Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach

Loved the outdoor space. Towels were draped over chairs as early as 6:30 am so there were never any chairs available until late afternoon. The restaurant Fish Heads was amazing and so nice to have something on the property! Appreciated having our rooms touched up and beds made everyday. Proximity to the beach was a plus!

This property is great for families! The pools and beach are amazing. Everything was very well maintained. The restaurant on property was hit or miss. One day the food was really good, while the next day the food was so salty we could not eat it. Also, we stayed in a room without a balcony. The room maintained the humidity so it was difficult for clothes and towels to dry. The bathroom only had one small hook on which to hang things, so more hooks/towel bars are needed. Beyond that, we loved our stay here and cannot wait to return!

Cleaning staff is a mess. Kept knocking on our door when we had still an hour until checkout. The room was not clean, a lot of areas that looked like they missed. For the price you’d think this is a too hotel but no it’s not. Don’t recommend staying here for the price. Employees at the lobby were always great though, they did an amazing job with customer service.

We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach prior to check in time. Rooms were wonderful and the views were amazing. Staff very friendly.

We've stayed in other Fairfields and by far this Fairfield Inn and Suites was the best. We had a Gulf view/balcony room and it was perfect. Little coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Shower was large and everything was very clean. No safe in the room. Pool towels ready early in the morning, staff always friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was terrific. Easy boardwalk to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra and not provided by Fairfield. Fish Heads drinks are fun and food was good. If we return to Pensacola Beach, this is where we will stay without a doubt.

The front desk staff was courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was clean, breakfast was probably the best ive seen at a hotel since pre 2020. Bed was not firm enough for us. The views were obstructed for being beachfront and 4 floors up.

This was our first time staying here. It was a great experience. Another mom & I brought our sons with a friend. Breakfast was wonderful, pool was so fun and the beach… heavenly. Location is spot on & every place we wanted to go was walking distance. 10/10. 👍🌞🍷

The pool is very packed on the weekends but they had a dj at the pool on the weekends as well. You get access to the other hotel next door. The beach is right next to the hotel too. And the free breakfast is great!

This hotel is great. My only concerns are the restrooms near the pool are not handicapped accessible. Also the hotel restaurant has a very limited menu, but that is just my opinion. This facility is awesome.

on site food option. say service was awful though. drink machines were not frozen,server let us sit a long time to even greet , bartender der wouldn't let us order from her. asked server to please provide an unopened can beer for room to go i backpack...she opened it... a she just wasn't very attentive or friendly. check in was awful. room wasnt ready for many sat in HOT poorly air conditioned lobby waiting to be called. was not allowed to get my license scan or credit card for incidentals/check in now after having stood in loooong line...just told not ready. 40min later no one called but my son asked how much later and they said its ready.thanks for not calling...no free drink or anything for our trouble a.d had to stand BACK IN LINE 2nd time to check in bc my registration info refused first time when room wasnt ready. girl was not friendly, was put off by attitute. really ruined first impression and felt unwanted whole time especially as others around us all got their rooms...what was it about us that didn't get same expedient service?

The elevators were down the majority of the time and we had to use the stairs. The water in the shower didn’t maintain a consistent temperature. It was either scorching hot or freezing.

We loved staying here!! We got a room with enough space for our family of 6. we loved the pool and the restaurant on site. Beach is gorgeous and private beach access is quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend going between 7-745 to eat, it gets really busy. The beach views from the balcony were worth the extra money. Super kid friendly, 2 pools. The location is close enough to walk everywhere

Two of our teenagers got stuck in the elevator, they called us in a panic as one of them is claustrophobic and scared of elevators. After trying to get help by pressing the help button on the elevator and no response, my son called 911 for help. While this was going on, in a panic I went to the front desk to see if there was anything I needed to do or where I needed to wait for my kids and she very rudely said "no the fire department is on their way, they are fine" My daughters also went to the front desk before me and asked what was going on and she accused the boys of causing the problem. She was very rude!! The fire department arrived and helped get them out of the elevator, which they had to climb out of. Front staff was also upset that my son called 911 bc "they would have to pay for it" Upon getting out of the elevator, they were accused of making it happen, I confronted the night manager who very little help. She did apologize for making that assumption though. Also, ANOTHER elevator also stopped working while my kids were being saved by the fire department. I asked to speak to a higher manager and was told he wouldn't be in until the next morning which I could

Elevators were out and people were so rude because they were frustrated when I checked in I was told my card that I booked the hotel with May not be able to be used because of the sticker on it but when I showed them the card without the card decor they accepted it however none of the other three hotels including the hard rock hotel in Biloxi had a problem with it. Only one person was at check in and there were five of us in line sopping wet due to the weather waiting.

