Air Conditioner did not work and not complaining to the front desk. Nothing was done. I still stayed an extra day.

So if you're anything like me bring your own bath towels and washcloths if you know that you're going to be staying there beforehand. I also keep a hardcore-lint roller in my car and I lint-roll the sheets and the bed and pillows before I lay down. Otherwise- you get what you pay for. I've stayed here solo several times for work since January. I liked the upstairs rooms better. This time I got a ground-level room and it was loud beginning about 3am. People were yelling; loud music, animals barking.... Otherwise it was fine. Parking does fill up fast!! if you're lucky enough to park close to your room after initial check-in, then walk to what you need. The area is walkable, lots of stores, liquor store is right next door, restaurants and shops within proximity. All in all it was fine, I was only back there for the evening after an 11-hour work day. Y'all enjoy!

The microwave and refrigerator in the room was of great help. Space of the room was large for 5 people. Nice location. I would stay again. Everything was Ok.

This Motel 6 property has been fully renovated, and it was the best Motel 6 I have ever stayed in. New mirror, new shower, new decor. And it had some perks: a working refrigerator and a working microwave. (If anyone has stayed at Motel 6 as often as I have, you'll know that sometimes these appliances are removed). But the best best best thing: a cleaned up, renovated and functioning pool! Since covid, many pools at older motels that were run-down were shut off and access to the pools locked at all times. This Motel 6 pool is open, functioning, and was quite nice. The staff was super chill, and my stay was very comfortable. As this Motel 6 is near my work and I frequently have to stay near work overnight due to commute issues, I will be staying here again, most likely exclusively.

Nothing worked was kind of gross. Used to be super 8 which was a drug hotel. Did not feel safe. Pretty much the same drug motel. Not a good look for motel 6 which is usually reliably clean. A good example of LA being filthy even when a reputable name supposedly guarantees it. So much for motel 6 keep the light on thing.

The room furniture was in disrepair. None of the drawers worked. The shower head leaked so much that barely any water got to the person. Also there were a lot of broken down cars in the parking lot.

It was ok place to stay but there were some questionable people lurking around. You can smell the weed in the air as soon as you pull in. If you need an inexpensive stay…go for it, but I would spend the extra dollar next time for something better

This room was clean although the heater didn’t work … it kept blowing out cold air. . The temperature setting knob was brokenness and not the only one to do that to him at that age lol but yeah it would make a huge deal poop

Staff messed up with my room key. So the second night when I go back to the motel, I couldn’t open my door. I had to walk in the heavy rain to the front desk to figure it out the problem.

Parking was great and easy but the AC was not working properly. Still for the price it was a good stay. Another thing that was a slight negative was that they do not provide bathing soap or shampoo. So i had to go buy them.

Parking got to be a little full later on after dark. This place is good if you’re looking for basic amenities like somewhere to shower, sleep an store your food. It was fine for myself, a solo traveler for work. No shortage of random people rambling around in the parking lot asking people for change or a cigarette or just coming up to talk to me. The room could’ve used a bit of a deeper cleaning but it’s to be expected for the price. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

One front lady shouted me, very unacceptable attitude she did as a service. I paid for exactly before booking. Other male front desk was nice just only lady in front desk. Be careful everyone. She didn’t do any ‘customer service’ at all .

We got there the room had dirty spots and I wiped it off with baby wipes and i was able to take most of it off I told the custodian ladies if they can clean it and they looked at me like something was wrong telling me there permanent stains which they weren’t and came with a broom with a wet towel on it and barely passed it over obviously won’t come off that way you would need a mop and put some elbow into it! The showers were dirty the water when showering the tub would fill quick and the drain was clogged with a huge clump of hair! Honestly one of the worst experiences there! If you can spend the extra money and go somewhere more decent the parking I seen the cops there and bums walking around so if you have a family don’t come here!

