The staff was cordial. I've stayed at this hotel before and the room was nice & clean & looked updated. The room we got yesterday didn't seem to be updated. We paid "deluxe" but honestly it seem like a basic room. The sink faucet seemed to be loose & Furthermore one of the pillows was yellow on the bottom. Honestly not sure if Id want to return.

Like any hotel, there were those who have no idea…or care…that other people might be trying to sleep at 2 or 3 in the morning. Not the hotel’s fault. Just stupid people. For those who would like a more family-friendly (ie G-rated) atmosphere, spend more and choose another hotel. There’s also a dispensary right next door…a fact punctuated by the occasional wind and pungent odor.

there was not much to like. the shower pressure was good... luckily for me i needed that pressure to clean the shower with travel automobile cleaning kit. It was really bad. Filthy room. sheets counters. shower. all kinds of stains. huge lack of security. there was person sleeping in the elevator when left very ealy in the morning.

Room was decent; seemed clean. Most of the lights did not work. Repairs to the room were scrappy. No breakfast as advertised on booking site. Nothing special but would not likely book again.

Decent location, just nearby the Metro A, so it's convenient for going around LA. A comfy bed, decent shower, and there's even additional dishwashing sink (for some reason, lol) Already 2 minutes into my stay, I saw a cockroach. And through my 2 night stay, 3 more. More than average I see at most budget motels/inns. Also as much as I appreciate having a mini fridge, a microwave would be nice so I could either heat water or purchase microwaveable meals at the nearby Smart & Final. Also someone on the 3rd floor was constantly stomping on the floor. Idk if it was people walking around, some hanky panky, and someone is wrestling in there, but you know it's back when someone knocks on your room thinking it was you and you had it tell them it wasn't you, it was the people above you.

Location. Room rate was reasonable. The hotel overall is showing deferred maintenance and needs to be improved to really compete with other hotel motel establishments. Needs to be updated. No breakfast of any kind. the hotel is using Covid as an excuse.

The front desk told me it was okay to leave my belongings overnight and return, which I relied on. In hindsight I would have handled that differently, but I followed the guidance I was given. Since then, there’s been a lack of clear communication and I still haven’t received my deposit back. Because of this, I’d recommend confirming all policies directly and getting things in writing to avoid any confusion.

Rating: ⭐/5 I rarely write reviews like this, but my experience here was genuinely unacceptable. I didn’t realize the extent of the issues until the second day, but once I did, it was impossible to ignore. * The Room & Bed: The bed was incredibly old and honestly disgusting. I’ve taken photos of the condition because it was that bad. * The Noise Dispensary next door: If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. There is a dispensary next door, and the hotel parking lot was used as a hangout all night long. Between the people and car alarms going off constantly, it was impossible to get any rest. * The Emergency Alarm: To make matters worse, an "emergency water" alarm went off on Saturday morning around 6am and just kept ringing. It woke up the entire floor and stayed on for hours period. * There's no one on duty at night to solve issue I am extremely disappointed. This was not a professional lodging environment, and I would not recommend staying here until they address their security, maintenance, and noise control issues.

Was quiet, room was clean and good parking and comfortable bed

The price is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The curb appeal is where this hotel needs a face lift. This is a classic tale of “don’t judge a book by its cover“

Cleanliness of the room. The shower was also really nice. Beds were firmer than I am used to, but overall still nice.

I booked for the value and the proximity for the Rose Bowl which I liked. The bed was dusgusting, the toilet wobbled, the furniture was and pillows were old and dated.

Nothing! It was filthy and prostitution was going and drug dealing. I wanted to leave but they refused a refund. Someone should call the health department.

The room was clean,although the fire place had cigarette Butts in them. I've been in this room before years ago and my concern is the bathroom with no entry door and no shower door which led to alot of water getting on the floor. Staff is amazing.

The pictures are deceptive. It is evident that attention to detail is not prioritized at this location. The shower was full of limescale. Patch work and/or paint jobs on the walls, ceiling, and the bathroom door were unfinished. The elevator was dirty. There is no "garden" as advertised. I did not feel very safe at this hotel.

Great fitness center and it was kept very clean The towels in my room smelled used, and there was a mildew type smell in the room.

Amazing stay. Jeanette checked us in, she was so kind and accommodating. Rosie (I believe that was her name) checked us out with such ease and quickness. Will definitely be staying again.

We were charged $150 deposit plus a pet fee and then walked to our room where staff took a full video of the room before handing over keys.. later that evening I realized I had the wrong remote for the television so I went to the front desk and instead of just finding the right remote and bringing it, the guy kept coming to her room insisting that he needed to come inside and test the remote even though we are already in bed. The room was very nasty and so was the rest of the property. The elevator did not work. Nothing on the property looks like the picturesPool was gross and closed. There is no one at the front desk until 9:00 a.m. no coffee. I would never stay here again

This property is horrible. Accidentally booked the wrong date and tried immediately called to change reservation. After not picking the phone for over 10 minutes is calling, I finally got through to a rude, unhelpful person who basically said "too bad." I asked to contact the manager and only received an email address. They refused to allow me to speak to anyone. I immediately emailed the manager and am yet to receive a reply days after the incorrect booking was made.