My stay was for 3 days and there was plenty to do but have a single chair in the room is inconvenient. There should have been at least another chair beside the desk chair. I ordered food from outside the hotel and sitting on the edge of the bed to eat or watch TV for 2 people is a bit much. I imagine have more than 2 in a room really makes for a problem.

The pool was very nice and the view was beautiful! Breakfast was pretty good too! However, upon check in our room did smell like smoke. The shower also had pretty low water pressure and the water sometimes would not get hot.

The breakfast was very basic, offering almost the same items every morning. I did not like that the rooms that had no balcony had no circulating air of any sort in the room. The bathroom has no fan, or the rooms. And when the air would turn on, it was very loud. The pool was nice and clean. I just did t like that they had a Dj playing music by the pool on the weekend that was very loud and in appropriate for children. I will not go back for this reason. Staff was otherwise very kind, except for some at the hotel restaurant. They were quite rude.

We have stayed at the Pensacola Fairview Inn twice now, and LOVE it!! Very friendly staff, really nice rooms, great view of the gulf, and the pool is amazing! The kids didn't want to leave!! PLUS, it's right on the beach! We will only stay here when we vacation in Florida.

Check in was chaotic as they couldn’t even get the key card to read. Had to be let in room by staff and get key card later. Breakfast was terrible. Stale bagels that fall apart when pulling apart. Egg n Muffin soggy. No bacon EVER! Just a rubbery sausage patties. Was not impressed with our stay here.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but they did have a lot of options!!! The location and accessibility to everything was AMAZING!! The two hot tubs and lazy river 20/10 we saw them drain it and clean it in a timely manner. The staff was so kind and helpful!! Everyone had smiles on their faces and it was just so refreshing to get away!! The views and sights were just unreal it was so gorgeous. We’re already planning our next trip back in our heads:)) 20/10 would recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay for a week! ☀️ We loved being on the beach and the lazy river at the pool was fantastic! The restaurant on site was really good! We enjoyed watching them working on rebuilding the beach since we are from a deep water port town and are familiar with dredging. We were close to all the restaurants and entertainment and had wonderful transportation with FYND Rideshare to and from airport. The Golf Cart transportation was fun as well! Will definitely return!

Property was very clean. There was an incident in the pool whereby a child had an accident so the pool had to be closed and cleaned for an hour or so. Not the hotels fault and they did seem to have a procedure to deal with it. Check-In was easy as was check-out. Breakfast was good but the same every day during our stay Mon-Sat. Great location to the beach and central to the main activities.

The rooms and property were clean, breakfast was plentiful, staff friendly and helpful, and an amazing outdoor pool! Beach access right from the lobby floor and the view from the sixth floor beachside was spectacular! I will return to this property again.

Only one issue with room 1101 top floor for two days key card wouldn’t work at all maintenance did come up fast and we had many new re programmed cards made. Issues was with the door not closing and locking properly. After that issue was taken care of it was a splendid time at this resort. Great staff and great breakfast too fun times in the pool and hot tub. Short walk to beach. Highly recommended Mr Harrington

The next-door pool wasn’t for Fairfield’s hotel guests to share, yet their guests were coming to Fairfield’s pool. Front desk clerks were warm, inviting, and knowledgeable! The breakfast was superb! The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent! Overall, 7/10

The Pensacola Beach stay was absolutely amazing. This hotel has beautiful views, an amazing pool with a lazy river, the beach right off the pool area, and is in walking distance to the boardwalk and shops. The hotel is clean, bright, and has a nice breakfast daily. It is totally a family friendly area. And, we saw dolphins twice. We'll be back.