The outlets were a little wonky. A cheap and easy fix, but as they are, can be a fire hazard. Staff were friendly, and ok coffee was in the lobby. All in all a decent, clean place to stay

The hotel was very nice. By far, it was the best Motel 6 I’ve stayed in. However, the beds were hard and uncomfortable and didn’t allow me to sleep well. If you like firmer mattresses, this may be a plus for you. The shower valve was broken and hard to pull and adjust the temperature but thankfully, it was set on a warm temperature. The rooms were clean and pest free. There was no loud noise and the staff were very nice and provided fast service. It’s located next to a plaza with shops and a convenience store.

You can tell the place was recently renovated. Looks great. The staff was super friendly and the overall experience felt comfortable and safe. I needed a pet friendly, inexpensive option, and they delivered 100%.

Plenty of parking. Room was really nice. Only problem was the room smelt like straight up cigarettes. Not even turning on the AC helped. We called the lobby we got another room. The next morning we tried heating up our breakfast and the microwave didn’t work.

I've Had Tha' Best Experience, I've Ever Had At This Location!!

I entered my room and it obviously had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and was told it would be done within 15 minutes. After 30 ninutes, I talked to a maid who said the person that was suppoed to clean that room called off work and they werent going to do it. But they did clean it after my partner talked to them and told them we were upset.

I've never checked into a room while the attendant was scarfing down a bag of chips. The room i was originally checked into, wasn't completely cleaned. The pillows where just pilled on one of the beds without any pillow sheets and the stuffing coming out from a big hole in the corner. I quickly went to front desk and was issued another one. The room is spacious though. The outside of this hotel is in dire need of new paint and someone cleaning up the parking lot as there is lots of trash all over the property. I guess it comes with the territory when you rent out rooms to a lot of undesirable people. The surrounding hotel guests where extremely loud throughout the night but thats not really the hotels fault. As much as i liked the room, i don't think I'll be staying there as we didn’t feel safe in this property.

I wouldn’t recommend due to I had to kill some cockroaches. Also the room smelled like someone had been smoking there before I checked in. I tried to air out the room a little but the room still smelled bad. Don’t stay here if you don’t have to.

Staff was fine. All of the amenities in the room seemed to be in decent condition - thought I found it odd that an ironing board was provided but no iron, perhaps that is standard at the price point? Major flaw was spotting signs of bedbug infestation … didn’t see any bugs themselves so hopefully the room had been fumigated recently and signs were of a previous infestation.

When the air conditioning in the room is turned on to heat mode, it emits a very pungent odor. The cleanliness of the room is poor, suggesting that no guests have stayed there for a long time. It’s a bit cold to sleep at night, and the bed in the room is very hard and uncomfortable to use.

Parking was good. The beds weren't that comfortable. The staff was nice however not available after we checked in. We had 4 people in one room and only 2 bath towels. I went down to the office to see if I could get more and they didn't acknowledge me.

We booked four rooms. Everything was fine except that the a/c in one of the rooms was dripping inside and created a puddle inside the room. I reported it on the front desk the following morning hoping they’ll move or change the rooms but didn’t do anything. My mom just didn’t use the a/c for the next 3 nights.

We loved our stay at this Motel 6! Our room was very spacious, with a nice easy chair and desk along with two very comfy beds plus a fridge and microwave! There was extra space on the bathroom counter and a great bathroom area as well. It was perfect for us… very clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking right by our room! We definitely will come back again and again! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Motel 6!

Well...it's not actually in Old Town Pasadena. The room needs updating. The bed was not great. Pillows were flat and the towels have seen better days. Motel 6 please do better!

We requested a nonsmoking room, but upon entering it was clear that the room was previously occupied by a smoker. it was so bad that my throat started itching. We only stayed as I needed a nap to recover from a long drive. It was difficult to do so. Decided to leave 2 hrs before we planned just because it was that bad. In addition, there were no toiletries in the room (i.e. no shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc) so we couldn't even use the shower.

Front desk was not very friendly at check in. I have a chronic illness and was sick on stay and asked for a few more towels. They yelled that I “ruined” a towel. Mind you these towels are paper thin and I’m sure they bleach them anyways. They called me and yelled at me to not ruin anymore towels. I’m legally blind and asked if we could get a lower level at check in… they told us they have an elevator… the bathroom door does not have any lock just barn door like.

