Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests frequently praise the staff for being friendly and helpful, but express disappointment with the lack of breakfast options and outdated rooms.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean rooms
- Lack of breakfast options
- Outdated rooms and facilities
- 4/5
Breakfast was "ok". Was the regular cereal, bread, yogurt stuff. They were stingy on the little cheese omelettes and paper thin bacon. 24 hr coffee station 👍 great!
- 3/5
The pool was broken, room was very stuffy and changing the air temperature didn’t seem to help. Breakfast was basic and hot food did not look appetizing. Bed was comfy. Hotel looked a little tired, in need of an overhaul.
- 2/5
Unfortunately this hotel was a big disappointment. 1st room was dirty and sheets not charging from last person that stayed there. Stains on carpet, scuff marks everywhere, pool broken, tack strip nail sticking out, Helpful staff, but we will not stay there again.
- 3/5
There was no notification that the pool and hot tub were closed prior to arrival or upon booking. The restaurant is closed on site and no notification of that either. Breakfast for the entire community consisted of five yogurts and three apples and that was literally it. There was no milk, no cereal or no other juices or options. The morning on-site staff said he’s doing what he can which I understand. He’s not gonna go grocery shopping for a hotel of this size however, when you advertise a continental breakfast, that’s what is expected.
- 2/5
Beds are terrible .. TV’s are from the 90’s will not stay again
- 3/5
Clean hotel. Staff are friendly. But the incidental deposit of $150 is three times what other hotels of higher quality charge. Because of this, I would not return to this hotel.
- 5/5
Room was very clean shower was very hot and Powerful I had a great stay
- 2/5
While the bathroom looked relatively clean as I think was the bedding (hopefully), it was hard to get beyond the stained carpet. I think there were even some blood stains. This hotel needs a serious renovation. The Keurig coffeemaker in the room was not working. There was coffee in the lobby, so that was helpful... just hard for me to get over that stained carpet! Luckily, I only spend one night.
- 2/5
The breakfast and pool were closed. The room was musty. Only a small bar of soap. Other motels have the bathroom products in the shower walls. This did not. Had to go to store and get those items. Room key worked once. Light bulb was out in bathroom. For the great reviews that made my decision I was very disappointed. Will not stay again when visiting
- 1/5
The hot tub and pool did not work. There was no breakfast as advertised. The carpet in the room was worn out. The TV did not work well.We ended up getting a different hotel room for our second night’s stay.
- 2/5
No pool, no breakfast, no real amenities. Everything closed
- 4/5
Property was great. Half the staff didn’t speak English so didn’t like that.
- 5/5
Everything was good. I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
My room was hot ehen I got in despite the thermostat set to 69. I called the front desk and they reset the breaker and within 5 minutes it worked well. The room was clean the beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows!! It was quiet hotel as well. The ice machine was only located on 1 floor and I wish there was someway of letting people know that ( seems like I’ve had this issue in other hotels too). There is no breakfast available complimentary or otherwise, yet the website says you can purchase. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a short drive so that’s convenient. It was also a very safe area so if you are traveling solo or with a family you will feel secure. Overall I would recommend due to location and comfort.
- 2/5
nothing
- 1/5
I would not recommend it. The pool was down hot tub was down. There’s no breakfast or dinner like there was supposed to be.
- 4/5
The pool was also closed and tge landscaping was looking tired. I hope all of this is temporary.
- 2/5
Pool and hot tub were broken and no continental breakfast
- 4/5
Hot tub out of order
- 1/5
No pool or hot tub. Callled ahead said they had one got their been broken for weeks. No breakfast. Same coffee from the night before!
- 5/5
No breakfast
- 5/5
Only spent one night there.
- 5/5
A/C keep the room at a perfect temperature.
- 4/5
no breakfast
- 2/5
Room smelled musty. The whole hotel is outdated. First red flag should have been when we pulled up at 10pm and only 5 cars there… wreaked of weed and dirty.
- 3/5
No soap (asked front desk staff for 2days before receiving). Property looks like it’s going to be sold as no maintenance done, minimal effort by staff (only one person in entire hotel), the hall carpets are rippled, worn, guest room carpet, had exposed tack strips in doorway, no light bulbs in bathroom, sh. Hot tub and pool not working, no dining restaurant or breakfast available as advertised. Place was spooky at night, lacking security and night light bulbs out noticed some weird strangers hanging out around the exterior.
