Did not feel breakfast was worth the price. Hotel was clean and staff friendly.

Checked in late around 9pm and the manager informed the clerk that she upgraded us to a king parlor. Extremely nice to do so but it messed up our bedding arrangements. There were 3 of us the first night with another coming the next night. No one wanted to share a bed with another person! So that’s why I had originally booked the queen suite with the bunk beds. She gave away our room but was able to accommodate us the first night with all separate beds. She went above our expectations and gave us a full 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen awesome suite the rest of our stay. I think this was the best room in the hotel. Also comped our breakfast for 4 the whole stay. She was truly sorry for the inconvenience of us having to move rooms but I don’t know any other hotel management that would have done this much to compensate. Minor inconvenience but huge impression of this hotel management. Thanks. Will return again just because of your hospitality.

Dato, aunque habia mucha alga, todo lo demás estuvo genial, recomiendo el hotel 10/10 y sus margaritas ufff riquísimas, todos muy amables y atentos

It's a nice place to stay but the pools need work. They have nice pools but they do not look clean. They both look really cloudy and could be improved.
- 3/5
The location, the breakfast, and the employees were wonderful. Also the food at the bar outside was good the drinks were good as well.My kids loved the kid activities it was multiple things going on for them daily. I also loved they had Starbucks in the lobby! The hotel needs some serious upgrades, the air conditioning didn't work in our room and had to be replaced we weren't able to go in our room most of the day, they finally replaced it. The pools weren't clean there was only 1 hot tub and the kids were in it because the pool was so cold, the hot tub was like warm. The chemicals weren't balanced in the pools lots of things floating in it. We got a pass to go next door to the holiday inn resort the amenities were very clean.

We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay
- 5/5
We had a great stay, room was large and clean. Amazing large patio, beautiful views. Perfect location 👌
- 4/5
I've stayed here many times, but always in the towers, this time I stayed in the older part of the hotel and the first room was not so great, it smelled of mold/mildew so much that we had to sit on the balcony and the closet was totally rusted. The staff eventually corrected it and moved us to another room. Thank you for making this right.
- 1/5
We check in after 5pm and the room was smell bad and the AC didnt work is very HOT inside, we called but they didnt come till the next morning. This is they biggest/larger room in the hotel 17th floor with 3 bedroom i paid almost $4K USD for 3days. Very dissapointed and your Manager on duty was very rude and races.

Everyone was very nice and everything was clean. We had a great time and the location was perfect! Pools were great and the breakfast is to die for!! Hated we couldn't stay longer

Decent location! This was actually our second stay at this property, and I’ll be honest, we came back because our first experience was positive. That made this visit even more disappointing. A lot has changed, and unfortunately not for the better. The bathroom had visible rust and felt poorly maintained. At $600 a night, that is simply not acceptable. The pool was in rough shape too. No towels, barely any umbrellas, and the water clarity was noticeably worse compared to the pools at the neighboring hotels that offered VIP access. You could see the difference just by looking. That kind of comparison is not a good look for a Hilton property. My Hilton Honors membership also was not recognized because I booked through Booking.com. The policy is what it is, but the way it was handled made me feel like a second class guest rather than someone who has chosen this brand before and came back. Now to be fair, the bell service was a genuine bright spot. You can now just send them a message and they come straight to your door at checkout. That was convenient and handled really well. But overall, this did not feel like a $600 a night Hilton stay. The brand has a standard, and this property is not meeting it. We noticed the decline compared to our last visit and hope management takes a serious look at what has changed. The location is still great, but the experience needs a lot of work to match what guests are actually paying for.

Yes! The hotel room had a loud noise every 15-20 minutes and we couldn’t sleep. The noise was constant all night long. I’m thinking it was the h-vac system. The manager didn’t even ask where the noise was coming from, which tells me he already knew.
- 5/5
Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel after having to make last-minute changes and cancel a different one. Especially on Memorial Day weekend and my birthday. Feeling extra grateful this worked out so perfectly. 🎉✨

I understand people love their pets and it's great that hotels recognize it; however, it's my opinion that people with pets should be housed in a specific part of the hotel. The beach access was good. The pool was also good but there was so many people the water was rather cloudy most of the time. Being that it is a Hilton hotel and rated "excellent" you'd expect the rooms to live up to the lobby area and be really nice. I was a little disappointed because we spent a hefty sum and felt like everything was overpriced, everywhere. They didn't even provide a bottle of water. The parking lot was small and seemed quite cramped. One would think parking would not cost $15 per night when you pay so much to stay. There certainly wasn't space for the number of rooms. Other then the negative, we still had a nice time with family.

Stay away. This hotel is not a good place for the price. Rooms are dates and ac doesn’t work. Had no shampoo or soap in room on arrival. Charged unannounced resort fee and parking fee. The only positive was the pool and it was unkept. Stay away and try somewhere else.

