The room was clean. The staff were awesome. The location perfect and the breakfast were impressive. We will definitely stay here again.

The beach is pretty far away from the hotel. Can't really enjoy the beach from the balcony.

In general things were great. My only complaint and it is minor, is breakfast should last to 11am and/or there should not be such rush to clear it out at exactly 10am!

Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. Love our view from the room, right on the beach. The location was great . Walking distance to alot of stores and restaurants.

It was very helpful family of five to have breakfast included. The staff were very helpful answered any and all questions. The access to the pools and beach were easy. The rental umbrellas and chairs were not complementary of the hotel so therefore you had to pay out-of-pocket. Loved the location because it was very close to the Pensacola Boardwalk, which is so much fun.

The only negative thing I would say is the hotel staff isn’t the friendliest but overall it was a great stay and would stay again

Good location, clean facility. House keeping didn't come I had to call them for clean towels and trash removal. Paid parking per day is terrible when paying for the hotel stay already.

Staff was nice. Room was mostly clean. Couch in room didnt pass the uv light, needs to be cleaned or burned. Wasnt thrilled about paying additional cost on top of premium rates to park on site. Shampoo was empty, but I brought my own anyway.

We had a great stay for our girls trip. The staff was amazing! Loved the VIP pool pass so we could go to all the pools! The breakfast was so easy too! One less meal we had to go out for. We will be back.

Beachfront Older hotel, pet friendly, which is good if you have pets, but for the rest of us, not so much. Got stuck in the elevator. Some staff (cleaning) was great, but front desk was about 50%. Needs a remodel. No lights on balcony. Had to pay nightly ($17.99) to park on site.

Ocean view, conveniently located Swimming pool is small for the amount of guest at times. Cigarette smoking is definitely an issue at the main entrance and on the balcony. This hotel does not require your license plate at check-in, therefore nothing can be done regarding a vehicle parked in the EV charging parking spot. Paying premium for a balcony/beach view with cheap seating and cigarette smoking by other guests at the same time just wasn't a win for us.

Jim & James at the front desk are wonderful. Perfect location, amazing beach and everything else you could need in walking distance. 10 out of 10, will definitely return again. Thanks to the staff for making our vacation so enjoyable.

This property allows pets and it there were several dogs that barked nonstop across the hallway from my room. The staff did address the situation.

We had a planned stay for 4 nights. Day 1 arrival air conditioning did not work. Had to mive to another room with smaller bed. Had to move on Day 2 so we could have original room king with balcony and view. Shared inconvenience of moving 2!times. Manager said they would issue us a “Be our guest pass for a future stay. Have yet to see that.

nothing good to say about this hotel. carpet in the room was saturated, was promised by the front desk that they would put us in another room but never heard back. Maintenance was sent to the room and we were told the problem was resolved but it wasnt woke up the next morning carpet was wet again and the smell was god awful. Hampton inn is now the carnival cruise line of hotels in my eyes.. would not recommend to anyone to stay here nor will i ever stay here or any other hampton inn again.

Overall, this is a good hotel for the price, especially considering that breakfast is included. I liked the hotel's location. There are restaurants within walking distance, the access from the main road is convenient, and the beach is nice. I did not like the fact that the large parking lot in front of the hotel is paid for guests. On the day I arrived, there was a lot of seaweed washed up on the beach, which was somewhat inconvenient. However, I was surprised that the beach was not cleaned the next day, and it was still not cleaned the day after that. The beach loungers were also available only for an additional fee.

The stay was great. Loved the room and the hotel. I was not happy when they told me I have to pay for parking separately. Why do I need to rent a parking spot? Most people drive something that they need to park and you clearly have parking spots outside the building. Parking should be automatically included at every hotel is all I am saying.

The hotel is outdated and lacking cleaning. I was there for a week and request a service e once to change my sheets and bedding and I watched th just tied up and sloppy and fully ignore the request. The facilities are outdated, staff have lots of attitude. I have an assistance animal that meets all the requirements for service dog and they still charged me a pet fee and refused to review my documentation. Definitely not worth it and plenty of other stays around with much cheaper and cleaner and affordable stay

We left some items in the room and called the same day. Was put on hold several times. Once we got through I had to call several times to find out if they found the items. No one had checked in the room and I asked them to re-check. I knew right where the items were located. I had to call back again, only for them to say they did not find anything. It is very disturbing to think that hotel members could come in our room while cleaning and possibly steal items. It is also upsetting for a Hilton hotel that this happened.