- 1/5
They advertise having a pool and a bar. There was no bar and the pool has been down for months.
- 1/5
Pool and hot tub were closed. Restaurant is closed. Room dirty. Sink handle didn't work. No curtain. Microwave didn't work and fridge spelt awful.
- 5/5
On the older side but perfect, nice room helpful staff and not to busy
- 3/5
Hate to write a bad review but I feel I shouldn't care more than they do. Pool? Not working. Spa? Not working. On site restaurant? Closed. Although there are a few really good restaurants a very short walk away. The worst was the overfilled trash can by the side exit, spilling out on the walkway and three days later, still not emptied. There are too many options out there. Lastly, 1st Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at that didn't have breakfast!
- 5/5
Clean and compfrtable room. Morning breakfast bar scheduled to open in 2 weeks. Excellent location near Interstate taking you directly to Denver or to the airpotrt. Next to a large hospital and huge fitness center. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
- 4/5
The gym had many pieces of equipment that were out of use. The pool and hot tub were also mostly drained and out of use. There was no breakfast. Only coffee. Which was hot and good. Staff were nice. If on a budget it’s good. Room was clean.
- 3/5
We stayed primarily for the hot tub. It broke two days in and they didn’t fix it. Just slapped a sign on the door. There was no breakfast even though there was an area for it. There was a restaurant/bar, which is common for holiday inns but it was permanently closed
- 2.5/5
The rooms are dark, poor lighting; Bathroom lighting was very dim. there was a bulb out in the bathroom and I reported it twice. No Breakfast served. not even coffee.
- 2/5
Room was old and dirty
- 1/5
NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. The gentleman at the front desk upon check in told me that we had until 2pm for late checkout at no extra charge. But at 1215, we got a knock on the door and a phone call saying that we would be charged an additional $50 if we stayed past 1230. The gentleman at the desk isn't even the manager, and the manager isn't even on duty, but he has the authority to charge me instead of apologizing for his coworkers mistake and letting us have the late checkout at no cost to us? UNBELIEVABLE. If you're an IHG member, this is supposed to be one of those parks.
- 3/5
Hotel needs to be remodeled way out of date stains on the carpet , tile ect ect
- 1/5
No amenities
- 5/5
Christmas time so spent most of it at family’s home, but it was a comfortable space to come back to get away for alittle while.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, easy check in process.
- 5/5
Comfortable room, and price
- 4/5
Kind of bummed I didn't notice there wasn't breakfast when I booked, but we were just in town for a quick night away so it wasn't a big deal. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, but could definitely use some updating. All the staff we interacted with were knowledgeable and happy to help. Pet friendly and considerably better rates for the room, and pet fee, than other hotels in the area. Lots of shopping within a short drive. Within walking distance to at least three lunch / dinner restaurants that we noticed. All things considered, we'd stay here again!
- 5/5
The room was spacious. The pool and hot tub area was nice.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The check in was fast and easy, and the room was nice. Everything went smoothly!!
- 3/5
A decent room/
- 3/5
The room was clean. The women at check-in was just very superficial and matter of fact not very friendly. The 2nd floor hallway down from the room smelled like pot. I was surprised and not necessarily family friendly.
- 3/5
Overall the hotel was clean but very outdated & dark. Lighting in rooms were yellow & hard to see.
- 3/5
Floor was stained in many places. Room felt old and dingy.
- 4/5
Good location to everything in Parker, CO but the bed was not very comfortable because the pillows were terrible
- 5/5
Cool
- 2/5
Needs to be remodeled, marks on the walls and spots on the carpets
- 5/5
Good ..thank you
- 4.5/5
Great location No early check in available
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly responsive staff
- 4.5/5
The smoke alarm was just hanging by a wire from the ceiling. Carpet was kinda spotty.
- 3/5
Run down hotel. Stained carpet and furniture. Dogs allowed so heard barking throughout the night. Rooms very stuffy.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 2/5
Needs renovation
- 1/5
