Breakfast was a joke. No batter in the waffle machine. No bread for toast. A couple muffins and cinnamon rolls and cold cereal. That’s all. No hot water as long as I let it run, which was a long time. Mattress needs replaced. Couldn’t find any staff to complain or check out.

I didn’t eat breakfast so can’t answer if it was good or not but while the building was older everything worked and it was clean. I felt completely safe. A big plus was the pet fee was very inexpensive.

Staff was very nice. They needed more than just muffins for breakfast. We were there at 7:45 am and was hoping for a variety of food but was disappointed because we paid extra for anytime breakfast. The second morning we were there about 9 and they didn't have anything.

location The sheets were stained, I asked for a new set of sheets and they had a burn hole in them, also a pubic hair in them. The shower had hair in that as well.

We stayed here for one night. The bed was a little hard. The breakfast is not much. Waffles, cereal, mini muffins, they only put out the bare minimum.

The room is old, the carpet is dirty, I had to wear socks to keep my feet clean. When I went for breakfast the lady was mixing the waffle batter in a sink. No eggs. No meat, nothing other than waffles with sink flavor, cereal and some tiny muffins, nothing else. That was very disappointing, the indoor pool was closed the whole time. The beds were hard, the pillows flat as a pancake. Overall nothing like the website described.

The heater to the indoor pool was broken, so it was like taking a polar plunge. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so that was a little disappointing.

The room was disgusting. We changed rooms 4x trying to find adequate water pressure, bed spreads that didn’t have cigarette burns, A/C that actually worked, and a room that did not knock you down with marijuana. The toilet seat was missing in one room, outdated hair dryers that have not been used in many years, and filth for days. Praying we didn’t catch anything. This place is HORRIBLE!

Motel is very outdated and not kept up well. First room was lacking a toilet seat. Staff was very helpful and quickly put us in different room.

The location Beds were very hard. The carpet smelled moldy. The breakfast consisted of a waffle maker and some cereal. The staff was very stingy with towels. We had to give them some dirty towels before they would give us enough for everyone in our group of 4 to be able to shower.

Stayed for a week for work. No bed bugs. Staff friendly. Room clean in good condition. Many restaurants nearby. Generally quite and I slept well, but there was noise of trucks unloading restaurant supplies in early AM. A decent place to stay for a work trip. I've noticed that the advertised "continental breakfast" at this and similar places is way overstated, with very meager fare.

Close to fairgrounds No breakfast, room service came back in after we gave them trash and threw away things we were not ready to throw away and also turned off the air and unplugged our charge boxes from the walls when all we did was go to the pool but left no clean towels, staff was very unwelcoming, hot tub was colder than the pool, they went in one of our rooms and started pulling before we was even gone at 10:30

The hospitality I liked everything

I did not like anything about this place. They were so rude. The hotel was nasty and not suitable to stay in. We arrived, they had no reservation for us. They had no rooms to accommodate us. The place was so nasty and smelled horrible. It was nothing like posted online. I had to drive and find another hotel at 9:30PM due to this awful experience.

Very good location, located around all the restaurants and shopping area Had trouble with my room and then try to fix it. I was promised a little away from my room, but my card was still charged full price.

I was very disappointed with the area and building. Everything seemed very outdated. I also was very disappointed that breakfast ended at 9 and I got there at 9:10 and the staff refused to let me have anything, just juice or coffee. He never let me know that when I checked in. I definitely won’t be staying there again.

It was very affordable. But when we asked for more towels they could not give us any. And I had 7 people in our room 3 adults and 5 children. And they only provided four towels our entire 4 day stay. Also while we were in our room we had several cockroaches crawling up the wall. We actually got this room specifically because they confirmed they had an indoor heated pool, when we arrived it was closed indefinitely. Which when I called to confirm they informed me it was up and running and everybody loved it.

Motel was dated and not like the photos. First room smelled like pee and got a second room quickly. Staff was polite but English was not their strong suit. Indoor pool and hot tub were none operational due to a broken heater which was a big disappointment. Rooms appeared clean but seemed very old and outdated. Beds were very hard and room heater had a loud noise like it needed maintenance. Some old AC units and random parts laying outside on the sidewalk on the back side. Overall it was not what I’d expect from a large chain like Wyndham and would spend the extra money to stay somewhere a little nicer next time.

the room was ok but the beds were old n creaky. you could feel the springs in the matress. not enough towels ony 2 of each. the continental breakfast was aweful. just waffle and toast white bread thst was hard. fid have a couple of cereals the orange juice was madty mo jelly had to ask for it yookilk away when there was still people eating. very rude in my book. i wont be staying there again .

Inconsistent services (no towels, dirty towels, intermittent WIFI services). Approached manager to request WIFI status (re-connection) immediately put into a heated response. No thank you to this property or any Wyndam properties - no standards, no customer service!!!!!