Just returned from a 4 night trip with my daughter for Spring Break. This was the perfect hotel & location for us! We had an oceanfront room on the 6th floor - great view of the beautiful gulf and the pool deck below. The pools, lazy river and hot tubs were great, as well as the beach in front of the hotel. We ate at Fish Heads restaurant and food & daiquiris were good, view was great and it was nice that we could charge to our room so I didn’t have to carry my wallet around. Free breakfast at the hotel was really nice - but not a lot of variety in the four days we were there. We choose not to rent a car but rather walked everywhere - lots of shopping & restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely come back. Thanks to all the wonderful hotel staff!!

The hotel was like a resort. Lazy river was a fan favorite. Hot tubs were HOT, although that was rough with a sunburn. They even hosted trivia with prizes. Elevators were fast. The only thing that could have been better in my opinion would be the included breakfast. It was exactly the same everyday, the only thing that changed was bacon v sausage.

Pool was overcrowded, but to be expected-it was spring break. Everything was nice, except the carpet in our room was so dirty. I walked on the floor the first night in white socks, which turned black on the bottom. My granddaughters forgot to wear their shoes in the room and the bottom of their feet turned black. The wash cloths were disgustingly black after they washed their feet. Maybe the carpets should be removed and tile put down.

That we only stayed one night. But can't wait to come back.

Perfect for families. Nice, neat, fresh clean rooms & a bathroom you can actually move around in. Shower comes supplied w conditioner/shampoo/bodywash. Sink has ample room for guests toiletries. The mattresses were very comfortable & the pillows were perfectly firm & puffy. The hotel smelled clean & was bright. The pool area was extremely clean & well kept. I have no complaints aside from how incredibly small the parking lot in comparison to the size of the hotel. 5 stars! *****

The pool was fun, the grounds were clean. The beach was close. The outdoor bar and grill had “bussin” chicken tenders per our 7 year old. They were understaffed one night and the waitress killed it. Quick drinks. Not a party place. Lots of kids. Very family friendly. Decent breakfast. Walkability is GREAT you can shop, eat and get the sweet treats right down the street. We rented bikes and rode down to the state park. Overall it was a positive experience.

I stay here 5 times a year and I don't plan to stop. From the rooms to breakfast to the amenities you cannot beat it. 10/10

Room was kind of dirty. The sheets were dirty. Stains all over. Overall it was ok. The worst part is the amount of high school kids that are NOT staying there that come in and use the pool. Of the 5 nights we were there only 1 night was good. The other nights you had the teenagers, vaping, drinking, acting stupid, it cleared out the families that were trying to enjoy.

So hard to fall asleep. AC seemed to not work well. Pretty warm in the rooms, and I wasn’t told there was a parking fee from anyone until I noticed my card was charged twice for $20.

It’s clean, the staff is very nice, the location of the beach was perfect. It was easy to go to the beautiful beach. Plus the pool and amenities were wonderful. We were very comfortable. Having breakfast Included was a plus. And there is also a restaurant on the property, which made getting lunch and dinner a little bit easier. My complaints are really minor. My room didn’t get cleaned one day because of confusion. My shower never put out really hot water. The breakfast was kind of gross. As with all of these Included breakfast, there were too many people in two few waffle making appliances! The waffles were literally the best thing going, and it would take 20 minutes just to get up to a waffle maker to get your own. So after the first day, we ended up going out for breakfast every day. Also, they didn’t have enough staff to keep the tables cleaned during breakfast service. So there were tons of dirty tables, and hard to find a clean place to sit. A lot of of the bread, like biscuits and bagels just didn’t seem very fresh. And there wasn’t a lot of variety.

The only problem we had was with the hotel bartender, she was very nice and we had an awesome evening, but we cashed out and accidentally left our prepaid Visa card with our signed bill. We went down first thing the next morning and manager said nothing was turned in from the bartender. We later saw the bartender and she stated that she only had one card that someone left and she turned it in to the front desk. I guess someone’s not telling the truth!

This Marriot property desperately needs updating. Our room and the hall smelled of mildew and foot odor. The a/c was loud and did nothing to remove the humidity from our room. The one time during our 4 night stay that I requested housekeeping at the front desk, they did not come.