I think go into this place with your eyes very wide open. The pool isnt open, there isnt a hot tub/sauna. The place isnt in good condition. Many things were in a state of disrepair. The building shook all night over and over from what i think is the highway behind it. It had a nice bathtub that i did use and the bed while not very comfortable was clean. It did serve the purpose of giving me somewhere to lay my head down after the concert. I would not pay the same amount for another night. Also check in time isnt listed until after you book at 5 pm.

The place felt like it was set up for the less fortunate,very dirty in general.so we got in to the room witch was newly painted and newer flooring, but had a very loud bathroom fan that was supper annoying and 2 huge makeup spots on the huge mirror and a big glob of something orange in the sink.i went to take a shower and there were no washcloths,so i went to the office to get some and the lady said to me WE DONT HAVE ANY WASHCLOTHS FOR THE FACILITIE.SO I GO TAKE A SHOWER USING A CLEAN SOCK AS A WASHCLOTH AND NOT 5 MINUTES INTO MY SHOWER I WAS STANDING IN ALMOST 3 INCHES OF WASTE WATER, NOT A GOOD BATHROOM EXPERIENCE .THE POOL WAS SHUT DOWN BY THE CITY FOR SOME HEALTH REASON AND THERE WERE A COUPLE PEOPLE SMOKEING POT OUT BY MY DOOR.

The bathroom area where the toilet is located had an open hole where the vent was supposed to be and the tub did not look sanitary. On a positive note is that you’re able to put down a cash deposit for incidentals. The room was also very roomy.

It was the worst by far. I’m injured and instead of giving ground level floor with elevators broken. He gives me up stairs all the way back. I was stuck. The bathroom was mildew smell and it just was horrible no microwave I could not warm my food up get ice or nothing. Wasted

Of course its not the place's fault, but just to give a heads up, since its near the freeway be prepared to hear sirens in the middle of the night. It went off twice 😅

The next day I had two appointments early morning, got back and talked to crystina, she said “l told you to came in the morning”. Not true. She was very aggressive and I realized that it wasn’t worth it. The next day the light in the sink went off, went to the office and told them. The handyman didn’t come to fix it till 6 days later when he just walked into my room when l was a sleep. I talked to manager why wasn’t fix before, she said the parts just arrive today, that’s a lie. So, I stayed there for 10 days, I’m 66 y/o, don’t have a lots of money, I had to spend more just because I didn’t have what I am supposed to have. The manager, so aggressive that I didn’t want to argue, just stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide what they supposed to. Thank you for your attention. Jose Luis Bolanos I

Someone came into my room at 3am the doors don’t lock even tho my door was completely shut and I had top secure lock thank god ! I had called police and they even tried and sure enough door was open without key

Establishment in serious need of a makeover. Completely outdated. Faucets in bathroom and shower barely hanging, furnitures and ledges dustiest as if no one dust off the place, parking stall numbers inadequate

Worst place I ever stayed. Dirty towels in the bath, old crickitty furnishings. Horrible parking lot in total disarraym Worst of all noisy people talking loud all night long. Absolute worst place I ever been to.

Fist off one of the main reaosns we went was to enjoy the pool and the hot tub but when we arrived they were both closed although the multiple websites had no notice of it being closed. There was no brealfast even though its on the website. The night receptionist guy was not as helpful as the lady from the morning.

It was pretty nice for one night

The room has the basic amenities, coffee maker and fridge. I think rooms have been undergoing some renovation, including a paint job. The King-size bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and all wash and bathroom supplies were available. Traffic noise from the nearby 210 Freeway and Colorado Boulevard can be disturbing.

Room was clean. Pool was clean. Our room didnt have a fridge and they brought one. Washer and dryer on sight to use. Ice machine didnt work. There was 1 cockroach but we left food out. Woukd stay here again.

Went for 1 night, hotel lobby and common room was dated. Checking was a slope process. Room is cheaply “remodeled.” The shower in the room looked dirty. Didn’t even use it because of that. The room says no smoking on the door yet it smelled like an ash tray. Sheets has a couple stains and they hid it with the foot blanket at the edge of the bed. Parking was tight and limited.

After we had checked in we were told we would be on the 3rd floor! Ok, but then the receptionist told us the elevator wasn’t working. Our dog had just had dental surgery so we had to carry him plus our bags up three flights of stairs. We got to our room where I found a baby roach climbing up the wall. The bed sheets looked clean and the was comfortable enough. The rest of the furniture in the room looked like DIY painted furniture. Overall the building just needs a total remodel. It’s out dated. I guess you get what you pay for.

