next to the rear loading area for event loading and unloading. Up to 1 AM because of noise. My room was blocked from going to the front because of a wedding ceremony. Had to walk around the block to get to the front.

We had an excellent stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are impeccable, the food and drinks are amazing. We used their transportation service all over the island and their new boat tour is perfection.

Nice location. Great Boulud restaurant. But the hotel rooms are dated.

The property was beautiful, the room was huge, and the staff was all made aware of our plans for the weekend and went out of their way to have everything ready for us. Everybody was so incredibly helpful from opening every door, to having bicycles ready for us, to offering us cold water - just so many little amenities made this so wonderful. This was a Five Star Plus experience! I can't thank them enough for making this a truly special experience for us.

I had to complain three times to resolve a housekeeping issue. The shower valve was loose, and it was impossible to take a hot shower. The mattress condition was terrible. The a/c in the room was extremely noisy. It woke me up many times during the night.

I love the Brazilian Court. It's in a neighbood and very walkable to Worth Avenue, shopping and restaurants. It has a stylish and chill vibe. The staff are so nice, accommodating, and on the ball! I'll never stay anywhere else in Palm Beach.

We had an awesome time there !! Will come back.

Another memorable stay and this time celebrating our wedding anniversary at this UNESCO world heritage site 30-years ago with wonderful rooms surrounded by private and carefully tailored courtyards. The entire staff's ability to help make you feel welcome while also attending to every detail of your stay, topped by great food and service, continues to make this beautiful enclave of history and culture a world renowned experience for us.

The bathroom was very dated and you had to step over a large bathtub to get into the shower. Our room was nice but the AC was broke and the sink didn’t drain properly.

Brazilian Court hotel is a boutique property that tries very hard to service their guests with warm hospitality and professionalism. We will continue to stay here whenever we are staying in the Palm Beach area.

Very beautiful, special place, courtyard surrounded by beautiful palm trees and other plantings. Expensive, but worth the price.

Italian yacht cruise around Palm Beach

In the past- this was a remarkable hotel- so I booked it again- after flying cross country - the room was not ready til 4 w no real help of what to do for 4 hours - the staff didn’t care. Very staid- no personal service. The room was dated and cold: the small patio facing the next door garbage. Could hear everything in room upstairs- the bedside alarm went off at 4am- the water was warm not hot- the personnel were totally indifferent to this horrific stay which I left early- they were kind enough to reduce the rate from 1500 to 1300

They were very understaffed, could never get the right service. The room was humid and very noisy. The bellman took an hour to get to my room and put the bags in the wrong car. Not the standard that is expected

Beautiful hôtel with a lot of charm, cafe boulud has gone down hill. They were very overwhelmed with having the hotel so full for Christmas and could not keep up. It was a shame everything was complicated but do plan on return off season

The room was not quiet. You could hear conversations from the adjacent room. It was too close to the street and there was continuous foot traffice outside the room. Room 108A is a terrible location. The water temperature fluctuated drastically. The internet service was weak at best. The game room was missing the game pieces necessary for Backgammon, Scrabble, and Checkers.

Lovely property! They provided us with an upgrade which we didn’t even request. Will definitely consider returning on our next trip to Palm Beach.

I have always loved the Brazilian Court and hence hold it to the highest standards. This visit was disappointing. We had no hot water, our sink did not work, there was mildew in the room and the hotel has been re-decorated poorly, heartbreaking. There were no fresh flowers in the vases in the rooms nor on the tables at Thanksgiving dinner…

Came in on a red eye. Accommodated me with a room 8 hours before check in. Great stay. Comfortable beds and great service.

Pool and restaurant were excellent. Staff extremely accommodating. Loved their free car service. Ice was very difficult to get, had to have it delivered. No coffee maker in room.

Rooms were a bit tired, rug tape residue where a room carpet once was. Foul smell upon entry of room reported to bellman at time of bag drop off, said he would have it looked into and nothing happened, does to patio rotted to the point it was difficult to close and took two people to manage to lift it into place. Not the experience you’d expect in a hotel at this price.

Beautiful surroundings, large rooms, excellent restaurant plus a yacht! Walking distance to the beach and Worth Ave. Impeccable service!

Tropical, tranquil, and very tasteful. The Brazilian Court is a jewel for fine dining at Cafe Boulud and convenient access to bustling Palm Beach. The yacht cruise on the BC One was a wonderful added bonus to our experience.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff.

The optional trip on the new hotel-owned boat was a welcome surprise. The trip itself was very pleasant and we enjoyed the interactions with the staff, in particular the Captain (Clay?) very much. Only minor criticisms would be better access to coffee in the room without having to order room service (I can hardly even order breakfast before I’ve had coffee). The property is dog friendly but guests without dogs might appreciate some limitations on where they can go. The dog fight pool-side on our first day was sadly repeated several days in a row. Those were very minor issues during an otherwise incredibly enjoyable visit.

Staff here is amazing. They treated us like family and remembered us from the last time we stayed. The room is beyond awesome. We totally enjoyed a fantastic dinner at their beautiful restaurant and they served us a special anniversary dessert.

I am short and petite and my friend tall and neither of us were very comfortable in them. i noticed all women were unable to sit back in the chairs. Price for a basic breakfast like yogurt and granola could be less pricey. Coffee is good.