Room was clean but in poor condition. Worn furniture and carpet. Basically needs a total update. Pricey because it’s beachfront. Nothing special about the balcony room.

The place was clean, the desk staff was helpful, and cleaning staff was EXCELLENT, but I was very disappointed that the digital key did not work, WIFI was spotty, the bar was not open, no lamp on the desk in my room (not enough light to work in, had to go downstairs) and not enough parking (especially since you had to pay extra for parking). Not horrible, I just expect more out of Hilton Brand hotels.

Something was wrong with the lighting, my wife and I had red colored skin. I thought we were getting sick. The worst was the excessive cost for parking my car. It is highway robbery! The little refrigerator did not work at all.

Staff: front desk have to be patient with non English speaker. (One of the front desk staff have to speak Spanish.. FLORIDA have a big Spanish population … ) Breakfast: not complain, decent, clean, organized, nice staff. 👍 Outdoor pool: one of the pool was closed for maintenance. You have to notice that in the web page. All the families in one pool ( Mother’s Day weekend) imagining that !!! 😓 To ending… if you give a service, give a quality service… the pool towels was with holes and old. My experience was not better than a motel 6 hotels… except for the breakfast.

This hotel could use some updating. I don’t think the room was worth what I paid. Location is great, bed was comfortable, seemed to have a good breakfast. However the rooms are very dated. The a/c unit was very loud, constantly rattling and whistling. We were only staying one night so we didn’t ask to change rooms. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Jim at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, as well as the staff. We were able to check in on time. The room was clean and all amenities in working order. The floors (carpet) maybe could use a good wash/cleaning, as it left the bottoms of our feet dirty. Or just bring house slippers. Breakfast options had variety to bagels, cereal, and waffles. This also included protein options of eggs, bacon, sausage. Outdoor pools were cleaned and maintained. You also have direct beach access from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to lounge on the beach without the fast pace of the touristy crowd.

To begin with, the customer service was horrible upon arrival. No way to pull up to hotel to check in without a room key, we had to park elsewhere and walk to get our key. The front desk was rude and took there time, I was in line for a really long time. Everything was outdated and dirty looking in the room, the fridge and TV didn’t work, unable to connect to internet even after paying for the WiFi service. When we asked for towels they brought us two small ones, we were a family of four. They never cleaned our room during our stay. Literally the only thing positive is the access to the beach. Pool was fine, however, music was extremely loud and not appropriate for children. Would not recommend.

My main issue was that the pool suppose to close at 10 Pm but I got woke up at 3 AM in the morning from the loud talking and screaming for people in the pool.

Staff was not friendly. Would stand there and never acknowledge people until you spoke first. No smiles. Clean every other day, I’m okay with that but when they don’t leave enough tlinen and the body wash was empty the whole stay until I said something the last day. Thy had new and old towels they were giving out and the old ones were so badly faded and thin they weren’t even fit to use as a rag. Very disappointed.

When we head to Pensacola Beach this is our favorite place. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Great breakfast. Some places are so large they always feel crowded. This place is just the right. This Hampton by Hilton is a favorite of my grandchildren too. Heated pool is a big hit!

Super clean and loved the location right in the beach, next to restaurants and shopping. I didn’t even have to drive my car after arrival and also the included breakfast and coffee all day was superb!

Second time staying here and we really enjoy the balcony rooms.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud at night. The shower curtain was short and caused water to get on the floor.

The rooms were nice, even had a microwave as well as a refrigerator. It's a balcony was clean and the chairs on the balcony were clean. Breakfast was good. But late night, they have no real food. Unless you get out to the waffle house down the street staff was great.

