Kids staying for free was wonderful! They had a wonderful trundle bed which doubled as a couch, which worked perfectly for our grandson. The room was spacious compared to most other hotel offerings. It was also very soundproof between rooms. Having to pay for parking was a real turn-off we’d never experienced before!! The bathroom had a door with full glass (milky, not see thru’) which prevented anyone from using it in the night or getting up and showering early, as the light in the bathroom would light up the whole room and wake everyone else up. The pool was very small…but we had it all to ourselves, so it worked out well! One of the morning staff people was very un-friendly! :(

We had a very nice stay here. Our room was great, very spacious. The entire commons area were clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite (bedroom, bathroom, extra room with desk, couch, refrig/ microwave), exercise room, and breakfast bar were great. Staff were pleasant. There was a $5/day added charge for parking in the motel parking lot ... first time we've experienced that.

We have stayed at Springhill Suites in Parker since the year it opened. Every year we stay for 5-6 nights. I am physically disabled; I use a walker. Every year we have scheduled our stay through Expedia and have requested and received a room with accommodations. We requested this again through Expedia, but when we arrived we were told that there were none available. They said we needed to request accommodations directly through the hotel. The result was a smaller room that was harder to move around in with the walker. We did not have handrails in the bathroom or the shower. I did not feel safe.

Nice facility, clean comfortable rooms, loved that there was a separate closet with plenty of hangers. Breakfast was a bit above normal buffets. Scrambled eggs were always hot, cereal choices were good. Fresh apples, oranges and bananas with dried icems for oatmeal.

Breakfast looked good. The only problem was they dont open until 6:30. I was taking my wife to the hospital daily and had to leave at 6:30 so I was only able to grab a coffee and a piece of pastry on the run. Pay the attendant an extra 1/2 hour wage and open at 6 for those that have to be on the road early. Also I was dismayed to hear that they charge $5 a day to park. The lot was spacious and this is a suburban hotel so I question the reasoning for this. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

- Staff were Great - Microwave, Keurig and fridge in room - Great location - Breakfast was fine - Gym was average. 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals. Dumbbells up to 50lbs and 1 very hard bench Negatives: - Room door closed very loud. Would wake up wife when I went to work out in morning. Could not close it quietly - Could NOT keep room AC fan on, was either on or off. So once it reached desired Temp, it shut off. We both enjoy having the fan on for "white" noise. We did find a solution: Keep the bathroom fan on, solved that issue - Coffee was not always available. Not a big issue, your room does have a Keurig - Had to pay to park!!! But seems most in area do as well. Overall we had a good stay--once we figured out the bathroom fan for white noise

Room was clean, nice beds, two waffle makers, typical egg and oatmeal breakfasts. The air got cool in our room but it made a horrible clanging noise. Parking is $5 a night for a small lot. Surrounding areas are safe and clean. There was a gas station in the same vicinity. It was a good stay, a smidge above average.

gym was great but only one washer and dryer and so many kids that week that the machines were always in use. the other thing is the pool was tiny and no hot tub. the pool was so small it may have well as been the hottub! I have never seen a pool so tiny!

Though breakfast was free it was so tiring to eat the same thing every single day /same menu if you are staying more than one day. Would have been great if there are more choices for breakfast instead of just scrambled eggs and pork sausages everyday..

Great place to stay. There for five days excellent housekeeping comfortable room. Location is perfect. We will be back again!

There was blood splatter on the comforter. There was a trim board nail sticking out 1/2" at waist level. The design of the room was poor. The bathroom is located at the foot of both beds. Therefore the light showen in the face of those in bed. The sliding door for the bathroom was large and heavy. The room door was hard to push open. There was milk cartons in the breakfast room refrigerator on Wednesday that had expiration dates from the previous Sunday. The front desk lady was very helpful.

We love our stay here. Very clean. Lots of amenities. The only thing was, everytime you walk in tge room there was a piece of furniture with a glass attached, kept squeeking. Besides that, the room was roomy, very nice, and clean.

Great clean safe place with lots of stuff around like grocery stores and stuff to do. Clean. Stayed there a few times.

The Internet and cable are terrible. I had problems with changing the channels, thought it was the remote. Maintenance came up to check out thinfs but of course things were working fine until after he left. The TV channels would change by themselves, could change the TV with the remote and there was about a 30 second delay when I did change them successfully. Two days at a hoe with cable issues was frustrating.

