La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Parker

Staff, particularly the welcoming lady, was quite personable and cordial upon registering and checking out. Some questionable people on the property after dark. Questionable as in intimidating. Rooms were very clean and parking was quite adequate.

Location was convenient for me

Breakfast was not available when it was time, thinking not enough help, but very friendly.

The room was quiet & spacious. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to stretch out, relax & work on the computer. Staff were friendly too.

good Night attendant at desk did not make sure there was coffee available for guest that were up and leaving before the breakfast room opened. 5am-6am. Our room had a motion entry light that kept coming on between 830pm and 10pm. finally contacted front desk and she came up and covered switch with foil. She said that room had a history of problems with the light switch coming on. Why would you book guest in a room with a known issue?

The cleanliness

Very nice, great breakfast & area to eat. Decor is nice, clean & modern. Just didn’t like they never cleaned our room during the 3 nights we stayed. It was posted that they only change towels/sheets every 3 days unless requested, however, the bathroom, garbages, vacuum… never done.:(

New hotel with busted tile everywhere including the bathroom in our room. Sharp edges. Shower door bat was very loose and the reading lights didn't work. We also got the wrong room, 2 beds instead of 1 king. Go somewhere else.

The breakfast menu is great, parking is easy, rooms are nice and we love, love, love the prairie dog town and the amazing tile mural is astonishing. BUT!!! Alexus and Rachel on the weekends will make you want to stay there even if you just live across the street. Are there nicer people in this whole world? I think not. They just make you glad to be alive. Hearts all around!!

Toaster doesn't really work, not the best breakfast but not awful. Close to starbucks and gas stations which is nice.

The hotel appears to be fairly new, which was promising at first. However, when we entered our room, the floor wasn’t very clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations.

Very clean and very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff very friendly. Will for sure stay here again next time I come to the area.

Room was clean, and open. Bathroom lacked accessibility to the toilet paper. Also, there were no hooks or bars for any of the towels. Did not have any extra pillows upon request. Average continental breakfast, juice was not good. Staff was very kind and loved how conveniently located the hotel was to a Starbucks and gas station.

Everything was amazing except the night front desk worker who came at 11 PM on saturday night until morning shift was very aggressive and rude. He gave attitude to us saying lobby is closing and you can not sit here. He was very rude to the kids even though no one was loud or doing anything wrong.

Towels had holes in them, no one removed garbage or refreshed amenities in 4 days. Difficult for ubers get to, entrance blocked

Everything was great except the indoor pool. The pool was not heated at all and was nice cold. Could not swim in it. Which was a great disappointment to the kids. When you advertise an indoor pool you expect it to be warm enough to swim in. I would have gone to another hotel if I knew the kids could not swim in the indoor pool

Hotel is in convenient location. This is my second stay there. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Both my stays were quiet, and I felt safe in parking area.

It was a perfect choice for us. Proximity to hospital was our priority but we found the front staff, room cleanliness, and amenities to be really great.

The lid of the ice bucket had something slimy in it. The floor was dirty. There were wine, corks under the sink in the bathroom. The only two USB outlets did not work. I needed to do some work while I was there but there was no light except the small ones on the wall between the beds –which means the desk was unusable unless it was sunny out and curtains were open, which was uncomfortable being on the ground floor.

Free self parking is great! Very quiet and safe. Room was large and clean. Absolutely loved seeing the empty lot next to the hotel filled with prairie dogs.

ALSO, if you require a dark room in order to sleep, ours had 11( yes, 11!) led lights that glowed throughout the night. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable and staff accommodating.

They are doing construction near the hotel making it difficult to get to the hotel. We never had our room cleaned. They never brought us towels, toilet paper or toiletries. The staff was nice and apologized but the stay was less than great. They did have a pretty good breakfast and that is the only reason they didn't get 1 star.

Property seemed safe. Beds are uncomfortable and super low to the ground. Pillows are horrible and water pressure was so bad it was hard to wash my hair. I had a broken/missing light fixture in my room. I can’t wait to go home so I can actually sleep. I stay in the area often and have now learned not to stay at this hotel ever again.

Best room we stayed in for the whole week of travels.

The breakfast could’ve been a little better. I would’ve liked to fit and also had bacon instead of just sausage. I’ve been pet friendly was very helpful. I was there for a dog show. Parking wasn’t too bad, but I also would love it if there was a hot tub. The pool was fine, but it was super cold and as a middle-aged adult, a hot tub was way more important to me than a swimming pool.

Neighbor was pretty noisy (TV very loud).

Got to the room late when I got ready to shower at ten pm, I only had 3 hand Towles in the room, let them know at the front desk the next morning and when I got back the next night, they had taken care of the problem

The greaters were very friendly. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good. The sausage was excellent and I don't like sausage. Not sure how they fried it but i would love to know. For the most part it was a pretty clean hotel. The area that was dirty was the walk path around the swimming pool. There was clumps of hair all around the pool. That was just plain disgusting.

Everything was good but the gym definitely needs to be fixed. The AC is broken. When i went to workout it was 83°. The gentleman at the front said ge would bave maintenance look at it. I waited and nobody came. The next day it was 80°. The equipment for cardii needs to be replaced. The elliptical is squeaky and old. The treadmill doesnt start!

