We were just there for one short night but everything was good. Would stay again if we go thru there again. Price was a little steep do the the tournament going on in the area.

Location was excellant to what we needed. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Quiet room. No luggage rack so had to use desk. Bathroom sink very small. Maybe add a shelf or something in there to put things on.

All was great! Would have been nice to have breakfast but they offered free tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and water. Plus free fruit. Brittany at front desk was super nice! Would definitely stay again.

The room that we stayed in was nice. It was big and clean. The bed was clean but the mattress was very firm. We were on the second floor and there was a horrible smell (rotten fish???) that you could tell they were trying to hide/cover up with air freshener. That is a terrible mix! Down another hallway on the same floor was a very strong pet urine smell like it was set in the carpet. Yes they allow dogs. It was disappointing that there was not breakfast provided but that is my fault for not checking that before booking. There also not an area to gather to hang out with others if you’re looking to do that. We were in town for a baseball tournament and we enjoy hanging out with the team families during down time.

It was nice to have a kitchen and it was roomy, but only had full sized beds. Seemed small.

Everyone was so nice

My family and I came in for family matters. We stayed in separate rooms and none of us had one negative thing to say. If anything we couldn’t stop raving about the place. I am a neat freak and both rooms were phenomenal. The staff was absolutely fantastic and a delight to be around. Would highly recommend this hotel and the ladies to anyone and everyone. I wish movie hotels were like this as I often travel. The pictures don’t do it justice and originally I skeptical because of them. So glad I decided to book those rooms for my family during a difficult time. The ladies and staff definitely made everyone laugh and put us at ease while still having a good time.

We had issues with our door keys not working for our room and getting into the building doors.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and the room was comfortable. My only negative comment which was likely out of the control of the hotel was that the hall my room was in had a very strong smell like pot every time I walked down the hall. That was disappointing since this was a no smoking room. Once I was in my room it wasnt noticeable so that was good.

There was a heat advisory when we were there but the room was so nice and cool! Also, I left an item behind but the staff called me and offered to hold it until I came back a few days later to pick it up. Above and beyond!

This is our go to place to stay when visiting on family. The staff is great! Very down to earth people! We’ve enjoyed our stay each time we’ve stayed!

The facility was amazing. The staff were even more amazing especially Don and Charley at the front desk. We were in town for a funeral and they welcomed us to check in early after driving for 5 hours. The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant. This was our first stay at a Candlewood but will not be the last.

We were first put into room 101 and when we got into the room, the window was open and the ac was at 60°. I shut the windows and turned up the air and there was the worst burning smell coming from the ac. We asked for a different room and they moved us to 312. It was clean and comfy and smelled good.

Hotel stated it will be fixed for the next guest.

currently being upgraded, most everything is new and professionally done, the suite we had for four nights was perfect, the parking can be tight but not too much of a problem, we will return, highly recommended

We had ants in a room.....not alot but still......the queen beds are pushed against a wall so only can get out of bed on one side. We asked for a room with two full size beds and there were ants there too so we left the hotel..

Very quiet, clean and comfy

One of the beds had the smell of urine even though there was a note card stating that the room had been clean and inspected. We were moved to a different room after we had already tired to settle in for the night. The hallway smelled of drugs. When the smell of the hallway was brought to their attention, they said that they were aware of it and sprayed the hallways. We will not stay here again due to the bed condition and lack of interest to keep customers who care about the air quality of the facility.

I had booked online and asked for 1st floor room, but was told none were available when I checked in so was given room on second floor. There was a long black hair in the bathtub, and when I returned from dinner I found a roach on the bathroom floor. I complained and was given an upgraded room on the 1st floor. There is a grill area by one of the outside entrance doors, and on Sat night there was quite a large gathering with cases of beer, music, etc. I saw several trucks pull up and guys got out with coolers. Complained to the manager since it was uncomfortable walking past group, but was told they were all guests. Next morning pet area next to grill area was littered with food, cigarette butts and bottle caps. I would have expected better from Candlewood Suites, especially for the price.

Cockroach in my friends room. Party outside with 10-15 non guest men, drinking. Manager said he checked, but did not. Night employee was partying with them. Very uncomfortable situation.

Cons- toliet kept running, no hand sanitizer by elevator, clock didn't work, remote needed batteries, you have to go to front desk for ice or privacy magnet- but no one tells you. Our main commplaint was check-in- the person at the desk gave us a room at the end of the hall and I asked to be closer to the elevator since I am healing a broken leg. Said he couldn't do it- they were at 85% capacity- we saw a total of 4 people. So I contacted manager at property, who left us a lovely note to let her know if we need anything, she said she would check on it and cll us back. Never did helped never moved us. The last straw was we wanted to use our cc for payment (I had secured the reservation with my husbands card) and they said we couldn't- they ha to use the card on file with Expedia? We had another reservation with Candlewood in Jefferson City and cancelled it.

Stayed in a two bed studio, and was impressed with how clean, and equipped this place was. The dishes, and Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was a nice touch. Will definitely stay at more Candlewood Suites for sure!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely accomadating and helpful. I do wish the parking lot had been plowed better Saturday morning but I don't think that had anything to do with the hotel.

Room is due for a "deep" cleaning to remove stains from furniture. Toiletries were minimal (i.e. one bar of soap in the bathroom for both face and bath. Combination shampoo and conditioner as opposed to separate.).

I was disappointed with a few things. First of all I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and upon arrival I am told there was a problem with the reservation and instead of 2 queen beds they will give me 2 queen suites. I was traveling with my 15 year old and was not comfortable giving him his own room so we shared the one bed. If I would have reserved 1 bed that would have been no problem. But spending the amount I did with no perks wasn’t worth it. Friendly staff and clean hotel. No late check outs either.

Great hotel! Definitely would recommend this to family and friends. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and love that it has full kitchen.