It’s time for some upgrades, this is an old hotel but in need of repairs and upgrades in the rooms and bathrooms and also pull up the smelly carpets in the rooms
- 4/5
Large wet spot in our carpet when we got there. They quickly came and tried to get it up as much as they could. Rooms needs a little refreshing. Carpet was pealing up in multiple places and paint peeling. Over nothing we couldn’t deal with.
- 3/5
Air conditioning did not work in our room the first 4 days of our 6 day stay. Staff was quick to send repairmen but took 6 attempts and 3 days to get it fixed. Also lots of little inconveniences such as elevator being down, ice machine not working, sinks not properly draining. Nothing to ruin the vacation, I just expect more quality for the price.
- 4/5
Comfortable beds, bathroom was very small! Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Great onsite restaurant and Starbucks coffee.
- 4/5
Warning to Hilton Honors members, due to booking through Expedia you do not receive any points for the stay or any additional consideration.
- 4/5
Great location, good amenities and plenty of parking. Staff are great. Only downside…. The lifts are soooo slow.

Room was not ready. Small details overlooked by housekeeping. Restaurants were great. Awesome breakfast and buffet was terrific. Close to beach. Love pool options.

Also, there was a 350 people event one night so we couldn’t park for 15-20 minutes driving around looking for a spot after we had paid for parking. The pools were ice cold so we went to the holiday inn where it was heated. Overall, we had a good trip but just wish we had known some of this ahead of time.
- 5/5
The staff were amazing and they the property was amazing!
- 4/5
The poolside/beach front bar is terrific! Ocean breeze and views and shade and personal service. Ahhhhhh. Nice.
- 3/5
The sheets on both beds had a sour smell. Even after we asked to have them changed them out the replacement sheets had the same sour smell. The beach towels were thin, the tub had a chip and the shower pressure and heat was awful. The AC unit was loud all night and the TV had a terrible signal. And to top it all off we were told if we a late checkout to ask the morning of but when we asked we were denied. This was not the birthday get away I was expecting. beach towels thin af chip in tub/ hot water and water pressure loud ac unit terrible tv signal
- 4/5
Overall this hotel was above average. Noticed the lobby doors/windows, elevators and in our room, lacked cleanliness. Handprints and dust were in plain sight. Our room had a mildew smell, toilet barely flushed, the refrigerator had broken shelves and our phone didn’t work. For the premium price we paid, we expected a cleaner environment. Management should personally supervise the quality until cleanliness improves.
- 1/5
shower didnt work shower head busted on first day tv didnt work ice machine didnt work no help from staff at all
- 1/5
Room wasn’t cleaned well, dirty towels refolded, spilt residue in fridge, dirty sandy tub, showers were cold, neither phone would work in the room.
- 5/5
Very good accommodations
- 4/5
Convenient location. Restaurants and shopping walkable. The room seemed outdated. Comfortable bed but the room had an odor, maybe in the rugs? maybe from humidity in Florida? The bathroom ceiling was peeling. The coffee shop was nice and convenient. Wasn’t happy I had to pay for parking. Should be included in my stay. I checked in around 3pm and my room wasn’t ready. Had to wait until 4pm - official check in time. I’m sure they could have checked me in and the woman at the counter wasn’t very nice. Had to kill an hour until room was ready and of course there was a huge line. Overall it was okay, but for a Hilton and the high price, I expected more.
- 5/5
The room had lots of space very clean and easy access. I loved the breakfast and pastry bar it’s absolutely perfect for families who don’t want to drive, you have everything you need at your disposal right on site
- 3/5
The location is great. Shopping and eating spots are in walking distance. However, Expedia description of the hotel and the hotel description are not the same. I booked a Junior Suite with kitchenette (Expedia gave description of microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dining area, dishwasher, stovetop. They even had a pictures of the kitchen). Checking in I have a regular Junior Suite which includes a mini fridge and a microwave. The Hilton tells me that the only rooms with full kitchen is the 2-3 bedroom suits. At this point I’m hot because I went grocery shopping before checking in. The only thing The Hilton and Expedia can say is sorry. Never will I use Expedia or stay at The Hilton again.

There are much better places to stay in the area. Note: most of the hotels along this stretch of beach are owned by the same company, which is a plus if you want use a pool at a different property.