Buyer beware, they are not third party friendly at all. The air conditioner didn’t work, it never shut off and never cooled the room. The bed was lumpy, the light shades in the bathroom had burn marks on them, the coffee maker didn’t work (they did replace that) the tv was about 20 inches. It was not a comfortable stay at all. Also because we weren’t at an express Holiday Inn we had to pay for our breakfast $30. They were not friendly or accommodating.
- 5/5
The service and quality of the facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractions are that it is an older facility. The carpet in the hallways is dated and bears the stains of many high strength cleanings, with bleached out spots. The elevator floors have had the tiles patched with non-matching sealer that makes the floor look worse than a broken tile would look. The wall covering around the elevator controls are in need of replacement, showing many years of guests' dirty hands and attempts to clean the stains left on the walls. Overall, for the rates, I would say it is a good value. Obviously, it's not a luxury hotel, but with a few touches, it could regain the elegance it appears it once had.
- 2/5
We don't have a good review of this hotel. The carpets were stained to the point that they felt very dirty. The chair in our room was either filthy or had been cleaned so many times that it looked worn out and filthy. We didn't sit in it at any time during our 3 day stay. There was only one working ice machine out of the three in the hotel. The hallway carpets in front of the elevators on floors 2-4 were rippled making them unsafe for any disabled/handicapped persons - which included both of us. The Expedia website said there was a restaurant on site. The website said there was cook-to-order breakfast but didn't list anything about dinner. In searching for the restaurant's webpage it said it was open for dinner from 4-9 PM Tuesday-Saturday, which is why we picked this hotel over the other hotel that we were considering. It was only open for breakfast. We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The hotel desperately needs a remodel. We gave it two stars for cleanliness and property condition because the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The staff was always friendly, polite and very helpful.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, friendly staff.
- 3/5
The hotel was outdated and had thin walls, could hear other rooms TVs or conversations in the hallway.
- 4.5/5
Great location. Close to restaurants. The room was clean and had lots of space. The bed was ok, and they had real pillows! Not those little square things. The lighting in the bathroom was awful
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Wasnt given the room i reserved. There was none the size i wanted so we opted to stay where they put us. The person on shift was very calm and handled it to the best of his ability. There was a mix up between expedia and the hotel. Our room was clean but the carpet had"patches" in it wjere it had just been cut out and "repaired" instead of replaced. We usually have a great experience here so i was a little thrown off. We will be back though and hopefully with a better experience!
- 4.5/5
Convenience
- 4/5
It was fine
- 5/5
Nice safe area. Clean, and modern
- 4/5
Fix the gym please. AC is out and the machines need to be replaced.
- 3.5/5
We liked the room, it was spacious and comfortable. My wife and I were able to get some nice rest. We walked to dinner which was great as well! When we turned the water on, there was a lot of pressure at first, and some brown water came out. It immediately cleared up, but definitely scared us from drinking from the tap.
- 4/5
It was
- 2/5
Additional charge at checkout that wasn't disclosed. Desk person pointed at the end of the counter where a small placard with small print was setting and said, "there it is." This location is defiantly off my list for my frequent trips to the Denver area.
- 5/5
great spot to stay
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay, very conveniently located near shops and restaurants
- 5/5
Really clean facility and rooms cool little bar upstairs nice swimming pool downstairs overall great.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 2.5/5
The room's carpet was very dirty or stained with dark spots throughout. Walking barefoot in the carpet was not an option. We also noticed a wet spot near the bathroom.
- 3/5
Ice machine out of order, elevator out of order. No breakfast options other than the restaurant next door which is too expensive
- 5/5
Super Friendly Staff. Waitress at the restaurant is super sweet.
- 4.5/5
No soap in bathroom, only shampoo and lotion. Slow elevator.
- 3/5
Arrived, Pool was closed, 1st room didn't have working A/C, and found out that you needed to pay extra for Breakfast. That is just not clear when booking and should be included, even if continental. Lastly, this property was very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job. But, the property is several years behind needing updating. Carpet, furniture and fixtures are fairly worn and need replacing to maintain Holiday Inn standards.