Both sides of this hotel is a water view. Meaning there's a bay view and ocean view. I will likely stay there if possible every time I visit the area. The outdoor amenities are beautiful and family friendly. This hotel is located in a central location for food and "night life." Both of my visits to the area were off season, I didn't get to use the pools or go into the ocean.

Pool was nice. Only issue I have is that the nightly rate seems a little high for early March.

Overall, we had a great experience. The walk to the boardwalk was especially lovely and made the stay even more enjoyable.

One of the reasons I selected this hotel was because it advertised they had an on-site restaurant. Found out after arriving that it’s closed for the season. The lobby and hallways were freezing. I did like the location of the hotel and that the heat in the rooms worked really well.

Beautiful room and view my wife and I loved it. Everything was very clean, staff was very nice she gave me a free toothbrush. Only thing I didn’t particularly like was my trash was bagged up and taken outside my door instead of away. Nevertheless, the stay was awesome.

Room was clean, especially the shower. Unfortunately, the shower head did not have very good water pressure. Even tried adjusting the head settings. The breakfast was not good. The turkey sausage patties tasted like they were boiled, the scrambled egg texture was terrible, it was bad enough that I skipped breakfast the next 2 days.

The hotel was clean and offered a variety for continental breakfast. Our room was nice, with a fridge and microwave. We had an amazing view of the Gulf of America with beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our patio. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This review is LONG overdue. I would love to give personal recognition to the following staff members: Tara, Annalese, Grace, and Hallie. I took my son here for a surprise b-day trip so we could see the Pensacola Ice Flyers. I had asked the staff if they by chance did anything for birthdays. The informed me they did and asked a few questions about what my son likes. When we arrived at the hotel, it was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check-in early and upon opening the door to our room, the staff had placed a birthday bag on the table in our room, filled with cookies, candy, a toy, a shark stuffie, and a personalized birthday card with the staff's signatures. His face was priceless and it truly made my birthday surprise to him that much more special. The room was lovely and the breakfast was GREAT! I whole heartedly appreciate the kindness and love that the staff had shown to us while we were there. They truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making our trip a very memorable one! Will be staying here again soon!!! Actually we will see you at the end of the month.

Breakfast on our first day was pretty good but on our second day they were out a lot of items by 9AM we’d seen the previous morning - including coffee. The hotel only had 2 of 3 elevators working the first day we arrived and that provided for long waits. It was fixed the following day. Good hotel, staff is friendly, rooms clean and in good repair, excellent location right on the beach.

Awesome pool. Clean hotel. Great views. Breakfast was mid. Only complaints are that bed were not very comfy and one elevator was not working.

The breakfast was very good! The staff was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.

One of the bigger issues was a staff member they had prior to being letting go in front of clients. Had been very difficult and displeasurable to deal with but that wasn't as much the issue as it was the fact that the other staff in upper management dealt with her in ways that were unfortunate and made us and others uncomfortable to say the least

It's ok rather then memorable due to the cold or rather distant or disconnected feeling you get when speaking with upper management. The first time I was introduced I thought it odd but wrote it off as a chance occurance. Then the next day my wife came back to the room after working out that morning and she also said that when walking through the lobby. She had met the same manager and said it felt as though said manager was forcefully going through the motions rather then enjoying providing services.

The breakfast was fantastic. Different each day which is great. Overall great but the late late check in after a long day of travel gave a bitter start.

We keep coming back because it’s such an amazing place!

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Food in morning always ran out so we were lucky to get a hard boiled egg and coffee. The hotel grounds are beautiful! The room was nice, not pristine, but good enough.

Room was clean but had a musty smell. Beautiful view of the ocean. Only downside was being able to hear the kids yelling below in the lazy river. Check in was ok. The front staff weren’t very friendly or personable. Even when we checked out, she wasn’t very engaging either. The breakfast staff were great. It was very busy with some Fire Fighter thing going on. I had stopped a staff that was stocking the breakfast items and said the coffee was out. She and another lady were there not too long after stocking the coffee pots.

Our day was fabulous. The amenities and staff were outstanding.

Room was nice and the front desk was very helpful. Jamie was spot on and extremely helpful with extending our room for an additional night.