They never came to clean our room. We came on Tuesday and checked out on Friday. We had no towels and had to keep going to get towels. You shouldn’t have to clean your own room. I bought some items to clean the bathroom. We let housekeeping know that we needed our room cleaned and she never came back

Room was very nice and clean. Our room had a refrigerator, which was nice. We checked in at 4 and the staff that did our check in was very quick , she didn’t tell us about a parking fee which is 16.95 a night and did not mention their was a $100 fee which is given back at check out. When the next shift came they explained everything in detail. Even though we had misunderstanding, our stay was great and the rest of the staff were very nice.

The entire hotel was filthy. There were literally pills on our bathroom floor that thank goodness the dog didn't find before we did! We were placed in a second floor room right above a speaker playing music (loudly and annoyingly) 24/7. Yes it overlooked the beach but you couldn't enjoy the sounds of the waves because of the music.

The hotel was in a great location and the beach area was lovely. They have a nice heated pool and 2 outside showers to rinse off the salty ocean water and sand.

Everything was good but w had a lot of children on our floor that ran up and down the hall.

Overall the property is okay, it offers a great location with beach access and good breakfast options but the rooms and appliances seems dated. Our room heater suddenly stopped working at 10pm and we had to change the room at an odd time with a small kid which was very inconvenient.

We enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach. Walking distance to shops food and beach. We travel with 2 dogs so we were happy this hotel is gracious enough to accommodate families with pets. However the more we travel the more we become disappointed in pet owners who refuse to obey rules. Refusal to clean up after their pet. Dogs off leash in halls. Pets in pool area and on the beach. This hotel supplies pet waste disposal bags and a place to dispose right before you re enter hotel. You know who you are people. Let’s be responsible pet owners and respectful of others.

I booked it here first time because of the good reviews. The hotel is at the nice location right on the beach. It's also pet friendly hotels but the beach outside of the hotel is not which is fine we can take our dogs to the near by dog beaches. However when i booked on the third party website it only said two dogs are allowed. But when we checked in the hotel policy is two dogs and up to seventy five pounds only. The gentleman when we checked in was very nice didn't say anything to us about our two dogs but the next day when we came back from parking lot and got into the elevator. There was another female manager that day and the minute she saw us she said loudly to us hey these two with the dogs can you come over here. What is your room number? She said so loud that everyone else around also heard us and looked at us. Then she asked if we knew about the hotel policy and went on about she will charge us for the "extra third dog" since we already checked in.

The walls are paper thin I could here the room next door all night. Kids running up and down the hall all night. Dated and lots of wear and tear in bathroom.

The hotel was great! The breakfast delicious! The staff was generous and kind! We LOVED our time there!

Stay and stage was pleasant! The hotel could use some upkeep. There was paint chipping from ceiling, rust and looked like water stains. The main thing was the balcony door was hard to open.

Beds are comfortable. Water pressure is terrible. They were replacing front doors so there was construction the 3 days we were there. Grounds are very nice and well kept No musty smells from typical beach front hotels, but a strong bleach smell after cleaning rooms for a while. Also they charge for daily parking, not a bid deal if you know this ahead of time. We had to check out at 1:00 am With no one at front desk, there were homeless girls that came in from beach side of hotel and got some free coffee and wondered around. This was a little disturbing. I feel for the homeless but they should have a little better security, luckily the just got some coffee and we’re not aggressive like some can be

Perfect location! Found it right away. The staff was super friendly and responsive. I was there for a cold snap, and I couldn’t work out the thermostat. After calling the front desk, a maintenance engineer was there in minutes. I really appreciate a complimentary good breakfast, so I enjoyed the buffet. There is a $16 parking fee which was not disclosed when booking. Seems a bit petty.

Breakfast ok , room furniture old & ripped , Shower full of mold told gront desk said they would take care of it . There for 6 days same when i left . Had to adk to have room cleaned every other day .

The beach was wonderful and so relaxing. A quick reminder if you didn't bring any chairs you can rent them as well as umbrellas for $15 and up. The staff was wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Our room was very spacious with many flat surfaces to place things on. They are right on the beach. You have pool privileges at the several adjoining hotels. The staff was incredible, especially James Dean at the front desk ( yes just like the movie star). The hotel called me ahead of my stay as a courtesy to let me know that there was a daily parking fee, just in case I didn’t know. I really appreciated that! There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby. They had a small retail section in case you needed something on your trip.