Basic but clean and room was large.

The beds were super uncomfortable we could feel the coils or whatever is inside. Didn’t make for a good sleep at all we slept terrible. After I had gotten out of the shower and gotten dressed I stepped into the shower to grab my toiletries only to leave behind black foot prints. The elevator is scary. The staff however were all very very nice.

For my business trip into Pasadena it served its purpose The motel was quite safe and comfortable

Clean, comfortable. Shower is nicer than most Motel 6's I have stayed at in other cities. This is actually the nicest room I have ever had at a Motel 6. More spacious by far. And there are actual decorations up on the wall.

The hotel was so dirty we could not stay there. The management would not let us change rooms so not sure if all the rooms were dirty. We actually checked out of the hotel the day we got there and had to pay for a second room. So we are out over 400.00. We will not book through this site in the future.

Overall it was good except the pillows were rather flat and we only had one bath towel for 3 people. Also, the rooms are noisy. The people directly above us got back to their room well after midnight and their walking was really loud. I’ve never been able to hear guests above me like that at any motel/hotel. All this said, I'd still stay there again.

Amenities were nonexistent. There was no option to opt out of daily housekeeping, and the price of the stay was very high for the bare minimum accommodations provided. Overall, room was clean, and obviously remodeled. Neighboring rooms were very noisy at all hours, especially early morning and late night.

Horrible experience only stayed enough time to get enough sleep to drive home. The ac didn't work properly it leaked water from the ac all the way to the bed. AC made a noise all night long. dead bugs squished on the walls of the room and restroom. Refrigerator did not work. Bed bugs i got bitten in a few places.

The hotel looks nice and is clean. However we saw a lot of cockroaches outside in the walkways and parking areas. The receptionist when we checked in was very nice and he came over and sprayed the cockroaches and killed some of them for us, however, in the morning when I asked the receptionist to spray our door with the bug spray to keep the roaches out she made a lot excuses and was not interested in helping us with it. They also had some pretty crazy limits with towels. We had wanted to swim in the pool and went to the front desk for extra towels, but they told us we would need to trade in our towels, limited us to four total towels for four people staying in the room for both showers and the pool. I explained to them that we’d like to have a towel to take up to the room to dry off with and then a dry clean towel for showers and they told us that was too many towels. It was pretty strange. I’ve never seen anywhere that wouldn’t at least give us two towels per person. I would not return.

My friend and I stayed here for a concert at the Rose Bowl and it was the perfect location. It was about 15 minutes from the venue. It was around a lot of restaurants and about 15 minutes from bars and clubs. The room itself was better than what i expected. It had a pretty big bathroom and a nice vanity mirror. Definitely remodeled and it had a mini fridge which was perfect for our drinks. I didn't feel unsafe but we did come across some homeless people lingering around the parking lot. The room did have a smell to it but it was nothing crazy. I think it exceeded my expectations and would def stay here again.

First room assigned had a broken TV. But what was more troublesome was lack of helpfulness at the desk. Staff member mumbled EVERYTHING even when asked to repeat. He gave no effort to extend a welcome or be of help. He was put off when I came back to say that TV didn't work. Also would or could not accommodate a request for 1st floor room due to health issues. Not even offering a 2nd story room. No, we were given a 3 floor room with all stairs to get there. Room was clean. But service was worst I have experienced in a long while.

When we first arrived, no one was in the office had to wait over 10 mins then called the number just to wait another 5 mins for someone to come. We had multiple rooms .. the downstairs one was outdated and hard to start shower. For a non smoking room, it hard a horrible smell. The other room was on the third floor, far from elevator and that didn't work properly. Had to carry a wagon down 3 flights of stairs. Bums were outside, pool gate didn't close correctly.

The toilet was leaking (from the hose that fills the tank). The room was nice but the bathroom door was broken. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. Housekeeping saved the stay. They were helpful, kind and welcoming. We did find a roach but because they come in from outside through the door to outside.