Wonderful hotel

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool was great. You can’t beat the location.

Room was spotless. The view from our balcony overlooking the Gulf was amazing along with seeing dolphins just about every morning from our balcony. The hotel and the grounds were very clean. There seemed to be some type of cleaning going on at all times of the day. The housekeeping crew was very courteous and friendly, as was everyone else on the property's staff. The beach was amzing along with the pool area.

Our room was clean, the food was great. There was hot coffee available in the lobby. The area around the hotel had a fun vibe and we felt safe.

The room was super clean and spacious plus a great view of the beach and the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of an unusual experience when the power to the hotel went out along with a few neighboring hotels, the manager Grace helped get my step dad (who is in a wheelchair) downstairs. She definitely went above and beyond. By the time we returned the power was back on and we had a great rest of the trip! The breakfast in the morning is good, typical options of eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt and of course coffee. The pool is heated which was great during a bit of a cold snap and the lazy river is fun. I’ve stayed here twice and definitely will be staying again.

Beautiful View

This is our favorite place to stay in Pensacola Beach! We love the lazy river and hot tubs! The only issues we had was our remote for the tv was not working right and it took a while for the shower to heat up!

I would come here again and again!! Perfect location, right on the beach for a great price!

Need a grab bar near the toilet since the toilet is so low. 22% gratuity for carry out from Fish Heads is outrageous! Shelf under bathroom vanity is too far back.

We’ve stayed here a few times. Consistently great! Staff friendly and helpful, beautiful pool and beach, pool bar and restaurant, good and free breakfast, rooms/beds are comfy, well equipped and awesome views via balconies. Beach chair/umbrella service from a separate company for $50/day or walk across the street and buy your own gear. Large gym could use a few more working elliptical machines and lower temperature. Most difficult decision each day is to whether we go to pool or beach, we often did both.

We had the best stay here! The staff were great, especially Grace at check in! The pools, jacuzzi, & surrounding areas were kept clean, as well as the hotel rooms. Perfect walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, shops, & beach.

The staff went above and beyond for our family. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Everything was great especially the front desk staff. Would stay again just because they were amazing.

Second time to stay on this property. It is very modern,clean and the staff is most helpful and pleasant. Lots of things to do around this area as well as many eating establishments. Will stay here again if we return.

The pool area was very nice, but they didn’t heat the hot tub. Was very disappointing. The room was very clean. The beach was beautiful. Was within walking distance to shops and food.

This was our first time visiting Pensacola. The hotel was beautiful, location is so close to everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room and the hotel were immaculate. Our family absolutely loved the lazy river and pool and enjoyed being able to hop down to rhe beach at any time. Amazing vacation! Thank you!

Only downside was the bar and restaurant closed by 9 every night, couldn’t get a drink at end of night .

We have stayed here a couple of times now. Always clean. Friendly staff. Easy beach access. Great pool area. Only recommendation would be more drawer space in the room to unpack clothes.

Love that breakfast is provided which makes you not spend a ton at these restaurants around the area. My big dislike is they charge for parking $10 a day when you have no other place to park available for free. Also all these hotels charge 5 star prices to stay when they are at best 3 star hotels. I've been going to this area 3 to 4 times a year for a long time and every year the price increases big time. Only go in the off season due to them trying to charge 400 a night during peak season. crazy people are willing to pay that for just an okay hotel. Hotel shower is good, room is good with nice view. Bed was okay only negative was the pillow was not good. decent restaurants close to hotel. Restaurant in hotel was a little expensive to me for what you get. Had nice pool and right on the beach. Everything is close so you can walk to restaurants with no trouble. Overall a good hotel that charges to much. will return during low season.

We were on the 10th floor beachfront- view was amazing! Breakfast was good, coffee was good-enjoyed trivia night at the hotel bar. Ate lunch at Fish Heads a couple of times- awesome friendly service! We are in Pensacola Beach at least 4 times a year and this was one of our best trips ever!

The Beach, was stunning beatiful, the service, the Rooms were super clean, and smelling great.

I wasn’t too interested in the lazy river, but boy was it a game changer! It made for a very relaxing stay. I enjoyed it every single day.