I contacted Expedia as soon as we arrived at hotel and told them the condition of the hotel. They told me to leave and they would help with a refund after several days I was told I would be charged even though we did not stay at this hotel. We checked in and immediately left and checked out. I would never use Expedia again they were no help whatsoever

This was the worst stay ever. Aside from being out in the first room that smelled of mildew had a used pad in the toilet and a used razor on the bathroom mirror to be moved to a room with roaches. The linen had holes and cigarette burns in them. There is no gym although advertised on their listing site and the breakfast was a joke. They decided not o serve waffles after the first night because they claimed it was too messy. Never mind guests who don’t eat cereal because that’s all they served for the entire week we were there. The ironing board broke. This location hasn’t been upgraded and is largely outdated and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. Housekeeping doesn’t speak English and will barge into your room while you’re sleeping every single day. I would never stay at this location again. Beware this is not what the listing says at all and isn’t with the money I spent almost $400 for the week and was a horrible experience.

They sent me to a room with Roaches and dirty laundry I went to the front desk & told them they changed my room I then woke up to roaches crawling all in the bed I took photos and videos and reported it they changed my room again so I went through 3 different rooms and will never book a stay there again and they refused my refund

Bed bugs bites all over my arms. Toilet falling off the floor. They have resident tenants that smoke pot all day and do nothing about it. Smells horrible. Extremely filthy

I booked a 4 day stay and i arrived on the day of my first booked day but it was after 2 in the morning and was told i could not check in before 2 pm and that I had to go back online and book another day, which cost 20 more than what i had paid earlier and it was for less than 12 hours in order to check in. I had two sleeping kids under 5 and had to deal with all this and was beyond exhausted. Then air conditioner didn't work well, the refrigerator door was completely broke in two so when i opened it, it would fall off and i had to go get my own towels and sheets when needed everyday. Then, on the last day was given a hard time about an hour past check out time. Not to mention people standing outside hanging out at all hours of the day and the pool was green. I paid too much money to have to deal with all that.

OLD UNKEPT hotel. The refrigerator does. And off when we opened it. The toilet wouldn’t flush, stains on the comforter, the lobby smelled horrible.the grab bar in the shower was being held in with rusty screws

Our stay was excellent, room very clean and the bathroom and bathtub were so cleaned. The only thing wrong was not to much choice on the breakfast.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I should have known when I checked in. Upon arrival the attendant couldn't find my reservation which I reserved a couple of months ago. After checking in, I was awakened by the manager saying my credit card was not good at 12:00am. On my way to the front desk I called Discover and put my phone on speaker, so the rep could tell the manager that my card was good. He argued with the rep. Finally my card was charged for the stay($469.89). A few minutes later I got an alert from Discover saying the hotel tried to charge my card an additional $4,000. Shortly after straightening this out, I returned to the room to find roaches crawling on the night stand. So I had to go back to the front desk again and was told I could not get another room until later that morning. So I packed my belonging and slept in my car. Upon getting another room I found roaches in that room. They have a policy on the front desk stating they will not refund money after 10 minutes of check in. I will be contacting the Windam corporate office about this. I think I deserve a full refund from Hotel.com or Windam Hotels. This grievous situation can't and shouldn't be tolerated. This property should be immediately dropped from your site!!!!!!

My dads room downstairs on the front was okay other than BUGS! He found roaches in his room. My sisters room was around back on the bottom. Her room was the worse! She didn't have a deadbolt, her tv didnt work, towels were gross. tub was nasty, and BUGS! They found roaches that crawled out from behind the bathroom mirror and crawled out when they turned the AC unit on. They were in the tub and sink. When we asked for a refund or at least a partial refund the owners couldn't believe we had a problem. We ended up staying because we had already bought tickets for the fair and couldn't find a room anywhere else available. There were roaches in the lobby and around the breakfast area! This place was nasty! We stayed here 8 years ago and were completely shocked at how poor the place was this time!

Our room was not as bad as my Sister's room or my Dad's. Both of their rooms were downstairs. Dad's was on the front of the motel and had some roaches. My sister's room was the absolute worse out of all 3. Her room was around back on bottom. She had several roaches that came out from behind the bathroom mirror. They were in the tub, sink and running out of the AC unit when they turned it on. The tv did not work and there was not a deadbolt on their door! When I asked for my sister to at least get a refund or 1/2 of a refund they claimed they had never had any issues with bugs or other complaints however there was a Dad and his kids that were eating breakfast that kept getting up and stepping on roaches in the breakfast area in the lobby. The roaches were on the trash can as well. This place is absolutely gross. We actually stayed at this same motel 8 years ago and It has went down hill bad!!! We will never be back to this location! I am totally turned away now from Howard Johnson motels altogether. My nephew also has a video of the roaches but I don't have that on me and I cant upload it right at the moment!