Yes
- 4/5
The best this is the hotel is right off the beach and everything (restaurants and boardwalk) is in walking distance. You have to book a room with a balcony to see the beautiful beach.
- 1/5
The hot tub was broke.
- 4/5
During cooler evenings and days in March, the hot tub was used as the kiddie pool even though there is an indoor pool. Children were using goggles in the hot tub. At one point there were 17 people in the hot tub, hotel needs wrist bands too to ensure paying individuals belong there. There was no oversight, Hilton can pony up and heat the pool, other hotels manage it.
- 2/5
Poorly maintained. Needs paint everywhere. Shower was cold and had mildew around calking. Disappointing for a Hilton.
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
Has 2 elevators and one was out of service for most of my stay. I was on the tenth floor and made it hard to run down to get a drink or snack not knowing how long it would take to get back to the room. No adjustments made to the bill or any voucher given out. Also had to search for a housekeeping cart to get some towels bc front desk not answering phone.
- 3/5
It was a nice stay at the Hilton. Service was up to par. The check in process was extremely slow. Food was mediocre at best . Room was clean except for bathtub. It was extremely slippery. Almost fell one time
- 5/5
Did not have an ocean view this time but street view is not bad. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very nice bed and pillows
- 5/5
Beach view was amazing
- 3/5
Even tho paying for one of the more expensive room for ocean view, unless you pay for the most expensive rooms they have, you get a side view of the ocean. Not a direct front view. You look more at the pool really. And the people that are in the pool later in the day are very loud and obnoxious, especially for families with young children. Be careful of letting them out on balcony, they may see some very inappropriate things happening. You can’t hardly even hear the ocean because they have vent hoods blowing air so loudly everywhere. Rooms looked clean but our towels had nasty stuff on one and a fake eyelash stuck on another which my hubs found after he dried off with it, eww, so not too sure how clean things really were. Kitchen had a Mini fridge and microwave, sink and cabinets but no soap or even paper towels/ towel to dry hands or no utensils/cups etc. coffee pot was one of those crappy little things that pours out water instead of actually making a cup of coffee. Furniture was pretty uncomfortable. Couch sucked to sit on and I’m sure would be uncomfortable to sleep on. Beds weren’t that comfy. Would go with a condo instead if staying more than one or two nights.
- 2/5
We love staying at the Hilton however this past experience was not so great. The staff upon checkout were all rude and showed a bit of racism and favoritism. Never expected that because in the past it was always a pleasurable experience. The room was awesome except for the shower door wouldn't close properly without lifting up on it and the hot water wasn't working properly. Checking out made this stay very disappointing. Your staff needs to work on their customer service. Courtesy and kindness is key. The view was breath taking.l

Beautiful ocean view

It all started with a call to he hotel to see about possibly checking in early, to which some young guy answered “hello” like he was answering his cell phone. And then I was told he can’t promise anything….very short and seemed like I was bothering him. Got there and I will say the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. That’s about where it ended. Received a text from the hotel welcoming me and told me to text if we needed anything. We needed a cot for more sleeping space. I texted 3-4 times and each time was told someone would be notified. Front desk extension from the hotel phone was busy very single time I tried to call. Finally walked down later that night and was able to get one brought up. Room smelled musty / like mildew. Finally figured out why….the far corner by one of the beds had a wet spot on the carpet that stunk…like a plumbing leak in the wall possibly. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor, nor did it work on the floor below. Had to go down 2 floors just to get ice. For a 4 star hotel, this was very unexpected. Pool area was not relaxing at all, playing techno music like it’s college spring break. Thank goodness the hotel next door had a nice lazy river and pleasant music. I can without a doubt say we will not be back. Waste of money.
- 1/5
I selected one kind of room on Hotels.com, but received a completely different room upon arrival. Neither hotels.com or the hotel could remedy the issue
- 5/5
Loved the room great location, definitely would come back
- 3/5
The location is great! The building has a lot of problems. There were water leaks, a strong mildew smell in the hallways, dinged up furniture in the rooms, dinged walls throughout the property, AC that didn’t work, and a mismatch fitness center. The staff were pleasant but didn’t seem to understand how to work with third party channels to honor rates, which required me to make extra phone calls to Expedia to ensure Hilton was honest about what it charged me.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and great staff
- 2/5
Asked for fresh towels and sheets and the trash to be taken out. Left and came back 5 hrs later and nothing got done.
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 1/5
Room, was not the same as in the pictures, smell was terrible, switched us to another room , that room had no towels and the shower was backed up. Customer service was lackluster made you feel like you were bothering them when you asked for something, the breakfast was the best part of the entire stay
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
Room smelled like dogs. Hotel was loud and hot. Tac
- 3/5
The room was not in great condition. The door was hanging, so every time we opened it, it made a loud noise & was difficult to close. The bathroom door was also completely worn at the bottom. Otherwise good.
- 2/5
With probably 300 rooms and over 50% available, I think I was given the worst room possible..Three issues reported and one was slightly repaired..No beach chairs available and poor bar not open…pool furniture dirty. Not what I expected from a Hilton
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
Had view of roof. Pretty bad room. Could not help us as we booked thrub3rd party. Overall ok but probably better if booked direct
- 1/5
I am a Hilton Honors member for 24 years so thought that I could get an early check in but it was far from early. I brought my wife, daughter (whose 6 months pregnant) and 2 year old grandson. I called at 10 am and requested an early check in in which they said to check back at 1 pm. I went to the hotel at 1 pm and was told that my check in was probably going to be closer to the normal 4 pm check in. I came back at 4 pm and was told that they still didn't have my Jr. suite cleaned, yet. I told them that was a huge inconvenience because my whole family was really tired because of our long drive from Atlanta. I decided to take my family to dinner and came back at 7:30 pm and the room was still not ready. Grand baby is crying and my daughter was not feeling well and wanted to go bed as she is 6 months pregnant.as it's already past grand son's bed time and I got really frustrated. I had made this reservation 3 weeks in advance. The staff did the best that they could do to find me another suite but when we went to the room there was only one bed instead of 2 queen beds. The porter bringing my luggage up called the front desk in which that was our only option. My daughter had to sleep on a couch hide-a-bed and was really upset. (again 6 months pregnant) Christine working the front desk tried to do help as she sent a complementary bottle of champagne and cheese tray. I grew up in Pensacola and have family in Pensacola so have stayed at the Hilton numerous times. Might be my last.
- 5/5
Everything about the Hilton was just perfect!
- 5/5
The Room was clean, we got the double queen ocean gulf view. It has been amazing! We were just passing through but needed a small break from the cold before continuing on the road. They were so accommodating and very nice. Our room did not smell musty like other reviews our water pressure is not bad considering it’s a high traffic hotel. I travel all year long trust me it was not bad. Tub did not clog like others did, honestly it’s a very good room for the price. Remember this is a beach hotel so it is different I wouldn’t consider this “fancy” like other people are expecting but if you’re an avid traveler you’ll definitely like this. The balcony is cool to have and enjoy the breeze. The ac does have a sound it’s worn in but it’s ok it works. Some other hotels are worst. For summer travelers yes you’re paying more but what you’re paying for is location and close proximity to the beach. This hotel is directly on the beach, don’t complain for the price you should expect it. Plenty of pools and beach, 2 restaurants a cafe. I got room 222 :)
- 2/5
Location was good, room was meh.
- 5/5
I reserved this for my husband and son while they were on a road trip and they loved the hotel. On the beach, easy to get too, clean rooms, 10+ for sure!
- 3/5
The location and view from my suite was amazing but the room needs an update badly ! Tiny shower, mold in shower, cracked mismatch tile around toilet, and worst of all NO H OT WATER for at least 2 hours in the morning. And the front desk girl had an attitude when I had to call the front desk at least 4 times and she kept telling me she was going to call her manager for me to speak to and that the hot water issue was a common one. What? Finally the boiler was fixed and the hot water did eventually return. Was told my bill would be compensated by the manager and that never happened. I expect a lot more from Hilton!
- 4/5
The room definitely needs some TLC. The front desk staff weren't that helpful they didnt explain any amenities to me restaurant hours room service etc. It wasn't until my last day that I learned one of the pools was heated and that was due to hearing other guests talk about it. other than that I enjoyed my time there the staff in the main restaurant were absolutely wonderful they made my stay worth it.
- 4/5
The room was very nice- very clean, great amenities(shampoo, conditioner, coffee, etc). Very spacious with comfortable sofa bed. Balcony was an added plus and breakfast was worth every penny. Will def be back in Springloca