Pool and hot tub and grounds were clean. Restaurant on site is fantastic and reasonable. Rooms need many more hooks especially in bathroom. There is no place to hang towels much less bathing suits. Breakfast was acceptable. Staff was kind and accommodating.

We notified a facility worker that a child had vomited in the pool. To our knowledge and we were around a lot where we would have seen they never closed it down and never came to clean it. The fire pit never did work and we were there for 4 days. The floor that we were on was never vacuumed I know because there was a piece of orange peel that was there the whole time. It is a little noisy but I guess that's to be expected with the lazy River and the waterfall. It is hard to hear the ocean which I like to hear when I'm sitting out on the balcony. We did stop at fish heads for some food and drink. The foods were adequate but they were out of a lot of the drinks that we wanted. Overall the view is good and the breakfast was good.

Amazing check in! The person at the front desk who checked in is truly an asset to your company! She was so sweet, accommodating and knowledgeable!

We did NOT have a beach view. I think if you don’t book directly with the hotel you don’t get a beach view. Our room was very small without a couch. The bathroom was very nice but the shower door handles were extremely loose and one of the toilet paper holders was gone. This hotel’s lobby is on the second floor which was very odd. Breakfast was very lacking. The Hampton Inn is MUCH better. Pool was nice.

Right in front of beach . Amazing location. New clean hotel. Only thing I noticed is a lot of out of order signs all over And my room balcony lock was completely broken and didn’t work. Just those little things for being a brand new hotel speaks volumes.

Saw the Blue Angels shoe directly from the beach, amazing views! The property is right on the beach so it’s great for walking. Restaurants near by, good food. The air show was the main reason we went. If you do go during air show weekend, catch the practice show the day before the main show. This is because the main show is absolutely packed with people. Good property overall.

We were located on the top floor in the corner looking over the pool and beach with a balcony!! Room was clean and quiet. Everything was perfect from the location to the amenities to the staff! Breakfast was just okay but it was complimentary and we slept in anyway.

The staff was so helpful and provided great customer service. The kids loved the lazy river. The direct access to the beach was excellent.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast area is large and outdoor space is awesome. It would be nice if cleaning staff did not drag chairs across the floor for 30 minutes while cleaning the common areas. It’s very loud and not relaxing. Beach is not walkable, but that’s not the hotel‘s fault. Overall this place was great, convenient and very walkable to everything.

This a great hotel overall. The breakfast is just ok. The room was clean as was the lobby. The hallway on our sixth floor room level was filthy. I don’t know way the halls are not vacuumed. Same debris and dirt over a five day stay. The pools were amazing!

We did have a very bad experience at Fish head but they ended up comping our food because we didn’t get our meals until an hour later. The front desk ladies were very attentive and great. They try to reach out to me for early check in but I didn’t get message until later. It was perfect because we didn’t waste any time and went straight to the beach. I love this property and thank you for accommodating us! 10/10 for the front desk ladies!

The only thing I didn't like was the parking fee for guests as the price for the rooms are sufficient.

This was a part 2 of our honeymoon because our original honeymoon was a disaster so we booked here. This amazing place did not let us down, friendly staff, good breakfast, cold A/C, good elevators, I will rebook if it’s not too expensive.

Everything was clean and everyone was nice. We booked a king sized room with a view. They apparently over sold online prior to us getting there, so we had two double beds instead. We were told we would be comped for parking.

Breakfast was wonderful! Location was great! Onsite bar / stand was closed in July. Separate restaurant to get food and drinks is onsite happens but you have to walk up and down stairs to get to it. Restrooms also located upstairs. Facility was clean. Would not stay again.

I loved everything about our stay! Great location, clean common areas and our room was clean with a beautiful view. The food at the restaurant was delicious and I loved the convenience of being close to everything. We are already planning our next trip as we plan to return!

I just got back from my second trip to this hotel. I loved it so much I booked it again a month later! Traveled as a family of 4 with kids ages 11 & 13. This place is great for any age. Beautiful, comfortable, friendly, walking distance to restaurants etc! Use the complimentary golf cart service if you don't feel like walking. The free breakfast was perfect too! The only negative is the onsite restaurant Fish Heads quality of food isn't the best for the price. We ate there out of convenience but next time would order pizza instead. Not a deal breaker. I will return next summer !

