Very outdated. Staff in evening was unhelpful and inconsiderate.

The breakfast wasn’t hot, not even warm. Something served 2 day, Sunday was good but cold. No bagels just bread for toast. Wasn’t the quietest. A lot of children running the halls and very noisy. Staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel
- 4/5
The buffet style breakfast was very good, all staff very kind and helpful. My room, however, was not cleaned properly. Chips pieces on floor next to bed, hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor.

Staff was excellent. Airport shuttle was so helpful, no parking problems at airport.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and very clean! The breakfast was quite tasty!
- 2/5
Extremely below standards of what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Very disappointed in my room The heating and air conditioning system was filthy. Most likely the reason I sneezed 20+ times

We were not unhappy with anything during our stay.

My daughter and I were traveling for a sporting event so we were only staying for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. There were many families staying with a lot of kids for the sports event but we not disturbed by any noises around our room. There was a nice breakfast, hot and cold choices. We were not unhappy with anything during our stay.

Fix noisy air register in room
- 3/5
Staff was wonderful! The hotel was clean! It was very convenient to where we needed to be. However the hotel was sold out and we had an issue with no hot water! This was not acceptable for the amount that we paid. Yes I understand it was sold out, but I have NEVER had an issue with any hotel I’ve stayed and it being sold out and we didn’t have hot water. Several rooms several floors were affected by this.

- 5/5
We had a very pleasant stay. just one thing for improvement breakfast not so good decent but scrambled eggs horrible.
- 4/5
The breakfast was good, pool and workout facilities were good. Front desk staff was helpful. We always try to stay at a Hilton hotel..especially hampton inns when we travel. I need comfortable bed and pillows and cleanliness is a must throughout the hotel. Our bed was very hard. We had a very small fidge sitting on the floor in. Corner beside the couch, no microwave, coffee maker stuck on a shelf in the bathroom and didn’t work. First thing I noticed at front desk was the back of the computer monitors an other thing on counter were covered in dust…elevator floors were filthy. Our first morning there…the hotel had no hot water. Overall for I was not happy with the quality for a Hilton hotel. Like I said staff was fine and breakfast was good.

Our shower had black mold in the corner and there is a smell coming from the drain, the fan in the bathroom did not work and it smelled like mildew from no ventilation when you showered The heat was blowing black chunks out of the vent.( if you go in room you can see it ) it was extremely dirty and full of stuff .
- 5/5
The staff was really helpful.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 1/5
There were kids running all around the property all night. The room was dirty there were dirty towels and the bed had brown stains on the sheets. The people preparing breakfast were coughing all over the food and one was out side smoking came in and touched the food without washing hands
- 3/5
It's a hilton in a mid-west parking lot. It's exactly what you think it will be. Not the worst, not the best, just fine.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. I lost my keys and they were so supportive and showed they truly cared. They shuttled me and the student I was chaperoning where we needed to go until someone turned in my keys. They felt like a family away from family. Thank you Sandra, Sharon, Andre and Ty for your prayers and making me feel cared for and welcome.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here every time that we come to Peoria. The staff is always so friendly. The rooms are fresh and clean.