The hotel definitely needs renovations and upgrades

The woman at the desk was wonderful, but I didn’t have a shower curtain and I couldn’t use the phone. She immediately got a shower curtain and was supposed to send someone up for the phone but I never found out how to use the phone or if it needed to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Our stay was EXCELLENT!! Our room was extremely clean with plenty of linens for use. Picture perfect view. While getting checked in, I explained that this was my daughter's sweet 16 birthday gift since she didn't want a party. The next day, (I do apologize for forgetting her name) called my daughter over and presented a couple of gifts. We deeply appreciate the hospitality of the staff. We will most definitely return. Highly recommend.

Beautiful clear ocean view.

Was hit with unknown fees from the hotel upon checking and charged almost 400 dollars over the cost of the stay, talked to and heard from other families with this same issue. Had to beg the front desk to get our roomed cleaned and then all they did was give us toilet paper, towels and empty the trash.

Breakfast was great! Love the included access to the next two properties! Great views of gulf from balconies. I liked that it is walking distance to some restaurants, a liquor store, and souvenir shops. The day time manager (male, not sure of his name) was the least friendly of staff but everyone else was very nice and welcoming. The live music was nice! The only thing that I didn’t like was the parking fee! I feel like parking should be included. But overall great stay!

Great location, perfect for families.

Great location with a great view. However, this is a "Pet friendly" hotel and our room smelled like a wet dog. Also, I was awakened by a yelping dog around 6:00 a.m. and it barked for over an hour. The tall man at the front desk was rude and said he already knew as others had complained as well. Felt like I had to beg for TP, they rationed us one roll per day for four people. Had to request one towel and tissue every night because they never left enough. Had to stand in line to request pool towels at the front desk, not located conveniently by the pool like most hotels. Also, had to wait in line to turn them back in and ride the elevator dripping wet up to our room. This hotel has potential. Would return of they would address the inconveniences and maybe have a designated floor for the dogs. The carpet smell was just too much to seem clean.

Stayed here for four nights. Enjoyed the beach view. Hotel was very clean, enjoyed the breakfast and the close proximity to several restaurants within walking distance.

The carpet smells and the staff did not clean anything all they did was replace towels and make up the bed. Room smelled of dog. We saw a staff member laying inside the cart of FaceTime instead of working.

The room was clean housekeeping was great the outdoor pools had a few leaves in them but it kept storming off and on so that was expected the breakfast was great every day was something new so that was nice and they allowed us access to multiple different hotel pools which helped with the beach having red flags in the mornings we would get up and watch the sunrise from the pool deck over the beach and that was amazing

Property is “ok”— nice beach front area. There were an unusually amount of dogs at this property from guests— seems like everyone had a dog or two. Some walked dogs on beach which is prohibited by law— hotel should have signs abt no dogs on beach, even on leash. The other issue is the $16 a day parking fee— this was not evident in any reservation material— filing complaint because “total price “ did not include parking fees.

The room smelled horrible. The one day they only gave you 2 clean towels and no bath mat. The assistant chair for the shower had black mold on the legs. For the amount of money it cost it was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered.

We really enjoyed our Stay at the Hampton Inn. The room & beds were very comfortable & the view was spectacular!! Our top floor room was just a few strides to the beautiful white beach.The hotel was nicely updated, except the carpet, all throughout the hotel the carpet was shappy. I'm sure it was well cleaned, but the carpet was also very well used & worn looking. The A/c thermostat took a minute to find & figure out, but it worked well. I would have liked a little "How To" brochure on the wall, to help figure a few things out. We were thrilled that we could bring our dogs, for one flat rate with a (mostly) refundable deposit. Most pet friendly places offer a small doggie bag, upon arrival with a couple of dog treats, a few poop bags & most importantly, a list of the hotel pet rules, along with a map of hotel pup potty spots, dog beach map/info. Our only complaint was the not so eatable morning breakfast 0ffered. Very few healthy options & the coffee was really, really awful. That was really the only disappointment.