Elevators not working, dirty

Very dirty the towels was not white and the sheets have stain on them the counter of the restroom and in the room was so dirty and stained. We just sleep for a night and left.

I reserved a room a day before and comes too find out they gave my room away and I ended up staying in a other room that was not so nice squeaky beds

The room smelled bad as soon as we walked in, the purple little sofa was full of stains and very dirty, the shower had so many water stains and the drain was very dirty. The bed was clean but we were afraid to put anything on the floor. When we were leaving the next morning we saw a small roach on the table next to the door. Parking was terrible. We had to park in the street since there wasn’t any parking in the lot. Over all very awful. Won’t be going back.

Stay was nice , just a little noisy in the early morning! The motel is helping families by giving them a place to stay for those whom lost their homes ! So we dealt with the family with kids and all their noise.. but overall we had a pleasant stay !

The stuff in the front desk is extremely rude and not courteous. I made a reservation 5 days prior and when I got there it was cancelled without explanation and the guy didn’t even want to check in my confirmation #. Just plain rude.

Nice and clean and comfortable. I was put at the highest floor it’s hard with luggage’s when they don’t offer trolly or help . But easy excess in and out . Parking is just right outside room , but very limited space for parking .

I made the reservation early and asked for a ground floor room and they put me on the top floor saying nothing was available, definitely won't recommend the hotel

White stains on furniture, stained and non matching linen. Toilet was soiled and a half used roll of bath tissue was in the dispenser.

The rooms are nice and clean the area outside the hotel looks okay. Wouldn’t recommend taking kids tho people were smoking right outside the rooms and a drunk old man threatened to smack my wife other then that the rooms are nice and clean lol

Very inexpensive for 6-7 nights especially if you earn that much every week, homeless and or on a tight budget!

So I've stayed here on and off while traveling for my job. Probably close to 2 months total in stays. I have 1x locked myself out of my room because once. staff leaves at 12am and there's no one there until 9am to let you in . With that being said, i extended 2 more nights the last time and had my keys redone to go 2 more nights. the morning i was leaving after being locked out the front desk lady said i never came and rekeyd the cards. Which is crazy causebit took 3x to do it.....i dont know what i was expecting but janet can be a tiny nice rarely but mainly just a blame passing non hostess.

My girlfriend kicked me out of her house and I needed a place to hang my woes for the night. I went to pee and to my horror upon lifting the seat 3 adult roaches scurried away. I then noticed all of their small offspring in the carpet, behind the bed, and even the countertops. I left and slept in my car. I hope my girlfriend takes me back.

No microwave

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE PHOTOS. The room I was assigned to smelled like burning rubber and chemicals, it had cockroaches crawling from the walls. The next day I requested to get transferred to a different room, it was a tiny bit better but the bed was so sunken and the TV is not working. It smelled a bit better where I didn't get headaches but still smelled old and moldy. The floors was sticky. But I was told that’s their best room So I just finished my stay and got out as quickly as possible when it was time for check out.

The man at the reception is very rude and has a very bad attitude towards customers.

Me and my family drove all the way from Vegas, we arrived a little late at 2:30AM, they won’t give a exceptions what for all, even NO REFUND to the night, this is so terrible as a owner!!

There was a lot pubic hair on the tiles of the wall, I don’t know how they even missed it. It’s obvious they don’t have anyone inspecting the rooms when they have been “cleaned” Pictures on the site did not look at all like the room that was given to us.

Pool did not work no breakfast

The A/C can’t adjust. And the towel are dirty. The spa is maintaining

Office closes early

We were in town for three nights to attend family stuff and the hotel suited our needs just fine. For the price it was a better than a budget hotel chain. The staff was very friendly, free parking was a real money saver. Location was great for what we needed. It definitely needs updating , but it was clean. The AC is loud,as are all hotels and we travel with a sound machine so I recommend you bring one of those and you will sleep like a baby. We were in the middle away from any streets, so that may have helped. We will stay there again in the future.

As you walk in to their lobby to check in, I noticed the lobby was upside dawn. Richard the general manager was very extremely rude, will never ever refer anyone to go.

It was a cool stay

Check in was easy. However when I got to my room there was cockroaches in the room. The receptionist was nice to change my room. But even in the other room there was cockroaches. I think it's due to having it rent out for a long period of time to others. The stairs and the rail was beyond dirty. I would not stay again.

Roaches and dirty room!

We just stayed overnight due to a festival in the area and it was a super convenient and easy stay. Staff was incredibly kind and efficient and got a lot of bang for our buck by staying here. Def will be coming here next time I’m heading to the rose bowl.