My room was just okay downstairs. It had roaches but not as many as my other daughters room downstairs. They had roaches coming out of the AC unit, behind the mirror, on the wall, in the bathroom, etc. Her door did not have a deadbolt. It was broke off and the TV did not work. We asked for a refund or at least half and they refused and claimed no other complaints. There were roaches in the office near the trash can! My grandson has a video of the roaches! I don't have it on me to upload!

The front desk was out front at 6am and watched my other half leave. About 15 minutes later I heard nails on the door and suddenly the staff are opening my door and walking in. When I asked what was up and why they did that I got no answer. Also overpowering smell in each room of floral spray. It was a lot.

All went well till I got back to my room late Saturday night and found my door was not closed from when the maid cleaned it and all of my belongings were not safe

Not handicap accessible nasty towels. Nasty carpet. Out of date rooms. Bathroom phone kept falling off wall. Had to ask for towels, had to ask for toilet paper, Roaches crawled over everything. This motel gives Howard Johnson bad name. Would not recommend this motel to anyone!! Bad experience 😡😡

The room was clean and smelled clean. However, the front lobby was very poorly kept. The pool was closed, due to maintenance. I asked for an extra towel & a couple of extra washcloths. The lady at the front desk informed me that there were none. She proceeded to dig around in cabinets in the lobby and pulled out 2 towels and handed them to me. Once I returned to my room, one of the towels hand dark brown stains all over it. Needless to say, I did not use those towels & I had to go to Walmart to purchase new towels & loofas. Thank goodness we were only staying one night!

Room was clean. Beds were made and towels refreshed everyday. Heater didnt work right. Had difficulty using card key, sometimes it would work. No breakfast due to covid, but it still shows on their website that they have breakfast. No pool either even though it was on their website. Only allowed 3 towels for 5 people. Toliet would clog up. Roach bugs in the room. Front desk clerk was hard to find. Would nt recommend this motel to anyone.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming - but the unit, while clean had a lot of air freshener in the rooms that was a little over whelming. Giving one of my grandchildren who suffers from allergies a head ache.

Bathtub had cigarette burns, carpet in front of sink had hole in flooring (trip hazard). Had to take towels to front office and exchange, they were all stained. I never saw charges on their receipt. They make you sign blank agreement for deposits. I was very disappointed that they said i selected a smoking room.

Towels were dirty like not clean - unsure, lots of sketchy people hanging around. Cars up on jacks, very drug looking place.

Wimpy pillows and thin cheap bedding. No breakfast as advertised (sack breakfast doesn't count). You could see outside the edges of the door so I assume bugs could march in. The air conditioner was very noisy and blew in my face all nice. The bathroom was fine - everything else felt cheap.

When we got there our room wasn’t ready (after the check in time), so we had to wait another 30min to get in. The towels were no longer white. They were dingy so I went and purchased some for our stay. The pool was not available. I will not be staying here again

The door wouldn’t open until you juggled the handle. Then once inside the room it wouldn’t stay shut until you worked with the handle. Room was ok. Toilet seat was painted and rickety. Felt gross inside.

The room was infested with roaches! They had to move us to another room. The hotel is old and need to be upgraded. The wash clothes and towels we're old and dirty looking. I was just out done from the roaches, i didn't want to touch anything. Of course they refused to give me my money back

This place is nasty the ceiling are falling in. There’s stuff on the walls like graffiti. Some lights don’t work. The rooms were nasty I got one room and they had to move me to another room and it was bad too. I don’t recommend this place to no one. I took pictures of this place. I also tried getting my money back and they wouldn’t refund me my money.

The staff were very pleasant. Theyet us park our travel trailer infront of the office so people wouldn't mess with it. While we were parking, the night manager went to our room and tured on the lights, turned on the ac abd had cartoons playing on tge tv for my daughter. It was very appreciated after driving for 2 days.

This room was horrible!! When you ask for non smoking room you don’t expect to walk in after driving a long ways you get in the room as the smell of smoke slap you in the face!! I had to spray the room just so we could stand to stay in there. Then the next morning my husband takes a shower first and his towel on top was clean. I go next and the second towel was black!! Thank God I had towels in my room. He had to go get one out of my car. Then the shower floor had a hole in it and the put a big patch over it with a bunch of tape. When you stood in the shower you felt like you were going to fall through the hole. I told the front desk about everything and she just said ok no problem no problem!! Well!!! I was expecting something like maybe a little discount or something?? Nope!! She just acted like she really couldn’t understand a damn word I was saying and just said “no problem no problem.” Well I will never ever stay there again! You damn sure get what you pay for when it’s $77 for a night. We should have known it was too good to be true. And the pictures online were not what we got!!

The bed conforter had cigarettes burn holes in it, in a non smoking room, there's no hot water, to take a shower, not happy !!