Staff was wonderful! And breakfast was amazing, room was roomy
- 3/5
We were a group of ten with three rooms. Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in two of the rooms, which was very disappointing. The coffee machine power outlets were not working, and the overall cleaning service was just fair. The hotel needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
- 2/5
After a long drive I was happy to get to a hotel for my family to relax but after checking in, the front desk service was horrible. She did not greet us when we came in and was not friendly. Didn’t even tell me which way to go for my room when she was done checking us in. Didn’t inform me of any hotel amenities or what time breakfast was, just no information. When we got to the room I noticed my tub was peeling and delaminating which made it difficult for me to bath my littles since they mostly sit in the tub due to age. I didn’t want them to sit on those peeling parts. I tried to ring down to room service for an extra towel and the phone line wouldn’t work i kept getting a busy tone multiple times. Lastly there was no “do not disturb” sign for my door so room service wouldn’t come knocking at 8am. I will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Beach access was great and was not crowded. The shower is small and the hot water takes time to heat up, but no issues with the room or hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice and pleasant stay
- 1/5
Room was neglected. Staff was cordial but absolutely overwhelmed at check-in. The room was dirty. Mold on the window curtains - black mold spots on a white curtain. Blackout curtain had several holes in it. The floor of the bathroom was greasy/oily - I am on crutches and this made it very difficult to feel comfortable traversing the bathroom area. We ordered room service and received old, spoiled M&ms (pictures). Vents were disgusting to see how much dust was on it. Bathtub had very bad worn/chipped spots. No batteries in the TV remote - and I don't mean the batteries in the remote didn't work, I mean there weren't batteries in the remote. Before we were to check out after confirming a late check out for the morning for 1230pm, had a maid knock on our door twice for housekeeping, then ENTER the room while we were still in there! Unacceptable!!!

The room was great. Our stay was great. The location on the beach and the beach views and quiet, comfortable stays are what keep us coming back every November.
- 4/5
Initial room assigned to me had an awful view of the top of the portico, even though I had paid for the pool view. Once arriving in the room I contacted the front desk and they promptly relocated us to a room with a gorgeous view! So appreciative of their customer service. Restaurant was very nice with excellent service and great menu, my only point for improvement would be that the shower door needs to just be replaced. Did not appear clean. The halls also needed new carpet. Otherwise very nice stay.
- 5/5
Excellent location and great customer service.
- 3/5
It was covenient right across from the beach and close to a few restaurants. Be mindful of the kiddos in the hottub. My 7 year old caught strep.