- 5/5
Everything Nothing
- 5/5
Great
- 2.5/5
Na No ADA room available
- 3/5
It’s was good. The rooms were too dark though. Especially the bathrooms
- 1/5
Tried to get the date rescheduled and was denied this option. A waste of money. Will never book through Expedia or in person.
- 1/5
Elevators broken. The internet TVs Netflix YouTube are broken. The pool and jacuzzi out of service. No management available to help or make any decisions. No breakfast included. Cheap mattresses bouncy and noisy springy. Musky stinky rooms.
- 4/5
It seems to be an older hotel in need of some renovations. The carpets smell musty and old. The beds were comfortable.
- 2/5
The staff was friendly. There weren't any charging ports in the whole hotel. Therefore, my phone died, and I missed an important medical call/appointment. The hotel is kind of grungy feeling, and very outdated. No free breakfast as listed on the booking site.
- 4.5/5
No breakfast
- 3/5
Its old and smells funny, outside is dirty. Room was clean but furniture was stain and old
- 5/5
Compared to Parker hotel this place exceeds on most every level.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable, loved the pillows! Anais made check-in smooth. Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant and Ashley was pleasant and accommodating. Will be back on my return trip!
- 3/5
Clean rooms in a quiet location.
- 1/5
I have been traveling and staying in holiday inns for 15 years. The cleanliness, staff and overall shape of this hotel is probably in the top 5 worst I’ve ever seen!
- 4/5
it also would have been nice if staff had been at the front desk more often than they were. one thing I did not like was the fact that they did not have any of the standard information regarding the rooms and room service and so forth there were no books there were no menus on the TV screen nothing to allow you to figure out when breakfast was what was on the menu at the restaurant that was only shown on the front desk and should have been in the rooms
- 1/5
I have to honestly say our stay was awful. To start our room was very hot and smelled of mold you could say. Next thing was breakfast. For the price we paid for the hotel to not have breakfast included was terrible. I didn’t even get a suite and paid over 200$. We had to wait over 20 minutes to check out items from the gift shop. Just overall not a good experience.
- 1/5
The room had an awful smell, and there were no more rooms to move to!
- 5/5
Very nice, clean, well kept.
- 4/5
The property was showing age, torn and stained carpet
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and welcoming, but there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The AC in our room was not cold at all, and some common areas needed attention—trash was full and the 24/7 coffee was cold. Only one waitress was available, and she was doing her best but clearly overwhelmed. I did notice some of the male staff had long, dirty fingernails, which felt unhygienic. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with a little more attention to cleanliness and staffing, it could be much better.
- 3/5
Inadequate air conditioning, rough towels and dim lighting were disappointing. Front desk service was very good.
- 2/5
Housekeeping never came to our room during our stay. (We did not hang a do not disturb tag that was in our room). Staff told us on first morning there isn't breakfast provided, yet on reservation it stated its included with stay. At checkout the clerk said breakfast is on top floor of hotel yet all we saw was "Trappers Chop House" restaurant. Poor communication.
- 1/5
We left the property it was disgusting and I want a refund.
- 3/5
Booked this hotel at the last minute for one evening. Wouldn’t be my first pick for a stay. Room was cleanish and bed was comfy, but the room overall was showing quite a bit of wear. For instance, furniture was showing stains, and the bottom of the bathroom door showed multiple chips of wood all across the bottom (like patrons had been kicking the door over time). There was also a large (more than a foot across) old stain on the carpet in the middle of the room. In case management is reading, this was Room 211.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortable. I appreciate Dove products stocked. The staff was great. The only disappointment was the restaurant. I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included with the room and when I went to the restaurant to purchase a breakfast, the one employee in there was completely swamped and couldn't acknowledge people coming in. After waiting for a bit, I gave up and and went out to another restaurant. The second morning I didn't even try - just checked out.
- 3/5