Not adequate parking. There were no less than 7 police officers when I arrived at just past midnight on a long travel day. If it hadn't been so late I would have tried to find another property.

I don’t like that there is roaches in the room I had to disinfect the entire room. I had to get this room together but even with that there’s a small infestation here, if they get that under control this hotel would be extremely nice even though is a motel 6.

The motel was ok. It had a nice bed and the room seemed clean. The only thing is that there we tiny cockroaches in the bathroom that would come out of cracks on the floor and at around 4 am there someone screaming outside the motel and it seemed like the staff didn’t do anything to stop that person.

This time there were a lot of roaches ourside and the morning we checked out we found a baby roach in our room. Broken down trailer and car in the lot. The hotel was OK/no frills for a short stay, and convenient enough to the Rose Bowl, on a 15 min drive/Uber. There's Sierra Madre Station (A Line) some 18 minutes walking.

For a motel 6 my expectations were really low but it served us well. The bed was comfortable (pillows maybe worn down but mattress was good). The room was spacious and everything worked.

I asked to store my bags at check in and was told "we don't really do that" (which I could not believe) but then said he would. He put them just behind the counter. No claim ticket but he didn't get my name or res number etc. and said he'd move my bags to a safe area. When I came back hours later there was a different guy and my bags hadn't moved. Anyone could have come by and said "can I get my bags" and taken them. He must have been new so that is ok but someone should have told him that. Very scarce toiletries: two small soaps, toilet paper, Kleenex. Safe was locked and I couldnt be bothered to call the desk, fridge was off and warm. Bed was comfy but pillows not comfy. Clock radio had a frayed wire and made a crackling sound so I had to unplug it. Bathroom however was very nice. Looked like it was redone recently. The guy at check out was very nice and had no problems taking me to the storage locker where my bags should have been kept on my check in day. Pool area was accessible by anyone as no cardkey needes to get in which is not great. Weather was too cold for me to test pool out but it looked nice. Wish there was a hot tub though. For a decent price in a safe location it's a good choice but it's a budget hotel so don't expect perfection. There is a gas station, 7-11 and 24 hour Denny's nearby. About a 15 minute walk to lots of non-chain restaurants and take-out places, a Von's grocery store, coffee shops (check out Rosebud's) and a real bitchen store called MeowMeowz!

Was easy to get to and probably the nicest motel 6 I’ve stayed at in decades. Had my reservations from my last experience but it had great reviews and now I know why. What I didn’t know about was that there was coffee in the lobby till 10 a.m. I would’ve grabbed a cup had I known. Why not keep it available till check out?

You get what you pay for. We only stayed two nights. Glad it wasn't longer. The beds were very hard, pillows very flat. One- ply TP and bath towels similar to what you had in high school gym. We found a roach and asked about having our room cleaned because of it, but they only clean after checkout.

My adult son has been staying there for several days and then on Sunday night they would not let him check in and said he was on a no stay list for all Motel 6 locations. Since I was able to find him another room at a different Motel 6 the next night this is not true. He spent the night outside in the rain with his service dog. This is a violation of ADA compliance and no reason was given. I expect something to be done about this motel to rectify this situation.

Tom didn't leave the light on. It wasn't a bad place to stay for the price. It's NOT close to Old Town. Sheets were clean. Fridge was on but warm so my food was spoiled. The alarm clock was set for an old ball hour by someone before me. That wasn't pleasent. I'd stay again because it's clean and cheap enough.

I used this property to shower over the weekend because my residence water is contaminated. Front desk staff were nice and professional however, as soon as I entered the room I saw roaches on my wall. I took a shower and did not stay in the room. I kept my remianing time because I needed the water to shower and the proximity to my residence, but I will not be returning again.

My biggest complaint was that the bathtub didn't work. The drain wouldn't close and the faucet and nozzle was loose in the wall. I was there for a cat show and was unable to bathe my cats and I had to take a shower instead of my preferred bath.

Easy to get to property, large parking area. Many green areas for my dog to go bathroom. One negative issue was the bathroom, it has black mold on the walls. Ans ceiling so we were too scare to use it.