Christine S. At the front desk evening check in , she made our stay extra special

Great hotel, stupid expensive food
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Nice pool area. Could use some heating though
- 3/5
It was an ok stay
- 5/5
We had the most amazing time. Our family truly needed some time away to connect and just enjoy each other and the beach. Thank you for making sure our room was just perfect and exceeded our expectations!! We didn’t want to leave but will certainly be back. Thank you!! Wonderful service, absolutely spotless facilities.
- 5/5
This has been a wonderful experience
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
My favorite exotic Caribbean beach front hotel but better as it’s stateside.
- 4/5
Greatly appreciated your service
- 4/5
Beach access was great. Stinks that you have to pay for chairs and umbrellas but well worth it. The poolside bar needs some more organization.
- 3/5
The pool and beach areas were fantastic! The staff was pleasantly kind. Our room was updated, very comfortable and clean, although the bathtub grout could use some attention. All in all a very nice stay. Would definitely return.
- 5/5
Breakfast not included for the price being charged other than that everything is good
- 4/5
Clean room. Top of window curtains was torn. Need to replace blackout curtains. Outside lighting needed on the balconies of older building.
- 5/5
Nice but it was across the street
- 4/5
Beautiful beach view from balcony, delicious drinks from pool bar, friendly staff
- 2/5
The Lobby is updated but the rooms are not. We could not close the bathroom door because it is out of square.
- 1/5
First issue : check in is 4pm for all guest my room was not ready until 440pm ,after a 9 hour drive this did not sit well with me. I literally walked into the Hilton lobby and it looked like a airport where peoples flights had been canceled. Second issue : After waiting 40 mins , I was stuck waiting for the lady to locate my reservation that took another 10 mins, not only that she did not welcome me , speak to me tell me anything just handed my room key and told me my room number. Third issue : overcharged a 1 time pet fee 3 times . Forth issue : no hot water for 2 days Fifth issue : no mattress on pull out couch Six issue : had to wait another 4 hours for them to bring bedding for pullout couch. Seventh issue: front desk forgot to bring us extra towels and coffee had to call to remind them twice. That is not everything, but I'm limiting this post . Hilton in Pensacola beach is no longer luxury its gone down hill and very short staffed.
- 1/5
There was no hot water and we were lied to about it by multiple staff members.
- 2/5
Took stairs for exercise and ended up in a horror movie area ttying to get out. The restaurant was horrible and super overpriced. For the price, stay elsewhere!
- 5/5
Enjoyed the pool bar.
- 2/5
They checked me in but didn't give me my room. Did not clean room to we had to ask. Asked for towels never showed up. Asked for a pillow never showed up. All the Breakfast was cold. Very bad experience
- 1/5
Staff was not help with a botched booking
- 4/5
Clean room but needs updating. Small fridge leaked.
- 5/5
Top notch on everything. Several pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river! Very nice.
- 5/5
Beach view was excellent!
- 5/5
It was the perfect beach vacation!
- 1/5
My room was absolutely dirty. The fridge leaked water all over the floor beforehand and we walked into a very musty stagnate smelly room. The kitchen floor was wet from the leak and a big black puddle was on the floor. The ceiling fan didn't work and the TV near kitchen also. For the amount of money i could have got a better room at the holiday Inn down the road. Also, the pool closed at 8pm. What a joke.
- 5/5
Parking sucked
- 3/5
Too many people not staying in the hotel were allowed to enter the pool area. Twice on two different days teenage kids with no bracelet were in the pool area causing trouble, threatening to fight people one kid had an ankle monitor on. It made my wife upset and we didnt go to the pool the rest of our stay
- 5/5
From the time we arrived until we left , our stay was wonderful! Parking was close and easy and the hotel location was in easy walking distance of so many dining and shopping options. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked great!! The views were beautiful and the beach access was perfect. Overall I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
- 3/5
Outside, the pool was great & the restaurant/bar next to the pool had great pina coladas & food!
- 3/5
I think it’s time to take the old carpets out of the rooms and repaint the pool surfaces
- 3/5
Bathroom mild on ceiling and door.
- 5/5
This was a great hotel and centrally located with great restaurants and shops
- 5/5
Christine at the front desk was really great. Walkable, restaurant and bar on site.
- 5/5
Everyone is nice.
- 5/5
Great accomodations
- 5/5
Beautiful location
- 5/5
Best hotel in Pensacola beach. The property was beautiful. Can’t wait to visit again.
- 3/5
Extra charges added to my acct that weren’t mine. Several things not in working order in our room. Phone, coffee pot, hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t work. Mildew around the shower and tub. Will not stay at this property again.
- 5/5
The view from our room was beautiful. It was an easy walk to the beach or to find a restaurant.
- 4/5
Close to a lot of good places to eat
- 3/5
What I liked was that we had a beach front balcony with a view and had access to the neighboring pool that had a lazy River. This location had onsite parking and has easy access to beach!!! Plenty of restaurants that were walking distance and a grab and go in the lobby. The down fall was that they were in the process of switching out all the mattress in the hotel. This caused a 3 hr delay in us being able to check in since we had to wait for our room and the elevators were tied up with them using both elevators to remove mattresses. This was for the duration of our 2 night stay. The plus was the new mattresses were very comfortable and now the rest of the room can use an update, such as lamps and lampshades. The lobby was very clean and beautiful now the rooms just need to match that vibe!
- 3/5
The rooms are older. Needs to be updated
- 5/5
My happy place.
- 5/5
I don't want to leave 😞 this place was awesome the people were so sweet, Me and my family are definitely coming back.
- 4/5
Good hotel but cleanliness needed some attention to details
- 5/5
Whenever we travel through Florida, Hilton Pensacola is our choice. The suites are spacious; the meals always delicious; the service pleasant, friendly and professional; the valet and bell service reliable; and the view spectacular.
- 4/5
everthing work for me
- 5/5
Staff was so nice and professional. Been going to this Hilton for 20 years
- 5/5
and the beach
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. We only noticed one person not doing their job (a pool towel attendant that no one could find all day bc she was hiding inside). The deli/cafe was great, pools were amazing and the Junior Suite was an amazing room for families.
- 2/5