Room was clean and comfortable but narrow. Isn't great lighting in the room. During my stay the laundry was out of order which was a huge bummer. Staff was very friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast with plenty of options. Coffee available outside of breakfast hours.Comfortable bed,with separate sitting area and sleeper sofa. We used the gym that had newer cardio equipment, free weights and bench. The pool area was nice but we did not use. The a/c and heater unit worked well but the fan was intermittentl. Quiet room. Bathroom and shower modern and functional. Facilities and room were super clean. We had a wonderful stay overall.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel MANY times and will continue to do so when we're in the area. The staff is top notch so around and the manager Frankie is is very helpful and she is VERY accommodating! Always clean, quiet and comfortable.

You don't need to drive far to get to shopping areas, dining or fuel needs. There is a 7-11 and a Panda Express right next door. Will definitely stay here again for the friendly staff and the free breakfast.

The staff was wonderful. I am a Marriott member and will always stay at marriotts. The hotel let me check in early because I came in at 10am from Texas. They are amazing! Thankful for the best staff

Housekeeping came around 2p while we were returning from the first night of stay, then they showed up at 8am while we were still getting ready then second night and i asked to please come back, but they never did. Also, the large handicap room has 1 tv that is difficult to see from the bed.

Room air conditioner was noisy. Then it stopped completely at around 4 am on fourth night. Maintenance guy was in twice. It works today, but noisy. They did offer is another room, but didn't want v the hassle we're leaving in a.m. other than this it c was a nice stay

This place is convenient for simple shopping, items forgotten on your trip. Good access to connections. Some places can be a bit far. 30-45 drive in general. So I would recommend.

Very attractive, spacious room. Separate area for working at desk. Not a lot of bathroom privacy. Difficult to regulate blowing air. TV not in best place. Decent breakfast included.

Great stay

The location was convenient, quiet and plenty of parking. The room seemed pleasant enough when we arrived. However we had several issues with the room. AC unit made lots of noise during the night, towels were paper thin (only 1 per size), sheets had stains on them, staff could care less when I asked to point me in a direction to find shoe polish ( which they do not carry).

My daughter and I specifically reserved a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were told that they overbooked, and they gave our room away. We ended up in a room with one bed that we had to share. People book the type of room they want for a reason, and we were never notified that our room that we paid for in advance was going to be given away to someone else. Also, the breakfast was really bad. The food was really low quality. These small dry tiny quiche bites and some rubbery sausages, with brown bananas, were not appetizing at all. They had a station for waffles but ran out of batter

Reasonable rates, clean, nice staff. AC is level with the beds and when on it blows right on you. You freeze of if you turn if off it gets too hot. Got up several times in the night to try to adjust. The other think we didn't like if the opaque bathroom doors. At night when you turn on the light the whole room lights and wakes others up. We did like the size of the room and the walk in closet. It's very nice and very pretty. They charged us way less than what motel 6 would and . The beds were awesome and my husband really enjoyed looking at the night traffic from our window. It's quite for the most part and there's a 7-eleven across the parking lot. Their breakfast was amazing and the pool was fun. They say it's heated and it's not cold but not warm either. All together my family and I enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel was very convenient for our needs and the highway was nearby so it made getting to and from Denver very easy. The hotel and room was extremely clean and had everything we needed to be quite comfortable. Very impressed with all the amenities! Any staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. I appreciated that maid service/cleaning was available and we could choose when/if the room needed any cleaning or refreshing at the beginning of the stay. That way you don't have to worry about someone showing up to clean every day or knocking on the door early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel front desk manager was amazing. She really went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Very pleasant, comfortable, friendly hotel

Room was great. Beds great. Nice setup with a sitting area. Only issue was the bathroom vent fan. On the top (4th) floor. The flapper valve above the fan constantly clanged all night long. Thinking it is a temp differential at certain times on the day and all night where hot air rises out of the room and slightly opens the valve then lets it fall back making a metallic sound. Or maybe a breeze causes it. DOn’t know but do know it was quite annoying.

Breakfast menu included a sufficient variety of options.

We stayed a week and loved it.

Very clean. Great breakfast. Staff was wonderful. I only have two small complaints. The door to the bathroom is obscured glass so that when somebody is in the restroom when everyone else is sleeping it lights up the whole room. The pool is indoors and it feels very muggy to be in the pool area and is so loud because the kids splashes and yells echo off the ceiling and walls. Overall our stay was great.

Everything was average. The exception to that were the pubic hairs in the made bed, personally I find that disgusting. I have reported that to Marriot.

Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast had a good assortment of options, but not much in the way of vegan/vegetarian. Biggest qualm was that the pool was closed for the entirety of our five-day stay. Facilities and room were clean.