They say they clean each room after 3 days. I was there 5. No one cleaned it. I requested new coffees for the room and explained that both in April and September some of the coffee filters were glued to the packaging so I wanted some that weren’t. The receptionist said there were none in the area behind the desk, so someone would bring them up. No one brought them up. Someone spilled car oil in the parking lot. 2 of us (at least) stepped in it and got it all over our shoes. I had to leap over it to get back into my car. Just like 5 months ago, there’s construction all around the property. The main road to the hotel is still blocked off, making it difficult to reach. The construction workers stay at the hotel. The walls are thin. The distance between the toilet and toilet roll is too great. You have to remove the roll. Both rooms were like this. There is a field of Prairie Dogs on one side of the building. This neither safe nor hygienic. Among other things, they are known for carrying Bubonic plague. The kitchen staff were happy, kind and helpful.

The overall stay was good but on our second night someone walked right into our room. We were there for 5 nights. I went down to the front desk and they said that the cleaning crew stated our room was turned and offered nothing else but they let someone else check into our room. No apologies or anything else. Luckily we were there when it happened.

For a three year old hotel, maintenance was lacking, broken tiles in the elevators weeds growing outside. The TV guide was correct but when you change the channels, what appeared on the TV was not coordinated with the channels.

Since I didn’t stay I can’t fairly rate the property. I had an emergency situation come up and asked for a potential credit or refund but never heard back. I was past the cancellation time.

Last morning fire alarm went off early morning. Watched fire truck not know how to get to hotel. Only one truck sent with 3 fire fighters. Thank goodness no fire. Did hear probably someone smoking in room set it off. Other than that good stay.

Nice and quiet.

Inside of the hotel, dirty floors, stained rugs, broken and chipped tiles, also in rooms. Clearly the manager, nor Wyndham, care about this hotel as it is 5 or less yrs old. Not to mention, I’m tired of drunk construction workers banging around the hallways or above my room every time I stay at a LaQuinta.

I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping never came in the room to take the garbage out.

I was sick all night the first night and made a mess of hte bathroom. I requested they clean early and they did an excellent job. The desk staff was courteous and helpful the entire time.

The motion light at the door is ridiculous. As if someone gets up at night to use the restroom it kicks on and is very bright and lights up the entire room and wakes up everyone in the room. This is the reason we'll never stay here again.

Initially, amazing. We actually cancelled a reservation with another hotel in the area wherein we acquire points. Regretting that decision now. Pet friendly should be a clue. I am not against cats and dogs, but this was a bit much. There were three dogs with the appropriate signage that they were service dogs. The other six or so appeared dogs that the owners did not wish to kennel up and brought them along for cost savings. Owners left them in the rooms to whine and howl while they went out on their own little adventures. I observed one individual on the first floor, as the boxer / mastiff(?) mix drug him through the halls. Dogs were barking and whining up until about 9:00 p.m. Yes, that and the dog feces and dying vegetation around the hotel grounds was enough to say, never again.

The desk did allow us to an early check in for $30. Thank you!

Food and coffee close by! Check in was fine. The last helping with breakfast was the nicest person ever! So helpful to event everyone and so nice!

We thought this was a great value for the money. We only spent one night here, but will look at this property again if we are in the area and need a place to stay.

It was only 3 years old and was one of the nicest on our trip. The front desk gentleman was very nice and pleasant to talk to. It was probably the best experience of our trip. Our trip was long and the hotel experiences were very frustrating and too expensive for what you got. The cleanliness was exhausting. LaQuinta was a pleasant surprise to say the least.

I have to change the room initially allocated (226) due to a very stinky smell from the AC. I guess this property done in quick time because I see lot of construction issues. Tiles were not finished properly. Apart from above, Staffs are good and the breakfast also good.

Was not happy that they gave our room away even though we had a reservation. They got us another room but, that is not something you want to deal with late at night after a long stressful drive.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was hard to get into and out of due to construction in the same area.

Well kept and friendly staff

Sheets dirty possibly blood in small area, stay before this one lights broken off walk next to bed. This is a somewhat new facility it’s a shame going down hill so fast. Manager offers 5000 points to account which doesn’t cover anything customer service line does nothing to help. Won’t go back and we have stayed several times. I’ve given them 3 weeks to make it right.

Room and property was extremely clean. Very large room for the price. Overall it was solid but I had a downstairs customer/tenant complain twice in the first 2 hrs that I was "walking around too much". What is expected?? To stand in the corner and magically unpack my luggage like be-witched. That was a damper on my mood and energy but other than that highly recommend.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was just basics, but done well. Staff was friendly. We felt very safe.

The worst part is my kid found a cannabis vape pen in the room, we told the staff, and they couldn't care less.

First stay was awesome and reasonably priced, 2nd stay was much more and the room on the fourth floor wasn’t as nice as the first.

Very nice property, only bad thing was stayed 4 nights and didn’t get new towels and our curtains didn’t work so we couldn’t open them , but everything else was good.

Great hotel for families and especially families with dogs

The staff were wonderful! Kind, courteous, and professional. The west elevator had a horrible grinding sound of metal on metal. I'm fairly certain it required servicing. However, overall the facility was clean, the staff was kind and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at La Quinta. The amenities were great! The buffet breakfast was really good and the staff were really friendly. Definitely recommend.