The curtain rod for the drapes fell and hit my fiancee on the head when she initially opened the drapes. Thankfully she is okay. The blackout drapes were missing a drape so the door to the balcony was not covered. We received a towel with a large hole in it. Also, whenever people cleaned, they did not remove all of the garbage. We let the front desk know via messages but they were not helpful and made us feel like we were a bother. We have been staying here for many years. It is very sad to see how the quality has gone down despite the price going up. Unfortunately, we will have to think twice about staying there again. Premium price for what felt like a 1 star hotel experience.
- 5/5
Love this property! Great staff, pool, pool bar, direct beach access, location, large rooms, Starbucks in lobby. Second time here and already booked an upcoming third stay.
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
My stay was good overall, but property seems to lack maintenance, my be because of long years of existence or traffic of visitors, proximity to the beach was encouraging, staff were courteous.
- 4/5
A couple of frustrating things like the ice makers didn’t work and when we called for room service, no one would answer the phone. Our window in our room was filthy on the outside. An updated AC system in the room would be nice.
- 5/5
and gave us a full refund. Without hesitating!!! I needed that!! We made it home safe and my grandson is doing so much better. Leah, you have no idea what your generosity did for my sanity. ❤️ muchbetter.idbetter.sd.
- 3/5
Check in went well. Room was ready at 3pm. It was clean and spacious too. However, there were so many kids who over took the pools that it was impossible to enjoy. They weren’t only swimming but were screaming and yelling at 7am. Some of the doors goin outside were broken, there was trash left on the walkway to the beach for several days, the gift shop is outrageously expensive $5 for a water and no one asked how the stay was when I checked out. It’s seems they are managing to stay afloat with bare minimum staff. All were friendly but there was no one going above and beyond in the service department. The suite had a mini fridge and microwave with sink but no glasses or tableware. We were glad to know that the hotels to the left and right were reciprocal with their amenities. We wouldn’t stay there again.
- 4/5
Food was great, property was beautiful! Pool was overrun by feral children- water looked really cloudy 😫
- 5/5
To be able to use the four different pools was amazing! Free coffee before 6:30 AM so very important plus it was delicious coffee. You had everything we needed, except there could be more umbrellas by the pool. Hard to find a chair with shade. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel for easy beach access. Has larger rooms with bunk beds tucked away. Access was also provided to adjoining properties’ pools. Saw dolphins every day in the beautiful turquoise waters with sugar sand beaches. Loved every minute.
- 5/5
Nice place right on the water
- 1/5
Our room didn’t have towels upon arrival and the sink was clogged. We took a shower and found the bathroom had cockroaches in the shower and under the sink. We went down to the front desk to notify them only to be told they’re sorry to hear that. Later that night while trying to sleep we heard them moving in our room and turned on the lights to find them crawling all over our luggage. I went down to the lobby with one in hand and demanded a refund and change of room. Only then did they offer to rectify our problem.
- 5/5
Great beach hotel
- 3/5
Liked location on beach. Didn't like issues with housekeeping and room supplies (towels etc.).
- 4/5
I couldn’t reach staff from my room concerning broken tv and ac not running properly .They literally send to voicemail . There was no way I was spending my time in long lines to speak to someone . By the time I reach staff AC began running good again. However, the new remote didn’t work.STILL So thank goodness the BEACH and resort was really well because we had no TV to watch which was kind of disappointing because I really wanted to watch the Fourth of July special at the White House on TV:/ A bonus we had which was great was being able to enter two next door hotels with wristbands. The holiday inn next door I fully recommend .esp if you have kiddos . It’s Cheaper and better pools for kiddos for sure and nice areas to relax by fire pit with swings and hammocks !lazy river and pirate shows for kids . The restaurant staff amazing !esp breakfast buffet , I recommenced bed and breakfast package well worth it And if you have pets they are great about your pets :)
- 5/5
It was nice and in a good area! We walked to the souvenir shop infront of the hotel and walked to dinner to the restaurant a few doors down. We had our own beach section, which was nice. Due to it being a beach hotel, we get it but there was sand in our hotel room upon arrival.
- 1/5
Beachfront view with a trash dump. Employees haven't cleaned so the roof is full of trash. This is a view from the balcony. Overall property is in poor repair and staff is like a "ship without a captain" in that some are great some terrible. They put cones out not for construction but so that you cannot reenter parking lot, but there are no signs telling you the procedure. My understanding is you must stop on the 4 lane to see if someone is in the parking attendant station (maybe maybe not). If you do not, he will chase you around doing impressions of you. The impression was infuriating but fairly accurate. He demands that you remove your hanging parking sign and hand it to him. Kind of a troll character (have pics of him but doubt I can post). Artwork in room is dreadful and mine has some sort of hardened white substance on it. This is the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. Good pool though. Check the pics of the view before booking this dump. Also check the online reviews (I should have). Sink and bathtub did not drain which was honestly the least of the issues.
- 3/5
The room was nice. It’s nice to be able to go the other locations such as using the other hotels pools. Really family friendly. The ice machines were not working though. Doors are tough to open and close. You had to really apply pressure. Location for beaches and pools were great. Breakfast buffet was meh. I know it’s supposed to be meh. But warmed frozen French toast and waffles aren’t the greatest. If you want great access to pools, and everything in the immediate area, your pretty much set though.
- 2/5
This is a much older hotel without consistent upkeep. First room we were given had stains all over bathtub and a broken cabinet door. They mentioned that the hotel was fully booked so no other room would be available to accommodate moving us anywhere else. After cleaning service came in to attempt to clean tub and failed a room magically appeared. New room was a little better. Fan in new restroom did not work so most days it was foggy and moist in there. All in all, the New room was fine but the microwave was disgusting. Light fixtures were rusted. Light switch was broken. Also Elevator gets stuck opening and closing and is very creaky . There are no working ice machines from floor 1-7. Pool Towels run out very very quickly. There is limited parking available. They host wedding so some days would consist of waiting for at least 30 min for parking. Or circling around multiple times. Dinner at Salt restaurant was also disappointing,… the list goes on and on. I Can’t say many good things about this hotel besides it’s on the beach. Stay at your own risk.