Average condition property, semi friendly staff. Grades a C
- 5/5
All staff very helpful.
- 1/5
The hidden charges are ridiculous and I won’t ever go back!
- 2/5
If you want breakfast, that's extra. I booked for 5 days and then we ended up needing to go home after 3 days. I asked the front desk the night before we left if I would be charged for the other 2 days and was told that I wouldn't be charged. When I got my credit card bill I was charged for the 4th day (When I called to question charges, I was told that since I got such a good deal through hotels.com that I had to pay for 4 days regardless and couldn't tell me why there was another $50+ charge for something unknown.) I was never offered a bill to see what charges were for.
- 1/5
Toxic staff.
- 1/5
The entire property is run down and worn out. The carpet in the halls was torn and coming up, there were wall patches everywhere, and cpuntless areas without paint. The worst of all was purcroom smelled like pet urine, even with the windiw open, we could've escape the stench.
- 4/5
My issue was with the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub areas. They need a good scrubbing. A repainting of the pool and hot tub would help it look more inviting. The jets on the hot tub were not working which can happen so I wasn’t really too disappointed by it. Some of the lights in the pool area were out. The gym was neat and clean but the treadmill made a horrible noise when in use. Areas around light fixtures and the elevators buttons looked over washed and didn’t match the wall paint. I did enjoy my stay the room was neat and clean it smelled fresh and I didn’t see any stains on the furniture or carpeting.
- 2/5
No tv controller!! Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call. No info in room or in lobby to tell when breakfast was served. Couldn’t find an ice machine. It was just a bed!
- 3/5
Friendly and Knowledgable Night Clerks! Not so much with morning clerks. Clean lobby- rooms- grounds and restaurant. However our family had a few concerns : Room for two- two sets of towels- one for each person. Room for four! Same number! For three nights- does not work. We did not have our room refreshed either- take out trash! Beds made! Or new cups/coffee. The Big problem- showers/tub time was with Luke warm water. Restaurant staff was house keeping staff filling in for the staff. Slow -but friendly. The six tables were understanding. Waited ourselves for silverware and drinks. Our food was amazing/hot! The cook did an excellent job! I usually do not leave a message like this with a Holiday Inn Express ! Improvements are needed. 4/5 out of 10 is what my family rated!
- 2.5/5
Old and worn-out
- 2/5
Hotel is pretty dirty, beds are very uncomfortable, and the couch in the room was very worn. Staff was nice and helpful. The website lists free breakfast but it’s not - there is a restaurant on the top floor that you can pay to eat at.
- 3/5
Rooms were in poor shape
- 4/5
Older property, great staff, very clean. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
The fitness equipment, treadmill and step need service, they both made excruciating noise.
- 2/5
Old hotel- with all the other new hotels in the area, this place is going to loose business unless they update place.. 2nd floor carpet by elevator is totally disgusting!!!! I won’t go back…
- 4/5
I nice stay for one night. Lot's of food choices close by. This hotel is a little aged but was told they are starting a remodel soon.
- 2/5
The restaurant and bar were nonexistent except for a few hours in the morning for breakfast. The shower head was horrible and dirty. The beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. This motel is in dire need of a remodel and is not at all what I expected from a Holiday Inn. I WILL go back to staying next door.
- 5/5
Very nice stay all around. Friendly Staff and they know what there doing
- 5/5
A little outdated but staff is amazing, they keep us coming back each time! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!
- 2/5
Nothing
- 3/5
The room was very hot and the air didn’t work.
- 3/5
i have stayed here several times and everytime i book the description says it comes with food vouchers as they do not provide a breakfast. never have i received any vouchers, why does hotel.com have it in their room description if it is not there?
- 2/5
The place was way over priced, staff was very distant and barely said a word. The key reader kept not reading the card.and i cant believe that even renting a king suite with a hot tub in the room there was no breakfast offered and only 2 cups of coffee in the room room
- 5/5
Very clean. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff
- 4/5
Didn’t serve breakfast.… had to purchase at a restaurant
- 5/5