This was the best beachfront hotel stay on Pensacola beach. The facility has large fitness club, lobby bar, restaurant with beach view, lazy river, spa and pool. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and views are amazing. Breakfast was excellent! This hotel is new. I am dreaming about coming back!

I think the only thing that really bothered me was having to wear a plastic bracelet the whole visit to show we belonged on the property. I saw many without theirs on, but I was asked about mine when I had it on my bag instead of my body. All things considered, we will be back!

This is our favorite place to stay at Pensacola Beach and we always return every time we visit Florida! The breakfast is great with plenty of choices and the hotel is always clean as well as all of the pool area.

Abigail at check-in was so cheerful and very informative ! She explained everything about the hotel and our surroundings! It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and our stay was excellent in all areas of cleanliness including our room and getting extra towels ect. Every person that works there was always nice and going above in asking did we need anything! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!!! Thanks to everyone for enjoying your job!

Loved the food at area restaurants. Loved the golf cart ride service. I think it was ride for tips or something like that. Easy and fast. All for tips only. When we called the longest we waited was 5-7 minutes

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel, you have access to 3 different hotels and amenities. It was very easy to access the beach. The only thing was they line up the rented chairs and umbrellas at the front of the beach so you're view is not great during the day. You do have 24/7 access ti the beach which was really nice.

Ideally located, very good facilities. Surprising upside beyond their pool and lazy river is that you have access to 3 of the facilities to the right of them. Additional lazy river and restaurant access was great.

Room was great. Pool was fun. Food excellent. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower head water pressure, was painful and could not adjust.

This property and its staff were amazing! We were able to check into our hotel several hours ahead of check-in time and were able to use the pool after checkout time. Every part of this property was clean (room, balcony, pool areas, pool bathrooms, etc). We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay!

Front desk was nice and pleasant and beach access was nice. The pool is littered with party people and unattended teens. Cool if that’s your thing but I was there with my kids. Worse part though is on a 4 day stay we never had our beds made/changed once. And we were gone for most of the day.

They have THE most comfortable beds! Although the continental breakfast was mediocre, nothing else about this property is! We loved it, and without a doubt will stay again!

Rooms were clean, beds comfy, walls well insulated, we never heard our neighbors. Breakfast/ coffee was excellent! Paying to park was BS. But we would definitely stay again.

So we arrived at 4p.m to check in and the receptionist told us our root was not ready. We asked if they knew when and she asked if we did an early check in and mentioned that I used Expedia so I said it’s after 4 why would I do early check in? We said in the lobby for an hour while family after family walked up and immediately got there room. Finally I asked why is our room not ready and why the haven’t contacted us and another employee interrupted and had a attitude with me even though I hadn’t been rude or raised my voice I just asked a question. Finally we got our room but the view was terrible it was over the back parking lot even though I paid extra $$$ for a view .

This property was just perfect, literally everything about it. It was in a great location, private beach access, awesome pools with the lazy river, great breakfast, restaurant on site and so many activities they offer throughout the week. My family and I will be staying here everytime we come to pensacola.

From check in to check out the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel admin., maintenance (gladly helped with fixing a toy for a child, which is not their job) , housekeeping, pool staff. The outdoor restraunt food was amazing, we tried almost everything on the menu. The amentities were above and beyond. I will say i never stepped foot in the gym, lol. And the free breakfast could use biscuits and gravy or waffles. They do have a free filtered water bottle filler in the lobby which is nice. 2nd time to stay here and would stay again!

Our stay was great, everyone was friendly and nice. The pool area is amazing, and my grand kids loved it. The beach access is great too! The hotel and rooms are like new, and the bathrooms are great! My only disappointment is that I was charged for parking. I was not told in advance that I would be charged. You would think that paying over $400 per night would be enough, but to charge $10 for parking and not disclose this in advance is disappointing.

I had stayed in the same hotel in 2017. I was so surprised of the whole remodel project they did. Hotel is really nice now. They also upgraded the pool and it’s kid friendly now. Service is great.