It has fun amenities for the kids, face paint, bubble party

- 5/5
Loved everything about it! Going back asap!!
- 5/5
The property was beautiful and the room and the view were amazing! Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
- 3/5
This particular Hilton is older and in need of major updates but I kinda knew that before my arrival from other reviews. My main problem was more with the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower in particular in the room we stayed in. It had mold in many different places that looked like it had been there for a long time. Kinda sad when you are paying the prices you are each night especially when that can be easily cleaned with bleach. I will say that this Hilton probably had the best staff and customer service of all the Hiltons I have stayed in ever. Evan who works the front desk at check-in is absolutely AMAZING! He went above and beyond and was just great to deal with as soon as I arrived. Overall still enjoyed our stay there because of the amazing staff. Housekeeping probably needs to step it up a little though
- 3/5
After checkout my wife asked me if I would stay again…not sure but having to wear shoes in the room and air freshener might be okay in a hundred buck surfer beachfront room but a 500 a night room I am certainly going to check all options first.
- 5/5
Outstanding clean facilities! Front desk staff were amazing!!
- 3/5
Hotel is close to everything which is a plus! The hotel desk supervisor which is a woman likes to pass the buck to the restaurant for mistakes. We were suppose to have a wake up call, and did not get it. Supervisor told us they do not do wake up calls. We were suppose to have free breakfast, the hotel charged us, supervisor told us to go find out why from the restaurant. The hotel was busy this past weekend. Food from rooms was left out literally all day until night on our floor. No food is available in the hotel before 7 or after 10. Don’t expect room service before or after those times. I got messages to check on my room, stay, etc… I was told by same supervisor it was an automated message. The automated message replied when it was a positive response but if I needed something, no reply! I expect better from Hilton!
- 4/5
Everything was great at the hotel. Our problem was check-in was at 11am and we didn’t get to check in until 3 and we were only staying 1 night. Also we didn’t have good hot water and low pressure. Staff was excellent though!
- 4/5
We had a nice stay
- 4/5
Hot water in the room runs low at peak shower time. Elevators are a bit slow and loud if your room is by them. Overall nice stay and I would return with the kids.
- 5/5
The service was great. Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
The experience was awesome. Hilton will now be my go to hotel while on vacation
- 3/5
Breakfast not included even though booking said it was, parking is not free, room was mediocre, and disability access was minimal.
- 2/5
Our room was not available until 45 minutes after check-in time, we had to wait in the lobby with a bunch of other people whose rooms were not ready. The AC in the room barely worked and was very hot in the summer. At the amount that I paid I should have gotten a room in their new tower 2. Instead I got a very dated room in their old tower. Not even the ice machine worked on my floor! Spend your money elsewhere.
- 5/5
Loved it!! It could use some updating but overall it’s a great place!!
- 2/5
Expedia booking indicated a beach view room with a balcony. Hilton was not able to correct the error as they said they couldn’t change it due to third party arrangements. Very disappointing for my family, and also for me since I paid a premium for the beachside view. We will not be booking through either Expedia or the Hilton in the future.
- 5/5
Great stay. Easy access to beach. Room was spacious and beautiful view of coast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was not ready at 530 when we checked in. They comped us breakfast for one day when I asked. Buffet breakfast was good, but would not pay to have. (I think it was over $20/person) Pool was great. There needs to be more bins to throw towels in (used piles of towels laying around) Overall we would stay here again.
- 3/5
Shower had no exhaust fan,