The property was quiet and nice. The restaurant on the 4th floor was especially nice and unique for a hotel amenity. Everything was nice for my short stay.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Room was great. Close to lots of good dining. The hot tub was nice but I did knock off a point for the pool. It did not look clean on the entire bottom of the pool. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Old property. Time for an upgrade. The hallway carpet is very old, and our room had a huge gross stain on the carpet. There are so many options in the Denver/Parker area, I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff! Great pool and hot tub. The hotel was impeccable! I felt safe being there alone. I will definitely be staying here again and again!
- 5/5
The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and pleasant
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay
- 4/5
Stay was good. No towels for swimming.
- 2/5
Very worn faculty and furnishings.
- 4/5
I like the location. Friendly staff.
- 2/5
That said, the staff was nice, the location was convenient for us, and the sheets were high quality.
- 4/5
I didn't like that there is a $150 Deposit. I feel that is a very steep deposit when a credit card is already on file and there was no notice when booking or on the receipt for a prior warning about a deposit.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Make sure and keep your front staff, they are very helpful!
- 4/5
Hard mattress, breakfast wasn't free
- 3/5
The hotel rooms feel old and dark, with no morning breakfast, only a restaraunt which is over priced and not very tasty.
- 5/5
Fully excellent
- 5/5
Every facet was perfect!
- 4/5
It’s ok.
- 5/5
Lovely room,conveniently located.
- 1/5
Hotel is run down. The room did not have a TV remote control. I was given another room next to the elevator. I WAS AWAKEN TO THE ELEVATOR NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG!!!. The second night the heater did not work.
- 5/5
Spacious room, comfy bed, bathroom water got good and hot, good pressure and the tapwater might have been best I've ever had - ever. The staff at front desk were great. I wish I'd been able to try the restaurant. I went for breakfast one morning but they weren't opened at the time that was posted so I went elsewhere. Hope to be back.
- 0.5/5
Nothing
- 3/5
Had issues with the keys to room. Went back down to desk and was told she would show me how to do it. Like I didn’t know how. Went back up and she did it. Guess what didn’t work for her either. Took about 5-7 times swiping before it opened. She said yeah the readers have issues. Why rent the room or fix them! Went out for dinner and came back and it took over 15 swipes to get back in the room. Ridiculous. Glad it was only one night
- 0.5/5
Was not clean and no security cameras outside of hotel! Not safe ! Someone entered my room while I was gone!
- 3/5
Just ok…Nothing to write home about…. Exterior looks renovated, interior is like the 1980’s
- 2/5
Workers were working in the room above me late into the evening. I needed to check out 2 days early and the front desk said he could not do that. I would have to call you ( Expedia)
- 4/5
Overall great stay. A few things were outdated. The gym could use a revamp and the smaller Dumbbell size was #15s. The pool area was a bit drab. Our room was clean-ish. There were a few crumbs left over from previous guests and our washcloth that was white had a stain. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is close to many dining options.
- 1/5
I liked how the property looked on the internet. Website, however, upon arrival, the room was outdated and dirty. The computer room didn't have ink or a functioning printer so that I could do the business related items. I needed breakfast was included, which I did not expect. However, on top of a dirty room, N, the fact that the hotel refused to cancel my reservation 5 minutes after arrival has left. We me with a bad taste in my mouth. I've been a member of I. Hg group 4 years now and will be if this is not resolved going to another Organization for all of my hotel needs my business needs and all of my friends. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the lack of customer relations, the lak of consideration or empathy for a customer who intended to stay over 2 weeks at their hotel and simply. Went next door I do not recommend this specific hotel ever. The management is disappointment. The desk clerk is completely rude and dissatisfying. To all customers, no one wants to see someone with a pentagram. Around their neck, no name tag dirty nose ring. And frankly, core customer service relations in a business that is specifically related to customer service relations. They also lied and said that I accepted a partial refund. I did not ask for a partial refund, nor did I accept one. I will take this to the full extent. To reget my refund for a room, I did not stay in. Best of luck to the next person who tries staying at this event specific hotel.I recommend going anywhere but here