Absolutely the best place in Palm Beach

The restaurant was exceptional as were the door staff. The front desk and pool service was uneven and should be encouraged to be more guest centered rather than preoccupied. The room had various issues eg. shower door wasn’t sealed well letting water out, room safe needed to be reprogrammed and champagne in the mini bar was flat. It is a beautiful hotel that is in need of TLC.

The staff at this historic hotel are second to none! Truly their attentiveness to our needs was outstanding! From Mathew and Mariana at the front desk, to Mathew the valet who also drove us around, to Caroline, the amazing bar tender; these are just a few of the numerous staff members that we met. Our room was perfect for us, a charming, spacious and comfortable spot to take in the beauty of the area. The restaurant,Cafe Boulud was extraordinary in every way. We will be returning soon! Thank you Brazilian Court for an excellent stay!

This is a great property, however they initially gave us a room in the part of the hotel which is under construction/ renovation. They moved us after we told them we didn’t want to be in this area.

We had a great stay on a weekend away. The staff was helpful and friendly, the grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were superb. We enjoyed proximity to the beach, shopping and dining. Even our furbaby had a great time and was welcome!

We felt like we had the hotel to ourselves because South Florida season is highest from Thanksgiving- Easter and we went during Summer time! Our days went like this: In the mornings we ate breakfast at the hotel, went to the beach, got in the pool, went for a walk in Worth Avenue, did some shopping, ate at Pizza al Fresco restaurant and ice cream at Piccolo Gelato. Our room was a very comfortable suite with living room area, bar, den, 2 full bathrooms, 3 closets and a master bedroom with walking closet. It was perfect for our family! The highlight of our stay honestly was the top tier customer service provided by a nice men at the front desk name Matthew, all the bellmen and a man assisting at the pool. Bellmen drove us to the beach, setup our chairs and umbrellas and picked us up and teardown everything for us. My son was given crayons, coloring book and cars when we were waiting at the lobby. My only complaint is that we did not get good customer service from the reataurant host at breakfast time. Lady did not give a smile, was in a terrible mood and with some attitude. I suggest the bellman and the front desk man to train this lady so she can level up or to move her to an administrative position where she does not has direct contact with guests and visitors. Thank you Brazilian Cour staff for making us feel like home and family. We will be back soon!

My husband and I celebrated our baby moon here, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the valet, to the front desk staff, housekeeping, etc… everything and everyone was exceptional. We’re looking forward to returning again soon. Thank you all so much!

Beautiful facility in nice location (altho no hot water one night) and very nice staff. Restaurant sub-par: didn't get our order from waitress to kitchen; the latte was terrible. Overall, very nice with a number of minor glitches.

The heat and air conditioning didn’t work and the room and entire building smelled mouldy

The hotel was well located. The pool was exceedingly small and with few lounge chairs so it was impossible to find one available. The other outside seating was dirty and no service available. The rooms included a jacuzzi bit it was never cleaned unless requested. No tables were reserved for hotel guests, so not possible to enjoy restaurant.

One of my favorite places to stay in Palm Beach. So well done with private cozy corners and beautiful tropical landscapes. The service is unmatched as they make you feel like family! I will be back!

The service, amenities and food were all great, but the hotel is VERY tired and is desperate need of an update. The heavy mahogany wood everywhere is dark and dreary. Our room had a really dirty/old carpet and a very heavy mildew smell. Wouldn’t stay there again.

This is the most wonderful hotel. It provides an oasis of elegance and beauty with impeccable service and outstanding amenities. From cocktails to fresh juice, fluffy towels to smiles from every single staff member, nothing could be faulted. We recommend it 100%.

From the minute we arrived the staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. They showed us the property, allowed us to check in early, and our room was perfect for our occasion. We ate brunch every morning of our stay, which was fantastic both from a service and from a taste perspective. They accommodated our special requests as needed and we also were able to enjoy the bar for cocktail hour each evening of our stay where the drinks and appetizers were well poured and good. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again on our next visit

Brazilian Court is quintessential Palm Beach. Excellent service, beautiful rooms and grounds. Excellent restaurant and bar. Overall an excellent hotel.

The location is impeccable, and the staff are very friendly, accessible and ready to assist. Parking is an issue, but the Valets make that irrelevant. They are willing to provide transportation nearby and to have one's car ready without delay. The Hotel is located within walking distance to the best dining and shopping and the beach. The Hotel's restaurant is one of the best in the area. The only reason anyone would give the Brazilian Court Hotel less than 5 Stars is to keep others from finding this gem in the heart of Palm Beach.

First room, the AC vent started leaking from the ceiling, causing a significant amount of water. This was due to a clogged drain per the engineer that came to look. We were there given an upgrade, but the hallway and room smelled so bad and musty that we had to go buy air fresheners. I then thought I would have a nice relaxing soak in the whirlpool tub, which I was looking forward to. Upon turning on the water, brown/rust colored water came out. I cleaned the tub, let the water run, only to fill up the tub and find out the whirlpool was broken. The staff was very nice, but for $700 a night, you would think this place would be better maintained

Elegant hotel with an updated vibe, wonderful warm service, well located. The room was spacious, well decorated and had lots of storage. Shower was the best! Pool area was lovely and well maintained.

The Brazilian Court is stunning! Beautiful property, courtyards, pool, stayed in a gorgeous suite, staff was top notch and made you feel like family! Location is unbeatable! One block from the beach and Worth Avenue! I will recommend to everyone!

We were in the gorgeous Crawford Suite with Photos by world famous English Photographer Terry O’Neill with a huge coffee table book of his photos of the rich and famous..