Had a great time
- 5/5
We needed a local place as we were in town for a wedding. It could not have worked out better. Thanks
- 5/5
The property was clean, had a delicious hot breakfast and had coffee and fruit out at all times. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was large- we had 2 queens and there was a large desk, large dresser and enough open space. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. We did have some confusion at check in- something with Expedia and payment. The desk clerk called Expedia and got it resolved
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
For the price it is a decent stay. The interior is a bit dated. We noticed that the coffee maker was stored under the bathroom sink and had to be moved to be usable. The mini fridge was located in an odd space but was cool enough for storage. The bed was a little stiff for my partner but the pillows are quite soft. All in all you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
People were super friendly!
- 5/5
Great!
- 3/5
Horrible views. Outside rooms bombarded with housekeeping equipment, we could barely walk down the halls.
- 5/5
Efficient checkin. The room was a bit dated but clean. The bed was a bit squeaky but comfy. The pillows were great!
- 5/5
Sharon and her staff were just excellent. Super polite!!!!
- 3/5
Rooms need an update.
- 5/5
Really great staff!
- 4/5
My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Peoria at Grand Prairie, and we must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made us feel at home right away.
- 5/5
Room is dated. Furniture is stained.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and staff friendly but not up to the standards of most Hampton Inn's have stayed at. A little run down, no fridge or microwave in room and high priced for stay.
- 5/5
I'm not sure who was working the desk that day/night and I wish I would have gotten her name but she was super professional and friendly. Went over-and-above and was very genuine. Good representation for your company.
- 2/5
We booked because of location and proximity to many things we planned to do. Sadly, our room was not very clean - still needed a good clean around toilet and inside the bowl. The room had ants and our floor did not have a working ice machine. Biggest issue was the first night someone actually walked into our room with a working key!! Front desk tried to mend the issue but then our keys didn't work, just a little unnecessary headache. I won't book here again.
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful! The only negative was the bed was terrible! It was so hard I kept waking up in pain. I only slept in small periods leaving me very tired for the days activities. This is not my first time at this hotel but the first time this was a problem. Will try again in hopes that was just a bad bed.
- 5/5
The shuttle service is amazing! was a life saver!
- 5/5
Everything was perfectly acceptable, little bit of noise from room next door for one night, but nothing out of the ordinary, plenty of towels, staff very friendly, mattress on beds probably needs replacement soon, not as comfortable and firm as what we are used to.
- 5/5
Great service, friendly and clean!
- 1/5
This had to have beenbthe worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. We were there for a wrestling tournament. Seems there were also other sports there at the time also. The first night consisted of kids running up and down the halls and doors slamming most of the first night. The following day it seems as though they had mostly cleared out. But that night there was a party in the room next to us. They were banging on the walls, kids screaming, the kids were unlocking the door on their side of the room and banging on our door that connected the two rooms. We did not know these people and had called down to the office multiple times. It wasnt until i had threatened to call the cops did the hotel do anything to try and quiet them down. Never in my kife will i go back to this place. Im sure its not always like this and that i understand but the way they handled the situation was just not good.
- 4/5
They treated us very nicely and you have to love the free breakfast. For long staying guess, you might as well go to a laundry mat... they didnt have one of there units working. Who has spare change anyways? The spa wasnt working properly and the keys would bug out. But all and all I love Hamptons! Thanks for the great stay.
- 5/5
Room 304 worth every penny ❤️
- 3/5
The beds are horrible and super hard. When checking in, the room given to us was already occupied by someone else. There were loads of kids running up and down the halls very late at night.
- 4/5
Overall, the property was very clean and convenient to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was "good." However, had a loud neighbor upstairs eg...kids stomping around.
- 3/5
The location and price of this hotel was great for our trips purpose. Unfortunately, there were little things that made it less than ideal during our actual stay. For example, we were visiting as a family and our daughter was beyond excited to be able to swim... sadly though, the heater must've been broken because the water in the pool very really cold and the hot tub was lukewarm. No signs, not clarity from desk staff on what was wrong. The next day they had a sign saying closed for maintenance... yeah, obviously. Additionally, there were a couple of times when the front desk clerk was either not available (like during check-out, no where to be found for 10+ minutes) and/or they seemed to be unsure of resource updates. The antennae went out one night because of lighting and so we had no tv in our room (assuming the whole hotel) and the next day when it was still out, she had no clue on when/how it was going to be fixed. So, overall it was a very clean hotel and relatively good service, but little things that kind of irked us throughout.
- 4/5
Nevertheless, the hotel does have thin walls on all six sides. We heard snoring from our neighbor in the middle of the night. Our sink drained slowly and the toilet paper holder was damaged prior to our arrival. Overall, it was a nice stay for us.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Everything perfect. Room very comfortable and worth the upgrade. Common area for breakfast sunny and bright. Checkin was lightening quick. A+.
- 5/5
It was quiet, clean, and the staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Always stay here when in the area for work. Close and convenient to where I need to be with the amenities I need.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Not sure now if this was on site at time of booking but knowing that indoor pool was closed due to state COVID regulations would have been nice to know.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
This was a nice hotel. Clean rooms and staff was very friendly. Pool was closed but otherwise our experience was great.
- 3/5
The television choice of channels offered wasn’t the greatest
- 4/5
Overall, everything was really nice about the hotel. Check-in, however, was an unmitigated nightmare. I had arrived early but needed to join my party at the hospitality suite. I began my check-in process at 12:00 am and I was told I did not have a reservation. Despite me pulling up my Hotels.com reservation and receipt confirming I had paid, the desk attendant said that while my name matched, the address for me was in Las Vegas and the credit card did not match mine. I had to text chat Hotels.com to get it straightened out, but the process didn't finish until 45 minutes later. Evidently, Hotels.com/Expedia will use their address as the address of record and use a virtual card number. This really needs to be explained to the hotels so that nobody else ends up in my situation during check-in.