Multiple times (at least 4 times in 3 days) my key card wouldn't work and we were locked out. The staff didn't seem concerned at all about the inconvenience either. It was quiet though and the bed was comfy.

The check in staff told me I did not have a room. It took 20 minutes for them to finally find I had a room. All they said was “my bad”

It was a nice hotel but there was so much noise from E-470 it was hard to sleep. The blackout drapes refused to stay shut so was up early

The stay at Holiday Inn was good. Close to many good restaurants.

It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received my deposit back

I was unpleasantly surprised at the condition of the property. I expected much better. The carpet was dirty, wrinkled and dated. The ice machine on our floor was broken, pool was out of service, and Netflix never worked the whole time I was there. The wallpaper looked dirty, peeling and torn. I will read reviews before I book again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff at check in. Great rooms.

Room was nice, no problems there. Only complaints was that pool was out of service without warning. There was no breakfast included and the restaurant breakfast was so overcooked as to be inedible. The property was nice, but there was no grass or area to let dogs go. As a dig friendly facility, even just a small patch of land would be helpful.

Maids came by early in the morning, before 9am expecting to sevice the rooms. I will not be using this Holiday Inn in the future, because there are better options available.

The staff was not willing to help is with the fact that we were charged 3x for our deposit. The night staff said the day shift will take care of it when we checkout. The day shift said they couldn't do anything.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

This property was excellent; it was clean, secure, quiet … staff was very friendly and helpful … I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Parker Colorado.

No pool, no hot tub and no TV. Everything didn’t work. The button on the phone to the front desk didn’t work. Only one staff member working. Not a good experience!

Lots of road noise and rattle in the ac system. NO breakfast available! I guess Bidomices hits their bottom line too so they can no longer offer even a continental breakfast.

The person working the night shift is very inappropriate. When I arrived with my 15 year old daughter he said, “if I had known models were coming in I would’ve dressed up.” The night before we checked out my key wasn’t working. I took it to the desk, asked for a new card. He proceeded to stroke my hand, takes the key and says, “I’m glad it’s not working, you make this lobby look better.” The property is is in desperate need of updating. It is dark, carpets are filthy.

The only thing that was good about this place was the pool/hot tub for the kids to play in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast is not included. And the restaurant had terrible food. Did not have much of the food to create a kids meal, then overcharged us for breakfast. Incompetent staff would not correct. Additionally, floor was stained, furniture torn and stained. Room smelled terrible. Just not well kept.

A bit outdated. No place to charge my phone without having the block, no USB port which is standard nowadays. Also spa jets did not work.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Some things i did not really like: buttons on phone for front desk and housekeeping do not actually connect you; Netflix is shown as a channel option on the TV but it's not actually available; room door did not always fully close; on-site restaurant was just okay.