The rooms definitely need updating and were not as clean as expected. When we first arrived, our room didn’t even have a refrigerator, but they fixed the issue the same night. Housekeeping also felt very stingy. They only left three large towels for five people, one small soap, and one laundry bag, so I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for more. The pool towel system was also a little inconvenient. The complimentary breakfast was not bad, and the ladies working the breakfast area were very kind and helpful every morning, which made the experience better. On the other hand, the front desk staff during the were not friendly at all and often came across with an attitude, which made interactions uncomfortable. Overall, the location and the polite breakfast staff were the highlights, but the outdated rooms, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service at the front desk really took away from the experience. This hotel has potential, but it needs better service and more attention to guest comfort.

Every aspect of this hotel was outstanding .

The mattress was a little hard, and the coffee and breakfast drinks tasted weak but besides that my overall stay was very good but it's always the small things that I mentioned that makes you want to go back.

I like this hotel because the location is great, they need keep the location more clean , on top of my windows was mold and they never send no body to clean the room. They charge extra for a parking. That’s supostube included in the rental room and the over charge for pets too. The breakfast is good but they don’t keep it hot.

Front staff was very businesslike; not particularly friendly but efficient. The location was excellent. Those who provided breakfast did an excellent job. Some parts of the room felt like it needed attention: trim in bathroom damaged in small section by the tub, a few grey/black dark spots ( not sure what it was) on the ceiling inside and just past the foyer. I wondered how hotels that allow pets address flea control but I did not experience any problem along that line. It was evident that the staff worked hard to clean the rooms and keep public areas clean as well.

Property location was the only plus. Rooms are overpriced for how dated this hotel is. Surrounding hotels have better views, bigger pools, bigger bars, better rooms for maybe $50 more per night. Price needs to be adjusted or updates made. Air conditioner above our balcony was leaking water onto ours the whole stay so couldnt really utalize it like we should have. Microtrasactions abound for everytbing.

I love the fact the we were able to use the facilities at the neighboring hotels. The pool was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I think you shouldn’t be charged for parking! There is a gate that you can only access with a room key or through the front desk, which would avoid anyone parking in there illegally not to mention you also get a parking pass to hang your vehicle. I think this expense is unnecessary. Breakfast was very good every morning. They changed the menu on a daily basis for variety.

Going to the beautiful area of the beach was excellent! Staff very professional and helpful. Cleanliness great as well as breakfast. However, the king size bed even with extra padding was NOT comfortable which made sleeping NOT productive or steady. In what you pay for all the amenities, sleep & rest on vacation is critical! Wish it would have been addressed accordingly.

We did not like that other people who were not staying at the hotel mainly teenagers would come to the pools at our hotel. There is no security system or any way to keep people not staying at the hotel off of the property. They could even get in the main lobby from the pool.

It was good, but I feel like the room we stayed in last time (2 years ago) we stayed here was a little nicer & bigger? There was nothing wrong with our room, and the breakfast was good too. We were put on the top floor at the end of the hall (all the way down from the elevator) and the ice machine only had ice in it about half the time. I guess because 3rd floor ice machine was broken, so any time I wanted some ice I had to go down to the 2nd floor which turned a 2 minute job into a 5-10 adventure. For almost $300/night I expect ice on my floor. Other than that everything was satisfactory. Still love the location and amenities.

Family vacation with children, all i wanted was rooms next to each other. Was treated rudely and made to wait for rooms until after 4 pm. Was told to come early "first come first serve". Did us no good and when we complain, manager canceled our reservations that where paid in full 2 months in advance. Manager refuses us service and said she would refund $1,704.04. Which only $1,300 has been refunded. Take away! Spend the little bit more and definitely go to better hotel!

Everything was great with exception some one had vomited from one of our queens and it was dry on the bed skirt.

The shower knob was broken we reported it and someone came fixed it , we used shower one time and it broke again they had to come back to fix it , and it broke again , it was very frustrating because every time we came back from beach or pool we had issues with shower ,breakfast was great in previous times we stayed but not so much this time .

Great access to beach. Nice food option in the morning, just wish there was more sitting in the dining area. Also, for to have cooler areas by the pool, the area was so hot and bare feet were burning, especially coming and going to the beach.