- 2/5
Tub/shower Diverter did not work Rips in carpet Bed like sleeping on a board
- 5/5
What a great place. Total attention to detail. One morning I was in the hallway twice in a shot period of time to notice room putting out take out boxes and trash from the nite before, as it was ghe the next time I went back. Nice, friendly staff. Typical stay at a Hampton inn.
- 5/5
This is a newer hotel. It is clean and well-maintained. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We called ahead on the day of check-in to try to get a room on the same floor as our daughter's softball teammates and the clerk helped us accomplish that and she was very nice and kind about it. The continental breakfast was better than most, especially since the pandemic started. They had a very comprehensive selection including yogurts, cereal, donuts cereal bars and juices. There was something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Our stay was fine, but I recommend having refrigerators in the rooms. This hotel is next to a sports complex, so there are a lot of families with children. Having access to a refrigerator to store their snacks, drinks, and left over foods would have made the stay more comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed and the location was great.
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 3/5
Shay was amazing. She was so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. However, the man who came on overnight seemed to be irritated by the fact that we wanted to purchase items from the little store area. He was unpleasant on our last trip the week before as well, and seemed ill prepared for the fire alarm that went off. We had hoped that his rudeness spurred from the stress of the fire alarm, but that was not the case. He was rude again the following weekend. The hot tub was also out of order two weeks in a row. After some long days with our child in the hospital in a coma, we had hoped to relax at the hotel.
- 5/5
Hotel was nice. Room was clean and nice. Check in was smooth and easy. Only complaint was our air conditioner was unbelievably noisy. As was the mini fridge. Other than that clean and convenient hotel.
- 4/5
I thought the rooms were a bit pricey. Nice but not that special
- 5/5
The hotel was extremely clean and every employee that I had contact with was very professional and friendly! If you are in town for the Louisville slugger complex this hotel is just minutes away from there and also close to a bunch of restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
Staff was very warm and welcoming—especially Dee, the lady who greeted us at the reception desk. Lovely lounge/breakfast area. Breakfast choices were varied. The omelets were very good. Everything was clean and well stocked. We will stay here again.
- 2/5
Conference room warm and very small. Only one bathroom with a urinal and a toilet resulting in a line all the time. All night there was a loud rumbling in the room that occurred every few minutes. Thus I barely was able to sleep without continually waking up. Very disappointing.
- 4/5
Staff was super friendly and plenty of places to eat with 10 minutes.
- 4/5
Great staff. Comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was decent
- 4/5
The TV needed replaced in our room...it was pretty small and didn’t work very well. The breakfast was not great compared to most Hampton Inns we have stayed in.
- 4/5
No complaints.
- 5/5
The employees were most welcoming, extremely helpful and kind, always anxious to do something to make your stay better, We will definitely stay here next trip.
- 4/5
Stayed for two nights for the night before my wedding and the night of. Great hotel in a great location. The only negative is the breakfast could use some improvements. The eggs were not good and the oatmeal was watery.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
Very friendly
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable. I did think that we should have a refrigerator and microwave for the price we paid. I thought the price of $200 was too much for the room. I would not recommend it or would not stay again unless it was the only place available.
- 2/5
Hotel was nice enough, but pretty worn. No microwave or fridge in the room which was pretty disappointing considering how much the room was. View from my room was terrible(pic attached). No black out shades, and really lrobably the worst sun blocking curtains I've seen at a hotel. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Met Dee when we first arrived and she was great. Very helpful, friendly and a blessing to have met her.
- 5/5
Very nice location and staff always pleasant and helpful.
- 2/5
Dirty bathroom, poor quality breakfast, nice staff...
- 5/5
Very clean comfy and the staff were professional and polite
- 5/5
Very fresh and clean; accommodating staff.
- 5/5
Was looking for a hotel in or near Peoria. (About 15 minute easy drive) . This fit the bill! Excellent, friendly staff. Everything smooth and comfortable. Fresh breakfast. quiet, clean, easy.
- 4/5
All was good. Breakfast was good and loved the workout room.
- 3/5
Nice new hotel, but service was not great.
- 3/5
The shower was not working so asked the front desk for help and someone came to our room and it took them hard work and some time to make the shower work. I have stayed at Hampton Inn in other cities and always looked forward to breakfast. Here it is very very basic, with only one toaster which keeps guests waiting.
- 4/5
The room was great and clean. Staff was very friendly .We weren't prepared for the $75. extra pet charge.
- 4/5
Conveniently located. Nice big room. Quite clean. friendly staff.
- 3/5
Best breakfast but hard bed and noisy air
- 3/5
Both the sink and shower were draining very slow and the exhaust fan did not work. At checkout I advised of these issues and the clerk said it would be taken care of. The room was very clean. This is the second time we stayed here with no issues the first time
- 5/5
Everything was super clean. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We felt safe in the area, well lit and easy access to shopping and dining.
- 5/5
Well-managed across board ... Friendly, responsive staff, clean and polished setting, comfy beds and consistent, good breakfast
- 4/5
It was ok to good
- 4/5
Was here for my daughters golf tourney. I enjoyed the stay and liked the hotel. It is a little pricey for what you get though
- 5/5
It's alittle far out of town but right on two highways so it ends up having great access to much of the city.
- 3/5
The coffee was terrible, and te breakfast left a lot to be be desired.
- 2/5
In the middle of check in, the clerk started talking to another customer who had come to the desk after me. And then waited on yet another person, making me wait to complete check in . Pet fee was $75, which had not been listed on the Expedia listing and is considerably more than what I normally pay at much better rated hotels. The room had no view, but was located behind a wall atop the main entrance. The ice bucket had no line. Only paper cups, no glasses. Certainly no what one would expect for the price.