We stayed 4 days. 3 nights at the resort. The pictures show a full kitchen for a junior suite which is a lie. The hotel had to upgrade my room to a 2 bedroom because I bought hundreds of dollars of groceries to feed my family because I thought I booked a suite with a kitchen. It was inconvenient for my family to have to check out at 11am from one room and check back in to the upgraded room. Thank you Joselyn for honoring the upgrade. Hotels.com you should make sure your pictures are accurate on your site that shows exactly what the amenities are for each room.
- 5/5
Had a great time
- 5/5
Access to pools, the beach, Starbucks (yum), & places to dine! This was a perfect little getaway for us! We will be back!
- 3/5
My husband and I booked a short trip to Pensacola to celebrate our anniversary. Even though this hotel is one of the higher priced options in the area, I booked it because we wanted to take advantage of all the amenities and not leave the property. We were very disappointed. The hotel is outdated, in need of maintenance and a makeover. The room smelled like mildew and the staff could use some hospitality training. Even the food was subpar and overpriced. We ended up eating offsite for half the price and much better quality. Being beachfront property is the best thing about this place, but they certainly make you overpay for it.
- 1/5
Staff is rude. Room sucked, iron was broke , the light circuit breaker was broken so the light didn’t work over the bed. I was told 3 nights before my departure to ask for the late check out the day off. Called downstairs and they said no. Had a dog barking in the room next to us starting at 745 am. Food is terrible outside. Place sucked for a Hilton. Never staying there again.

We look the Hilton Pensacola Beach hotel... and have been booking the room style every year!!!
- 5/5
laundry room really really bad
- 3/5
I liked the pools and ease to the beach. Room service did great. Hot water was hit or miss. And elevators took a good amount of time to make it to you. But nice experience overall.

Our stay in Hilton was excellent, the front desk Christine is wonderful.

The first pack and play we got was broke…and the lady that helped us put it together was so kind. The air conditioner was freezing in the front lobby to the point where the coffee shop staff had to wear jackets too, I felt bad for them. Staff are amazing, but this hotel needs some up keep and major sprucing. Again, the staff were Amazing, and the

What I didn't like was the asking for a review when we had not even completed our stay. The safe didn't work and it took over 24 hours for that to be repaired. Just a change of batteries! Not all the curtains were hung. We did not have privacy curtains and I asked for some. We never received them. Because of this I gave the staff & service 4 stars for not repairing the safe faster. It took 2 request. Also 4 stars for not having the privacy sheers. I requested them but they were never hung in the 2 days we were there. The location on the beach is scenic The staff at the outside bar is wonderful. Towels for the pool and showers to rinse off after being on the beach. Many good restaurants and souvenir shops in walking distance. Also Fort Pickens an interesting history visit.
- 4/5
Wasn’t able to check in until 2 hours past check in time, but the rest of our stay was amazing.
- 5/5
The whole weekend was nice!
- 3/5
Missing board on the stairs on walkway to the beach . Unsafe.
- 5/5
The view from our room was terrible. We looked out on a green slimy roof. The Bonsai restaurant service was unacceptable. We never received our meal, paid for our drinks then went to the other restaurant where they compt our meal for the service we experienced in Bonsau
- 3/5
When we got to the hotel, we expressed our frustration, but the lady at the desk had zero concern or apology. She just said to come back at check-in time. No biggie, but a little compassion would have been nice. At check in everything seemed very frantic in the lobby. Employees running every direction, staff needing assistance with each check-in, and a very slow process. The doors never shut, so it was very hot and humid in the lobby. After check-in we were greeted by a very friendly bellhop who was one of the lights of our stay! He was so helpful getting our stuff to the room, and gave us his number in case we needed anything. We reached out several times with questions for suggestions about dinner, music, entertainment, etc. Be sure to tip your bellhop!! Our room was tidy and smelled clean, but the hotel itself was filthy and felt very under kept! There was a huge stack of room service trays by the elevator for over 24 hours until we told he front desk. Luke’s of towels all over the pool deck, dirty drink cups around the fire pit…
- 5/5
Stayed during easter weekend…. No complaints!!! Everything was amazing the room, the views, pool, and beach area. Thank you Hilton for all the memories we created.
- 5/5
We enjoyed the 3 Nights stay with family. Our first Pensacola trip was more memorable than expected. Thanks to Hilton Hotel. Excellent service, facilities and of course Breakfast.
- 5/5
The whole experience is wonderful! We plan to visit again!! The Hilton is a little older but very well maintained!! Excellent location!!
- 2/5
2 different shades of paint on 1 wall, the lamp shade was rusty and the ceiling looked bad in a few spots. I expected better from a Hilton and for the price.
- 4/5
My family and I went to Pensacola as we are accustomed to going to Destin, FL each year. I was reluctant to the change but it was one of the best trips we could have picked. We have a 13 year old teenage daughter and two toddler and infant sons. It was accommodating for all of them !! Thanks Hilton and Pensacola, FL
